SIGH. Here's older Fern ideas bc I'm hyperfixated on adventure time now

Honestly, I might be able to make an entire comic atp on how Fern eventually gets Finn to be less "forget the past" and learn to grieve and deal with his issues without pretending it doesn't exist. Or how Fern lost his arm or learns to accept the demon literally keeping his arm alive. Maybe even how him and the grass wizard get along after years of resentment. Or how he got the ability to drink and finally, felt like himself without piggybacking Finn himself.

(If anybody has some concepts or needs tweaking on the concept I'm OPEN)

Man, to be King Arthur, just casually unbothered by everything. He gets a round table as a gift, and he's just like "Aw sick, I'm gonna have my knights sit around this!" But then the king who gave him the table is like, "Oh BTW, there's a chair here where, if you sit on it and it judges you unworthy, it'll kill you on the spot." And then Arthur goes, "Whoa, that's cool, I'll just have it out here with the other ones."

Actually Jason and duke should have a series together, solving magic mysteries and bringing out the worst of each other’s chaos. It needs to be absolutely insane, with their solutions to the problem of the week being even more bonkers than whatever nonsense they’re fighting.

This was supposed to just be a rough sketch, but then I started getting really invested in it.

I hadn't initially intended to include so many picture book characters, but the nostalgia was overwhelming. Does anyone remember the animated short films produced by Weston Woods? My local library used to have a bunch of them on the Scholastic VHS tapes from the late 90s. (I know some shorts were released on the Children's Circle VHS tapes back in the 80s (🎶 Come on along! Come on along! Join the caravan!), and some were packaged in Sammy's Story Shop in 2008.)
