⚫ Opposite to the stereotype of Leo being a narcissist, its the Aquarians who are more narcissist than ANY other zodiac. Esp its the Dhanishta naks out of the Aqua naks who are so.

⚫ I have seen 3 Aquarian moons (of Dhanishta nak) who had a poverty stricken first half of life (childhood, teenage years) but then they become well off like rlly very well off in their second half (esp after marriage). They marry rich 🤑 too. What i am saying here is the dramatic transformation of their financial life.

Bang Chan Chart Analysis: in the weeds edition

chart patterns, degrees, fixed stars, aspects, final dispositors, basically all kind of deeper cuts.

ah, bang chan: a double libra gemini rising whose other planets are acting up so much i barely even touched on venus and mercury somehow

like he's clearly an air sign in every respect--he loooOOOves to talk, he's curious and interested in a lot of different things, he's never met a secret he doesn't want to immediately tell five hundred thousand people on live... but damn some of those other planets (saturn, mars, jupiter, uranus) are loud.

right away i noticed his chart is a bucket chart--every planet is in one half of the circle, except for one planet who becomes the "handle": his aries saturn. saturn is hammering all the other planets on the head so to speak.

saturn: you'll have to come through me motherfuckers

saturn is screaming it's ME i'm the BIG BOSS and as the handle, a lot of things in chan's life are gonna be based on or deal with--for better or worse--saturn stuff (maturation, fear, control, authority, judgment). chan's saturn automatically rockets to the top of his Big Boss list (it will not stay here tho, we've got some other bosses coming).

saturn is in its fall in aries--it doesn't speak the language there. any planet in its fall is usually marked down in influence but i also think it makes the planet more important? chan has to struggle with it. a saturn at home in capricorn (barring other chart factors) is very natural. 8/9 members of girls generation have saturn in capricorn and wow does that make sense. saturn in capricorn prizes Work and is self-conscious/guilty of its feelings (feelings are not productive), it's alllways anxious it hasn't done enough, it is very scared of disappointing people, it's deeply conscious of societal conditioning.

aries is a weird sign for saturn to be in. saturn has a lot of fear, and aries has a lot of fearlessness. aries is a baby and saturn is all about maturation. aries is about acting without thinking, saturn is about making a list and checking it 5 times then deciding not to do it just in case.

and then. this is fun. saturn goes on the big boss list again because it is unaspected--this doesn't mean there aren't aspects, it means there are no major aspects to other planets. when a planet is unaspected, everyone around you can sure as fuck see the hell out of it, but you can't really. it's center stage but not in the play.

bang chan: i am the cutest, fuzziest lil libra guy :) i just care about my work which is normal :) and i express that care in a very reasonable and chill way :) i just want things to be good! :) everyone around him, shaking in fear from his scathing judgment and innate leadership aura: uh-huh

an unaspected planet is usually a generational thing--chan really popped up like hey girl :) i'm here to really personify our family problems of work, judgement, fear and maturation and just like. make 'em huge and unavoidable. haha. :)

chan's gonna show real extremes of behavior around his saturn, which

in aries seems like it's dealing with issues of creation, self-determination, doing it on my own, that kind of stuff (so he'll deny himself or assert himself too much in turns)

in the 11th house backs that up--the 11th is the aquarius house, so saturn is in aries (a "me" sign) in a "we" (in a sort of detached intellectual sense) house

11th/aquarius usually wants to set u free :) but in a kind of back-handed passy aggy harry styles way, like "i love you so i'll set you free, because i am such an open-minded person, unlike other people (who are tethered to humanity which is both embarrassing and scary to me yuck), also setting you free is less terrifying to me than being perceived :) go with god :) bye :)"

it's in the sun decan, so there's a flavor of "look at me look at me" and identity formation (am i what i produce?)

saturn's most exact aspect is sesquisquare mars which acts a lot like a square, my favorite aspect! squares get such a bad rap but i think they're so much better for your life in the long run bc they force you to deal with things. his mars is in sagittarius, so we have a double fire sign situation: explosive, passionate, loves attention and creation. mars, who also gets a bad rap, is our survival planet. it's like, how are you gonna survive this. how are you gonna get what you want and defend yourself and win (if you care about winning) (chan cares about winning).

sagittarius mars is gonna go forward kind of joyfully but also in a "fuck you lmao" way. it's courageous bc it doesn't really think anything could go actually wrong. it's gonna Leave if it's bored (and it's already bored). it's gonna wide-angle zoom on the situation and be like "lol embarrassing... for you" and feel 100% sure it's right All The Time. sesquisquare saturn tries to control this force, adds a bunch of fear and repression and Issues (and often in later life, wisdom), so -> chan's gonna really be afraid of his own anger, of losing control of his temper -> ironically he will be unable to stop bouncing between these two extremes to various degrees. u can't control what u can't accept my dude. -> he's also afraid of not being in power, of not winning -> the me/we extreme will also come into play--especially with his sun and moon in libra (that's their whole Thing) sagittarius says "i'm right for objective, philosophical reasons" and aries says "i'm right because i just am bro i don't have to explain myself to you" mars in the 6th house--that drive to assert himself is gonna really go hard at work and in his daily life. this is a #gymbro placement for sure. his daily routine is Let's Fuckin Go At 150% -> his 11th house (where saturn is), loves the idea of people, community, his ideals, is detached from humanity and it comes into conflict with -> his 6th house, which is very much of the world, very critical, very let's get actual shit done and be of service to people sidebar, mars is exactly conjunct the asteroid quaoar-- creation, making new rules and structures, diverging from how things Have Always Been Done, please hold this thought for his uranus, coming up soon

libra moon at 29 degrees: heard u were desperately trying to maintain equilibrium for emotional security reasons lol

another planet i'm eyeing is his libra moon which is in the anaretic degree, 29. he's very good at this energy but it's gonna test him. with his libra moon he needs contact and dialogue with people to feel secure but it can't get too deep because that's gonna freak him out. he is super comfortable being vulnerable and emotional on the internet because the internet is not real. i mean it's real, but it doesn't feel real. it's the equivalent of over-intellecualising your feelings so you don't actually feel anything (which an air moon always enjoys, as a hobby). just like it's way easier and less scary to be in love with an idea of a person, rather than the actual person! the actual person can really fuck up ur moodboard!

chan needs things to be pretty, equal, even-keeled. libra is such a funny sign because often it gets flattened to this like "cutey pie flirt" stereotype which i would say is almost exclusively libra venus. libra is a cardinal sign--an acting, initiating sign--and can be a lot more controlling than it likes to pretend imo. it's also in his sixth house--he's gonna feel safe when he can be of service to others, when he can get things done, when he can edit shit, basically.

he's also a new moon baby, which gives a moon a fun, aries-y, baby-tries-(food)-for-the-first-time vibe. removes a lot of those libra inhibitions and adds a lot of need to feel special.

chan is so good at making sure he feels safe by trying to keep everything cute and not too deep and staying on the surface or removed from the situation through constant activity and like, pruning everything, trying to perfect everything (therefore not having to actually deal with anything). howmstever, this system is gonna repeatedly implode throughout his life. soz bud. his emotional foundation's gonna get pummeled on and off which sucks because he has an almost manic need

for emotional safety through strategic diplomacy and avoiding confrontation

for emotional safety through constant work and "perfecting" everything

for people to like him everyone needs to like him or he will die

(not the real him, that makes him nervous, the projection of him that he painstakingly curates, that is safer)

it's not especially fun to deal with.

bright side, wisdom in later life!

mercury, ruler of chan's ascendant: pretty much exactly what you'd expect?

as a gemini rising, chan's ruler is his mercury in libra in the 5th but ironically i don't feel like she's as major of a player as some of these other planets. you can see the communication and curiosity focus of his life, and in the 5th house of self-expression, creation. mercury is sextile mars and pluto, a talent for making his voice heard and powerful, trine uranus in the 9th he's confident about and believes in his unique voice/perspective.

like mercury is there and she's important, but she's not like. causing big waves? it's like his life direction, again, important, but i'm more intrigued by...

mars conjunct pluto opposite his ascendant: oh boy!

this is his one big opposition and it's on the gemini-sagittarius axis (my fave, she's just fun and curious, she's not super dramatic or that difficult although she doesn't exactly make it easy to make... decisions... or get anything done?). however if we were worried about getting shit done, mars and pluto are here to scream. mars conjunct pluto is exactly as dramatic as sagittarius-gemini is not.

this is an exact conjunction and it's wild. anything pluto touches blows up in a way. it makes it intense and secretive and adds the planet to its portfolio of unconscious past life soul security demands.

lmao i just realized that red lights is fully this conjunction lmao oh no. i don't know if i can talk about this conjunction normally. it's very... ... nsfw.

sometimes pluto conjunct mars forces mars into the background and makes the person afraid to assert themselves, but i don't think that's exactly the vibe here, although it's similar. it looks to me like chan has a lot of rage and anger in him that, with his libra placements, he probably has a very difficult time acknowledging or facing. he'll easily internalize it and turn it inward and be a real asshole to himself, and also his temper will flare up randomly and he'll go for the kill shot when he meant to communicate like a normal person. he has a lot of strong desires, he also wants power, but he's gonna hide it and run from the reality there. he does have almost inhuman will, courage and drive tho, he can truly endure anything.

(idk i think he should be a little worried about his physical body, so many of his coping mechanisms depend on exercise/endurance and with pluto--transformation, security--in the sixth house i worry his health might force transformation? ur body can't carry all of ur unspoken shit my bud?)

gemini rising wants to seem very fun, very friendly, very cute, but with mars and pluto on his descendant chan is almost hiding or ignoring a huge part of himself--all those darker impulses which aren't going anywhere. my guy loves a taboo and (redacted redacted redacted redacted REDACTEDDDD). whatever, it's good for creativity and in sagittarius he has a good sense of humor about it.

jupiter: uno reverso???

damn chan really got #blessed here, a lot of that chart was really screaming Issues, Internalized Rage, Fear, Depression, etc, but jupiter really bounced up to be like "never mind haha. i mean yeah, true, but also whatever"

first of all jupiter is in its home house, the 9th--chan's on a Journey, he's eat pray loving, he's Listening and Learning--and it's in aquarius, so that belief system and personal philosophy is gonna be very open-minded, very science fiction, very predicting trends, very ahead of society.

jupiter conjunct his MC: this is what pulls jupiter up to the big boss list. anything conjunct your MC is at the top of your chart--people see it. people notice it about you. and goddamn are people just gonna give him stuff. and they always have. no wonder jyp was like This Is My Special Boy, like that is jupiter conjunct MC to a t.

(the public perception of chan is also gonna be a lot... cuter and more exuberant and fun than the actual man. not that he's not those things. just that the jupiter of his personality is really what people are noticing about him from the outside: his personal vision, his expansive side, all that. they are not looking at that prominent saturn as much, even if saturn is a bigger player)

jupiter trine the sun: another one where people are just gonna like you. for one thing they'll notice chan's good intentions and generosity--altho they will also notice his tendency to moralise and be a liiiiittle condescending--but his tendency towards bouncy optimism (at least outwardly) makes people want to follow him aquarius jupiter trine libra sun: two "we" signs in a big way, except aquarius is "we" like "humanity" and libra is "we" like "you and me", but they unite in a tendency to conflate the personal identity with the group identity--with jupiter and the sun at play it's like chan is able to bring people on board with his identity and personal vision (but he often presents an idealised version of himself who does not have needs, somehow) 9th house trine 5th house: basically a repeat of jupiter-sun, since the 5th house is the leo house--chan has a talent for using his personal philosophy/vision in creative works

our final big boss of the night, perhaps the ultimate big boss: aquarius uranus

chan's aquarius uranus is really talking to everybody. it has by far the most aspects of any planet. uranus has its hand in his ascendant and every planet except jupiter and neptune. with modern rulers aquarius is at home in uranus, and i'm coming around a little bit on modern rulership even if i think it tends to be less prominent than traditional. still:

aquarius uranus: original thought, technological progress, your box is dumb i'm not going in there uranus in the 9th house: he's gonna have an offbeat belief system--no chance he buys into korea's societal norms, or anyone's societal norms for that matter. he's not a conformist. trine his gemini ascendant: whooooo boy he is really not a conformist. when he's not in a Mood he's not judgmental at all, even when he's in a mood he has a real benevolent Ah, Humanity Should All Be Free to Pursue Happiness vibe. gemini couldn't give a shit about morals, and uranus and aquarius think morals are bourgeois. he has a talent for his own difference--some uranus people (like most of ateez, my weirdo darlings) have chips on their shoulders about being different, but chan with his easy trine is just happy to be himself. i mean a trine uranus isn't gonna change the world (unlike harder aspects like squares, who would be more driven to do so) but he is gonna set a good example just through his identity.

this is a fun side of chan! i like this!

square moon: mmmm ok about that chip on his shoulder. although it's not really about being different--it's more about he both wants to be stable and emotionally secure and also free and independent and he's soooooooo fucking stubborn (but he doesn't see it that way because he's Right, not stubborn). he's prone to feeling really itchy and stuck and then making big changes out of nowhere. also he's very intuitive but overly sensitive and when he's hurt he's gonna shut down completely and not tell the person what they did wrong. didn't he give someone the silent treatment? jisung? yeah that's uranus square moon energy. he has a lot of fear around his emotions and only lets himself feel in short sharp bursts. he feels hurt and he cuts out the person immediately without warning to protect himself--even if it's completely illogical he will dupe himself into believing it is very logical and correct, actually libra moon square aquarius uranus: yeah this looks like a "keep the peace even if it is unhealthy" v. "radical change out of nowhere the tower ass" argument, he'll bounce between the two extremes again. heyyy gemini rising i didn't even see u there!!

man. really haven't gotten into everything including his sun in libra (in its fall), his nodes (classic idol 5th-11th axis, soooo many of them have this), etc, but i've been working on this for so long!! aughhH!!

ok drumroll please, let's gather up his chart big players!! normally i would rank these, but i keep changing my mind.

sagittarius mars-pluto conjunction

aries saturn

libra mercury (2nd to lastish)

libra moon (definitely last on this list)

tentatively i'm gonna put uranus-jupiter tied at 1, then mars-pluto then saturn then mercury. ugh i don't know though. they're all big players! chan in general has one of those spread-out charts--when you look at the ruler of each planet, he has what's called a "committee" tree

where there isn't one or two final bosses, and the planets are all connected in one tree rather than being separate. you can see how chan's 3 top planets are sag mars, aquarius jupiter and aries saturn--they all work together and are super interconnected. he's not as single-minded as someone with a singular dispositor (ateez hongjoong has a singular final dispositor tree with his pisces jupiter) but also not as split or conflicted as someone who has split trees (ateez seonghwa has a planet in rulership tree with separate parts).

anyway this has been really interesting! for someone with what seems at first glance to be a very unified chart (air moon, air sun, air rising) he has some interesting conflicting energies--altho i'm sure he sees himself as just an air person. i'm sure he is lowkey aware of that mars and pluto conjunction but i'd bet he really pretends he does not see it (except for in REDACTED REDACTED EXTREMELY REDACTED situations), and he truly cannot see his saturn at all (altho everyone else can!).

“Bird?”

“Mm?” You look up from your place sprawled across Ari’s chest, the steady sound of his heartbeat having almost lulled you to sleep after yet another lazy bout of lovemaking.

The perfect activity for a quiet Sunday afternoon.

“Tell me something.” The easy rasp of his voice has you smiling before you even realize you’re doing it. “About you.” He absentmindedly runs his knuckles up and down your arms, marveling at the trail of goosebumps he leaves behind in his wake.

“Um, what do you wanna know?” You press a soft kiss against his pec, the soft hairs adorning his skin tickling your nose.

The bounty hunter takes a moment to think. “Anything.” He finally responds, as if he had weighed his options and decided he was better off not pressing his luck. So he’d settled on accepting whatever it was you deigned to share with him. And he’d be damned grateful for it. “Whatever you wanna tell me.”

“I guess I’m just not sure don’t what to say.” Of their own accord, he wraps one of your curls around a thick finger, tugging playfully.

“Okay then, how ‘bout I start?”

“...Alright.” You roll onto your side, propping your chin up with your hand. “Take away then, Levinson. Or do you need me to do a drum roll so – eep!” You let out a squeal when he swats at your hip.

“Mind the sass, woman.” Ari grunts, although the teasing quirk of his lips makes it known that he’s only joking.

“Such a Beast.” You stick out your tongue at him, earning yourself another swat from your man.

“And don’t you forget it.” He reaches out to intertwine his fingers with yours, stroking the pad of his thumb across your palm. “Now, stop trying to make me lose focus while I think of a secret to share.”

“Oh...we’re telling secrets now, are we?” Well, that certainly upped the stakes a bit.

“Of course.” Ari presses a swift kiss to your clasped hands. “Nothing too heavy, baby. Just our deepest and darkest.” He winks then, chuckling when you try to pull away. “Hey–I was kidding. C’mere and settle down.”

“Fine.” You blow out a breath as you shift under the blankets. “Let’s hear it then. And you’d better wow me.” You affectionately boop his nose. “I won’t be held responsible for your self-esteem if you bore me to sleep.”

Your bounty hunter sighs before tucking an arm behind his head. He’s quiet for a moment as he mulls over his words. But you don’t make any move to antagonize him further. If he was in the mood to share then who were you to stop him?

“I…had a dog named Bacon growing up.” He muses before clearing his throat. “It, uh, kinda looked like a cross between a Bernese Mountain Dog and Beethoven.”

“The composer or St. Bernard?” You tease, lightly poking him the ribs.

“St. Bernard. Forgot the name ‘til just now.”

“Well, that must have been interesting. Never heard of that mix before.” You tell him truthfully, suddenly confused when you feel him tense beneath you.

“He was three hundred pounds with a white lightning bolt that streaked across his left hip.”

Now, that part of his admission gives you serious pause. You pull back, cocking your head to the side as you wait for him to continue.

“Sometimes he talked. Fella had the coolest British accent.” Ari stares up at the ceiling, his eyes glazing over as he watches the fan overhead go round and round. “Although he didn’t eat much considering his size.”

“Ari…” What in the ever loving canine capers was he talking about?

“It’s funny…” He chuckles, his big body vibrating with mirth. “Because his favorite foods were chocolate cake, brussel sprouts, and green peas. Now, I love the first one but can’t rightfully stand the other two. And I know they say about dogs and chocolate…”

“...Makes them sick.” You mumble, wondering where he was headed with this bizarre fever dream of a recollection.

“But Bacon loved it.” He continues, almost as if you hadn’t spoken. “He and I went on so many amazing adventures. Best imaginary dog a boy could ever have.”

“I’m sorry.” You wheeze as you let out the puff of air you’d been holding without realizing it. “What?”

“He wasn’t real, Bird. But he was the closest thing I ever got to an imaginary friend. Or a pet for that matter.” Ari flashes you a toothy grin. “Ma didn’t mind too much because it meant I stopped pestering her about adopting every stray mutt we saw wandering down the side of the road.”

“But you said…wait…” You felt like you were about to short circuit.

“Baby.” Your man’s face is serious as he leans over to cup your jaw, his thumb tracing the apple of your cheek. “Dogs don’t talk. I mean, not with words anyway. And definitely not with British accents. Be sure to make that note when you’re writing about this in your diary tonight.”

“Oh, screw you!” A laugh bursts from his chest when you push him away. The smug bastard clearly thought he was funny. “For your information, I thought you might’ve suffered some kind psychotic break. Asshole.” Balling up your fist, you land a solid blow to his kidney.

“I’m sorry, darlin’.” Ari coos once his laughter finally fades. “We moved around a lot when I was a kid. Me, my Ma, and my two sisters. Never stayed in one place for too long. Things tended to get pretty lonely at times, so I made up Bacon to cope.”

His voice dips as he moves closer so that he can rest his forehead against yours. “I haven’t spoken to anyone about my buddy, B, in damn near twenty years, save for you. Is that okay?”

And just like that you can practically feel your heart melting.

You swallow thickly as you break away, giving yourself time to respond. “It is. Thank you for sharing with me.” Ari gives you a cursory nod which also signals that it’s now your turn. Great.

“I…might’ve been a bit of a firebug growing up.” A shiver courses through you, which is odd considering the fact that you’re not the least bit cold. “Something about the way the flames danced and all that.”

“Is that right?” His tone lets you know that he’s intrigued.

“Yep.” The word flops out of your mouth. “God, I probably shouldn’t be telling you this. You might arrest me.” You cover your face with your hands before peeking at him from between your fingers. “Can I please have a minute to google the statute of limitations for the State of Texas?”

The lawman’s unexpected snort has you giggling. “From here on out, anything you share with me while I’ve got you naked in my bed will be considered off the record.”

“Okay, well – wait.” You cast him a suspicious glance, your face still partially obscured. “You promise?”

Grinning, Ari surprises you by holding up his hand and offering you his pinky finger. “I have a five-year-old niece who assures me these kinds of agreements are legally binding.”

“Alright.” Biting the inside of your cheek, you find yourself reaching out to wrap your corresponding digit around his. “But just to be safe, let me see you cross your heart.”

“Yes, ma’am.” He gives a rueful shake of his head before complying. “But I draw the line at sticking a needle in my eye.”

“Duly noted.” Needing to stretch your languid muscles, you decide to take a second to arch your back, revealing bare breasts to Ari’s gaze. And while he doesn’t say anything, you can’t help but notice how his wandering fingers appear all too eager to pull it down even further until it’s draped across your hips.

“I’m still listening.” Ari assures you even as his pink tongue darts out to wet his lips. “Just didn’t want you to overheat.”

“How thoughtful of you.” You respond, rolling your eyes. Thankfully, he doesn’t appear to notice since he’s too busy tracing abstract designs along your pouting nipples. “Shall I continue?”

“Please do.” He rasps as his pupils dilate with desire.

“As I was saying, I used to be a bit of a firebug. And I…” You’re forced to bat his hands away so that you can attempt to concentrate on your story. “Well, one time a couple of us kids got our hands on some industrial grade firecrackers. The “good shit” as they say. This boy - Curtis – he bought ‘em from his cousin, Rudy. He claimed they fell off a truck on its way to Dallas.”

“Curtis. Rudy. Dallas. Got it.” A stubborn Ari goes back to toying with your breast. “Feel free to keep going.”

“I mean it, Ari. These weren’t just any ordinary firecrackers we’re talking about.” Your eyes go big as the memory overtakes you. “These were special. The name on the box read The Devil’s Anus.”

Ari whistles low, the unusually graphic name briefly jolting him out of his reverie. “Well, that certainly paints an image.”

“Suppose I’ll have to take your word for it, my little pyro.”

“Well, none of us had really accounted for the noise. And not only that, but those things shoot far. One went rogue and we ended up losing sight of it behind this abandoned barn across the clearing and…” A loaded sigh escapes your lips. “The next thing we knew, the whole thing went up in flames.”

“Holy shit.” Ari blinks, now fully invested in your tale one more. “What’d you do?”

“It all happened so fast. We turned tail and raced back to town. Peddled our bikes home as fast as we could, ducking in the bushes whenever the police or the fire department whizzed by. God, I was terrified. I mean, thankfully they were able to extinguish the fire before it did too much damage but…” You trail off, allowing your bounty hunter to fill in the blanks for himself.

“I’m, uh…I’m gonna go out on a limb and guess that the perpetrators were never apprehended?” Ari quirks one tawny brow as he watches your teeth begin to worry your bottom lip.

“Correct. And I prayed every night for three months straight, hoping against hope that it would stay that way. God did his part and in exchange for His grace, I never touched another match ever again. To this day, I even get nervous lighting the occasional candle.”

Finished, you give into the temptation to bury your face in his chest while you wait for him to say something – anything – about your revelation. You’d never told a soul about what happened that night. You and your little crew had sworn to go to your graves with the knowledge you’d almost started what could’ve easily turned into a pretty devastating fire.

People went to jail for that shit.

“Say something already.” You eventually whine, hating the sound of silence the longer it lasts. “Please, Beast.”

“It’s just…” You feel a hand come to rest on your lower back. “After all this time, it’s just wild to know I’ve been sleeping with a fugitive from justice.”

Your head snaps up as you watch him snicker, your eyes narrowing into menacing slits. “You had better not breathe a word of this to anyone or I will end you.” You grip his face, squishing it between your fingers. “Just because we’re a couple hundred miles out from the ocean doesn’t mean you won’t find yourself at the bottom of it. Are we clear?”

“Crystal.” He confirms through pursed lips.

“Thank you.” Comes your demure reply, which has you sounding every inch the southern belle. And then you release him, all the while struggling not to react at the way he dramatically wiggles his jaw.

“Never been more turned on in my life.” Ari growls as he palms his growing erection through the thin sheet. “I’m not usually the type to get my rocks off at the threat of bodily harm but…I just might have to let you tie me up one of these days.”

Immediately your eyes light up at the prospect of your bounty hunter finally letting you be in charge. Your gaze flits towards the direction of his pants, wondering if he maybe had his cuffs stuffed in one of his back pockets.

You knew without a doubt that you could have a lot of fun with those shiny metal restraints he seemed to cherish so much.

“That was a maybe.” The man at your side is quick to amend. “So don’t you go getting any ideas just yet.” His imperious tone has you pouting before he’s even finished his sentence.

“Hmph.” You cross your arms over your chest, purposely pushing up your breasts. “Then I guess I’m done sharing.”

“Aww, c’mon now, Duchess. Don’t go cold on me.” Ari nuzzles his face in the crook of your neck, his freshly trimmed beard tickling the skin along your pulse point.

“Nope. I’m done and – ooh!” You cry out when he repositions himself so that he can pull one of your nipples into his mouth, his warm tongue expertly swirling over the pebbled tip. He sucks hard, moaning against your flesh.

“But I’ve still got lots more secrets to tell.” He purrs, his hand creeping between your bodies in search of something a little more…delicate. His favorite part of you that he claimed was always so soft and sweet.

“Well, I suppose that’s just t–too bad.” You croak out when his skilled fingers make contact with your slippery folds, causing your hips to arch. “I’m not interested.”

“Liar.” Ari teases, shifting his big body so that he can focus on your sensitive clit. “I’ve never let a woman tie me up before. So maybe give me a little time to warm up to the prospect of restraints. It might even help if you let me do the honors first, hm?”

“Then go get them.” You hiss, nipping at his jaw.

“When I’m good and damned ready.” He snarls back before slanting his mouth over yours, his tongue sweeping its way past your lips to duel with your own. “Fucking brat.” Ari takes his time exploring every inch, every corner. And when he feels your body go lax in submission, he knows he finally has you exactly where he wants you.

Or so he thinks anyway.

“So what if I am?” You cup his face with your hands, drawing him even closer so that he’s on top of you. Not wanting to be without him for even a second longer. “You like it.” You allow your teeth to graze over his plump bottom lip. Once. Twice. Sucking it into your mouth before releasing it with a slight pop.

“Maybe I do.” This time his growl rumbles deep in his chest. “But if I ever hear about you playing with firecrackers again, I promise to light your ass up somethin’ pretty.”

“You’re gonna have to catch me first.” Of its own accord, your hand comes down on Ari’s muscled butt with a resounding smack.

“Did you just…spank me?” He asks, surprise evident in his tone.

Oops.

“I did. And I’ll even let you in on a little secret while I’m at it.” You confirm without even a hint of remorse as you reach out to stroke the pads of your fingers along the veined edge of his impressive cock, loving the way he responds to your touch. “I’m probably gonna do it again.”

You offer him an impish grin, which he eagerly returns. “Try it and I’ll see to it that my handprint is permanently tattooed on that sexy ass of yours.”

“But what if I’m still a little tender from earlier?” You try, delighting in the way your gruff bounty hunter switches from faux indignation to genuine concern in less than a heartbeat.

“Are you?” His nostrils flare as he waits for your answer while his big hands skim their way down your body, checking you over. Looking for any sign that you might need more time before going another round.

“Not really.” You tell him as you guide him back down to your weeping pussy. “Maybe I just wanted to see what you’d do. See if you’d be okay with taking it easy if that’s what I needed from you.” Your gaze locks with his at that moment, your eyes searching his cerulean depths for any sign of irritation or annoyance – of which you find none.

“You wanna know a secret, my fierce little Bird?” Ari murmurs, his lips brushing along the shell of your ear. “Let me know when you’re ready.” You shudder when you feel his sharp teeth gently nibble your delicate lobe.

“I’m ready.” You respond, sounding more than a little breathless. But even so, your hands find their way to the globes of his ass once again, squeezing in warning.

“I can’t wait for the day when I finally see you wearing nothing but my cuffs. And then I’ll show you just how good it can feel to give yourself to me. But I can sense that we’re not quite there yet, you and I, so – hush and let me finish please.” He pins you with a knowing look when you open your mouth to interrupt. It falls shut without a word. And then Ari moves to straddle your waist before pinning your arms above your head.

“So we’re gonna give it a little more time. Time for me to prove to you that I’m the man you need every day of the goddamned week.” He leans down to capture your lips in a brief, but meaningful kiss. Leaving you stunned.

“But that’s not my secret. At least not really. The real secret is that ever since I laid eyes on you, I've spent almost every damn day whistling love songs like an idiot. Now, I’m gonna be honest. I hated it at first. Because in my experience, it’s kinda difficult to feel like you’re the biggest, baddest motherfucker walking around on two legs if you’re too busy humming "Just My Imagination" under your breath to remember to glare when it's appropriate.”

“I’m so sorry. But for what it’s worth…” You shimmy in his hold, loving the hungry look that swiftly flits across his handsome features. “Assuming that I’m allowed to speak now, that is.”

“Be my guest, brat.”

“For what it’s worth…I might have a whole playlist dedicated to your overbearing ass.” You feel your cheeks heat. But you’re not embarrassed by your admission. If Ari could be vulnerable, then perhaps you could too. “One that I may or may not listen to on my way to and from the shop every day.”

Ari swallows the lump in throat, his entire body momentarily overcome with emotion. You really have no idea how happy you just made him.

“You still thinking about flying away on me, Bird?” He asks, shifting his grip on your wrists so that grab a hold of your chin.

“Falling for you is more like it.” Your spoken secret comes out barely above a whisper. “But don’t let that go to your head or anything.”

Because you still weren’t quite sure if you were prepared to survive the landing. Only time would tell.

“Wouldn’t dream of it, sweetheart.” He smiles down at you, his eyes brimming with affection. “But…if you ever feel yourself falling too fast…can you at least promise to let me catch you?”

A beat goes by before you hold up your pinky finger, which he readily locks with his own. It makes your heart melt all over again.

“You’ve got yourself a deal, Beast.”

Famous last words. If only you’d known what Fate had in store for you, then perhaps you would’ve made a promise that was easier to keep. Because you’d never been the type to gamble on anything or anyone. Not men. Not love. Because you’d already learned the hard way that that kind of shit was never a sure thing. But heartbreak…

Now that one always seemed to be waiting for you just around the corner no matter where you looked. And deep down, you were convinced that it was only a matter of time before it found you again.

Again her dumb ass so called doting father was trying to arrange her marriage because well he fucked up and ended up in a mess . so now she had to meet another one of these idiots , last time didn't end too well when the creep couldn't listen to simple request like stop touching her when unwanted during the meeting of the arrangement . she seen her father's nervous shifting,gazing between her and the then soon to be husband ( at the time ) . Not because he was scared of the other family, it was the fear of his daughter and it was clear with the irritation on her face. After giving him 10 warnings and waited patiently ( for her ) she decided she had enough when the guy tried to move his hand some place it shouldn't which led her to grab the knife from his belt and drove it into his thigh .

"jesus fuck" her dads right hand man nick fowler tried his hardest not to laugh while ari levinson couldn't hold back the barking laugh as she skipped out of the office innocently .

" i told you boss he wouldn't be able for her but i might know someone much better than this pussy " nick chuckled .

"this is it "she felt bad in a sense for her father for embarrassing him but that fucker should of kept his hands to himself simple decency . she adorned her yellow sundress looking like the sweetest innocent angel and simple frilly ankle socks made her way throughout the house and to her fathers office .

she seen nick and ari talking with tall man she knew who it was by the back alone . the loud and crude mouth had made her laugh at functions ,

" this might be fun" nick whisper nodding his head

" or could be putting two atomic bombs together in a room full of grenades" ari nudged the tall gentlemen for him to turn around . before anyone spoke she felt a slap to her ass making her yelp . as lloyds jaw clenched and before he could step forward nick simply shook his head and mouthed the words " watch " .

She spun around to see a fat cocky asshole smiling like cat that got the cream , he must of been new cause he certainly didn't know why the room went so quiet an how he wanted to prove he was big shot and opened his big shot mouth .

" wow boss really gets the top whores i might ask him for a shot of you after he's done with you ". Her sickly sweet smile as she sat prettily on the mans lap most the men were uneasy lloyd taken in the mood in the room as nick and ari simply smirked they all knew something was going to go down, lloyd could only watch.

" yeah sweets you think you handle me " even his breathing was pathetic , she was convinced her father must of felt sorry for this one . She grabbed his hand batting , her eyelashes as she put the dickheads hand on the arm of the chair reaching the holster strapped to her thigh pulling it out .

Again just gave that sweet smile as she said " well it nice to meet ya big boy my names Yn " . his smile dropped to the burning sensation in his hand and the ringing in his ears as she stood up and walked to nick , ari and lloyd .

" hello gentlemen how are we this morning " she was smiling as walking by. lloyd could swear she were some kind of fucked up angel , her voice alone drowned out the fat fuck of his own man she just shot in the hand .

" man someone shut that fat fuck up and get him out of here he's lucky i dont shoot him between his fat face " lloyd growled not having any man ruin this mood . With that the angel was gone into the office infront looking at them like nothing happened .

" Yn what did you do " he father sighed .

" in my defense i thought he was one of ours but he deserved it none the less sorry mr. hansen " batting her lashes and oh so sweet pout on her lips and the smirk in her eyes

" its ok the fat fuck should of had manners, took him as favour to a friend of mine . The boys could tell lloyd was in one hundred percent after that . her crazy match his in a flawless disaster .

they sat taking about the arrangements and the conditions which Yn zoned out halfway through and took to reading a book in the corner of the sofa in the office .

" so princess you have a habit of stabbing and shooting people " lloyd joked as her father winced at the words .

" only if they deserve it Mr. Hansen" she sounded like an innocent angel to him like she was talking about puppies and rainbows , that was it she had to be his . he didn't even care for the other shit he was just addicted to this evil little angel in front of him .

" well watche say pumpkin wanna get hitched " he grinned ear to ear. her father on other hand looked nervous again for her reaction .

" sure why not ... hey is breakfast ready im starving " she said getting up and swaying her hips leaving the men speechless .

yes ari and nick knew Lloyd would say yes but they thought she would put up much more of a fight .

" well congratulations to all i guess " ari spoke still shocked he definitely thinking lloyd was going have to take her against her will . kicking and screaming or atleast a shooting match.

" come on gentlemen let's not waste this beautiful breakfast oh and wash your hands first " your voice called.

" well lets not keep the future Mrs. Hansen waiting" Lloyd clapped his hands and went out the office to follow future Mrs hansen , his perfect like demon because hey she was just like him .

You notice that Mina/Sharon did a complete 180 when she was with you and when she reacted to Hina.

Something is a bit different. You ask, "You were so active a couple of minutes ago; what happened?" She responds, "Ohh, about that. Umm… the girls gave me some advice when we were at the spa. They said that you might like it, do you?"

You nod your head up and down frantically as she develops a smile on her face. "Okay, since you like it, maybe you might get lucky sometime soon," says Mina.

"What else did you all talk about or do?"

Mina says, "Umm… I can't tell you what we talked about since it's a secret between us girls. But Chaeyoung was interested in my boobs. She told me how much bigger they had gotten since I started to lactate. She even asked me if she could try some," she said with a happy smile.

You asked, "So, did you let her?"

Mina responded, "She wanted to know how the taste was, so... I did let her. But just for a bit because it was too ticklish for me. She ended but tying Jihyo's too. Actually, she told everyone if they were interested to ask her, and she would be willing to do it at any time."

You were just amazed at how free these members were with each other. They have no restrictions on one another and seem to have a bond that is more than sisters.

Soon thereafter, Hina is done eating and falls back to sleep. Mina then places Hina in a sleeping wrap and warps it across her chest to make it easier to carry during dinner. She asked you to carry Ari and ask Jihyo if she could feed and carry her until dinner.

"I can carry her if you'd like; it's no problem." Mina says, "Thanks for the offer, but you're the one who's going to do the cooking."

Chapter 116:

You head to the living to find Jihyo and see her with Jisoo. "Mina asked me if you could hold Ari for a bit and feed her while I cook dinner for all of us." Jihyo says, "Sure, I don't mind, she can join Jisoo too," as you see baby Jisoo under Jihyo's blouse hiding drinking from her mom's breast.

Just as you're about to give Ari to Jihyo, Dahyun interrupts and says, "Hmm can I give it a try?" Jihyo says, "Sure, you can try, but you know that you don't start to lactate for a few more months."

"Ohh yeah, I know. I just want to see what it feels like. Since I'm going to be a mother soon, I want to give it a try."

"Okay, let me give you some pointers then." You are across the living room in the kitchen, prepping the side dishes, and see how Dahyun is lifting up her shirt and revealing one of her small breasts.

Chaeyoung then walks by, trying to help you cut some vegetables, and says, "Interesting site, huh." "Yeah, tell me about it. I wonder what happens with you girls at the spa," you say. "It was enjoyable," she said as she gave you a wink.

"I bet it was," remembering what Mina told you earlier before. You then see Ari as she is trying to drink from Dahyun's boob but ends up whining instead, probably because no milk is coming out. You see Dahyun laughing as she finds Ari's sucking ticklish.

Momo says, "Dahyun, your boobs are too small for Ari. How about she tries mine." You are shocked by what you hear.

"Maybe she's just joking around. She wouldn't do this, right?" You say in your head. Momo walks over to where Dahyun and takes a seat next to her.

Momo gets Ari from Dahyun and has her in her arms. She then lifts up her crop top and out two huge bouncy breasts. You can't believe how beautiful they look.

Ari then begins to wave her hands in excitement since they are what she's normally used to. There is no need for alignment of Momo's nipple because Ari just launched her boob. "Aww, Ari, you're sucking too aggressively. I know you want some milk, but I can't make any, but I can really get used to this."

Chapter 117:

Because of your hard boner, you’re restricted to where you can move around the kitchen. Having the other members helping you don't want them to notice and try to focus on cutting. Chaeyoung calls for Nayeon and asks her to help with taking out the ingredients you will use for the curry.

Nayeon goes from shelf to shelf, looking for all the ingredients needed. She gets close to you and asks, "Oppa, would you mind moving? I need to get something from that drawer."

Right that moment, Chaeyoung gets on your other side. Now you have nowhere to go but to back up and risk exposing your boner to both. You start to back up, and then you hear a crying.

It's Hina, and she is crying in Mina's arms. "I'm so sorry, sweetie, I just don't have any more milk. Maybe let me ask Jihyo for a favor." Jihyo responds, "I'm sorry, Mina, but Jisoo ran dry both of my boobs; she's been starving these days."

"It's okay, Jihyo; maybe I might give her some formula instead. Can anyone hold Hina for a bit while I return to my room and prepare some formula?" said Mina.

"I can hold her!" Said Sana. "Okay, here you go.

Thank you. I'll be right back," said Mina. Sana is holding Hina in her arms and looks so happy. She could see that Hina was really hungry and could see her making sucking noises. She turns to Momo, who is still with Ari, and asks, "Momo, what should I do?"

"Just keep her distracted while Mina comes back." Sana looks at Ari and how happy she looks, just sucking on Momo's boob. This gives her an idea. She unbuttons her shirt, unclips her bra, and spreads out her shirt. Momo says, "Don't get too excited, okay, Sana." You see Sana's beautiful perky creamy white breasts.

Chapter 118:

I'll use this opportunity to go to excuse myself and go to the bathroom so that I can deal with this. I knew they would be open with each other, but this is beginning to be a bit much. I'll find a way to get changed before returning to finish cooking dinner.

After some time, Mina comes out and brings the formula for Hina. She asks, "What's going on here." Nayeon says, "I'm just teasing these two, nothing much."

"Okay, but be careful when the babies are around, please," said Mina. Mina then tries to get Hina from Sana, but Hina doesn't want to let go, and neither does Sana.

"Can I just have her like this for a bit longer? I wanna feel this sense of warmth and affection," said Sana.

Mina agrees and waits for Hina to release Sana's small nipple. Mina then gives Hina and Ari her bottle as well.

You try to use this opportunity to change in your room.

You tell yourself, "What the hell is going on? How are they this comfortable with exposing themselves? Is this too much? After changing, you go back to finish making dinner. You all enjoy some rice and curry and a salad for some members.

I really wanted to talk about my thoughts on Chain of Thorns BUT I JUST COULDN'T GET. THEM. TOGETHER.

(But I promised you I would) So I searched anti chain of thorns and then regretted it.

Overall, I LOVED ITTT!!

I WANT MORE (MAINLY MORE JORDELIA)

SO...Here are things I loved, I wanted more of ect ect, as less scattered as possible, anyway:

I am glad Jesse wasn't punished for being Tatiana's son but also (especially) Lucie for necromancy.

Also kinda sad that Lucie and James couldn't use their powers anymore. (Or well ,mostly, James his gun) but I get why (and now Kit will get to have the gun in TWP, if I remember the spoilers for SoBH I've read correctly, which is pretty cool)

WE DIDN'T GET CORDELIA AND LUCIE'S PARABATAI CEREMONY??? idc if it was completely uneventful I still want it. Cassie you let me down.

On the topic of things we didn't get, here are two more: Matthew telling his family about his secret FROM HIS PERSPECTIVE (and not just a mention through Cordelia) same for Will and Tess learning about the gracelet and more specifically I would have LOVED a Will and Cordelia scene (like Will saying "thanks for taking care of my son" and ruffle her hair like he wanted to in the wedding).

Oh and also Alastair coming out to Sona with Cordelia reacting the same way Eugenia did with Thomas would have been WHOLESOME.

I'd also like to say I'd have loved a scene where James and Cordie played chess and/or woke up in the same bed but fingers crossed that will be in the Better in Black short story (the book which I feel compelled to remind I am not getting but it will hopefully be published soon enough. Hopefully.)

I was SO SCARED Alastair and Thomas wouldn't end up together, THANK GOD I was wrong.

Arianna? Yeah ok pretty cool. Can't be the least bit mad at Ari for what happened at GoTSM.

FAIRSTAIRS IN PARIS OMFG??? Should they have ended up together? No bUT am I happy they kissed a bit? YES???! AND THEN JAMES CAME DJSBFNDNFNCNDF

I didn't mind Cordelia killing Tatiana. There was no one else who could have done it. Grace definitely couldn't have (except if she wanted to be as dead as Christopher or Tatiana to escape) and James already killed Belial so that'd be too much for one person. AND JAMES KILLED BELIAL!! James's will was as strong as a Prince of Hell and STRONGER which WE DON'T TALK ENOUGH ABOUT (and we do occasionally talk about it)!!!!

CHRISTOPHER DIED AND WASN'T GRIEVED ENOUGH. which isn't necessarily a bad thing considering it would have broken my heart much more. ALTHOUGH, I can't remember James grieving him, and that is. Other than that we saw the impact his death had on everyone, we saw Anna grieving, Grace, Matthew thinking about him and even Cordelia shedding tears and hugging James and that is enough.

Oh also, I find that I cannot hate Grace. She helped Cordelia A LOT by telling her about what she'd done considering James' was being a stuck-up "ahmag" at the time. (Which Thomas is pretty sure means idiot in Persian and I trust him)

Also, I feel like I want more of the characters as a group, you know, banter and meetings at the devil tavern.Like, they are SUCH a nice group. Their characters are AMAZING but I feel like (other than to fight) we didn't see them interact with each other enough. (Except ,obviously, the couples)

Other than that pretty content??

No hate, I am sad I finished the book these are just things I wished we'd gotten, but one can't have everything and this gives me content for daydreaming lol

"Thank you." Jaune said to the waiter as he placed his coffee and saucer on the table. He nodded and left.

"Wow," Lucy remarked, "you actually thanked him politely!"

"Why wouldn't I?"

"Uh, let's just say meeting someone who isn't wild and rowdy is a bit of fresh air for me."

"I have a teammate just like that."

"Try a whole guild of them." The two shared a laugh.

Jaune was a distant cousin's of Lucy's, but a close relative regardless. Before her father passed, he spent some time with the Arc family. He spoke highly of her to Jaune and his sisters, and those words nearly broke her. Thankfully, Jaune had tissues on hand.

"So," Jaune said after taking a sip of his coffee, "you're a Celestial Wizard."

"Mhm, that's right." Lucy replied. "And if I recall, you said you're an Eikon Summoner in your letters."

"Yeah." Jaune tugged at his chest plate and withdrew a necklace of four gems: red, blue, green, and yellow. "These are the four I've found on my journeys."

"Oh, wow!" Lucy admired. "I can feel the magical power coming from them already!"

"Just wait until their summoned!" Jaune chuckled.

"So, how does Eikon Summoning work?"

"I take the Cataclysm Crystals from here, and I call out an incantation. Wherever it lands is where it'll be summoned."

"Wow, your guild must be so lucky to have someone as rare as you!"

"I wouldn't say that." Jaune awkwardly chuckled. "There are plenty of better wizards at Beacon's Light than me."

"Yeah, but they can't do it without you." Lucy smiled. "Believe me, there's nothing wrong with letting someone else take all the action. Just so long as you're there for them, too."

Jaune smiled. "Thanks, Lucy." Jaune took another sip. "I'm glad I have a wise older cousin like you."

"I'm not that old!" Lucy whined. "I'm still sixteen!"

"Sure you are, Lucy," Jaune rolled his eyes, "just like you were sixteen when you joined Fairy Tail."

"I was!" Lucy put her head on the table. "Stupid island and it's seven year gap."

Jaune chuckled. "Would it make you feel better if I told you about my Eikon?"

"Yeah, it would!" Lucy perked right up.

"Okay, which one would you like to learn about first?" The gemstones clattered as Jaune lifted his necklace. The light reflected off each of them, making them glitter.

"Who is this one?" Lucy asked, pointing to the yellow on the far right.

"This is Titan." Jaune explained. "He's really powerful. I watched him lift an entire castle just to crush a monster."

"Wow... I don't think any of my Spirits can do that! He must be really powerful!"

"Yeah, he is, but," Jaune scratched the back of his neck, "he's also very, uh, not good with complicated tasks. Honestly, using him can feel like talking to a child. But I just can't scold him. He's too much of a sweetheart."

"Sounds a lot like one of my friends at the guild," Lucy gave a weak smile, "but he also sounds a lot like Virgo. She's scary strong, but she means well." As Jaune nodded, she pointed to the green gem next to Titan. "Who's this?"

"This is Garuda," Jaune answered, "she's probably the fastest of them all. Not surprising, since she's a Wind spirit. She can speak to birds, who are chatty about everything they see."

"She sounds really useful!" Lucy leaned in. "What else can she do?"

"She, uh, likes to sing." Jaune weakly offered. "But, uh, not really well. But she's very sweet, and she's always willing to help me."

"Sounds a bit like Aries." Lucy replied. "She's super sweet and is really useful, but she can also be really timid in a fight."

"Yeah, it's not easy putting your neck on the line for someone else, so I can understand that." Jaune nodded. "That's two down. Who else do you want to learn about?"

"Who's this one?" Lucy pointed to the red on the opposite far end. "Something tells me this is a Fire spirit."

"Mhm." Jaune nodded. "This is Ifrit, and he's kind of, uh... strict."

"How strict?"

"He won't do anything unless I complete my workout routine."

"What's your routine?"

"One hundred push-ups, one hundred sit-ups, and one hundred squats."

"That sounds intense." Lucy grimaced.

"It is." Jaune sighed. "Do you have anyone who refuses to do anything unless you do something for them first?"

"Do you mean my Celestial Spirits, or in my guild," Lucy asked, "because I can name them from either."

"I was thinking your spirits."

"Then Taurus." Lucy answered. "He has trouble doing things for me unless I give him an incentive."

"Like what?" Jaune asked. As Lucy grimaced, Jaune waved his hand. "On second thought, nevermind." He held up the blue gem. "That just leaves Shiva, the Ice spirit, and my first one." He smiled. "Honestly, she's helped me out so much, I can't imagine my life without her."

Lucy didn't answer. She just stared at the empty key-ring on her keychain. The same ring where Aquarius once hung. She could still remember her scolding voice.

"Lucy?" She looked up to her cousin, who wore a worried expression. "You okay?"

"Yeah, just," she gave a sad smile, "just thinking about an old friend."

Jaune nodded. "Yeah, that happens to me, too." Jaune's hand instinctively moved to his side, where a red sash hung from his belt.

(Dieter x horror loving female)

Warnings: lots of adorable fluffiness, people being cute and nerdy, talk of past medical procedures and post-partum issues. Reece is an original non-binary character created @cevans-is-classic by so please use they/them pronouns

Javi was excited but also extremely nervous. Powerpuff was his first big production since his film that relaunched Nic Cage’s career. And this was his first big production with his own production company. All his small independent films had gotten critical acclaim but the bigger the production, the bigger the stakes.

The script, written by his partner Reece, was funny and heartwarming, the cast and crew were diverse and talented. Already there was outrage over some of the casting. Some made highly negative comments over casting a woman of colour to play Blossom. There were no complaints on casting a Japanese actress as Buttercup until they found out she would be dressed in baggy clothes being uncomfortable with her body and didn’t want to wear a skirt. They were the loudest complaints sadly, but he was shown the positive comments from children who were excited for the film and the film was for children and women of all ages. And he wanted his daughter to be proud of him. Ari was only two, so she was more impressed with Spiderman than her father. She was also more impressed with her godfather Nic Cage but that was understandable.

He was looking at the set now which felt like it came out of the animated show.

“Oh wow, it’s like Colour Out of Space!” he said to himself.

“It is,” he turned to the person who just said that. “Wait, you’ve seen that film?”

“Of course.”

You were shocked that you finally met someone who had seen the film. “And you liked it?”

“Who wouldn’t?”

“I know some people thought it was too brightly coloured, but I think it added to the Eldritch horror.”

“It definitely added something new to the horror genre.”

“I love it when horror does something new!”

“My partner loves horror and has introduced me to some amazing films I never would have thought of watching.”

Filming was starting back up, so you had to go back to your duties. You gave your new friend your name before you left.

“I’m Javi,” he shook your hand. “Just Javi.”

Reece was absolutely thankful their partner Javi agreed to set up an on-set daycare. Before their daughter Ari, they would be up all hours and living on very little sleep. With a toddler, they were still living on very little sleep, but they were now responsible for this little life, and they felt guilty leaving Ari with nannies all the time. This way made them feel less guilty as they could still see their child while working. The on-set daycare also opened up the opportunity to other workers in the film industry. One of them was Dieter Bravo as Professor Utonium. Javi was less enthused at the choice but agreed he was the best actor for the part.

As they made their way to the on-set daycare to drop off their daughter, Reece saw Dieter carrying his own little girl. Reece had yet to meet the actor in person, so they made their way over and introduced themselves.

Dieter shook their hand, “You’re the writer? I loved your script, my wife cried reading it so that means it was good.”

“Oh yeah, I heard the infamous Dieter Bravo had settled down and produced offspring, I just didn’t realise she was so stinking cute!”

“Hey!” a sleepy Ari mumbled.

“Don’t worry rascal, you’re still my favourite.”

After leaving their precious babies in the daycare, and after many kisses and cuddles, they both made their way to the sound stage.

“Hey,” said Dieter. “Do you know whose idea the on-set daycare was? I’d really like to thank them.”

“Uh, that was my idea.”

“It was? That’s awesome because my wife and I couldn’t work together much since the baby as one of us would always stay home to look after her. I really like being close to both of them. So thanks.”

“She’s working on the film?”

“Yeah, she’s doing the makeup for Mojo Jojo.”

“Oh yeah,” Reece tried not to smack their forehead. “I’m so glad she’s on board. She’s amazing.”

“Yeah she is.” He smiled warmly as they both reached the set. He saw you in the distance helping Jack Black put on his giant brain helmet.

“There she is,” Dieter proudly pointed you out. “My one true love.”

The lovestruck look on his face was one so familiar to Reece they couldn’t help but sigh at the adorableness of it all. They knew it was the loving gaze Javi gave to Nicolas Cage, but he now gave to them.

The end of the first working day went well and Dieter was hoping Clara wasn’t missing them too much. As he walked in, he saw his little girl with two other little girls. You’d say they look like a little coven of witches, and he smiled at the thought.

Clara didn’t notice him as she was deep in conversation with the little girl with the same curly brown hair. But the other little girl with honey golden curls looked up and saw him.

“Papa?” she looked up at him with familiar eyes. “Tu barba?”

He ran a hand over his shaven face. “Lo siento patita. No soy tu papa.”

Reece came up next to him and looked at their daughter, “Hey rebel!”

Picking her up, Ari continued to look at Dieter with confusion. “Not papa?” she pointed at him.

“That’s right,” said Reece. “You remember Dieter from earlier.”

Clara finally realised her father was here and ran over to him, demanding to be picked up.

“Hey cupcake, did you make friends?” she nodded eagerly.

“Ari,” she pointed up then down, “Twin!”

“Twin?” Dieter asked. “So how do I know you’re really Clara?”

Both girls started to giggle. He looked down at Bianca. “Are you the real Clara?”

“I’m Bianca!”

She then saw her father approaching which solved the problem over who was which twin. Her father introduced himself before telling his daughter that her mother was waiting for them. Reece and Dieter both gave him an admirable look as he waved them goodbye.

“Hm,” mused Reece. “I wonder if he’s ever dressed as King T’challa?”

“That’s Marvel isn’t it?

Reece nodded, “Iron Man is my favourite and I’d hope this one would be the same but no. Who’s your favourite?”

“Spiderman!” exclaimed Ari.

“Oh,” mused Deiter. “No wonder you and Clara get along. She takes after her mum and likes spiders.”

“Look Javi, all I’m saying is that if it didn’t have the same title, and if it wasn’t a remake, The Wicker Man 2006 would have been a passable film.”

“Passable?” Javi looked at his mug like a hurt puppy which would have worked on you if not for the fact that you dealt with that sort of eyes everyday with your husband and daughter.

“I’m just saying this as a fan of the original film.”

“The original is a masterpiece so nothing will ever hold a candle to it,” you nodded. “This was intended more as a dark comedy.”

“They should have made that more obvious.”

Javi sighed, “They should have. At least we get that memorable not-the-bees scene.”

“Um, they cut out that scene.”

“They what? Does Mr. Cage know?” He was momentarily stunned and changed the subject so he wouldn’t linger on it for too long. “I’m sorry, I never really got your answer before but, what is your favourite film?”

“The question really should be what is my favourite film at the moment?”

He hadn’t been asked such a profound question in a while, “Wow, no one has ever asked me that before.”

“I always thought just narrowing it down to just a handful makes it really hard to decide.”

“Exactly!”

You both paused in the nerdiness. After a small sigh, you asked. “I didn’t know you were the producer.”

Javi shrugged, “I don’t go around announcing myself.”

“I do. I have to because they always get my career wrong: I do special effects makeup, not just regular makeup. My husband always corrects people, he proudly shows me off.”

“He seems like a good man.”

“He is.”

“Hey Reece, what is your favourite film at the moment?”

“Huh?”

“No one’s ever asked me that before. It’s always what are your favourite or top favourite and it’s always so hard to narrow it down.”

Reece just put their head on Javi’s shoulder, “Aw, I’m so glad you’ve made a friend who isn’t Nic Cage.”

Javi had decided to pick up his daughter from the on-set daycare that day. He was too busy looking for Ari to notice another little girl ran up to him.

“Daddy?”

He looked down and saw a girl who almost looked like his daughter. “I’m sorry bonita,” he said kneeling down. “I’m not your father.”

“Papa!” He was welcomed his daughter with open arms while the other little girl gave him as big a death stare as a two-year-old could.

He saw you enter the daycare and you found Clara giving her biggest death glare. She managed to break her glaring when you picked her up. She pointed at the man, “Not daddy?”

“That’s right, it’s not daddy. He looks nothing like him.”

But Clara went back to her evil glaring. The man who looked like her father but was not her father could only result in one conclusion.

“Evil daddy.”

“Why do you think he’s evil? He’s a very nice man.”

“I’m sorry,” you said to him. “Usually her dad picks her up, so she thinks you’re her dad. But he had to shave his beard and she must be missing it and saw yours so...” you shrugged.

“Oh no, that’s fine,” he turned to the girl in his arms. “Is this your friend?”

She nodded, “Spider.”

He knew Ari had this funny way of remembering her new friends and called them by their favourite bugs. Bianca was named Bee.

You properly introduced your daughter, “This is Clara.”

“I met Ari’s friend today,” Javi told Reece after their day of filming.

“Oh, she’s a cutie, isn’t she?”

“Yeah, although she kept calling me evil for some reason.”

“Were you doing your Nic Cage impression?”

“No,” he got a hard glare. “I wasn’t. Not even subconsciously.”

“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to intrude your reading, but I couldn’t help but admire your book.”

Javi always loved books about films, he read them more than actual books. You lifted up the book to show the full cover: Golem, Caligari, Nosferatu; A Chronicle of German Film Fantasy.

“My husband got it for me because he knew I’d love it. And I do.”

“So you’ve seen The Cabinet of Doctor Caligari?” he asked.

“Oh yes. Old films just have a certain quality to them modern films can’t replicate.”

“I completely agree. Is it one of your favourite films at the moment?”

“It is but I really like Nosferatu, mainly because it’s an early depiction of vampires. Oh, do you know the film Shadow of the Vampire?”

“Of course, a masterpiece to honour its original film,” you nodded in agreement. “Nicolas Cage produced that film.”

“He did?”

“Yes, he grew up with all those silent films.”

“How did I not notice?”

“We ended up having this amazing discussion about German silent films.”

“Wow, I’m so happy you found someone other than your boyfriend who’ seen Caligari.”

Javi either didn’t notice the quip or chose to ignore it. “She must be married to someone amazing.”

“Yeah, Dieter is a pretty nice guy.”

“Yes and, wait who?”

“Dieter Bravo,” said Reece.

“What do you mean Dieter Bravo?” he asked more sternly.

“I mean Dieter Bravo is her husband.”

“You’re telling me that smart sophisticated woman is married to that…” he couldn’t think of an appropriate word, “…man?”

Sometime in the middle of the night, Javi bolted upright in bed.

“Oh Dios Mio!” he exclaimed; startling Reece awake in the process.

“Javi,” they grumbled. “There had better be a fire or I’m setting you on fire.”

“Dieter Bravo has offspring!”

“Yes he has offspring. You’ve met the offspring.”

“I can’t believe that adorable little girl is the offspring of…” again he couldn’t find the appropriate word, “…him!”

“Were you expecting horns? Or a forked tongue?”

Reece wandered into the on-set daycare as usual to pick up Ari and noticed you following after.

They held out their hand to you, “Hi, I’m Reece. I’ve made friends with your husband Dieter. Also, you’ve made friends with my partner Javi.”

“Oh hi!” You shook hands and introduced yourself. “Is it weird to say I loved your script?”

“No, not at all.”

“I teared up the way I would a Mike Flanagan series.”

“I still cry over Bly Manor.”

You would have had a fangirl moment with the screenwriter, but you were both interrupted by two little girls running up to you.

“Noma!” Ari did her usual upsie hands.

Juggling a boisterous toddler in their hands, Reece explained, “I’m non-binary so Noma is an alternative to mum or dad.”

“Oh, so you prefer they/them pronouns?” Reece raised an eyebrow in surprise. “Dieter’s assistant is the same.”

They were rather impressed at the casual acceptance, “Hey, do you want to go get a coffee?”

“No coffee!” came the cry from Ari.

“Oh, that’s right. I need to seriously cut back on the coffee. I was practically living off it, getting the script done.”

“Are you into tea? I know a place that does great chai,” you suggested. “And they make a really good chocolate milk.”

Both girls immediately perked up.

“Should have led with that.”

The café was cosy and quaint with comfortable benches. After ordering masala chai, chocolate milk and cookies for the girls, you both settled in.

“So how did you and Javi meet?”

“Oh, I was hired to do rewrites for What’s It About and that’s how we met.”

“I loved that film!”

“I’m proud of that one. How did you meet Dieter?”

“We met while doing Sap of Justice.”

“Wait, you did the makeup for it?” you nodded. “Oh, that part where his skin came off and the blood was like tree sap? I loved that!”

“Are people still talking about that?”

“Well, it was awesome!”

You both looked over at Clara and Ari having so much fun being in a new play area.

“I love that they’ve made friends,” you hummed in agreement. “They seem close in age. Ari’s birthday is the 21st of September, when is Clara’s?”

“Halloween.”

“Her birthday is Halloween?” you nodded. “Was that planned?”

“Oh no, Clara wasn’t planned at all. All we knew was that she’d be due mid-November, but I guess she loves Halloween as much as me so,” you flourished your hands in a shrug.

“Ari wasn’t planned either. But if we were planning, Javi would have tried to plan the conception, so she’d be born around Nic Cage’s birthday as close as possible.”

“Seriously?”

“You have no idea how much he loves the man.”

“So if you had another child would he try to do that?”

“Oh, I can’t have any more children.”

“I’m sorry.”

They put a reassuring hand on you, “Don’t worry about it hon, you didn’t know. Ari was an emergency c-section and that’s when doctors found a lump,” you gasped. “The option was either go through months of chemo and miss out on so much of my baby’s life or just have all the organs removed and only miss a little bit. So, I’m happy we had Ari when we did. Would you want more children?”

“I love Clara to bits, but I hated being pregnant,” Reece sighed in sympathy. “I was sick for most of it, and I didn’t cope well afterwards. Honestly if I was by myself, I wouldn’t have survived it. Dieter was one hundred percent there for me and he won’t admit it but he’s an amazing father and I’ve fallen more in love with him.”

You both just sat there in a comfortable silence until refreshments arrived. The girls were called back from their playing. Clara wanted to sit on your lap, so you moved her there and she kissed your cheek.

“She’s a cuddler, like her father,” you explained to Reece.

“Daddy huggy!”

“Yes he is!” you kissed her pudgy little cheek.

“Oh, I met your new best friend today!” Reece informed Javi. “She’s adorable! I can see why Dieter loves her.” They gritted their teeth as that name was accidentally said out loud and Javi groaned in annoyance.

“The whole family is adorable,” Reece continued. “We should adopt them!’

“We are not adopting a family. Especially if that includes Dieter Bravo.”

“Javi, why the animosity? Did he say something rude to you on set?”

“No,” Javi shifted. “He’s never said anything to me. We’ve never talked.”

“What the hell? How can you say you know him when you’ve never talked to him?” Reece held Javi’s face, “The Dieter I know is a sweetheart; he’s mad about his wife and he adores his little girl. He’s a genuine good guy. He’s not going to play Mr. Nice Guy and then stab you in the back like-”

“That prick Jagar Aldritch.”

“Still hung up on that?”

“Wouldn’t you be? He ruined my film.”

“And he tried to flirt with me.”

“What? Why haven’t you told me this before?”

“It was just the once. I think my pronouns confused him,” they changed the subject. “Anyways, you should just talk to him. Who knows, it might be the start of a beautiful friendship.”

Javi was happy to see you after the weekend. He promised Reece he’d make an effort with Dieter and would at least talk to him. If it came about naturally, he wasn’t going to walk up to him because it might seem too straightforward.

He hated to admit it, but he liked the actor’s work ethic; he’d always be on time and too the role seriously enough without going method. The scene where Jack Black was playing on a grand piano and Dieter was lying supine across it while singing the big musical number Sugar and Spice: A Bitter Taste was insanely hilarious and anyone else wouldn’t have pulled it off as well.

Javi praised the performance while you were once again deep in conversation. You saw Dieter approaching the two of you and finally Javi had to talk to the actor.

“Oh, hey Dieter. Have you met the producer?”

He held out his hand, Dieter reluctantly took it.

“Hi, I’m Javi Gutierrez.”

Dieter mumbled his name.

“So what’s your favourite Nic Cage film?” Dieter raised an eyebrow in question. “Well I keep having interesting conversations with your wife over several of Mr. Cage’s films so I assumed…”

“Oh, I don’t like Nic Cage.”

This was not going to be the start of a beautiful friendship.

Mischief Guardian Training - TickleTober2024 Day 12 (Mischief)

It's been a while since I wrote something for The Apex Guardians, so enjoy!

Summary: When Galilea's sister, Aria, is visiting Apex Corp., Andy and Nishan decide to give her the "Apex Guardian test" to become an Apex Guardian. Needless to say with those two troublemakers, mischief is never too far behind.

"Welcome to Apex Corp., Aria," Renée said, "I hope we meet your... fantastical expectations."

It was a warm summer morning, and Galilea's younger sister, Aria, was visiting Apex Corp. for the first time. For the longest time, Aria begged her sister to visit Apex Corp., but Galilea was afraid she would be bored if Lady Renée had her go out on a mission. After talking with the leader of Apex Corp., Renée allowed Galilea to bring Aria along. The leader ensured she had no missions that day to spend some time with her sister, but of course, that meant Galilea would be putting in extra hours, something the young Apex Guardian did not mind.

"Wow! This place is so much bigger on the inside!" Aria exclaimed.

Galilea chuckled as she watched her younger sister interact with the other Apex Officers.

"Your sister is quite lively," Renée said, "Is she always like this?"

"You don't even know the half of it," Galilea joked, "But she's harmless."

The leader chuckled as she watched the young girl look down in one of the training rooms with glittering eyes.

"I take it you can show your sister around, yes?" Renée asked.

"Of course, Lady Renée." Galilea said, bowing her head.

"Splendid. Have fun!"

The leader waved goodbye before walking down the halls. The young Apex Guardian smiled before walking up to her sister and taking her hand.

"Come on, Ari," Galilea said, "Let me show you around."

Aria beamed and nodded. For the next hour, Galilea took Aria all around Apex Corp., from the training rooms to the archives to the lounge areas. While on their tour, Galilea bumped into some of her colleagues and introduced her sister to them. Galilea's friends instantly fell in love with how adorable and eager Aria was.

"And here is our final stop, the break room." Galilea said.

Some officers sat around working on laptops, talking, or watching TV.

"This place is amazing, Lea!" Aria exclaimed as she sat on a nearby chair, "It's so cool that you work here."

Galilea chuckled as she sat beside her sister. The Apex Guardian sighed as she glanced at the other Apex Officers, adorning either white or brown uniforms, remembering when she wore white. Her thoughts were soon interrupted when her phone started buzzing. When Galilea checked it, she saw a message from Lurana asking her to meet with her in one of the training rooms.

"Hey, Ari, can you stay here for a bit?" Galilea asked suddenly, "I have to run a quick errand for one of my superiors. I shouldn't be long."

"Okay, Lea." Ari said.

Galilea quickly kissed her sister's forehead before jogging out of the lounge. Aria sighed as she sat in the chair, admiring the officers around her. She then noticed two officers walk in, both adorning blue uniforms. One of the young men had light skin, and the other had dark skin. Aria quickly deduced them to be Apex Guardians like her sister and greeted them when they walked by.

"Hi there!" she said sweetly.

"Whoa, hey there, squirt," said one of the Guardians, "Whatcha doin' here? Didn't know it was Bring Your Kids to Work Day today."

"Oh, no, it's not that. Name's Aria, Galilea's sister."

The two Apex Guardians' eyes widened.

"So you're the infamous Aria we've heard so much about," said the other Guardian, "Your sister just raves about you."

"I can imagine; she does the same with you guys," Aria said, "And if I recall correctly..."

Aria hummed as she glanced between the two Guardians.

"You're Nishan," she said, pointing to the dark-skinned Guardian, "And you're... Andy."

She pointed to the light-skinned Guardian, waiting for clarification.

"Check and check, kid," Andy said, "Guess your sister taught you well."

"Mhm, that she did," Aria said, "She's the best Apex Guardian ever!"

Andy and Nishan only chuckled at the girl's comment, knowing she was only biased because of her sister.

"Speaking of your sister, where is she?" Nishan asked.

"She had to run a quick errand with one of her superiors," Aria said, "She said she'll be back soon."

Andy hummed before leaning over to Nishan and whispering something, causing the Feral-eyed young man to smirk and nod. One thing about Aria wasn't warned about is that these two always cause some kind of mischief.

"Well, why don't you hang with us for a while?" Nishan suggested, "I'm sure your sister wouldn't mind if we keep watch of you."

"Uhh, I don't know," Aria said, "I don't want Lea to worry when she finds out I'm not here."

Andy felt his heart melt hearing Aria's nickname for his colleague and friend.

"It'll be fine," Andy said, "In fact, why don't you come with us to do some rounds around the facility? Think of it as an unofficial Apex Guardian training regiment."

Aria's eyes lit up.

"Really?" she asked eagerly.

"Of course," Nishan said, "Our teamwork out on the battlefield cannot be beaten, and we could teach you all the things we were taught. Whaddya say, kid?"

Aria nodded eagerly as she hopped out of her seat.

"Then, follow us, and let us teach you what we know!" Andy said, gently taking Aria's hand.

The young girl grinned as she followed the two Apex Guardians. The two men led the young girl throughout the facility as they did their rounds. They then stopped near a corridor where a certain Feral liked to hang around. Around this corridor was a gym where many pieces of exercise equipment sprawled about for everyday use.

"Alright, Aria, the first lesson in Apex Guardian training," Andy whispered, "An Apex Guardian is stealthy, using the shadows and whatever is around them as cover and camouflage."

The three peeked around the corridor and saw Acheron wearing a black tank top with black and white shorts.

"Oh, that's Acheron," Aria whispered, "Lea mentioned that he specializes in petrification magic,"

"Right you are, little buddy," Andy said, "Watch and learn, kid. We'll demonstrate that stealthy technique by sneaking up on Acheron and giving him... a little surprise."

"What's the surprise?"

When Nishan whispered their plan, Aria giggled and nodded.

"That sounds great," she said, "Let's do it!"

"Stay here, wait for our signal, and follow through with being stealthy, got it?" Nishan asked.

Aria gave a thumbs-up and hid behind the corridor. The two mischief makers snickered as they crept into the gym, staying out of Acheron's field of vision. Aria watched as the two Guardians hid behind exercise machines and used their shadows as cover. When Andy glanced at Aria, he nodded, signaling her to move it. Aria grinned before quickly ducking behind one of the machines. Since she was smaller than the machines, using them as cover was easy. Aria chuckled as she watched Acheron roll his shoulders and dry himself with a towel.

"A few more reps, and I'll be done for the day." Acheron sighed.

Aria and the boys moved in closer when Acheron, unknowingly, turned his back on them.

"Now!" Nishan exclaimed.

With one swift movement, Andy tackled the Feral onto the matted floor, wrestling him to pin him down.

"Andy, what the hell is wrong with you!?" Acheron growled, "Get off me!"

"Sorry, Achy, but today, you are an example of our Apex Guardian training." Andy said.

Acheron took a moment to process what his colleague had said. When he did this, Nishan appeared and helped Andy wrangle the Feral on his back and pin his arms above his head.

"Did you just say Apex Guardian training?" Acheron questioned, "Under who's authority gave you two idiots the clearance to oversee Apex Guardian training?"

"Us, of course, and it's for a very special someone." Nishan said.

Before Acheron could question, he felt small fingers poke and probe his sides, and he climbed his ribcage like a ladder, causing the Feral to giggle wildly.

"Hahahahahaa! W-Who's tihihihihickling mehehhee!?" Acheron asked.

"That would be Aria," Andy said, "Apex Guardian trainee."

When Acheron glanced to his side, he saw the young girl tickling his side.

"Yohohoou're Gahahahalileahaha's sihhihihihisteheher, rihihihihihight?!" Acheron asked.

"Yup, that would be me!" Aria said, "Aria Reinhardt, Apex Guardian trainee, at your service."

Acheron growled through his laughter as he tried to twist away from the three mischief makers, but his giggles drained his energy.

"Come ohohohohon, kihihihid!" Acheron giggled, "Enohohohohough! Aahahahahaa!"

"Oh, don't listen to him," Andy said, "He loves this more than he would admit. Plus, this is a great ab workout, eh, Achy?"

The Feral let out a small cackle when Andy patted Acheron's tank-top-covered toned abs.

"H-Heheheheey! Naahahahaha!" he giggled, "Staaahahahap!"

"Alright, Aria, time for lesson two," Nishan said, "Once you've taken down an opponent, you need to analyze their weak spots quickly. You may not have the time to plan, so you gotta work quick while in the moment."

"For your next mission, find Acheron's weak spots and make him surrender." Andy said.

"Like heheheheheell, I wohhoohohoould!" Acheron cried, "Let me gohohhohoo! Aahahahahahaha!"

"Language, Achy." Andy said.

Aria quickly paused and scanned the Feral's body while Acheron took that moment to breathe.

"Hmm, well, considering he just finished a workout routine, his arms, stomach, and legs would be a little sore," Aria said, "So, avoiding those spots 'cause I don't wanna hurt him."

Acheron felt his smile grow as he heard how considerate the young girl was.

"Hmm, well, if I know Ferals, certain parts of their body are susceptible," Aria said, her eyes landing on a stray tail, "For instance, their tails!"

Before Acheron could protest, Aria took hold of the Feral's tail and started scribbling all over it, causing Acheron to yelp and thrash in the boys' hold.

"DAMMIHIHIHIHIHIHIT! AAHAHAHAHAHAA!" Acheron laughed, "NOHOHOHOT THEHEHEHERE! AHEHEHEHEAHAHAHA!"

"Way to go, Aria!" Nishan praised, "Way to use your deduction skills."

Acheron thrashed around, trying to break loose while he laughed.

"OKAHAHAHAY! AHAHAHAHA!" Acheron laughed, "STAAHAHAHAHAP! PLEHEHEHEASE!"

"I think he's had enough," Aria said, stopping the tickling, "How'd I do?"

"Passed with flying colors, kid; nice work!" Nishan praised, releasing the Feral.

The three mischief makers stood up and high-fived each other while Acheron panted on the ground.

"You two... are in so much trouble..." Acheron said between breaths.

"Oh, relax, Achy," Nishan said, "Look on the bright side, you got in that last bit of workout you wanted to do."

The three of them waved goodbye to the Feral before skipping away. Acheron sat up and watched them leave with a small smile.

"That kid's good," he said, "Just like her sister."

The three mischief makers giggled as they skipped through the halls.

"So, what's the next lesson?" Aria asked innocently.

The duo stopped and thought; they didn't think they'd get this far.

"Not so much a lesson, but a small test," Nishan said, "You said your sister is working with one of our superiors, correct?"

"Yup," Aria said, "I'd imagine she's having a heart attack right now, turning this place inside out to find me."

"Well, we can help with that," Andy said, "Put those lessons to good use against your sister, and you pass the Apex Guardian test and become a full-fledged Apex Guardian!"

Aria's eyes sparkled and nodded. The three discussed their plan before breaking their huddle with a nod. The dup wished the young girl good luck as she returned to the lounge, where everything started. Sure enough, Galilea was there, pacing back and forth, looking very worried.

"Oh, Lea!" Aria said in a teasing voice.

When Galilea turned around, she breathed a sigh of relief before scowling at her sister.

"Aria, thank goodness, you're alright," Galilea said, "I was so worried, I told you to stay put."

Aria giggled before running down the hall.

"Wha-? Aria!" Galilea shouted, sprinting after her sister.

Aria laughed before cutting a corner and jogging near an old office room. The young man opened the door and slammed it closed. Galilea growled under her breath as she walked up to the door and opened it.

"Aria, this isn't funny," Galilea said, "Where are you?"

When the Apex Guardian opened the door, she was greeted with an empty room. Galilea sighed as she looked around the room, checking behind the bookshelf and under the desk, but there was no sign of her sister.

"Where did you go?" Galilea asked herself.

"Right behind ya, sis!" said an eager voice.

Before Galilea could whip around to see, the Apex Guardian yelped before wrapping her arms around her torso and giggling.

"H-Hehehey! Hahahaha! Nohohoho!" Galilea giggled, "Enohohohough!"

When Galilea glanced behind her, she saw her sister tickling up and down her sides.

"Ariahahaha! Ahahahahaa! W-What gihihihives!?" Galilea asked, twisting around.

"I need to pass my Apex Guardian test, and you're the test!" Aria exclaimed.

"Yohohohour test ihihihis to tihihihickle meheheheee!?"

"That's part of the test. The first part was sneaking up on you, and I did."

Galilea growled through her giggles as she grabbed her sister's wrists, stopping the tickling and processing what her sister was rambling about.

"Okay, let me get this straight," Galilea began, "You're taking an Apex Guardian test? Under what jurisdiction? Who's authority?"

"Ours." said a pair of voices.

When Galilea faced forward, she saw Nishan and Andy standing with mischievous grins.

"I should've known," Galilea sighed, "Only you two would come up with something as ludicrous as this."

Using a bit of her magic, Galilea released her sister's wrists and lightly pushed Aria away from her. Galilea glanced at Aria and then the two troublemakers.

"You two are lucky I trust you; I was worried sick that something happened with my sister," Galilea said, "I can rest easy knowing she was safe with you two."

"Of course, Galilea; we'd never let anything happen to Aria," Andy said genuinely, "You have our word."

Nishan agreed with a nod. Galilea grinned before turning to her sister.

"So, does this mean I failed the Apex Guardian test?" Aria asked, sounding genuinely sad.

Galilea knew that Aria knew that this wasn't a real Apex Guardian test, but whatever Andy and Nishan taught her, she did it very well, and Galilea didn't have the heart to tell her she failed. The Apex Guardians glanced at one another and smiled with knowing looks.

"Far from it, little sister," Galilea said, stepping in between the young men, "In fact..."

The three Guardians held their hands towards Aria as light formed from their palms. Then, sparkles started swirling around the young girl as the sparkles started materializing into a cape. With a snap of their fingers, a blue jacket-like cape appeared on Aria.

"On behalf of Apex Corporation and its mission to serve and protect, we now name you Aria Reinhardt, an Apex Guardian!" the trio said.

Aria's eyes lit up as she twirled around, admiring the blue jacket over her shoulders.

"This is incredible!" Aria exclaimed, "Thank you so much!"

The trio lowered their hands as they smiled at the girl.

"Come along, Aria," Galilea said, "Allow us to introduce you to your fellow Apex Guardians."

Aria smiled as she ran out of the room, skipping and twirling around in her new jacket.

"Thank you for watching out for my sister," Galilea said, "And giving her something to do."

"Our pleasure, Lea," Andy said, "You ever need us to babysit your sister, you know who to call."

Galilea made a noise of uncertainty as she walked out of the office with the two boys in tow.

"Leave my sister in the hands of the two mischief makers of the bunch?" Galilea questioned, "What could possibly go wrong?"

The trio laughed as they followed behind an energetic Aria.

"While she isn't old enough to be an Apex Officer, Aria would make a fine Apex Guardian someday." Nishan said.

"I agree." Andy said.

Galilea listened to the boys as she stared at her sister, imagining her in an Apex Officer uniform with the Apex Guardian jacket across her back.

"Yeah," Galilea said with a smile, "I can see it, too."

for soobin and beomgyu, the career reading was kinda messy and confusing. whenever this happens, i always get the vibe i shouldn't really know or tell, so. only included the love life update for them, hope that's ok ❤︎

yeonjun is just having fun, enjoying his popularity and being desired by everyone for now. he's not looking to tie himself to anyone and is focusing on maintaining his independence. i think, a romantic commitment would just put a whole different set of responsibilites with him that he just doesn't wanna deal with right now. he's too focused on himself and mainting his status, especially career-wise.

oh wow. there's definitely been some major turning points for him here. there might've been a project of some kind that required him to work with others, but kinda collapsed last minute? since i got the exact combo of the tower plus the knight of wands for taehyun, it might involve him too. yeonjun is absolutely one of the most ambitious and eager idols i read for till now. he has so many different things he wants so accomplish, and i think he has a tendency to overcommit almost. he can hold on too tight to his desires and obsess over his goals. this might be a bad habit he needs to let go of. he needs to learn to let things flow more.

advice - mutable moon: nothing is yet set in stone -> his situation might be unstable but far from being finalized -> there's still the opportunity for him to keep visualizing and affirming what wants -> still room for change

his love life is pretty messy. there seems to be someone he has a deep connection to right now, but a lot of it has been tainted by heartbreak and disappointment. there might've been some third party situation that left him worrying and hurt. not sure which side it was on, but there might've been some impulsive behavior going on that resulted in this situation. they still seem to be holding on to the connection though. he seems more emotional than what meets the eye.

advice - third quarter moon: adjustments are required -> he is reevaluating his situation -> need to trust and release -> something new and exciting might be coming

so as i said mentioned recently, he's been in a relationship with someone for a while now, and there's still feelings of passion between them. especially beomgyu feels a lot of attraction in this connection, but there's something weighing on him. i think, he realized this relationship comes with a lot more responsibility than expected, and he might've caused some hurt to his partner by just not learning his lessons. he's starting to get doubts, like "am i really doing this right?" there's some past baggage the two still need to talk out and let go of. a lot of unresolved tension.

ok i'm gonna be honest here, i believe the scandal might've made things a little harder for him in the romantic world. the justice card is showing me this lack of love is very much a cause of his own actions. tbh, last time i read for him, i did see him just having a little too much fun, and i think he's facing the consequences now. it does seem like he's a pretty self aware guy though, so he probably knows he did it to himself. he's trying to just power through it, but is feeling kinda awkward in the dating scene, it seems.

again, similarly to yeonjun, there might've been some collaboration he rushed into too impulsively. i got the devil for taehyun and yeonjun too, so there's definitely some toxicity and obsession connected to it. i think they were both veeery eager about whatever this is, so it ceasing to happen for now, caused some insecurities. taehyun is feeling the frustration of having to wait in the dark in a way and currently dealing with emotions pretty new to him. sorry if i can't pinpoint what exactly happened here lol, but everything seems kinda messy it's confusing me. the uncertainty, frustration and strong ambition seems to be a common thread here.

advice - new moon eclipse: expect powerful change -> current events could be uncomfortable but will lead to something better -> might be guided by his ego and strive for a certain direction but the divine will turn him instead to face the direction he needs to go in

kai has been in a relationship for a few months now it seems, and he's strongly holding on to it. i think he's scared of losing this person and scared to do things wrong, since he really seems to see them as very precious. he's really in his head about it. a lot of reflection. he might be scared of facing reality of some things in this relationship, being avoidant out of fear. i do see him communicating with this person tho, and learning a lot from it. it seems to be a pretty healthy connection, i think he found himself a good person.

man, something keeps telling me kai is a member the higher ups often tend to not take so seriously. i feel like, he can easily feel crushed underneath their power, and is feeling very guarded. there seems to have been a major change in his career, that caused him some disappointment. he might feel like he doesn't really have a voice and can't express things. even if something saddens him, he just kinda deals with it on his own. in the past, i got the vibe he might've had some bad experiences with some staff members, and this seemed to have made him more wary and protective of his peace. he has such pleasant energy, honestly. protect this boy ☹

…I think a lot about the wicked movie. Like— ya know the musical movie— came out pretty recently— ya know that one. Ya know with like Ari the grande? Ya know that one— yeah—

I think about it.👀

I won’t lie is it embarrassing for me to admit I like— really liked this movie— a little— but that’s just cause I’m emo and normal.

AND LIKE HEY SPOILERS IF YOURE GOING TO WATCH THIS MOVIE!! dumbass/lh

Also don’t expect my thoughts about this to be in order— I’ll be going insane

But like there’s a whole scene where the animals are— well— losing their voices and having their individuality taken away. Even like a whole harassment part where someone’s writing “animals should be seen and not heard” on the board and it’s pretty depressing

So someone— who has had their voice be taken away multiple times— by multiple people. It was really nice to see ya know Elphaba want to change that and stuff.

And then ya know

Also always weird to hear people who…didn’t get the movie? At all— like I watched the movie with this one person who was like “you really wonder why she’s so wicked”

…she’s not though? She was just standing up— for what she believed in—and that’s not what the wizard and everyone else wanted. It was against the “norm” and “accepted”. So they made her the villain.

And like let’s talk about Glinda

I— kinda hated her in the beginning cause I was like >:( ok ass?? But ya know as I watched on it was— familiar— I remember those times where we were so desperate to be popular, to be liked by everyone— and with that being said— we were barely our own person

Cause we were so focused on being what other people wanted/liked/what was most palatable to the public

So I have some sympathy for her.
