It's still SO funny to me how I was genuinely shaking when we finally met Battlewinner. Because I was CONVINCED that she was going to be the most terrifying villain yet.

Me, in near tears: If even the NightWings don't know much about her, then how terrifying and mysterious must she be??

Battlewinner: *literally trips and dies*

Interesting fact about lava wof fans.

Media and books treat lava like a liquid water, but it's melted rock. It's extremely thick and dense, meaning that queen battlewinner would actually have a really hard time moving.

It's litterally swimming through liquid rock, so most things that fall in lava, actually fall on top of it, not in it. It takes a very long time for things to sink so in reality the false dragonets would have watched and heard Viper burn to death on top of the lava, instead of just disappearing under the surface like water.

hear me out. battlewinner made out with an icewing, and he on accident frostbreathed her. how else would the frost breath make it in that specific spot in her throat? she wouldve definitely had time to counter the frost breath with her fire, and even if she didn't, her mouth probably would have been warm enough to at least do something about it, plus from what we see when Clay fought an icewing in the arena, fire doesn't take as long to load as frostbreath, this is assuming they were somewhere decently warm so both of them could be together comfortably

but heres the thing, Greatness isnt a hybrid. maybe her and the icewing broke up (or she was cheated on, or shes the cheater, covered it up as just "i needed to so nobodys suspicious of us!!") before she bore eggs, then fell in love and had eggs with a nightwing. why she wants revenge on the icewings is just petty revenge for being cheated on.
