Heyyo, lovin your comic, and this has probably been asked before, is there a place for your other artwork? I saw the Kofi site mention you've made other comics and I just gotta see them cause tbh your art style fuckin slaps. Like a blend of saturated soft cell shading and the way the line art slowly melds colors with the characters to balance the contrast out. *chefs kiss*

#I DO mind some of jensen’s flop moments for. various reasons #primarily bc I know he can do better when he cares to and when he isn’t working with ppl who’ll let all his dumb whims slide lol #like I think jared has the best Instincts as an actor esp for the character he’s playing #I think we get the best work out of jensen when he’s in capable hands directorially (rip kim manners)#also I have no problem saying that I think some of the best and most consistent acting on the show is jared’s. he has a skill set that the #other two don’t exactly share #and misha. lmfaooo. clearly the worst of the 3 if you’re not lying (sadly many ppl here are 😔)#I do think he has his moments in his earlier appearances before he tbh started to really phone it in #but he’s also responsible for some of the cringiest scenes in the show by a mile #anyway…..#tag vomit

this is mostly a semantic thing—I just wanted to put this here for clarity, should anyone be interested. below are the names of all the story threads and their descriptions / main characters / associated tags for freefall:

#dead poets society #I forgot which fandom an old fandom of mine took this tagging system from—but due to very polarizing characters in the source material #there'd be (duh) anti-Character and pro-Character or Character Apologism tags #that delineated space for people to rave or vent about a character as their personal preferences and emotional biases drew them to #and then the Switzer-Character tag is supposed to be for people that enjoy examining and discussing all sides...#...which is actually possible to do with a fictional character...because a fictional character is a narrative construction...#And it's all well and good to want to forget that if you relate a lot to a specific character #or love/hate something else about them that is not central to or even compatible with the mindset of analyzing a narrative construct #fandom sure does make spaces for personal preferences and emotional bias #that practically IS fandom #but I also like analyzing themes and plot structure and directorial/actor decisions and the historical context that produced the work #stuff like that #that...i think blorbo-stanning and anti-Character venting etc sometimes doesn't leave much room for

lol i got a 98 on the assignment i didn’t finish and should’ve gotten at most an 83 on. i <3 end of semester struggle grading 🥰

#so my final assignment has been graded but my second to last has not #but that’s all i have left & i did the messing around on the canvas grades page and #i need at least a 46 to get an A #so. i mean. gg #post tag #this is still so mindblowing though. not only did i pass the tests somehow (did all my methods just happen to return 0 all the time?)#but somebody READ OVER my work and decided to take no points off. despite me openly NOT implementing a significant part of the assignment #i almost wrote in a comment at the top ‘note that due to time constraints i made the decision not to do the directory part’#but then decided to delete it. because why not just let them see it for themselves. why point it out #and. well. i guess they didn’t see it!#W
