I wanna put some of my Deadpool and Wolverine thoughts out here before the film <3

Anything bolded is stuff I’ve thought out and think might be possible others are just thoughts :)

1. I think the reason all the xmen characters we see in the wasteland are bad guys is because Magneto tried to save from his xmen universe degrading by sending them to the wasteland

2. I think Storm will make an appearance

3. I think we’ll get an au of wolverine at some point

4. I think the feild with the rocks wolverine is in is the Feild Of Reeds from MoonKnight

5. The TVA is a secret branch that still honours the sacred timeline- and want him to take out marvel au’s like elektra and the fantastic 4 which he dies quickly. But when hes sent to kill wolverine he realizes that they’re bullshit. Which leads to both him and Logan getting sent to the wasteland and them having to team up with the people he pruned to get out

6. Cassandra wants them to escape so she can too

7. Taylor Swift Cameo or at least a joke (something like she appears as Dazzler only for her to immediately die and Wade will say something like “GUYS WHAT THE FUCK THAT WAS TAYLOR SWIFT DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE FANS ARE GONNA DO TO US???”)

8. America Chavez is opening the portal for them in the end

9. This movie will end with a lot of the multiverse characters escaping into our universe (main mcu) which will lead into Thunderbolts* (hence the asterisks on the title) which will deal with trying to track them down and then will lead into avengers 5

10. The portal is created by the new avengers looking for monica through the multiverse

POSSIBLE SPOILERS FOR EP 5 OF XMEN 97

So I guess this is my prediction

My hyper-fixation brain: So if we take into account that Gambit has Omega potential in the comics, but he lets Sinister lobotomise them to prevent foretold doom, and we pair that with another thing from the comics, in which Gambit manages to use his powers to set up barriers that allow Rogue to touch him..

(Yes I am gleefully assuming my boy WILL return, my cards are on Sinister/Death theory because why else was he suddenly a giant skeleton in Xavier’s vision)

Anyhoo What if, what if, after the dust settles, and Gambit is back, and he can use his powers to now safely touch Rogue, the warning comes that *he can’t keep it*?? That he has to be powered down to avoid innocent deaths?

He’ll give it up in the end, of course he will, but oh how he’ll rage first.

And if at that point Rogue gently tells him it’ll be allright, that they’re deeper than skin? I will become a puddle and I shall never needing a bucket to keep myself in.

So anyway I am very normal about this show why do you ask?

So hc: You know our pretty little bird boy, Angel. His wings aren’t actually that of an angel. They are of a dove. He may have descended from the Cheyarafim but after the mutant gene skipped so many generations, the angel part has transformed into a dove, the bird known to be a symbol of god(no I’m not religious, I just grew up Christian). His body temperature is said to be increased but can adapt to almost any temperatures. He ‘whiffles’ such as large birds do(alternating side slipping and briefly turning upside down to quickly lose height before landing). His vision is impeccable, having night vision, enhanced peripheral vision, and he can basically zoom in on targets(increased amount of rods in his eyes and has a reflective surface behind his retinas). He also has a third eyelid that’s transparent that can withstand the high pressures while flying.

But, uh, yeah. There’s probably more but this is all I’m gonna say. There might be some stuff to disprove this but idc, I still say he’s a dove. I just think it’s really cool cuz I’ve been obsessing over Angel lately!<333

Remember this post I talked about eletromagnetism?

I did talk how the universe is permeated in eletromagnetism and yet Magneto wouldn't be able to stop bullets through the lead as it is not ferromagnetic (most bullets nowadays are made of lead)

I don't thinking I said it clearly enough, but he could still use paramagnetism to stop them, cuz as I said everything is affected by diamagnetism

And this got me thinking

...Oxygen is diamagnetic

So... He could deflect any projectile through controlling the air around him

And now I'm thinking about force fields that he used multiple times in the series. He can simply use manipulate magnetic fields into working as shields

But theorically, by using eletromagnetism and radiation, he can heat up air creating a field of ionised superheated air-plasma around him that could lessen shockwaves/blows too

Isn't that cool?

Morph is probably going to end up being Pestilence in XMen 97. They're time displaced with Storm & Wolverine-- Famine and War respectively. We already know Gambit is going to be Death and quite frankly Morph's sunken in face gives Pestilence vibes.

We all know Morph and Wolverine are a package deal-- and even though Morph has had a pretty intense brush with death [in the original animated series] the part of 'Death' in the Horsemen is already taken. It simply makes sense-- having them split off with Storm and Wolverine will simply set them up for being selected by Apocalypse.

I'm gonna lose my shit if/when this happens in season two or three-- and such a development would parallel their brief stint as a villain under the control of Sinister. Wolverine makes too much sense as War-- given he's someone who has seen a lot of it.

Either way I'm hype for this new season.

With a few days to go before Deadpool and Wolverine is released, here’s my final theory going into the movie:

The mission that the TVA sends Wade and Logan on is to try to save the Fox X-Men universe. For some reason, the Fox-verse is collapsing, possibly due to an incursion with another universe. This is bad since we’re not talking about a timeline getting deleted, we’re talking about EVERY possible X-Men timeline being erased.

(Universes are the main threads, alternate timelines are branches that sprout out from those universes. So think of the MCU and the Fox-verse as their own separate threads with their own branching timelines. And the Fox-tree is being cut down somehow)

The thing is, no matter what Wade and Logan do, they can’t stop the incursion. Thus, they come to accept that the Fox-verse is going to die (which feels symbolic to what happened to the X-Men movie series in real life)

But that’s when Wade comes up with an idea. Maybe they can’t save the Fox-verse. But…what if they can save the people and the stories in it? Instead of letting all the Fox-verse characters disappear into oblivion, Wade asks if it’s possible that the Fox characters can migrate to another universe.

The TVA says it’s possible, but in order to do that, they’d have to find a universe where the Fox characters don’t exist. In addition, there’ll be a cost. The merger will result in the Fox characters being “reborn” in the new universe, but without any memory of their life in the Fox-verse. This is to ensure a smooth transition in the merger, make it so that no one notices there was a HUGE change in the universe.

Side note: Maybe as a sign that the merger was successful, we get a callback to when Kamala Khan was implied to be a mutant.

Wade then looks into the camera and says something along the lines of, “Hmm…I wonder which universe I’m picking to merge with-MCU, let’s be for real here. Fuck, I should’ve stretched that out more!”

So the merger happens, resulting in the X-Men characters/mutants now being part of the MCU, but no one noticing the change. Everyone acts as if they were there the whole time.
