context (from here):
apparently, recently(?) on douyin, a housewife posted about her husband's unhinged reaction after she ate the last 2 swiss rolls out of a box of 8 when her husband and 2 kids had already eaten all the other swiss rolls. the husband's unreasonable response naturally outraged cnetizens. thus, one recent(?) douyin trend has been for women to ask their boyfriends/husbands the following, and then to record the answer: suppose that we get married and have two kids, and then obtain a box of swiss rolls, how should we split them?
anyways here are some of the provided responses from OP's post, put through the MDZS filter (sorry OP):

I realize that I complain a lot about different common yandere tropes and whatnot, so I figure its worth it to share some personal recommendations for things that break the mold and fit my personal tastes
Note that all of these listed here will be longer form content from quotev, as thats where I find 99% of the yandere fiction that I enjoy.
The Work of Wolves by Babylon
You move into a cabin in the forest over a break from college, and catch the eye of one of the locals, unaware where it would take you.
Page count: 58 (Short)
Status as of me posting this: Completed
This is a wlw fic, and one of the few ones I will be listing that 1) are completed, and 2) (spoilers!) fall into the kidnapping trope. Babylon is one of my favorite quotev writers, and her works never disappoint- This absolutely being one of them.
Thoughts at Odds by Lavenoor
Your school's biggest player asks you out as a prank, you agree to it, and going forward you catch his interest.
Page count: 184
Status: Ongoing (Slow updates)
This is a very interesting fic, in that Luke (the love interest) is a soft yandere. The story is slow burn, and mostly explores feminism and the dynamics between men, as well as their views of women, and how those views can be challenged when the echo chamber is broken. If you are looking for heavy yandere action, this is probably not for you, but I enjoyed it a lot.
Indebted by Kikyo851
After your mother passes away, you are approached by a yakuza group in order to force you to repay your father's debt, who skipped town and left it to you to pick up the pieces.
Content warnings for sa mentions, drug use mentions and descriptions, mentions of overdose, gang centered storyline, and general yandere stuff.
Page count: 641 pages
Status: Completed
Yandere harem fic, multiple endings, pretty good. If you like more intense yandere stuff, this is definitely gonna be your cup of tea methinks. I enjoyed it, although I'm not sure I'd reread it- I love kikyo's work, I just am not as into the whole yakuza theming in comparison to some of their other stuff.
Tears of a Villainess by starflame
You are isekaied / reincarnated into the body of the villainess of a game you were playing. You must learn your place in the world, try to take accountability for the villainess's past actions, and navigate the growing yandere harem around you.
Page count: 158
Status: Ongoing, frequent updates
I love this story thus far. Fantasy isekai is one of the more common genres I have found in the yandere harem sector on quotev, and it is home to some of the best writing in the genre imo. This story is very young, so its difficult to say much about its tropes or anything- However, the characters who we have seen exhibiting early signs of yandere-ness fit my tastes very well, and do well breaking the typical molds many yandere characters are made into.
Starflame also has two other stories that are on this list, 'Love bite' and 'Girlfriend-for-hire'. Both take place in more modern settings. In Love Bite, the reader sells her blood to vampires in order to accommodate her accumulated debt, navigating a modern society where vampires have only recently been allowed to join urban society. In Girlfriend for Hire, you join an app that lets you go on dates with people in exchange for payment, leading to a handful of clients getting a little more attached than your contract allows for. These both also get frequent updates and have a good amount of already-available content, and I'd highly recommend checking them out.
Anomalous by Shiroh
You are isekaied into a visual novel you poured over in your prior life, tasked with the job of giving it a happier ending than the one it initially had. Yandere harem fic, Extreme slowburn, Very lore heavy.
Page count: 983
Status: Ongoing (Slow but not infrequent updates)
I love this story. By far this is probably my favorite on this list, although I adore all of these; Anomalous does a beautiful job of using yandere as a character trope, rather than using it as a narrative base. The story of Anomalous is not about any one character growing obsessed with you; Its about you having to navigate a world unfamiliar to you, with new powers you must learn to control, and it just so happens that around you people begin to act aloof, falling further than they should. If you don't mind slowburn yandere content, this is 100% my #1 recommendation from this list.
If anyone has any other reccs they would like to share, please feel free to add them in the tags or comments. I'd love to check them out.
Much love,
Yanyan xoxo

sorry to reblog a poll that's almost a year old but Here's How Jiggy Can Still Win
first: from a meta pov, obviously jiang cheng is the one coming out alive, because his narrative role is to survive (as a curse) while everyone else dies. plus everyone on this list has died once except for him so.
however, if we disregard the meta and narrative aspect....Here's How Jiggy Can Still Win
jiggy mentally processes the situation first.
jiggy immediately pretends to have been killed by xue yang.
yunmeng shuangjie team up to kill xue yang while jiggy plays dead on the floor. because it's 2v1, because both wei wuxian and jiang cheng are quite powerful, and because they have experience fighting alongside each other, they successfully kill xue yang.
after xue yang is killed, yunmeng shuangjie realize that only one of them can leave the room alive. they begin to argue about what to do and are unable to come to a consensus, as both parties want to commit suicide to allow the other to live.
the situation is eventually resolved when wei wuxian abruptly kills himself (again).
while jiang cheng is freaking out, jiggy stands up from where he's been playing dead on the ground and kills jiang cheng.
jiggy leaves the room as the sole survivor. congratulations jiggy!!!!

sorry but the only abuse enabler in the jiang family was jiang fengmian. if you're going to simultaneously ignore jiang fengmian and argue that jiang yanli and/or jiang cheng were "enabling" the abuse of wei wuxian at the hands of yu ziyuan - despite both jiang yanli and jiang cheng at the time being children living under yu ziyuan and jiang fengmian's authority, despite the fact that jiang fengmian was literally a sect leader and yu ziyuan's husband in a deeply patriarchal society - then i simply do not respect your intelligence. sorry

the wishing well
depressing modern au chengxian concept:
jiang cheng (university student) has been in love with his childhood bestie wei wuxian (also university student) for the last 10+ years. this is his one and really only crush. unfortunately, it does not seem like wei wuxian reciprocates. instead, wei wuxian has always been more interested in running after random other people and bothering them until they give him their attention; the most recent of these is one lan wangji. from jiang cheng's pov, none of these people have ever been jiang cheng himself.
one day, jiang cheng gets lost and happens upon an incredibly old-looking well. the well is labeled as a wishing well, and the sign also says that the well can grant any wish possible. naturally jiang cheng does not recognize this as the obvious plot hook it is.....so, instead, he tosses in a coin and jokingly wishes that his crush loved him back.
the next day, wei wuxian asks jiang cheng out.
things are good at first. jiang cheng is happy and wei wuxian seems happy as well. nor does wei wuxian's behavior seem especially unusual: he's his typical combination of endearing and obnoxious as fuck.
jiang cheng does not make the mental connection between the wishing well and wei wuxian asking him out. however, soon jiang cheng notices that something is off: they don't ever fight. previously, several of jiang cheng's behaviors did very much piss off wei wuxian and they would fight about it; previously, several of wei wuxian's behaviors legitimately upset jiang cheng as well. however, now this does not seem to be the case anymore: wei wuxian simply does not do the stuff that legitimately angers jiang cheng anymore, and when jiang cheng does something he knows used to upset wei wuxian in the past, wei wuxian just does not get angry at all.
naturally, this worries jiang cheng and he looks into it. eventually, he finds out that the wishing well was in fact the real deal, and that in order to grant jiang cheng's wish, the wishing well altered wei wuxian's mind and compelled wei wuxian to confess. horrified by the prospect that he had essentially mind-controlled an unwilling wei wuxian into a relationship with him, jiang cheng begins to search for a way to undo his wish.
eventually, jiang cheng figures out how the wishing well works: your first wish is a freebie, but for any further wishes, you need to pay a price determined by the wishing well. thus, when jiang cheng finds the wishing well again and wishes to undo his first wish, such that wei wuxian's mind is fully free and his own once more, the wishing well demands payment in response.
jiang cheng wonders what the well will demand. jiang cheng then wonders what he can pay. will the well demand money? what if it's more money than jiang cheng can afford? or, what if the well goes the fairy-tale route, and instead demands something abstract? jiang cheng's senses, jiang cheng's ability, years of jiang cheng's lifespan?
no matter what the well demands, jiang cheng realizes, he is willing to pay. jiang cheng cannot allow himself to restrain wei wuxian in this way. if wei wuxian's freedom has been stolen - if wei wuxian is being forcibly kept in this situation against his own will, and if this state of affairs is jiang cheng's own fault - then jiang cheng will stop at nothing to set wei wuxian free. anything else would be unforgivable.
the wishing well, of course, demands none of these. instead, in return for dispelling the magic it had cast on wei wuxian, the wishing well demands one simple thing from jiang cheng: jiang cheng's ability to ask wei wuxian to stay. jiang cheng can still say anything else he wishes to wei wuxian - except his mouth will never again be able to form the words "please don't leave me."
now, jiang cheng did expect that wei wuxian's behavior towards him would change, once wei wuxian's mind was freed. but some small part of himself did delude himself. some small and traitorous part of himself could not help but hope that, despite wei wuxian's feelings changing, wei wuxian would still choose to stay anyways.
this was not the case.
jiang yanli makes lotus and pork rib soup for the two of them. in this universe, jiang cheng has his own signature dish as well: a mapo tofu recipe, which he had learned to cook from a local restaurant after he and wei wuxian went once and wei wuxian said that their mapo tofu was the best thing he'd ever tasted. the morning after jiang cheng has his wish nullified, jiang cheng writes a letter to wei wuxian explaining the wishing well and everything that happened and leaves it on wei wuxian's nightstand. then jiang cheng cooks this mapo tofu and waits in their shared unit for wei wuxian to wake up and come downstairs. wei wuxian, however, does not even bother tasting any of the mapo tofu before dumping jiang cheng on the spot.
some time passes. initially jiang cheng does quite badly, and at the very least takes a day off to be a sad couch burrito. but, as time goes on, jiang cheng slowly recovers. he starts going out more often and reconnects with several old friends, including nie huaisang.
meanwhile, wei wuxian does not know what to feel. for the duration of their relationship, wei wuxian had felt an all-consuming and all-soothing love for jiang cheng; he had dimly observed that this love was overpowering his more negative emotional reactions (such as his jealousy when jiang cheng hung out with other people), but he had felt so happy that he had not cared.
waking up that morning had felt like waking up from a long dream. out of nowhere, the all-soothing love was gone; in its place, wei wuxian felt a massive wave of resentment and ill feeling towards jiang cheng. it was as if all the negative feelings wei wuxian should have felt for the past few months, yet did not, had suddenly resurfaced and hit him all at once. because of this, wei wuxian - moments after waking and before even reading the letter jiang cheng had left for him - felt that if he did not break up with jiang cheng in this moment, he would die.
wei wuxian only read the letter jiang cheng left for him after he dumped jiang cheng. all of what jiang cheng wrote - ie. all the stuff about magic wishing wells and unnatural influences on wei wuxian's mind - sounded like fantasy novel bullshit jiang cheng had invented. maybe this letter was jiang cheng's incredibly roundabout way of breaking up with wei wuxian, and so wei wuxian had not actually cast aside anything of value at all.
yet, as time goes on, wei wuxian's thoughts keep turning back to jiang cheng. wei wuxian moved out of their shared unit after the breakup and has been avoiding jiang cheng since, so he doesn't know what jiang cheng is doing anymore. and he tells himself that this is what he wants, but at the same time, he can't help but wonder: where are you now? what are you doing now? are you happy?
perhaps wei wuxian keeps thinking about jiang cheng because jiang cheng's reaction that morning, after wei wuxian had said that they should break up, had defied wei wuxian's expectations. wei wuxian had fully expected jiang cheng to argue or to get angry or even to demand that they try and fix things first. but instead, jiang cheng had simply accepted what wei wuxian said immediately, and then allowed wei wuxian to leave without saying anything at all.
why didn't jiang cheng fight for wei wuxian to stay? why did jiang cheng let wei wuxian go so easily? if jiang cheng truly loved wei wuxian, shouldn't he have used every means at his disposal to instead try and keep wei wuxian by his side?
one day, wei wuxian sees jiang cheng on campus. jiang cheng isn't alone; instead, he seems to be heading back from the on-campus bakery with nie huaisang. jiang cheng and nie huaisang are both holding takeaway bags from the bakery. jiang cheng is laughing at whatever it was nie huaisang said. jiang cheng looks happy.
at once, hatred erupts within wei wuxian's chest: not for jiang cheng, but rather for nie huaisang.
now, wei wuxian is no stranger to being mad about jiang cheng hanging out with other people. in the past, in fact, he had a protocol for this situation exactly: he would swoop in, with his superior charisma and humor, and steal the friend away from jiang cheng, such that in a few weeks the friend would be far more interested in hanging out with wei wuxian than with jiang cheng. now, though, somehow this protocol seems inadequate. wei wuxian can't see himself drawing nie huaisang away in this manner. instead, wei wuxian just kind of wants nie huaisang to die.
this level of hatred is unusual for wei wuxian, so he reasons that there's only one possible explanation: everything jiang cheng said in the letter about the wishing well is true, and wei wuxian is in fact still under the wishing well's influence. so clearly if wei wuxian wants to deal with this situation, what he should do is track down this wishing well and end its influence on him once and for all.
idk what exactly happens after this, but once wei wuxian finds the wishing well, he discovers that he, unlike everyone else, does not get a freebie first wish.
and then the big plot twist is that this is because wei wuxian, in the past, had already used the wishing well once already: back when wei wuxian was a child, he and jiang cheng got pretty close to each other almost immediately. but then one day they got into a big fight, and kid jiang cheng told kid wei wuxian to leave forever. in response, kid wei wuxian did actually leave the house.....and then got lost.
kid wei wuxian found the wishing well. and then kid wei wuxian used his one freebie wish: he wished that jiang cheng would love him forever.

#poorly drawn mdzs#mdzs#jiang cheng#wei wuxian#Aaargh...I have so many thoughts about this scene.#This is a hard goodbye. I'm not your burden to bear. Not anymore.#This is the culmination of years of miscommunication. There was so much love there. They trusted each other with everything once.#I think it is easy to hear the anger in JC's voice and consider him the aggressor in this but listen to the words not the tone.#It is anger yes - but it is an anger born out of love.#Jiang Cheng wanted him to live - damn the rest of the world to hell if that's what it took. And Wei Wuxian chose strangers over him.#Sometimes two people who once flourished together become each other's worst wounds.#A goodbye to someone you once would have done anything for is a wound you don't easily recover from.#Jiang Cheng could have stood at Wei Wuxian's side and joined him. Consider though; as a sect leader his life is not his own anymore.#JC cannot just abandon the fledgling New Yunmeng Jiang without also dooming people.#And that is the lynch pin of it all. Both of them are trapped by duty. And the older they got the more tangled the web became.#The song I linked (Hi Epic fans) is such a good JC and WWX song that doesn't fit this scene exactly#But it does fit *them*. The words of warning that go dismissed. The Tactical Genius who continues to press on.#The seeds of doubt that grow louder until they creep towards mutiny. Ultimatly this *is* a mutiny! It *is* betrayal!#'You rely on wit and people die by it'. Is that not Wei Wuxian?#Just smashing my brainworms together over here. Don't mind me.
this comic + op's tags are so good :'3
this scene is one of my favorites in the entire story. to me, at least, "if you insist on protecting them, then i cannot protect you," are not the words of someone who could protect the innocent wen remnants and simply chooses not to out of hatred; rather, these are the words of someone who knows that doing so is impossible for him and his sect. jiang cheng says this line because he - as op's tags state - knows that he cannot politically afford to stand with wei wuxian without putting all of yunmeng jiang in danger, without forsaking his duty as sect leader to the people he is sworn to protect. "why can't you understand?" jiang cheng demands, hoping that wei wuxian's insistence on protecting the (outsider) wen remnants is simply the product of wei wuxian not understanding the current political situation. but then, when wei wuxian replies with "then give up on me," jiang cheng realizes this isn't the case: in fact, wei wuxian does also understand the current precarious political position and what implications his insistence on protecting those wen remnants has for jiang cheng...and has made his choice nonetheless.
this scene is one of my favorites because it presents an exquisite moral dilemma to both characters. as op's tags say, both characters are bound by duty. wei wuxian, as a member of yunmeng jiang literally rescued off the streets by jiang fengmian, bears towards yunmeng jiang and the jiang siblings a moral obligation born both of the filial obligations centered by their society's confucian morals and of the bonds between family; however, the same wei wuxian, who knows the full truth of the golden core transfer, owes the wen siblings a massive debt of gratitude his own moral compass binds him to fulfill. jiang cheng, as wei wuxian's martial brother, as someone who was once rescued by the wen siblings, and just as a human being, bears towards wei wuxian and the wen remnants a moral duty to protect them and to prevent their suffering; however, the same jiang cheng, as the sect leader of the politically isolated and still-recovering yunmeng jiang, also bears towards his own people a moral obligation not to put them in the line of fire. both characters in this scene understand that the wen remnants are doomed without wei wuxian, and also that jiang cheng joining wei wuxian potentially dooms yunmeng jiang as well. therefore, both characters understand that there is no path forwards that does not entail some moral sacrifice.
so wei wuxian makes his sacrifice: he tells jiang cheng to give up on him, and in doing so forsakes his obligation to yunmeng jiang and to the jiang siblings.
and jiang cheng makes his sacrifice in turn: he accepts wei wuxian's departure, and in doing so forsakes his obligation to the wen remnants and to wei wuxian.
upon the altar of acceptable sacrifice lies familial obligation, moral obligation, and the promise to be the twin prides of yunmeng.
in telling jiang cheng to give up on him, rather than insist jiang cheng find some impossible solution to save them all, wei wuxian in a certain sense does jiang cheng a kindness: to a certain degree, he takes the decision out of jiang cheng's hands and communicates that he understands why jiang cheng cannot protect him anymore. in allowing wei wuxian to leave instead of trying to force wei wuxian to give up on the wen remnants and come home (as would be entirely within his rights as wei wuxian's sect leader), jiang cheng in a certain sense does wei wuxian a kindness as well: he accepts wei wuxian's decision, does not try to force wei wuxian to give up on his ideals, and does not try to force wei wuxian to stay with him against wei wuxian's will. yet i have to wonder if the destruction of their relationship would have gone any differently, or at least the brainworms eating their way through jiang cheng over that 13 year timeskip would have been any different, had either of these characters withheld these "acts of kindness" instead.
"if you insist on protecting them, then i cannot protect you."
in other words: "don't go where i can't follow."

Tumblr media
(Alternatively: @katkastrofa and I have created 5 OCs in 3 days and I suffer from chronic “I wanna draw the little guysssssss” disease)
#my art#artists on tumblr#the legend of korra#original characters#I have not figured out a tag system yet so for now this is all they’re getting#their names are liba and abyan and I’m very much obsessed :)#they’re the children of two of our other newest OCs. Himman and Summiya#the latter of whom just happens to be Zaheer’s older sister#but he ran away from home years before these two were born so he most likely isn’t even aware of their existence#I mean. I’m sure he suspects his sisters had children. but that’s the extent of what he knows#anyway#quite a few headcanons came to mind as I was drawing so I’m gonna type them out while I can still function#(haven’t slept for two nights in a row. I’m starting to doubt whether I’m actually alive or not)#Liba is older by about a year but once they grow up a little it’s barely noticeable and people assume they’re twins#over time they stop bothering to correct them because really. they’re so close they might as well be#they were both burn with port wine stain birthmarks on their faces. much to their mother’s dismay#she has a whole perfectionism complex and needed her children to reflect that to maintain the family image#thus they were taught how to hide the marks early on. but the powder makes them constantly sneeze#liba is very self conscious about it bc of what her mother put in her head. Abyan less so bc while he’s expected to be perfect#his future doesn’t depend on his looks. he always tries to comfort his sister whenever she spirals too deep. no matter that she’s older#when no one is around to hear he calls her Lili <3 it annoyed her at first so she dubbed him Yanyan in retaliation#but over time they both grew to love the nicknames and now use them unironically#they’re the ultimate partners in crime. their goal? gaining as much freedom from their mother as possible#and sooner or later they will manage to do so permanently. which will make Summiya fall apart. but that is currently Kat’s domain#speaking of. hi Kat. I know you’ve already seen this in pencil but look! I coloured them!!#the birthmarks were both kinda annoying and rather fun to do. maybe I’ll change them later. I was too tired to look at refs so I improvised#and there’s no detail in clothing since again. 0 energy whatsoever. but once I refine their full body designs I shall go all out#that reminds me I need to go collect my new sketchbook. might do it on the way home from the store#okay I’m getting distracted. is this my very unsubtle way of trying to influence Kat to write that Summiya fic?#maybe. maybe not. you can’t prove anything 😁

✩Does not know what to do
✩Literally will freeze like a deer in headlights when you show him any kind of affection.
✩Wants it so bad though!
✩Will act slightly like a tsundere if you call him out on how much he’s blushing
☆The head in the lap thing tho? You’re actually trynna kill him
He’s yet again invited you over under the guise of a study session. You knew this because A, you're not stupid and B, you’ve finished your work for the week. It was Friday and you had nothing better to do, so why not? The chance to lay in his large bed plus free snacks and fast internet? The chance was too good to give up. So here you are. Splayed out in his bed as he sits hunched over his desk to engrossed in his studies. You’re kinda scared he’ll get scoliosis from how long he’s been in that position. It’s been about an hour and some change since you’ve been here and you’re starting to get bored. And hungry. Your stomach growling over the video playing on your phone was enough to get you up and moving.
You call out to him and in an instant he drops the pen in his hand and turns all his attention to you. Before you get to tell him why you interrupted him so abruptly, your stomach answers for you. With a teasing smile it clicks in his head what you were gonna ask him and he asks you to grab some of those disgusting kale chips he likes on his way up. His house is basically a maze so you have enough time to think about the many ways you could clear your boredom.
Finally arriving at the kitchen you grab a handful of snacks and wave at the butler who's already stocked up once he learned of your arrival. This dude is loaded so he won’t miss anything, besides he got ‘em for you anyways. Speak of the devil, he hasn’t paid attention to you not once since you got here, it was his idea in the first place! Making your way upstairs you finally decide on the perfect way to clear that thought.
Handing him his snack of choice he thanks you before immediately returning back to work. However, he doesn’t get through much as he notices you haven’t moved. He’s about to ask what you're up to before you drop down to your knees and place your head in his lap.
“He-hey! What’re you doing? I can’t work like this,” you ignore him completely before whipping out your phone and opening your bag of chips. He’s about to continue his questioning when you raise your arm up and hover a chip close to his lips. He shakes his head to the other side but as soon as you see it snap back you shove it past his soft lips. You make sure to press down on his tongue just a little before pulling back and whipping the remaining saliva in his lips.
“Shut up,”
Not another word was spoken from him the rest of the day. You could feel his bulge against your head but didn’t pay it any mind. Who knows, maybe if he finishes fast enough you’ll finally get the attention you wanted.
𝐌icah
✰A common occurrence between the two of you tbh
✰It’s usually from him but he obviously doesn’t mind being on the receiving end; prefers it actually.
✰Can actually be quiet for once. He just loves to sit in the silence of such an intimate moment.
✰You on the other hand just wanted a comfortable place to take a nap.
“(Y/nnnnnn), I’m boreddd,” jeez can this guy exist without making noise. It’s not nothing you didn’t expect though, that’s just Micah is. You’ve known him too long to be annoyed by things like this so you just sigh.
“Put on a movie or something,” you don’t give him the. You don’t even give him the courtesy of eye contact seeing as they're closed. The bags under your eyes and slug of your shoulders as you lay down on the couch don’t go unnoticed. Yes! The perfect excuse for a cuddle session. Rising from his spit across from you he moves his way over to the kitchen, not forgetting to hand you the remote first already knowing he’d probably spend 10 min just looking for a good watch. Opting for YouTube instead you quickly put on some random try not to laugh in order to provide you some stimulation, resisting the cusps of sleep. Your eyes shift to the soft snow falling past the window, the cold not helping as you snuggle deeper into your blanket making you even more tired.
He returns with some hot cocoa and cookies as he takes a new spot next to you. You sit up and take the surgery treats as your eyes refocus onto the screen. His eyes stay on you though, enchanted at the thought of you. Ever since you were kids he knew he was gonna make you his and nobody would get in the way of that m. Not even you.
Too absorbed in la la land he fails to notice that you’ve already chugged down your drink and eaten your full of the cookies. He only snaps out of it when he feels pressure on his shoulders. As he lets you lay him down on the couch, he’s watching as you readjust the blanket to cover your whole body. You scoot your body down and lay your head on his lap snuggling closer into his warmth. Smoothing his hand through your hair (or scratching your back if your hair’s too short/thick) he listens to your breathing become more even. So happy that his sweet little angel finally catches some z’s.
𝐌iylo
✫I really CANT decide if he or Micah like it more.
𖤐The thing is with Micah, he’s been able to have his hands on you for years so he’s more used to affection.
𖤐Miylo on the other hand, before you “truly noticed” him has only ever been close enough as sharing a desk with you. There was that time when he had to help you out of a sticky situation(insert anon of him helping you become unstuck), but other than that he’s never felt your skin. (Besides the time he broke into your house and wacked his shit to your sleeping face before stealing your underwear (●’◡’●)ノ )
𖤐After you got over the fact that he wouldn’t leave you alone/became popular, he will never stop touching you
𖤐Putting your head in his lap is only sending yourself down into a long rabbit hole
You’ve been putting off this project for god knows how long. Being in various different clubs, applying for colleges, and the stress from your parents did no good for your health; physical or mental. The student council have all been divided for the purpose of a fundraiser you’re putting on for donations to various types of charity’s. You got satlled with the easiest so you couldn’t be to mad but the exhaustion from life was killing you.
“Finally! Now I can finally get some rest,” Christ, if you knew being apart the council gave you this much work you would’ve opted for something more functional. You hear a chuckle from beside you. Oh right… he’s here too. He wouldn’t stop bombarding you with his assistance, saying that “two heads are better than one,”. Luckily, you were able to block him out for most of this project but now you can’t. There’s only so much about his rambles on quantum theory and the newest Spider-Man movie you can take. What a fucking nerd. No matter though, all you're worried about is flopping down and living in your own world for a while and he wouldn’t stop you from that. He tries to say something but you're not having any of it.
Grabbing him by the tie, you yank him towards you. You feel just a little bad for how aggressive you were but knowing him he probably likes it. The blush in his cheeks and rubbing of his thighs only emphasizes your point.
“Listen close, all I want is to lay down and not have to worry about anything. So do me a favor and shut your mouth for a while and read a book or something; got it?” The nod you receive from him is timid but filled with obedience, that makes you smile a bit. You reach up and pay his head a little “Good boy,”
You shift him so he’s sitting up straight and shove his discarded book in his hands before laying down with your head in his lap. He’s frozen and shaking slightly but you don’t care. He realizes that and snaps back into himself probably realizing he won’t get you to be so willing to touch him next time. Getting comfortable he decides that maybe you wouldn’t mind him reading to you. And you don’t. His voice doing justice as you rest your eyes and continue to listen to the story.
Y’all I am so mad because I was writing in tumbler and my phone shut off and all my shit got deleted. I had to re-write Kenya's whole part and deleted most of the earth. N E WAYZ hope this what you asked for my love, ENJOY( ˘ ³˘)♥︎!!!

Q: what do you think/ feel about the elemental realm?
Tumblr media
[sisters Maria and Estela, Côte d'Ivoire shark shamanesses, yanyan Aje.]
Ocean, n. A body of water occupying about two-thirds of a world made for man — who has no gills. Ambrose Bierce, The Unabridged Devil's Dictionary.
I spend a lot of time thinking about the sea, which is itself the most elemental realm those mortals, with no training or interest in the esoteric, will ever experience. We can only survive under its surface for minutes, sometimes seconds, without artificial assistance. It is the source of all life and utterly indifferent to humanity and our narcissistic need to always be the Chosen Ones.
It’s no mistake that the Inuit placed Sedna, their creator, and her home where the dead go, Adlivun, not up in the sky or deep under the earth but at the bottom of the ocean. Shamans, if they wished to petition Sedna, had to travel to the ocean’s floor and comb out Sedna’s long hair in order to be granted her favor.
Of all the spirits that swim, none is so dear to me as Carcharodon carcharias, that which we call the great white shark. My first spirit guide came in the form of Big Blue (a pregnant great white). I wrote this poem earlier today, thinking about the sea as an elemental realm. What I appreciate about poetry is that it allows me to speak my own truth in ways that fall flat in my prose. To give oneself up to the briny deep, as they say, is also a shamanic experience.
But the language of sharks is difficult enough to master. Few try. Few can boast, without pheromones, or La Mer's occult craft, that they grok a gill flap's flutter; most basic sound in their ten-million year old tongue. Their poems unfold in waves, music few of us No-gills can fathom. I told that joke once to a Queen Mum, a mystic Itchy Mouth, who chortled. Get a Queen Mum to laugh, love, and the Seven Seas are yours until, for a bowl of soup, ten-million years are snuffed out. Just like that: going numb in the surf, calling and ... Stand on the shores of all the seas. Call. None will answer. None.

"jin guangyao should know his place"
yu ziyuan is that you??
he’s definitely not a working class hero, but if your critique of jin guangyao’s ‘ambitious social climbing’ at all hinges on arguments that boil down to ‘not knowing his place,’ then boy do i have news for you about where you yourself might fall on the ‘union man’ to ‘union buster’ spectrum.

someone should love you as you deserve to be loved
[warning: heterodox to wang x xian. no character bashing, only heterodoxy. if that makes sense.]
part 1:
a reality warper is an individual or being with the ability to (as the name implies) alter reality in an anomalous fashion. while most reality warpers can only alter more superficial aspects of reality (ie. small instances of thaumaturgy, telekinesis, etc), more powerful reality warpers are able to alter reality on a more fundamental level (ie. causing natural disasters, changing people's memories, creating fully-sentient artificial beings who believe themselves human, etc). and the most powerful type of reality warper - the beings one might call "gods" - are capable of retroactively altering history.
an anti-miracle chamber is a kind of magically-enforced room that resists all magical and anomalous influences. such a chamber is completely sealed on a conceptual and existential level, such that, when the chamber is closed, nothing - no magic, no miracles, no anomalies - can alter what is sealed in the chamber. thus, even if the strongest of reality warpers used their powers to retroactively change the timeline, the contents of an anti-miracle chamber would remain unaltered.
part 2:
jiang cheng has kissed wei wuxian exactly once in his life. perhaps a more romantic person would have said that wei wuxian tasted of sunlight, fresh grass, or whatever other garbage was typically peddled in romance books written by virgins, but all jiang cheng could remember was the burn of the too-spicy chicken wei wuxian had eaten earlier. naturally, jiang cheng had jerked away almost immediately, eyes watering as the burn of cumin spread onto his tongue; wei wuxian, that asshole, had only laughed at him.
of course, wei wuxian has certainly forgotten that incident already. now, the only person wei wuxian needs to kiss is lan wangji. nonetheless, though, sometimes jiang cheng can still taste the faint ghost of that overspiced kiss, and hear the echo of wei wuxian's laughter in the quiet wind.
two years postcanon, jiang cheng stumbles into a temple. this is a bit of a problem, as this temple does not exist. however, jiang cheng does not know this. all he knows is that the (nonexistent) candles are lit when he enters, that these (nonexistent) candleflames are reflected, gleaming like jewels, in the dull (and nonexistent) bronze of the (nonexistent) statue at the temple's center, that he is dripping rainwater on the (nonexistent) floorboards. that the storm outside is so bad that he had not been able to see anything on his way here. and that jiang cheng had fought his way through the rainstorm anyways, weather and health be damned, because he has something to say.
"you actually granted it?!" shrieks jiang cheng, before the puddles he has left behind him can even dry. "one thousand prayers, one million wishes, and this is what you chose to grant?!"
"take it back! this isn't - this isn't what i wanted! grant another one of my wishes instead! if i really can have anything, then - then - "
the temple, of course, is silent.
part 3:
postcanon, wei wuxian is living happily in the cloud recesses with lan wangji. and he is happy! sure, jiang cheng has been sending him letters, and sure, he's kind of too chicken to even read them, and sure, they're slowly piling up in the jingshi. but that's fine! that's fine. the past is the past.
then, three years postcanon, wei wuxian starts to notice things changing. for one, jiang cheng changes: while before he would send wei wuxian letters (which wei wuxian never opened), and would immediately take the bait whenever lan wangji needled him at public affairs, now he no longer does any of those things. now he simply avoids both wang and xian, and does not react at all when lan wangji pokes at him in public.
furthermore, and more noticeably - lan qiren's behavior also changes. previously, he had of course expressed disapproval in lan wangji's choice of partner; however, previously, all of his actions still indicated that lan wangji was his precious nephew. now, though, things change. one day, out of nowhere, lan qiren stops paying any mind to lan wangji altogether, and instead treats him as coldly as he would a stranger.
lan wangji is naturally upset by this change. anyone would be, if the man who basically raised them started icing them out. in a stark contrast to his behavior 3 years ago, lan wangji begins following his uncle around, asking if he can help with anything and if his uncle would like to spend time with him. lan qiren, however, coldly rebuffs lan wangji each time.
unable to watch this go on for any longer, an angry wei wuxian confronts lan qiren. to wei wuxian's surprise, though, lan qiren does not respond to any of wei wuxian's barbs about being a shitty uncle; instead, lan qiren starts grilling wei wuxian on his history with lan wangji. when did wei wuxian first meet lan wangji? did wei wuxian ever try to send any letters to lan wangji after his expulsion from the cloud recesses? could wei wuxian describe in detail his and lan wangji's battle with the xuanwu of slaughter? how many times did wei wuxian run into lan wangji during the sunshot campaign? did lan wangji ever visit wei wuxian when wei wuxian was living with the wen remnants in the burial mounds? how exactly had lan wangji rescued wei wuxian from the slaughter at nightless city?
wei wuxian is naturally able to provide detailed and specific answers to each of these questions. lan qiren stares at wei wuxian for a moment. then, lan qiren says: "as cruel as this is for me to say, you are ultimately not my responsibility." and then lan qiren turns around and leaves, ignoring wei wuxian's shouts.
nonplussed by this conversation, wei wuxian begins to pay more attention to lan qiren for the next few weeks. he discovers that there are certain hours in the day, following a fairly set schedule, in which lan qiren's whereabouts are completely unaccounted for; no matter much hard wei wuxian digs, he cannot figure out where lan qiren is going during those hours.
moreover, wei wuxian also happens to overhear an interesting conversation between lan qiren and lan xichen (still in seclusion). lan qiren asks lan xichen to refresh his memory - lan wangji had visited wei wuxian exactly once when wei wuxian was living in the burial mounds with the wen remnants. given that lan wangji was already in love then - had lan wangji shared his reasoning as to why he only visited once? and had gusu lan done anything to or with lan wangji for this visit after lan wangji returned from yiling? lan xichen thinks about it for an unexpectedly long time, and then replies that he cannot remember. when wei wuxian later asks lan wangji these questions later, lan wangji is able to provide clear answers.
wei wuxian pioneers a safer long-distance version of his little paperman: one that does not require the caster's consciousness to fully sink into the paperman, one that does not harm the caster if damaged, and one that can travel an incredibly long distance from the caster's body without the spell breaking. then, the next time lan qiren leaves the cloud recesses, wei wuxian plants one of these papermen onto lan qiren's person, allowing him to surveil lan qiren in secret.
to wei wuxian's surprise, lan qiren visits lotus pier, where he has a private meeting with jiang cheng. though wei wuxian misses most of the conversation because his paperman doesn't work perfectly, wei wuxian still manages to overhear the following snippet:
JC: to be fair, i don't think he's dangerous. if he had ill intentions, then he would have acted on them already. if you don't give him any reason for complaint, then i don't think he'll have any reason to act against you.  LQR: and how exactly am i supposed to know what would give it 'reason for complaint'? how am i supposed to know anything about what it wants? just what can you tell me about it, sect leader jiang?!  LQR: ....forgive me. i did not mean to raise my voice.  JC: i - it's fine. i understand.  JC: .....and, for what it's worth, i'm sorry too.
after visiting lotus pier, lan qiren returns to the cloud recesses. then, a few days later, he leaves again - this time to visit the unclean realm. once again, wei wuxian plants a paperman on lan qiren, allowing wei wuxian to surveil lan qiren's movements.
at the unclean realm, lan qiren meets with nie huaisang. instead of talking about anything relating to the events of the guanyin temple incident, however, lan qiren instead asks nie huaisang about lan wangji. asks lan qiren: lan xichen and nie mingjue were friends since childhood; thus, did nie huaisang also frequently spend time with lan wangji in his childhood as a result of their older brothers' friendship? if so, what impressions of lan wangji did nie huaisang have, and did they or did they not get along? nie huaisang thinks about this for a moment, and then replies with some confusion that he cannot remember.
unnerved by this conversation, wei wuxian does not share what he overheard with lan wangji.
a few days later, nie huaisang then invites wei wuxian to the unclean realm. lan wangji insists on going with wei wuxian, but wei wuxian encourages him to stay home and help the juniors instead, saying that wei wuxian will be fine on his own.
once wei wuxian arrives at the unclean realm, nie huaisang meets with him. nie huaisang immediately drops the paperman wei wuxian had planted on lan qiren onto the table between them, and asks wei wuxian why he was eavesdropping on huaisang's conversation with lan qiren.
not knowing what else to do, wei wuxian ends up sharing all of the above with nie huaisang. nie huaisang concludes that something strange is going on. wei wuxian and nie huaisang end up agreeing to investigate this together.
nie huaisang explains to wei wuxian what he already explained to lan qiren: because nie huaisang had followed nie mingjue around everywhere, and because nie mingjue and lan xichen had been best friends from childhood, nie huaisang had also ended up spending a lot of time at the cloud recesses. it would have made logical sense if nie huiasang, as the second young master of the nie sect, had then spent (or been forced to spend) a lot of time with lan wangji, the second young master of the lan sect. however, nie huaisang has no memory of this ever happening - not even their respective guardian figures encouraging them to spend time together, not even any enmity that would have prevented them from doing so.
however, says nie huaisang, his memory of that entire period of time is just fuzzy - unusually fuzzy. this then leads nie huaisang to wonder if his memory was tampered with somehow.
at first, no one is sure what to do about memories that may or may not have been tampered with. however, after some research, wei wuxian finds the concept of the anti-miracle chamber: a type of magically-reinforced chamber that, when sealed, completely shields its contents against all forms of magic. according to wei wuxian's findings, each of the four (formerly five) great sects has such a chamber deep in its headquarters, the existence of which is kept a complete secret from everyone except the sect leader.
these anti-miracle chambers existed primarily for the sake of record-keeping - specifically, record-keeping that would remain absolutely unaltered by any sort of magic. from wei wuxian's readings, he learns that there once existed a kind of powerful god that could retroactively alter history: changing events that had already occurred, erasing people and altering history such that the erased people never existed to begin with, adding artificially-created humans and altering history such that these artificial humans always existed. the anti-miracle chambers were invented and built specifically so that the sect leaders would be able to track these anomalous changes to the timeline: because the anti-miracle chambers are completely impervious to all forms of magic, even if the flow of history itself were retroactively altered such that a certain [event A] never happened, because the history-altering magic would not be able to change the records inside the anti-miracle chamber, the records inside the anti-miracle chamber would still include an account of the erased [event A].
nie huaisang was never told about such a chamber - however, nie huaisang soon finds that the nie sect does indeed have an anti-miracle chamber. the reason nie huaisang did not know about it is that the sect leader nie before nie mingjue - that is, nie mingjue and nie huaisang’s father - had died far before he had anticipated doing so, and thus  never got to tell nie mingjue about the anti-miracle chamber. with wei wuxian's help, nie huaisang is able to discover the location of the nie sect's anti-miracle chamber and find a way to open it.
inside, nie huaisang finds nothing of note except for an extensive record on all the major events in the jianghu. in these records, nie huaisang finds recorded the births of nie mingjue and himself, of jiang yanli and jiang cheng, of jin zixuan, and of lan xichen; however, he does not find any record of the birth of lan wangji. however, notes nie huaisang, lan wangji's birth was on almost the same day as one of nie huaisang's father's particularly bad qi deviations, so it's entirely possible that sect leader nie had simply forgotten to record lan wangji's birth as a result. the records, naturally, cut off after the death of nie huaisang's father.
after nie huaisang conveys this to wei wuxian, wei wuxian is unnerved by the fact that the records do not mention lan wangji at all. if these records had been placed anywhere other than an anti-miracle chamber, then wei wuxian could chalk up lan wangji's absence as the result of either sabotage or some sort of anomalous anti-information spell; however, the fact that these records were placed in a sealed anti-miracle chamber specifically points in a different direction. thus, wei wuxian insists on checking the records in another sect's anti-miracle chamber to see if those records also lack lan wangji. since things with jiang cheng are currently tense and lan qiren is currently being suspicious, wei wuxian decides to go ask jin ling instead. nie huaisang elects to stay behind, knowing that a sect leader letting another sect leader into his sect's super-secret anti-miracle chamber would be a problem.
once at jinlintai, however, wei wuxian runs into jiang cheng. jiang cheng, having overheard wei wuxian asking jin ling to let him into the jin sect's anti-miracle chamber's recent historical records, tells wei wuxian that he can come check lotus pier's anti-miracle chamber instead. jiang cheng says that jin ling's position in the jin sect still isn't stable, and so letting an outsider see top jin secrets might cause jin ling more problems.
wei wuxian agrees to go check lotus pier's anti-miracle chamber instead. after their arrival in lotus pier, jiang cheng first serves wei wuxian a big meal before letting him into the anti-miracle chamber. there, wei wuxian finds both lan xichen and lan wangji's births recorded in the records, as well as all of the deeds lan wangji performed after his birth. interestingly, one of these deeds (which is recorded as having happened during the 13 year timeskip) involves lan wangji singlehandedly slaying a notorious snake yao in gusu. amusingly, the records also contain quite a lot of entries on jiang cheng's own mishaps.
wei wuxian thanks jiang cheng and says he's returning to gusu. even though wei wuxian has strengthened his (mo xuanyu's) golden core enough for him to (with some effort) make the trip back on his own sword, jiang cheng insists on having two jiang disciples fly back with wei wuxian. wei wuxian accepts.
once wei wuxian arrives at the cloud recesses, he has an engaging conversation about talismans with one of the jiang disciples, while the other one disappears for a bit. after the second one returns, the two disciples leave.
though he cannot articulate exactly what it is he had feared, wei wuxian feels relieved. that evening, he sleeps with lan wangji for the first time since this whole investigation started. in the afterglow, wei wuxian then praises lan wangji for a deed he had read in the lotus pier anti-miracle chamber records: that lan wangji had defeated that notorious snake yao in gusu during the 13 year timeskip.
at this, however, lan wangji reacts with embarrassment. in reality, lan wangji explains, he had not been the one to kill the snake yao; instead, it had been jiang cheng. jiang cheng had gotten overzealous and chased it all the way across the yunmeng-gusu border before finally killing it in gusu. now, this had been a problem, as the sect leader of yunmeng jiang had crossed a sect border in order to kill a yao in another sect's territory. jiang cheng had ended up offering gusu lan a sum of money in private to make up for this misstep, upon which gusu lan had claimed that it was lan wangji who had killed the snake yao, specifically to cover up jiang cheng's mistake.
upon hearing this, wei wuxian freezes. as we know, the only person who knows about a sect's anti-miracle chamber is supposed to be the sect leader, and nothing about jiang cheng's personality indicates that he would buck this rule. therefore, the only person who could have written the record in lotus pier's anti-miracle chamber about lan wangji killing the snake yao in gusu is jiang cheng himself. however, jiang cheng himself knows that this is not the truth. now, it is possible that jiang cheng also lied in the anti-miracle chamber records in order to keep covering up his mishap; however, given that the anti-miracle chamber records also contained many recordings of jiang cheng's other mishaps (many of which were far worse than accidentally chasing a yao into another sect's territory), wei wuxian finds it highly unlikely that jiang cheng would lie about this incident specifically.
therefore - something is up. the next day, with a sinking suspicion, wei wuxian asks all of the lan juniors he's friends with if any of them saw where that second jiang disciple went after wei wuxian's arrival in the cloud recesses yesterday. a handful of the disciples reply that they saw the jiang disciple speaking with lan qiren.
upon hearing this, wei wuxian immediately flies to jinlintai, where he asks jin ling to show him the jin sect's anti-miracle chamber. in there, wei wuxian finds that which he had began to suspect yet was too afraid to put into words: the records contain absolutely no mention of lan wangji.
more accurately, lanling jin is in the habit of keeping a separate set of records for each sect leader. that is to say, jin guangshan kept one set of records, which was made read-only upon his death; jin guangyao kept another set of records, which was then made read-only upon his death; the current jin sect leader is jin rulan, so only jin rulan's set of records can be written to.
jin rulan's (short) records, of course, contained mention of lan wangji. jin guangshan's records, however, did not. in jin guangshan's records, lan xichen was recorded as the only son of qingheng-jun. lan xichen was called "the jade of gusu," with no mention of a twin. the xuanwu of slaughter was recorded as having been slain by wei wuxian alone. no mention of lan wangji is made in any of the entries on the sunshot campaign. no mention of lan wangji is made on any of the entries about the public meetings on the wei wuxian issue. no mention of lan wangji is made in any of the entries on the nightless city massacre.
and then came jin guangyao's record. initially, jin guangyao's record also contained no mention of lan wangji. and then, a fourth of the way through jin guangyao's record, jin guangyao writes the following:
on the X day of the Y month of the Z year of the reign of xuanzheng, i spent the evening in this room completing my records for the month. when i emerged from this room the next day, however, i found that the world had changed: while previously the lan sect of gusu had only one son - my er-ge - it now suddenly had two. suddenly, everyone acknowledged the existence of one lan wangji. it was as if he had existed right from the beginning - even though i myself had no memory of him at all. at first, i considered the possibility that i had simply gone insane, or that my memory had failed me. and certainly this seemed the case when i checked the historical records of all of the institutions who would accept my request, as each of them had this lan wangji's existence and achievements fully recorded. however, no matter how many times i check the records that both myself and my predecessors had left in this conceptually-sealed and anchored room, i find no record of lan wangji's existence.
wei wuxian is stunned. wei wuxian is horrified. wei wuxian flees jinlintai and flies back to the cloud recesses, where he confronts lan qiren about just what he found. after a long round of yelling, lan qiren finally confesses the truth: yes, it is just as the records imply. the existence known as "lan wangji" was not created naturally, but was rather artificially added to the world one day during the 13-year timeskip.
not only were everyone's memories altered to include lan wangji; to a certain degree, history itself was altered to account for his existence. those 33 elders who lan wangji injured still bear the scars from those injuries. wen yuan, who lan wangji rescued from the burial mounds, now lives as lan sizhui. furthermore, once he came to exist, lan wangji was able to affect the world just as any other human: he did in fact save all those people as hanguang-jun, and he did in fact defend wei wuxian during the second siege. yet, says lan qiren, this alteration to history was not perfect: because edits to history were kept absolutely minimal, there are currently many "gaps" where lan wangji logically should be had he existed from the start, yet is absent from: these include nie huaisang's lack of childhood memories with lan wangji, and lan xichen's lack of memory of what happened to lan wangji after he returned from visiting wei wuxian in yiling.
and then there are the anti-miracle chambers. impervious to all reality- and history-altering miracles, the anti-miracle chambers and the records within them contain no mention of lan wangji before a certain date during the 13 year timeskip. thus, only one thing can be concluded: the existence known as lan wangji was not born as an ordinary human would have been, but was rather artificially added to the world.
lan qiren then explains that both he and jiang cheng came to realize the truth a few months ago. however, he continues, looking bitter: he and jiang cheng are not allies. because the current state of affairs was caused by none other than jiang cheng himself.
many years ago, during the 13 year timeskip, jiang cheng grieved. or perhaps it is more accurate to say that jiang cheng began grieving long before that. after all, jiang cheng had never once in his life been allowed to unabashedly love wei wuxian - first because of his parents, and then because of his duty, and then finally because of yanli's death and the doom of the yiling patriarch. when, during any period in his life, would jiang cheng have been able to fully love wei wuxian? when, during any period in his life, would jiang cheng have been able to put wei wuxian above everything - as some traitorous part of himself had always wished to do, as wei wuxian deserved to have someone do for him?
and yet, despite these deficiencies, jiang cheng loved wei wuxian. even now, with both jiang yanli and wei wuxian dead in the ground, jiang cheng still loved wei wuxian.
how unfair to wei wuxian. jiang cheng could not help but feel that wei wuxian deserved better: that he deserved someone who could and who would wholeheartedly put wei wuxian first, who would abandon all other duties for wei wuxian's sake, specifically in the way that jiang cheng himself had failed to do. and yet, jiang cheng was all the universe had seen fit to give wei wuxian. in this world, in this present, everyone else hated wei wuxian. how unfair, how unfair - the unworthy jiang cheng alone still loved him.
one day, jiang cheng went on a solo nighthunt and was gored by the boar yao he was hunting. as he lay in the dirt, slowly bleeding out to what he thought would be his death, he found himself thinking of wei wuxian again. would he meet wei wuxian again in his next life? or, for the sin of brother-killing, of not-brother-killing, would he be reincarnated into diyu instead?
strange. what was previously an empty clearing had been transformed into the steps of a temple. as his consciousness faded, jiang cheng found himself wishing: i wish that someone would love you as you deserve to be loved. i wish that someone would love you in all the ways i could not. even though i wanted to be the one to do this for you. even though i failed to do this for you, i wish that someone would love you unconditionally.
when jiang cheng next awoke, all of his injuries were healed, and the existence known as "lan wangji" had been artificially added into the world.
