Winter Wonderklok 2023

Welcome to the first ever Winter Wonderklok! A holiday Metalocalypse themed event leading up to Christmas. Twelve days of prompts instead of gifts for your true love. How zazzy is that! You are free to create anything you want. Make art, write stories, put together playlists, design moodboards and overall, take the time to have fun with it. I know this coming out a smidge early, but I want to make sure everyone has time to relax after kloktober, think and create. I made it a point to try and be as broad as possible because I know not everyone celebrates Christmas. Please feel free to adjust to your standards. As a fan creator myself, I do these things for the fun of it and in a way that fits my style. I encourage you all to do the same. Don’t feel like a certain prompt? Do something else entirely! 

There are a few things I would like to clarify and they go as follows:

What do you mean by ‘Rankin Bass?’ Rankin Bass is the production company that produced all of your favorite Christmas movies like Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer and Santa Claus is Coming to Town. Beautiful puppetry and stop motion pioneers that are cherished to this day. I challenge artists to attempt the style in their own way. Or simply have your character of choice enjoying the specials. However you want to tackle the iconic figures.

What do you mean by ‘Saran wrap ball?’ It’s a type of grab bag game that involves…saran wrap! Who would’ve thought. I will attach a video below for reference on how it’s made and how it’s played. I will say that each house has their own rules so feel free to adjust anything you’d like.

What do you mean by ‘OC Special?’ I am an OC (original character) writer. Many of my friends are too. The few prompts that are labeled ‘OC special’ are meant to encourage use of OCs, interaction with other OCs and even creation of new OCs. I would love for people to take the opportunity to create someone or something new or try something they’ve been meaning to for a while. Challenge yourself! But if that isn’t your style, that’s okay too. If you do not want to use or make an OC, you’re more than welcome to use a canon character of choice instead.

What do you mean by ‘Toys for Tots?’ This is a charity program run by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve which distributes toys to children whose families cannot afford to buy them for Christmas. Ongoing for over seventy five years and common enough, but just in case anyone needed a reminder.

I encourage you to use #WinterWonderklok2023 when you post your work. Love keeping things organized. Good luck everyone! Can’t wait to see what you can come up with.

Cute, Warm, and Fluffy Prompts For Christmas!

It's the most wonderful time of the year~

❄ Character A and B go ice skating together, except one (or both) cannot skate on their life.

❄ Character A and B go ice skating together, except one of them keeps falling on purpose so the other can catch them.

❄ Character A runs cold, and it's especially bad during winter. However, Character B loves it because it gives them an excuse to touch (hold hands, cuddle, etc.) Character A under the pretense of "I'm just warming you up".

❄ Building gingerbread houses together but they're absolutely hopeless at it.

❄ Character A always leaves the house under-dressed, so Character B always brings an extra pair of gloves, scarves, hats because they know Character A will get cold.

❄ Sickfic but it's because one of them was messing around outside in the snow despite the cold and their partner telling them not to.

❄ Character A struggles to wrap presents, so Character B decides to help them out by wrapping the gift with them (hands on).

❄ While everyone else is out dining in fancy restaurants or eating at home during Christmas, Character A and B decide to order fast food and chill.

❄ Baking cookies (or anything, really) together, except Character A doesn't know how to bake so they just mess around and get in the way of Character B.

❄ The heater/air conditioner system is broken, leaving the house cold. Character A insists on staying together for warmth, but little does Character B know, Character A actually broke it on purpose.

❄ Character A and B normally live in a warmer location. However, one of them really wants to see snow, so the other one surprises them with tickets to a snowy vacation!

❄ They go out to snowboard/ski, but one of them has no clue what they're doing and keeps falling, envious of the other, who can snowboard/ski like a pro.

❄ Going to any outdoor event (market, show, etc.) together!

Xmas Day 20 - Sunshine

TAILS DOLL!!! Also a character whom I don't beleive to be an EXE. But he's had horror media based off of him, so that makes him more of an EXE than Fleetway to me.

Anyways, aside from EXE stuff, Tails Doll's canon is stupid af. He's a Tails replica with no connection to Tails, and that's hilarious to me.

hi avo! would love to see azi, crowley and nightingale building a gingerbread house. 😆 Something so sweet and wholesome turns chaotic and stressful very quickly..

notes: oh absolutely. The universal gingerbread experience.

It started out with a kit, you think, dully. How did it end up like this?

A sweet idea both physically and sentimentally: Aziraphale came home with a gingerbread construction set. He thought it would be lovely, though you suspected he could have just sat down with the individual pieces and happily munched away. But the afternoon was free so the three of you got to work. 

The package indicated it would be made up as a darling little cottage with icing as snow and gumdrop decorations.

You glance up at what you have. 

It did not turn out like that. 

“No my dear, you have to beat the egg whites gently,”

Aziraphale says, voice on the wrong side of snippy, attempting to wrestle the bowl out of Crowley’s arms. 

“I’ll beat something in a minute,” the demon mutters, somehow getting the mixture all over Aziraphale’s waistcoat despite the apron he’s donned. The angel huffs and goes to bite back when you interrupt -

“Oh god help it’s falling—!”

They both rush over to try and steady the foundations of what you already have but it’s no use. The icing crumbles away and the gingerbread tumbles, your already pathetic creation crumbling into nothing but a pile of crumbs. 

Four hours. Somehow, you’ve been at this for four hours. You are losing your grip on your sanity. 

“Oh, sod this,” Crowley mutters, clicks his fingers, and the gingerbread is miracled into completion. It looks lovely: sugar icicles and a peppermint path. The isomalt windows sparkle as if there’s a fire inside. 

“Oh! How gorgeous,” you say, smiling. 

“Really, Crowley. I thought we were doing things the old fashioned way.”

“The old fashioned way can be stuck where the sun doesn’t shine. There, it’s done.”

“It almost seems too nice to eat,” you begin, but then Crowley shoves a rolling pin into your hands. 

“No. None of that. Destroy it, eat it, and let this be over with.”

“Where’s your Christmas spirit, Crowley?”

“Here,” he says, and brandishes a bottle of Baileys at you both. 

You and Aziraphale exchange a glance and agree silently: you can’t argue with that. 

An hour later the remnants of the gingerbread house sparkle in the kitchen while you all get pissed in the front room. It’s decidedly a much better use of your time.

🎭 #torokatober2024 day 12/31: pierrot 🎻

Even the bed creaks stutter with Quatre’s hips, the pressure between his straddled legs bursting in waves. This is where he usually screams.

He doesn’t. The circus grounds are so quiet, and this is their last night together before Trowa goes on tour to the farthest cluster known to man.

Trowa brings him down to his feverish chest, turning them on their sides on his narrow bed, in his cramped tent.

Quatre strokes the glitters on his cheek from tonight’s makeup. He’ll miss him.

Trowa kisses him deeply, his tongue and his hips moving again.

Quatre sighs, his toes curling.
