It’s basically impossible to eat 2000 calories a day (now that I’m actually trying to) and make sure I’m getting all the nutrients I need, so this is my working lunch today: @huel bar -nutritionally complete (and higher protein than other meal replacements with no other crap), a side order of @myproteinuk vegan-friendly and delicious protein cookie, again with not much crap added and a shot of raw apple cider vinegar, which I’m still skeptical about. So far 750 calories, which used to be my max for a whole day!
