I want to get more in-depth about maverinities and just noticed something. The definition of maverique does not include any mention of xenity. It is outherine, which is "not exactly xenine" (not entirely outside of xenity, but doesn't automatically include it either.) I would assume the maverine gender quality, by extension, would be similar in how it's defined by its not-exactly-xenine-ness but xenity isn't mentioned anywhere where I've seen maverique or maverine defined.
So, what is the overall perspective on maverinity in relation to xenity? How do I discuss maverinities with xenity in mind? Can maverine be more inclusive of xenity because of its unorthodox nature, while outherine is more anthrine in nature?
I'm not great at wording things (which is why all my wiki reference pages and my essays take ten years to put together.) I just want to get all the details right.

Xenity and Gender in the Abstract
(An essay under the cut.)
Can you imagine a gender experience that is not feminine, masculine, neutral, epicene, outherine, or even genderless? What if, instead of any of those categories, you used far more unconventional ways to explain your gender? The concept of atrinary identities was explained in a previous essay, but I also briefly mentioned the experience of being xenine - that is, any gender quality outside of the human scope of genderedness. Instead of using human concepts to explain gender, xenity exists in the realm of the abstract and the other. Xenine identities may also be called xenic.
Xenity can be experienced in a number of ways - through concepts based on emotions, colors, textures, plants, animals, media, sensations, and so much more. Some xenine identities might feel like a cool early morning while some might be related to a specific character from a TV show or movie. Others might be more like the deep dark ocean. And others might be best described as something eldritch and unknowable. Like any other gender experience, it really depends on the individual who uses the label. Genders that are inherently xenine are typically called xenogenders.
While these experiences don’t use human categorizations of gender, they do not inherently indicate a nonhuman experience such as otherkinity or therianthropy either. However, that may actually be the experience for some members of those communities. If someone is more animalistic, they may view their own gender as something an animal might experience - or, at least, an animal in a human’s body. It gets even more complex when that person isn’t human or animal, or even anything of this world. If they’re some sort of mythical creature, a spirit, an alien, or even the embodiment of an abstract concept, their xenine experience might be more suited to that form of nonhumanity.
Other folks - not otherkin or therian - may feel a connection to music or other forms of media, which means their xenic experience will reflect that. Xenogenders based on specific songs or albums, on video game characters, on physical pieces of technology, or even the nostalgic feeling of interacting with these types of media exist to fit this type of gendered experience.
Another way someone may experience xenity is through -coric identities, which are based on specific core aesthetics. Goblincore, cottagecore, horrorcore, and fairycore can all be xenogenders - goblincoric, cottagecoric, horrorcoric, and fairycoric respectively. While an aesthetic-based identity sounds like it may play into one’s gender expression more than anything, these are actually more often literal genders. Xenogenders may also be based on other types of aesthetics, anywhere from lolita to gothic to pastel to neon. Aesthetics can be just as flexible as genders.
Xenity doesn't just have to relate to xenogenders. Since it's a gender quality, it can be applied to any other existing gender or lack thereof. You can be a xenic man, a xeno-aligned agender person, or someone who is demixenogender with a connection to other genders. Your presentation or expression can also be xenic. What does that look like? Like any other type of gender expression, it is variable and individualistic - it depends on how that person chooses to express themselves! There are no rules for gender expression or how a gender quality might affect our gendered experiences.
Gender is incredibly personal and since we experience the world through a vast and varied number of sensory inputs, it makes sense that those inputs might intersect with our gender identity. Our sense of self, after all, is often shaped by the many ways we experience the world. The way something looks, feels, sounds, or is experienced through memories can all influence our genders in some way. This might very well be one of the most diverse and flexible gender concepts that exist!

Trisempars & Triluarepes
Trisempars - A gender system / umbrella for a gender that is simultaneously a single unified gender and also three different sub-genders. It can feel like 1 gender which has parts which can be sorted into three different categories, each making up 1 of the sub-genders. This term can be considered a Schrodigender subterm but doesn’t have to be.
[This gender system is open if anyone wants to coin anything under it! Please just tag me when you do, so I can keep track]
Triluarepes - A gender under the trisempars umbrella in which the component parts are: femininity; xenity, connection to the moon and stars, softness, peace and calm, daintiness and delicacy, summer sunshine, meadows, breezes, the colour blue, lace, pressed flowers, books of poems / poetry, artistry and passion.

NODDING okay !! hmm let me think about something fun. i dont have any specific xenogenders but i DO have a love of relating my gender to items or concepts... i find it very fun and. much better explaining than with traditional wording
OHH YOU'VE GOT ME EXCITED I LOVE XENOGENDERS!!!
i find "traditional" wording (binary wording) quite boring and restrictive at times, outside of just the dysphoria of it all. and that's not to say that binary gender is any less beautiful or interesting than nonbinary gender. it's just that the boundaries of how you describe your gender under the binary are so limiting.
one of my wishes for nonbinary people and everyone in general is that we stop seeing xenogenders and describing your gender with concepts as cringe. metaphors like this are a part of human life!!! i would be so happy to see a cis person describe themselves and their gender with whatever language excites them and makes them happy.
sadly, the world of xenogenders and esoteric descriptions of gender are very much locked behind a wall of cringe culture and exorsexism and plain old transphobia for a lot of people. i know for a very long time i sat on the sidelines and wistfully looked at people enjoying themselves and living their lives but was caught in a world of deeply internalized transphobia and a friend group i'm very glad to not be a part of anymore.
i was really tortured about my gender for a very long time, and it's still a world of pain that i have to unpack, so sometimes going to that language and eschewing cis expectations is just wonderful. like fuck yeah, dude, my gender is a star! i'm made of flowers and fresh dirt!! my gender is the type of thing you find in the back corner of an old bookstore!!! it helps me conceptualize and love myself so much more. and honestly it's really euphoric a lot of the time!!
be Free. embrace xenity. i love it sm, whoever invented xenogenders should be kissed and held forever

Support, love, and positivity for anyone who is xenogender, xingender, xeno-aligned, xenine, or anything similar. Gender is so variable and conventional language doesn't always do a good job at describing it. Sometimes, we need to look far beyond the binary for labels that fit our unique experiences. We need to recognize that there are people with these experiences in our communities who need support and validation. Go show some love to a xenic individual today!
Do you have a favorite xenogender blog or artist that you want to share? What about specific types of media that represent the xenic experience? Feel free to share whatever you know!

I’m a bigender(void/male) trans male.
I’ll be discussing my online treatment due to mainly being out online.
I currently use, it/un/he, and in that order but I used be he/it, and then he/it/un. I never wanted to give my nonmale identity too much weight, it felt as if I would be an invalid male if I did so. In my mind if I wasn’t a male, I was automatically female, and some misguided queers continue to have this opinion.
My friends would avoid my it/un pronouns, and I expected to be okay with exclusively being referred to with he/him, but I wasn’t.
I needed to be called with my it/un pronouns, and so I became more unrelenting with being gendered correctly, It was depressing me to not have the all sides of my gender be recognized. I also found that I needed he/him as well, either way I felt incomplete.
Some groups struggled to comprehend my identity as being both agender and male, no I’m not a demiboy. The reason I use bigender over demiboy, I am not partially a boy, I am both fully male and agender; it’s not an intensity change, so I am not genderflux in this regard.
For me what I desire is the androgyny of male, the male of agender, and the xenity of both
Wow! Here’s something incredibly personal.
This is Good Bi Gender. A comic I made to express some feelings I have about my gender. I don’t really have that much else to say about it. Here it is.
