ive been playing wizard101 again (accurate storm version under the cut)

‘Eyes’ are one of the more common magic eating species found throughout the Spiral. Though mostly solitary, large flocks do congregate around areas of heavily concentrated magic, a property that has aided in the mapping of Leylines.

Different species of Eye feed on different forms of magic, each shaped by the type they consume. Most wizards have experienced one following them around at one point or another; they’re loyal pets to some and nuisances to others.

Eyes tendency to follow outbreaks of magic has led to much superstition and folklore surrounding them, especially the death variety.

Edit: If you want what I actually think about this here's a link to a post detailing my thoughts on Wizard101's gameplay loop. Also,I DO NOT DISLIKE WIZARD101 AND I DO NOT DISLIKE STORM. I LOVE STORM. STORM HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY FAVORITE CLASS. THE POINT OF THIS POST WASN'T MEANT TO DUNK ON STORM IT'S JUST THE EASIEST WAY TO MAKE A JOKE ABOUT THE AOE META'S GAMEPLAY LOOP AAAAAA

storm/fire and life/balance players are in a sort of symbiotic relationship where an unclaimed hitter class wizard will be adopted by a support to carry them through the entire game

My Storm Wizard, Kimiko Stormcloud ⚡️

Kimiko was born and raised in Mooshu by her father, Makoto Stormcloud, a retired samurai. She never knew her mother. However, her father told stories about how he met her in a storm and how she left him during a similar storm. While growing up, she trained in ninjitsu, which granted her fast agility. Although she was a talented student, she had a massive ego. Trainers quickly abandoned teaching her because of her poor behavior. With no other options, Makoto tried to find a different path for her. Which was Wizarding. At first, Makoto tried to enroll her in the Mooshu Magical Arts Academy, but later turned to Ravenwood, located in Wizard City. After arriving, Kimiko was placed into the School of Storm. Although she had a shaky start, she would meet a couple wizards to guide her in the right path. Outside of practicing magic and ninjitsu, Kimiko also loves swimming (she can breathe underwater), dueling, and surprisingly reads books.

if anyone is interested in going for the one in a million badge (do 1 mil damage) the secret krokosphinx boss atop of khonsu's pyramid is a great place for it. doing the easy 3 round cheat (literally just choose the right card to do a riddle, riddles r easy and also on the wiki) gives three separate +100% traps. then all the boss does is blade, no attacks.

u gotta defeat khonsu OR teleport to someone already there, but once ur there u can leave a mark. boss respawns pretty quick too
