So you and @bispecsual both were inspired by the Rogue Trader game so I will be tying together both of the asks. Though theirs was more about "holding a lot more power than the usual darling but still having this man be rabidly devoted to her." and "oh he’s a freak… jokes on you I’m into that 😏"

Serax had quite a good deal going on. He enjoyed the Rogue Trader he was attached too Lord Captain Rowena Beaumont... Lady Rowena in proper company... Beau to those whom she lures to her bed... and his teasing calling her -ena. Ah yes wouldn't it be nice to have his 'ena call him Serax at night instead of Sven. He was playing the roll of a Vlka Fenryka and perhaps he was playing it too well... for the Mistress of the ship had gotten under Serax's skin.

She was horribly over the top. She was loud. She was a brat... such a brat and he could tell she loved it when he, as Sven, scolded her. Of course, he couldn't do much to her and much less given his cover... but why would he want to drive her away? But it was so easy to play the roll of the brutish Vlka Fenryka as she had told him when he had tried to 'scare' her away from getting too close... she was a gremlin and had announced "Jokes on you I like that!"

Everything was perfect... The blare of the horn as he could tell the gelar field flickered and one of his hearts sank. But that was probably from being thrown by the sudden demonette, that he quickly crushed, before he rushed down the halls to find Rowena. He felt a second hand embarrassment as he howled like the wolf that he was pretending to be.

"SVEN GET YOUR HAIRY ASS OVER HERE!" He hears her shriek before firing her weapon a few more times as she has to make her way to the bridge to get her ship under control. "IF I GET ONE MORE CALL FROM YOU LOT I WILL MURDER SOMEONE!" Again she screams, he sees her only half dressed but no armor on at all as she swings her saber.

"What are you daft puppy?" He snarls out like the protective wolf he was being as he picks her up before backhanding a warped individual. "Is my pup alright?"

"No! Someone tried to kill me in my sleep! I did not get my full rest! And now my ship is falling apart!" She lets out a scream as she grabs a gun and just shoots into one corrupted individual a few too many times. "Puppy lets get you to the bridge."

Rowena clings to her smelly Sven... it wasn't bath day yet. But she watched him be the killing machine that he was always so skilled in what he does... though she found he, like a lost dog, followed the hand that fed him. Which in that case was hers and Rowena did not mind one bit of having a space marine to her beck and call. Besides it was also a bit of a flaunt to also get her world rocked by Sven nearly every night.

"Look out!" Sven shouted as he turned his back to the corrupted crew shooting at them. Rowena watched Sven's pauldron turn teal for a moment... seeing a green hydra in the place of a wolf before it returned to normal before he fired back.

"Oh Sven." Rowena cooed, "You keep me so safe what would I do without you?"

"Hmm probably be dead. Full of a lot more holes... maybe," He lowers his voice an octave, "be less stretched out... less ruined for mortal men perhaps." He laughed as he looked down at the Rogue Trader biting her bottom lip and looking at him with bedroom eyes. Serax grunted looking away, "Not now puppy." He growls softly.

"Later?" She coos rubbing his chestplate.

"If you're a good girl." He feels her lean back, giggle, and kick her feet in joy. She was such a funny little creature.

Rowena drums her fingers as she finally got her ship back in order but something was bothering her. The sigil that was on his pauldron... it itched a memory in the back of her mind. Grandpapa told her to fear the hydra though... there was a hydra in their heraldry... a bloodline that could be traced back to when the Emperor was walking around. She always figured it was to mean fear of betrayals but what did the hydra mean.

She hummed as she dismissed herself from the bridge and returned to her room and went into the forbidden library. Oh yes she was suppose to hand these books over to the Inquisition for being heretical and some in xenos origin. Some were heirlooms and she grabs the ones she remembers that had a hydra in them.

Serax looks to Rowena feeling his stomach drop as she says just looking at one of his trinkets. "Hiding anything?" He forces out a laugh, "Lady Rowena I'm but a simple wolf. I hardly need to hide anything from you."

"So why did your pauldron turn teal? And don't you fuckin gaslight me! I am the fuckin' queen of Gaslighting, Gatekeeping, and Girlbossing!"

He sighed and watched Rowena jump as the door locked behind her and her microbead and other tech cutting her off from the rest of the ship. She turned around and was grabbed and pressed to the door as red lenses glowed in the dark of the room as he tilted his head his voice sounding different. "Lady Rowena." He purrs and he watches her eyes widen... not expecting that reaction?

"Wha-wha-wha-" Is all she can manage. Before he puts his thumb on her tongue.

"Hush puppy," He rumbles in that deep and to Rowena very seductive timber, "you're not suppose to know about this. Normally... puppies who find out get put down. But... you are my puppy. And normally I would want an adversary to figure out what I am verses your accidental discovery." Thank you @thus-spoke-lo for the tag in this fun self-recommendation game! I always feel a bit awkward posting reminders and announcements when chapters are ready for reading, but I'll take a moment to hype myself and the words of my labor up. Here are my 5 favorite things I've written so far!

What's the Magic Word? - So I love how One Piece is this giant fantastical world where pirates are a real threat and mermaids, dragons, and magic quite literally exist. I thought it was odd that there wasn't a witch character at all, especially with how well it would fit into the universe, and what type of role/responsibility power like that would look like. Rowena my baby was born. It's everything I've ever learned while practicing the craft, enjoyed seeing in pop culture media, and inspired by cultural lores that I participate in or have great respect for. I wanted to create a character that could believably exist in the One Piece world and then have her do a bunch of fun and cathartic things (that may or may not be a reflection of real life). Falling in love with Eustass Kid was not on my radar (is falling in love ever?) - in fact the first draft of the story didn't have the Kid Pirates at all. Nope, just my witchy girl and the Straw Hats having adventures. Then I got to the Sabaody Archipelago and I saw him. I thought it would be fun to put these characters in a situation where they weren't friends or enemies but rather temporary witness protection body guards with a powerful ass witch as their protectee. Plus the smut. Love the smut and romance always. Its my first writng project I've done since college and I'm so happy to be back in the writing sphere. This book will have a sequel :)

Turn Back Time - This was a random dream that turned into a 20+ multichapter fic and I'm not even mad about it. In this one I took a fun approach to the story by centering it not just on the OCs but the Kid Pirates themselves. My first fic didn't really acknowledge many of them until the editing stage but this fic is entirely about the Kid Pirates and what it's like being in their crew. Especially as the love interests of some of the scariest, beefiest dudes that end up just being touch-starved men who are fully capable of vulnerability and love. It's been fun and I am excited for the upcoming themes and trials they'll go through! There will only be the one book but it will follow the journey of the Kid Pirates up until the very recent events in the manga.

At First Sight - this was a one shot that turned into a mini-series and I surprised myself with how much I packed into it. I didn't want to or expect to make it into a series but after giving it maybe a whole day's worth of thought and effort, I feel like I pulled a pretty good fic out of what was originally a stand-alone porn trope collab story!! This one is also on the Kid Pirates cause they're my comfort characters and again its been a fun way to put a spin on these murderous pirates when they're engaging with someone who's neither foe nor friend. Not a frenemy but a familiar with benefits! I lowkey based Y/N's badassery on Beidou from Genshin Impact.

KillerCook - I saw a hot dude make brownies on Instagram and thought 'what if Killer.' That's it. I wasn't sure how I was going to present it so I settled for creating a social media experience and I'm pretty sure I delivered. I'm a Kid Pirates loyalist, if you want something else you can check my Swampstew Bedtime Stories but my bread and butter are these anarchist psychos. Now comes with accessories such as: baker's hat and apron, and also a set of gold body piercings! The response has been supportive and excitable, and it's inspired me to do another modern social media influencer monetization fic, coming soon 😏 on Friday actually!

Oh Yandere! series - I wanted to give myself an opportunity to play around with some dark content and found myself really enjoying it. Especially in the noncon/dubcon vein. I've been too meek to do anything more than head canons but I have recently been inspired to explore some truly deplorable characters if I pick this series up again. Just imagine on the night of your 5th husband’s funeral, you’re in your bedroom playing the role of the grieving widow when your space marine comes in. He’s purring, in his hands a jewellery box containing a necklace your late husband never got to gift you.

He helped picked it for you, of course he did. He knows you better than any of your late husbands. Eyes watch as you put it on, deep rumbles as his hands grip the short sleeves of your dress. Pulling them down.

He’s worked hard for this latest one, shouldn’t you reward him?

He’s gentle, gentler than your late husband by far. Of course he is, he knows that you’re sensitive, that you deserve only the most tender and gentle of touches. Hot kisses along your skin, not once does he bite down even though he wishes more than anything to leave some sort of visible claim on you.

It wouldn’t be right for you to be seen with lovebites all over your neck so soon after your late husband’s untimely death. He knows the rules. Though you? You dig your manicured nails into his back and rake them down, leaving red lines. He purrs, if he can’t leave his mark, you at least can leave yours.

Large calloused hands touch your soft skin, trailing down your arm as he pulls the sleeves down, unravelling his prize. Oh? Nothing under? He growls, pleased. Imagine what your late husband's family would've thought if they knew.

Picked up, you wrap your legs around his waist the best you can given how much bigger he is. A hand grip tightly on your upper thigh and one on your butt. Something cold is suddenly pressed up against your back. You realize he has you up against the window and he's quick to stop your protests with a hard kiss.

It has been 2 agonizing years of watching you getting courted and eventually wed that useless man. 1 year of having to listen to you fake your pleasure when that worthless man tries to grow his family. The original plan was 5 years but fuck that, he cannot bear to listen to that good for nothing man prattle on about how lucky he is to have such a youthful and beautiful wife.

Gasping when large fingers brush against your folds, checking if you're ready for him. Of course you are. You whimper and dig your nails into his arms, leaving crescent indents on his skin, unable to control yourself. One finger, then two. You bite your lip, trying desperately to stifle your sounds.

Your husband may be dead but the household staff are not.

Your Space Marine smirks in the dim light and his fingers withdraw from your wet heat. Replaced by something larger. He leans in, capturing your lips and muffling your moans when he sheathes himself within your tight heat. His human, his perfect jewel. All his to claim.

(Paraphrasing, here.) Helga would be the one who's like, "We shouldn't know the future; we should live our lives just as we plan to with no input from future events." Rowena, Godric, and Salazar are collectively like "LOL, screw that! Knowing the future is very cool, actually!" Rowena wants to know future discoveries, Salazar wants to know future events and political movements, and Godric wants to know his own legacy.

A = Attachment (How do they show their love and affection? How intense would it get?)

Rowena showers you in gifts and makes your life easier in any way she can. If that means hexing a few people into giving you what you want, then so be it.

B = Blood (How messy are they willing to get when it comes to you?)

She doesn’t like when things get messy, but she’ll get as messy as she has to if it’s for you.

C = Clingy (Do they require your attention at all times? How do they act when you ignore them?)

She likes acknowledgement for sure, but she doesn’t need your attention all the time. It actually mildly annoys her sometimes if you’re too clingy.

D = Dependent (Are they codependent? Do they want you to rely solely on them for your care/protection?)

She wants you to turn to her first for any care or protection you may need, and will certainly feel slighted if you go anywhere else.

E = Excess (Would they spoil or pamper you? To what extent?)

Oh yes! To the most extravagant extent possible. She likes to live in luxury and she wants that for you too.

F = Fatal (Would they kill you? Kill for you?)

She’d never kill you, unless in an apocalyptic scenario and with your express permission for the good of the world and all that nonsense. But kill for you? Sure, if she had to.

G = Give Up (What are they willing to sacrifice for you?)

Pretty much anything but her magic, she could reasonably see giving up for you. Her identity as a witch is where she draws the line.

H = Harsh (How do they take to you mouthing off to them or saying something they don’t want to hear?)

She finds it kind of amusing when you mouth off to her. Cute, even, when she’s in a good mood.

I = Inseparable (What are they like when you’re not with them? Do they check in on you constantly, or feel lost without you?)

She does check in on you if she feels there’s need for concern, especially if anything requires you to be with the Winchester boys. Then she’s using her magic to watch you like a hawk.

J = Jilted (How do they act when met with rejection from you?)

She doesn’t take it well. She may even cast a spell to make you change your mind, at least until you’ve changed your mind for real.

K = Kidnap (Would they ever abduct you just to have you to themselves for a while?)

Quite possibly, yes. If you had been avoiding her for some reason, or just haven’t been spending enough time with her, Rowena would take matters into her own hands.

L = Lines (Do they cross lines with you? What ones? Is it something they know they’re doing?)

No. She’d fear the pushback too much. When she gets close to crossing a line, she definitely realizes it and backs off.

M = Manipulation (Would they manipulate you? How? And would you realize that’s what was happening?)

In her early days before the Winchesters’ influence, she would have, probably without a second thought. Now, very less likely, but not entirely impossible.

N = Naive (Do they like you pliant or do they prefer you to challenge them?)

She prefers a challenge, but not too much. She wants to feel like she can win you over without completely changing you as a person.

O = Ownership (Do they feel possessive of you? How do they act when you’re around others?)

Rowena is so possessive. She doesn’t trust anyone with you, but she usually keeps her cool, assured that if they do anything she doesn’t like, she’ll be able to correct that problem.

P = Petulant (Are they moody? Easy to anger? Or are they patient and forgiving around you?)

Rowena can be moody, but she tries not to take her bad moods out on you. She’s definitely sweeter around you than most people and it frequently confuses the people who know her.

Q = Quit (Would they quit any of their behaviors for you if you asked?)

There’s no controlling Rowena, so it’s doubtful she’d change herself just at your request, but she may start making a conscious effort to behave in a certain way less when she’s around you.

R = Rules (Would they have rules for you? Brainwash you? Teach you the right way to be theirs?)

No. She wouldn’t want her independence stripped from her and she won’t do that to you, either. She doesn’t need any false affection.

S = Stalker (Would they stalk you? How far would it go?)

To a minor degree, perhaps. But only to make sure you’re safe when she has reason to suspect you’re going to do or encounter something dangerous. Then she’ll covertly tag along to cover you if you need it.

T = Target (What do they wish to do to you? How twisted are their ideals?)

At first she wants to train you, bring you into her coven, but then she just wants you. She wants you to respect and love her, be the person she’s always wanted in her life.

U = Utopia (How much effort do they put into making you happy?)

More than she does for anyone else. She wants your happiness almost as much as she wants happiness for herself.

V = Violence (Would they ever be violent with you?)

Forceful, maybe. Violent, no. She may grab you by your shirt or shove you out of the way of danger, but her intent is never that of hurting you.

W = Will (Would they ever do anything against your will?)

If she thought it was in your best interest, yeah. Is she misguided in that? Possibly, but there would be a noble intention at least.

X = Xoanon (Would they revere or worship you? To what length would they go to win you over?)

She wouldn’t worship you, but revere wouldn’t be out of the question if you treated her as an equal rather than a villain and loved her like she’s always wanted.

Y = Yowl (Do they ever make you cry? Do they enjoy your tears?)

She doesn’t enjoy your tears in the slightest. She never wants to see you cry, and she isn’t the best at handling it when you do.

Z = Zenith (Would they ever break you just so you’d stay with them?)

No. That’s the last thing she’d want. It would break her to break you.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMAndie! I can't believe you've done this. Well, I did one version of this where I talked about my pretty much all my fics - however, this will go a little more detailed with other things I've done :)

Captain Kid's Fiery Passion - !Yandere Kid. I really enjoyed exploring a darker, crueler Kid that would take reader with no hesitation. I know I only scratched the surface of 'dark fic' with this one, but part of me is entirely too hung up on Kid being an actual cinnamon roll to his beloved that I can't really imagine him being mean mean. That doesn't mean the inspiration isn't there. I have plenty of questionable scenarios I'd like to write out, and my only fear is accidentally triggering myself XD

Spoiling Killer - this is my guilty pleasure. Subjecting my comfort characters to simple pleasures. I can't help writing rottingly fluffy stuff. It's my nature. And I'll do it again too. I won't stop until every crew member is given the pampering they deserve.

Meet the Kid Pirates series - Heat the HR Director and emotional support human! - We know SO LITTLE about this crew and their roles so I decided to make up roles and titles. IF we ever get canonized information, I will update these. However, this was meant to just be fun head canonning :) I was going to do every crew member but after...THAT...chapter, I was too depressed to continue. Still kinda am. This is gonna be composed of just drabbles, thoughts, and ramblings of things I wanna see for my ship. Nothing is canonized until its written in the official book(s). This is my sacred space for adding more to Rowena's lore, her relationships with Kid and the world around them. It can kiiiinda be spoilery if you're not caught up to the main fic. Inspired by @abysscronica 's standalone fic "Emperors (dad!Kid x mom!Reader)" which is SOFCKING GOOD but also gave me the courage to write beyond my main fic and explore other themes and tropes that would not otherwise fit in WTMW? NGL I'm inspired to do a Stampede book too cause my mind literally cannot shutthefuckup about Kid and Rowena and making Kid stressed about showing off that he's a better Captain than Luffy, but I have too much on my plate already. I hope that's not stepping on your toes Abyss!!!!!

Ending on a collaborative note, it was a DELIGHT AND HONOR to host this collection of stories for Halloween 2023 with some of my dear moots. SUPER SECRET HALLOWEEN PROJECT was so much fun from conception to execution. I had so much fun envisioning the theme, and hearing from my friends how much they enjoyed being able to do something low-pressure and just for funsies.
