guava (he/him, 28)

captain of the new-new squidbeak splatoon. everyone loves him. probably the most 'normal' out of everyone. he's trying to keep his life as mundanely as possible but things just keep happening to him. sad! lives with leander (4) and humphrey (8)

leander (he/him, 30)

leander is agent 4, nowadays he's pretty much retired as he's never given stuff to do. he suffered a pretty nasty injury during the events of splatoon 2, but now he's recovered and back in business!! really friendly to everyone he meets, to the point were it gets overbearing. lives with and married to guava (captain)

humphrey (they/them + whatevers funniest, 18)

the youngest agent, and also agent 8. humphrey is a bit emotionally stunted after the events of octo expansioon, but they're trying their best. has gained an attachment to guava (captain) in a bit of an obsessive way. generally unfamiliar with the world around them, and faked amnesia so they didn't have to face their past. lives with guava (captain)

lychee (they/she, 20)

newest member of the new-new squidbeak splatoon. extremely impressed by the captain and always following his orders (although he doesnt give out many). a little gullible as she's not used to people lying to her. gained human teeth after being exposed to the fuzzy ooze for far too long, but the other agents seem to be fine..? adoptive parent to smallfry and lives alone with him.

dominique (he/him +occasional she/her, 24)

honorary agent 4. not an official agent, but helped a lot during the events of splatoon 2. a close friend of leander, but a bit of an enigma to everyone else. training at ammo knights and hopes to open his own weapons shop someday. the glasses arent prescription, but he wears them everywhere anyway. despite his unique appearance he's lived in inkopolis all his life

russet (she/her, ??)

everyones favorite green octopus!! her origins are a bit dubious. she's lived down in kamabo for as long as she can remember, but has only really started 'living' recently. her body is slowly collapsing on itself but she doesn't seem to notice. her memory is extremely shoddy and she will forget simple things - but luckily she tends to keep everything documented. extremely close with humphrey (8), to the point you'd think they're related.

kaori (she/her, mid 20s?)

a physical manifestation of russet's younger self, created in the memverse but also i just draw her hanging out for funsies. she and russet don't seem to realize theyre the same person. she's pretty much the opposite of russet, emotionally stable and with a clear head. she's not up to date with any modern pop culture. she's in the process of developing a technology that preserves the body while alive.

kiara (she/her, ??)

octoling who joined grizz's forces for the sake of a style change. after grizz's defeat, she hangs around on the surface with lychee (neo 3) and humphrey (8). she's really into gyaru subculture, but tends to only pick pieces from things she likes - her squad back in alterna was about the same. she has been spliced with vague cat dna.

Egyptian Ben 10 AU!!

A long while ago i got the idea of making an au where ben is an Egyptian Orthodox Christian (the idea entirely spawned off a joke my friend made about a hypothetical ben like that having to explain his fasting to rook)

At first the idea was gonna be that his parents are Egyptian immigrants and he was born and raised in Bellwood, but last second before finishing his character bio i decided to flip everything over and make this AU *in* Egypt

The timeline i have in mind for these bios are all at around right after the highbreed arc, but also before season 3 straight up starts. I feel like thats a good jumping-on point

In terms of aliens mostly i just get to explore what the aliens would look like as teenagers since uaf and ov didnt really do much with that (they didnt even bother giving wildmutt a tail) and have fun trying to make his flannel into outfits for the aliens. Hoever if i get any cool ideas for entirely revamping aliens id definitely do it

I tried to make fourarms darker skinned not sure if its showing. Id have done the same with stinkfly but the uniforms colorscheme wouldve crashed. I wanted to try giving wildmutt black fur because this ben has darker hair but nothing really quite worked hsjhds wildmutts obnoxious orange is just too iconic

Prep school is mostly an american thing, here the closest equivalent for the early 2000s would be an international school. Also i changed lawyer to doctor as thats the sort of "go-to" job that makes a lot of money, lawyers in egypt arent usually as fortunate

Here she doesnt wear her uniform this is just how she dresses. I tried to fit the cat motif like OS but i couldnt really think of something that fit. If i were drawing UAF or OV gwen in my own take id have given her cat imagery but i think for Jwanas personality it actually makes more sense for her to be boring and lose the cat

Jwanas also a lot more angsty about her magic (and it is magic) since her parents and basically entire surrounding community both Muslim and Christian are very against magic and consider it sin. Shes also a lot more angsty in general because like the bio says shes under alot of stress and is very jealous of ben, which is conflicting because ben is also her best friend and she doesnt wanna feel this sort of animosity to him. She also doesnt realize how much he looks up to her as someone who is a lot more intelligent and disciplined than he'll ever be (for example the concept of jwana having the spark isnt here, ben just can never learn magic because he doesnt have what it takes)

Kevin much like ben is more or less the same as he is in the show. With jwana i went with my own take but Ben and Kevin are more of, culminations of what i think are their best parts in the series and then just fleshing that out more

I felt like the outfit he has in earth-prime works best with a few touchups. Prime kevin has consistently had that rugged guy-who-lives-in-a-garage look so despite being the most basic outfit it works the best with a few touchups

I did change his anatomy, i wanted to make him look like a mutant freak. I gave him this sort of frankenstine's monster posture (a small reference to him being an amalgamation in os). He also has these stretch marks all over his body since his material absorption doesnt just create a coat around him but also alters his skin itself (so these markings arent there for os-era kevin) He also has a lot of weird bumps over his body

This kevin is 100% mutant no alien shenanigans. If i do aggregor i'll uhhh think of something else for him to be. His transition to the lightside is a lot longer and for the majority of the highbreed arc hes not even there hes more of an occasional ally if he feels like helping

Was his dad a plumber or not im not sure tbh, im leaning towards not though

Jevil and Seams world still exists, its just so horrible that they don't ever want to go back to it..

Grillby and River persons AU were both destroyed/de-stabilized..?? Their worlds don't exist anymore.. they cant go back.

Goner Kid's AU still exists, but another version of her already exists in it. Its like a duplicate..? Of her was created when she fell into the void. When she tried to re-enter her AU, it was hurting the other Goner Kid. In order for her to go back, someone would have to kill that other Goner kid. But that Kid has a family, real memories, emotions.. she's a person too... no one had the heart to kill her. She cant go back..

Spamton's AU still exists, but he doesn't want to go back. There was nothing for him there. He had no friends, no family, he hated his life. And being in his own world for some reason causes his pain to be more extreme/less tolerable. So staying away from his AU brings him some relief..

Asgore's AU still exists, but he cant go back. Or else he will continue turning into dust and eventually fully die.. staying out of his AU is the only thing keeping him "alive"..

I don't know if their boss status really played much of a role.. mostly their friendship started with Jevil helping Spamton, and then sparked into something more by them having a similar sense of humor. :00

As for the phone person? I haven't decided if my Spamton had that phone guy or not.. but if he did, I might make it so they're different people. Or maybe the same person but from different aus..?? 👀👀

The group might not keep in touch consistently. But I can see them occasionally returning to this AU to seek shelter, knowing that they're safe here.

Like imagine they got in a wicked fight and some of their toughest members are all beat up. They retreat to this AU and hide out in the forest to rest. Some of the Queens guards find the group and bring them to her. She's surprised to hear that they've been living in the woods.

"Why did you not return to my castle?"

"We didn't want to intrude or overstay our welcome..."

"Nonsense! You are always welcome here."

Now as for Seams relationship with her? I imagine its complicated.. Of course he thinks she is wonderful and very gracious. Having freed him from his chains and continuing to welcome them into her castle..

But Seam can't help but be afraid of her. She is the same species as the Spade King. He cant help but be reminded of the king when he looks at her and feel uncomfortable or intimidated..

Seam is probably stressed and uncomfortable being in her castle, despite how kind the Queen is.. Everything just reminds him of the King and all the horrible things associated with him.. its just.. man, its complicated.

Aw its ok! <XD Don't worry, it really is mostly a design choice now. But to go over the story again..

When I was designing my sona I wanted something to be on my hands. Gloves? Different skin color? I didn't really know.. Now at the time my fingers/knuckles were covered in band-aids due to dry skin and cat scratches.

So I thought hey! I can give my sona edgy bloody bandages! And I can call them my weathered artists hands! XD And so I added them.

Although my hands still aren't in the best shape today, I'm pretty hard on them- the bloodied hands don't have any darker or concerning origin. Just cat scratches and dry skin. I appreciate the concern though! 🥺💖💖💖

Basically, the drippy-ness and blood is when I want to emphasize my exhaustion and/or emotions is some way..?

And the "stable" version is usually seen at the start of comics before I've consumed any energy. Or in posts with 1-2 drawings that don't take much time/energy to make. Also being a drama queen is fun. Does that make sense..? <:D

Part of me thinks it would be very foreign to their (probably cruddy) Fazbear brand pizza. <XD Chica would love it though!

This is a really good question! :0 I had to think about it for a sec XDD

For Freddy and Glamrock Foxy I imagined their vice would be the same, hoarding. They would try to latch onto things and objects that make them feel better. At first it would start with collecting certain posters of event that they had a good time at. Or if someone gave them a plush they would hide it from employees so that they could keep it. But then it would quickly spiral into something worse..

They would both start stealing from the other animatronics. Taking things that they see as valuable and worry the others might throw away. Or if they had a nice time at a kids birthday party they would try to collect souvenirs. Like the present wrapping and bows. Trash and plates with food still on them.

Freddy would collect all this trash and stuff and hoard it in his room. The food would get moldy and make his room a hazard. But Freddy would become very protective of his room and his collection. The employees would try to clean if but Freddy just wouldn't have it. They would have to clean out the worst of it little by little so Freddy wouldn't notice..

Foxy would be the same except once his room got too full, he would extend his collection to Pirates cove. Parents would complain about Pirates cove being dirty and about there being trash all over the floor. But just like Freddy, Foxy would be very protective of his collection and it would be a hassle to clean..

For Glamrock Bonnie however, his is harder to describe.. but I imagine he is completely opposed to change. Maybe OCD you could call it..?

I can see Bonnie being hurt by all the change in his life. When Freddy and Chica died that was a huge change. When the glamrock era began and they threw out everything familiar to him.. it hurt. It was a big change.

I can see Bonnie hating change. For 5 seconds, he wants everything to just, stay the same. This might manifest in Bonnie not allowing any employees in his room. Becuase he doesn't want them moving anything around. He wants to come back to his room after a stressful day and have his room be exactly the way he left it. This would mean Bonnie's room gets very dirty/dusty but he wont allow anyone to clean it.

Not sure how this could spiral to something that effects other people.. Maybe he doesn't like the new songs that they are told to sing. He just wants to sing the same familiar songs he already knows. This could cause problems for the other animatronics because Bonnie wont cooperate? Things like that. :0

I suppose anyone who doesn't have a river person in their AU would be spooked yeah <XD Poor river person :(

Yes, Seam is absolutely devastated with guilt. Not a day goes by where he doesn't feel horrible for what he did to Jevil.. And despite your point, Jevil holds nothing against him. Not anymore, and here's why.

Jevil was there when the king threatened Seam. When the king commanded him to lock Jevil away. It was very clear from the situation that the King would hurt or even kill Seam if he did not obey. Seam was torn, tears streaming down his face. He was shaking.. He had no choice. It was lock Jevil up, or face the Kings wrath. He had to.. if he didn't, both of them would probably have been slaughtered..

He doesn't resent Seam for locking him up. He knows he had to. But after years of being down there.. Jevil did develop a bit of resentment over Seam never visiting him. He always expected Seam to sneak down to the dungeon to see him.. but he never did.. that he resented a bit.

But as soon as he escaped, and found out why Seam never visited.. that resentment all vanished.

Seam tried to visit Jevil. But he was caught. And what was his punishment? His eye was gouged out, his mouth stitched shut, and heavy shackles clasped around his neck and wrists. He was told of he ever tried to visit Jevil again. The king would kill them both.

How could Jevil hold any resentment after that? There was nothing else Seam could have done..

I think it was the opposite. Jevil saw the danger of the situation. It was clear that if Seam didn't lock Jevil up, the King would likely kill them both.

Seam was extremely hesitant. He was crying, he didn't want to lock him up..

Instead of begging the king for mercy, knowing the king would not listen. Jevil probably just tried to comfort Seam..

"Seam.. i-its ok... j-just.. just do it... just do what he says.."

I don't think I ever gave them claws.. I suppose if the situation calls for it they'll magically have them XD Not sure about scratching post though, they'd more likely just want to use a nail file :0

I sat on this ask and thought about it for a while.. and every time I think about it I picture the same scenario..

These are all my personal headcanons! I kin ichimatsu so many of hcs for him are based off myself! This is just for fun but if you don’t agree with or like them that’s perfectly fine! Feel free to block or ignore me!

First things first I hc all 6 of the matsus as autistic and trans in some kind of way!

I think oso, kara, choro, ichi, and jyushi are all transmasc and todo is transfem! Transfem choro is also cute tho

Either way tho, none of them are neurotypical or cis!

Oso: He/Him trans man. Is currently on T. Prefers a binder over transtape cuz it’s less work but only wears it like half the time cuz he’ll often forget to put it on when getting dressed and it’s too much work to take his shirt off, put on his binder n put his shirt back on lol also he’s bi with a preference for women!

Kara: He/They trans man. Pansexual. Currently on T. Has gotten top surgery! Wants to get cool tattoos over his scars but is a wuss lol he also still gets a lil nervous bout shot day after all this time but puts on a brave face

Choro: He/She transmasc bigender. Omnisexual. Low dose T. Doesn’t bind all the time but prefers transtape over a binder when she does cuz it’s not as hot since he’s often wearing an undershirt anyway

Ichi: He/Him transmasc agender. Gay oriented aroace. Has gotten top surgery! Was on T for a good while but stopped for various reasons. Also prob has some kinda cat themed neopronouns just for funsies haha

Jyushi: He/Him trans man. Is on T. Who needs to bind or get top surgery when you can just hella work out? lol I don’t think he cares about labels but he’s def some kind of multisexual, maybe bi? Maybe pan?

Todo: She/Her and Fae/Faer trans woman. Is on estrogen. Bi with a preference for women

Eyesight from worst to best!

Choro: very nearsighted! usually wears contacts nowadays but will occasionally wear his square/rectangle glasses to give her eyes a break. Still has his old round glasses from hs as back up tho

Kara: his vision isn’t as bad as choromatsus but it’s still not great! Farsighted. He refuses to wear normal glasses cuz he thinks it’ll make him look lame so his sunglasses are prescription instead, nobody knows that tho! Also has some form of strabismus, one of his eyes tend to move slightly inward.

Oso and Ichi: they’re both nearsighted and are at about the same level of vision. Neither of them are nearly as bad as choro and kara tho! Still, they would probably both benefit from glasses but choose to just live their lives a bit blurry lol Also ichi has visual snow! And while ichi is aware his vision isn’t the best, oso is oblivious and thinks it’s completely normal

Jyushi: also has strabismus! His is more noticeable and tends to move outward! but aside from that his vision is actually relatively good!

Todo: is the only one with 20/20 vision lol I feel like she would sometimes wear glasses just for fashion and choro hates it haha

Ichi has chronic fatigue, chronic pain, and pnes! (Psychogenic Non Epileptic Seizures)

I’m not sure if I want him to have exactly what I have in regards to his chronic pain condition, which for me is fibromyalgia, but I’ll prob end up going in that direction anyway since I project onto him so much anyway ya know?

His conditions affect p much his whole life as is the thing with being disabled haha but in particular it affects his sleep. He’s usually a p light sleeper and has a hard time falling and staying asleep unless he’s feeling completely exhausted from either his pain, or the aftermath of a seizure or whatever else, in which case he’ll knock the fuck out, and will sometimes sleep for so long and deeply he’ll scare his family into thinking his dead haha

His condition also often affects his ability to walk, so when he’s struggling he will use a cane

Unlike me tho, he doesn’t need it like all day everyday, only sometimes

Choro also uses a cane sometimes! He has a bad knee and poor balance which causes her to trip and fall a lot! His cane is his same color of green and while he does prefer the clean and sleek look, she does have a couple of little idol charms on the handle!

Ichi’s cane is either black or purple and is covered in various cat themed stickers with a couple lil things attached to the handle that he will use to play with neighborhood kitties!

Oso and jyushi will sometimes steal choro and ichis canes when not in use and sword fight with them lol

I can imagine when either ichi or choro first got their canes, oso in particular would playfully tease them and would use their cane to pretend to be an old man. The other matsus would also join in on the heckling such as todo calling either choro or ichi old men haha

Kinda going back,, when ichi had his first seizure, the others definitely freaked the fuck out. I imagine some of them prob would still panic when it happens at times but not as much. When it happens while they’re all trying to sleep, Kara will quietly help ichi n look over him till it stops, making sure he’s on his side n all that. I also imagine Kara would the most consistently remind ichi to breathe during a seizure and since ichi doesn’t like to make a big deal out of his seizures, Kara wouldn’t mention it to the others unless ichi brought it up first. (Ichi is thankful but doesn’t really verbally thank him often). Same goes for most of the other matsus if they’re alone with ichi during a seizure except for maybe jyushi who would blurt it out and sometimes oso unless explicitly told not to mention it. And prob right after the first seizure, todo researched what to do during a seizure and taught the others what to do so everyone was better prepared for next time.

Going back to ichis chronic fatigue/ poor sleep,

He either sleeps like 2 hours or 15, no in between lol

Oso doesn’t have chronic fatigue but he is really bad at maintaining a consistent sleep schedule so he and ichi (and sometimes the others) will often hang out and go on late night adventures, resulting in them both sleeping in way too late n getting scolded by either choro or matsuyo

More general sleep based stuff:

Ichi is a side sleeper n likes to be super curled up, he is shrimply kitty, he cannot change this. Kara is a back sleeper mostly, cant stand being too warm and prefers cooler or thinner blankets. Todo flip flops between back and side, is a pretty quiet, peaceful sleeper. Oso is kinda all over the place, flip flops between back, side, and belly a lot and likes to either be spread out or cuddling smth. Choro also flip flops between back and side, doesn’t take up a lot of space. Jyushi is a back sleeper and always very spread out

I can see them all snoring at least a lil bit except for maybe choro. I think it’d be cute if todo had like a baby snore and ichi had that classic cat snore. I can def see oso being loud tho

Poor choro being sandwiched between the two that take up the most space, move the most, and prob the loudest lol

Jyushi is usually very intense when he stims, lots of physical/moving stims! Definitely hand flapping, rocking, sometimes spinning, etc. I think he does his bat swinging, and mimicking of baseball terms n such as special interest centric stims. Plus his “HUSTLE HUSTLE MUSCLE MUSCLE!”

I think he also really likes deep pressure! Likes to be wrapped up n buried with blankets, and clothes n such (+ the warmth is nice since he doesn’t have great temperature regulation)

He would love a weighted blanket haha, and I think, while he’s not really a huge hugger most the time, he would sometimes ask for tight hugs from his family, or just have them like lean or straight up just lay on top of him haha

Also likes to chew! Seeing as how he’s often chewing on his brothers heads lol he would prefer a really hard/tough toy to chew on. Any thing softer, he chews straight through em

Kara loves anything shiny/sparkly and colorful! He also likes the texture sparkly things/ things with sequins often have,

I also think he would like space and ocean themed things cuz blue and pretty haha

I think he would have jewelry he would play with like rings or necklaces, such as running his fingers along his necklace chains or maybe a spinner ring or something small with intricate details/ rougher textures he could stim with

I imagine something metal/ silver maybe in the shape of a skull! Not sure what tho.. maybe a keychain? A necklace? Just something he keeps in his pocket?

Choro loves like cool lights/glowy stuff esp if it’s related to his special interest(s) ie idols! I think she also really likes clicky noises like a keyboard or switches! I think he would def carry around at least one fidget to help with anxiety but I feel like she would maybe be torn between his toys being colorful/related to her interests or being like subtle and “adult” looking ya know? I also think he’d get kinda self conscious about doing raptor arms or just feel like “what do I do with my hands” n developed a habit of putting her hands on his hips instead haha, I also think choro has a picking habit and uses picky pads to try to avoid picking at his skin and while it’s not as bad, Kara also still feels the urge to pick sometimes from when he had bad acne so choro turned him on to picky pads n she will use the beads to make kandi! But also sometimes she’ll get so caught up in just wanting to pick out and organize all the beads, hell get too focused on a pad and won’t have one for when she actually has the urge to skin pick. Also choro would love a busy board with all the flashing lights n clicky switches haha

Todo is a big visual stimmer! A bit too self conscious most the time to more openly stim in front of most ppl so she watches a lot of like stim boards and “satisfying” videos on her phone and maybe like very specific asmr videos. Her physical stims are a bit more “subtle” like very light rocking, kicking her feet, tapping her foot, using her face roller, playing with her hair, etc. I think she also chews but she doesn’t think it’s cute enough so she tries not to do it and will kinda gently chew on the inside of her lip or tongue or use gum or smth. Definitely prefers much softer chews than jyushi! Also think she likes to do the pop sound with her mouth sometimes

Ichi loves soft fuzzy textures and likes to pet and rub them whether it’s a cat or an inanimate object! He also really likes somewhat squishy things, think like paw pads, that he can squish in his hands! If it’s something bigger like a soft blanket or pillow or smth he likes to kinda knead it. He also likes pain seeking stims esp when hes having sh thoughts and will use things that are sharp and pokey but can’t do any actual harm like acupuncture rings or smth n he will keep like a mini squishy or acupuncture ring in his hoodie pocket to mess with. He also likes bubble wrap n pop fidgets! He likes the sound and the feel of em. I also think he has a bit of a picking issue too and will steal Kara’s like half done picky pads and then leave the beads for choro in places he knows he will find them like a cat leaving “presents” haha, sometimes choro will literally wake up with a lil baggie of beads on her and he’s very confused by it, she has no idea where these lil baggies keep coming from lol. I also think ichi uses his finger as like a worry stone of sorts and will rub his thumb on the side of his finger between the knuckles sometimes just cuz, sometimes to calm himself! Also purring! Oso doesn’t really notice for himself when he stims! At least when it comes to his physical stims. His lil nose rub thing for example! N Unless hes like actively doing something, if he’s still for like 5 seconds, he’ll just start swaying or rocking back n forth whether he’s sitting or standing. He also likes to be upside down sometimes, just doing that weird upside down sit he does n will like sit on the couch upside down. Also he finds anything that goes really fast or spinny or like colorful flashing lights really captivating, reminds him of pachinko n the races haha

I think when has the urge to like fidget he will steal his siblings stuff instead of just getting his own. I can see todo or somebody buying one of those pop it games n oso stealing it n playing it way more than whoever bought it in the first place haha ichi would also use it sometimes but would prefer the sound effects off

Also I think oso is a big vocal stimmer! Lots of weird lil noises, mimicking of words/phrases, humming, etc. when somebody points it out or asks him to stop he likes to fuck with them n act dumb like “huh? What? What noise? I didn’t say anything. Are you hearing things? ……………… *does it again*” lol I also think when todo does her lil pop sound oso will do it back and things like that will sometimes spread to the others and even matsuyo and matsuzo occasionally n then they’re all just mimicking the same thing, flock of seagulls from Nemo typa behavior lol. Oso also sometimes mimics peoples hand gestures n body posture while they’re talking, sometimes on purpose, sometimes he doesn’t even realize till they point it out, either way it annoys the fuck outta ppl n he finds that funny haha. Oh I forgot but oso also has an oral fixation but uses food instead of toys or gum, bro is snackin all the time haha

Couple quick lil ichi hcs: ichi wasn’t really a fan of bugs for a long time (didn’t hate them but was still grossed out by them) but then he started noticing how cute and cat like some can be and now he’s a big bug lover! Moths and spiders are his favs! Cuz “fluffy” and cute mostly lol and when I say spiders I’m mostly thinking jumping spiders but I think he’d also like bigger and “scarier” spiders too) also also! 2nd quick ichi hc! He’s very light on his feet and will often scare ppl (usually by accident) by just kinda appearing by them and his family gets mad at him for “sneaking up on them” and will yell at him to wear a bell in like a half joking way but then eventually ichi does start actually wearing a lil bell (maybe a bracelet?) either of his own volition or bc his siblings made him lol Either way, it doesn’t bother him much to wear it cuz it makes him more kitty like and if he wants to be quiet he could just take it off lol

Uk supermarket tierlist because I saw a TikTok and their tierlist was simply wrong so here is mine

1. Lidl, cheap and not as crowded as Aldi. Very similar stuff but with a better overall vibe. Love Lidl <3 Get the app for shopping and get your partner in crime to get the app too but only use one of yours, every season or so they’ll hand out £5 off vouchers if you’re not a regular user of the app. The cat treats are good too. They’ve recently increased their cat food selection to have some more common brands now which is good too. Their own brand licki licks are the best bang for your buck on the market and highly worth trying for picky cats or cat meds.

2. Aldi, go there if you can’t go to Lidl. It’s too loud and crowded for me and the queues are annoying. I’m honestly not a fan. The queues remind me of primarks a Saturday. The stuff is cheap though

3. Sainsburys, go there when you’re feeling fancy ✨ genuinely though I go there once every so often for a special shopping experience. The blueberries are MASSIVE. Don’t get scammed by the garlic chives though, they’ll register as 2.25 but they’re actually £2.00. They have a decent cat food selection, a lot of fancier stuff too like Blink and scrumbles.

4. Asda, you go here when you need some specific and Aldi / Lidl don’t sell it. The vibes are fine, it’s not too crowded but it’s realll expensive for somewhere that used to be affordable, thanks for that one rishi (you don’t deserve my capital letters, you improper noun). The cat food selection here is okay but should be better. There’s not much range here but they have your classics like whiskas and felix.

5. Home bargains, SO MUCH FUN. Like fuck actually getting groceries, this is the trip of a lifetime. Don’t go there too often cause the novelty will wear off but god damn if the shit isn’t cheap and handy. Good for the occasional stroll, recommend going once every 6 months for funsies. You can go more often if you’re rich like that but we can’t afford that in this household. Limited cat food options, a lot of weirder unknown brands and paste texture cat food which hashbrown refuses to eat.

6. Morrisons is here next for sentimental value. Also breakfast was good here as a child and I like how much stuff they have. I like their cat food range but it’s not as good as Sainsburys.

7. Tesco, my fellow brits will hate me for this one but I don’t like the vibes of Tesco. The people there are just as poor as me but give off the vibe of feeling too proud to go to Lidl, like suck it up, the red bell peppers are 59p and the ones at my Lidl are huge. I weigh them sometimes for fun and they’re around 300grams, just go to Lidl. Decent selection of cat food too and they do seem to care about the price and affordability of it.

8. Green Co op, stuffs hella expensive for some reason and you can’t use the green co op card in the blue co op and vide versa which is really annoying but my sister likes going here so it’s eighth. The sweet selection is fine though.

9. Blue co op, we don’t need blue co op

10. Marks and Spencers, bomb cookies and gift stuff. Not much else, too expensive and we aren’t here living the lavish life.

I did not grow up with cats. I was solidly a dog person. I was never planning on getting a cat until CZ showed up and I fell in love with him. Here are some things I did not know about cats and freaked out about until I learned they were normal cat behaviors (shout out to all my friends with cats that I would panic message whenever my kitty did something unexpected like “IS THIS NORMAL???”)

I knew cats purred, but I did not know how LOUD it was. When CZ got comfortable with me and started purring, I got freaked out thinking he had a breathing problem and was wheezing, until I learned that some cats just sound like little motorcycles.

Cats randomly bite for no reason. CZ bites when I get out of the shower or just for funsies, and I thought he hated me.

Cats like to hide places. He constantly hid under the bed and I thought something was wrong with him.

Cats don’t often pant. For some reason I thought they panted as often as dogs and I thought CZ was constantly going to overheat because he wasn’t doing that

Cats shed like crazy. I thought they didn’t shed like dogs, and I thought CZ had a disease the first summer I had him and his hair started shedding.

Cats are really picky about food. One time I switched cat food brands and he refused to eat, and I thought he was sick and dying. But he ate fine when I bought his old food again.

Cats WILL find a way to entertain themselves even if they have designated cat toys. I learned the hard way that I had to hide my yarn and my rubber bands for bracelets or he would get into them and make a huge mess.

Cats don’t “go to bed” like humans and dogs. I was used to putting dogs in a crate or making them lay on their beds at night to go to sleep. CZ would just stay up all night catting around while I slept.

I didn’t know that cats usually don’t come when their names are called and you can’t teach them obedience like dogs (sit, down, stay, etc). I tried to train him like a dog, and he’s smart enough to know the commands, but he just doesn’t care about doing them.

Cats aren’t as food driven as dogs. He doesn’t like any cat treats, so teaching him tricks is difficult.

Cats don’t care about positive reinforcement in terms of training. No amount of petting and kind words would make him sit or down or do tricks for me.

Cats ATTACK when you touch them certain places. CZ would lay on his back like he wanted me to pet his tummy, but when I did he would bite and scratch and kick me. It is fun for him to trick people like that.

Cats aren’t as owner oriented. The dogs I grew up with (my mom is a professional dog trainer) will hang around you and cling to you, waiting for you to tell them to do something or pay attention to them. CZ would just do his own cat thing and ignore me most of the time, and only occasionally would approach me for cuddles or pets.

Cats will do shit just to see your reaction. CZ will climb up onto the shelf where I keep my pants, wait for me to look at him, and then make eye contact with me and knock all the clothes off the shelf.

Obsessed with eating bugs. Maybe this is just my kitty because he was a homeless feral cat for a year before I found him, but if there’s a spider or something in my room, he will hunt it for hours and then eat it LOUDLY.

Cats will attack anything that moves. Before I cut my hair and it was long, if he was in play mode and I wanted to play with him, I would have to put my hair up or he’d attack it (and usually scratch my face or neck in the process)

Cats are LOUD. The dogs I grew up with were trained not to bark unless it was for a good reason (like if they were a service dog who needed to alert their handler of something) so I wasn’t expecting for CZ to SCREAM meow at me if he ran out of food or if I was gone for too long. He will scream at the top of his kitty lungs if I’m gone for more than 10 minutes without filling up his food bowl.

Cats are dramatic. One time the guy setting up the internet had to come into my room to put something in there, and CZ hid for THREE hours.

Cats will wake you up for no reason. If I’m sleeping in, CZ will bite my toes very hard until I wake up. For no reason other than for funsies.

Cats don’t care about your personal space. I had to move my bed away from the window because he would use my stomach as a launching pad to get to the window to look at my stepdad leaving for work EVERY morning at 5am.

Cats have strange hiding places. CZ likes to wiggle his way into my dresser, and on MANY occasions, has climbed into the washer or dryer and bites and scratches anyone who tries to get him out so they can do laundry.

Cats hold grudges??? My mom and I had to syringe feed him for a while when he was sick and wouldn’t eat, and he gets angry and attacks my mom or hides if she walks into my room with any kind of thing resembling a syringe.

Cats DO NOT like car rides. CZ scream meows and complains every time we take him in the car to go to the vet.

how do you organize info on all the cats in saltburns clan? im working on a wc fic and its so hard keeping the cast organized 🥲

this is such a hard question and i'm so sorry but the answer is that.. i just don't. my stuff is so unorganized and nightmarish but it's what works for me. i have a single long-ass google doc with all of my plot beats and anything that i've scripted, but i typically work out dialogue and scenes only a scene or two in advance unless i have a particularly good one in mind, and i typically write out a whole scene in just dialogue with little actual "screen direction".

this is mainly so that i make sure i actually cover what i want to cover in the scene, and so that i have something to look back to when i accidentally delete my sketch layer with the refined dialogue (happens often) but this is all something subject to change when i actually start boarding the pages. lots of times scenes completely change when i actually get to drawing them, either because they were too boring or bc i didn't like my first pass at dialogue.

i know what major story beats i want to happen, but i don't know when, or the exact details. most importantly; i don't know how this comic is going to end yet! this allows me to play around and try out concepts, as well as move scenes and ideas around before actually committing to them an locking in. and as ive said before, i don't want to be working on this comic forever, and i fully intend for it to be done in the next year, year and a half maybe. so 4-6 more chapters + epilogue. knowing this time table lets me throw out ideas that, while cool, would take too long to work with.

as for cast stuff, i honestly just remember it. lots of the little interpersonal details of the BG cast cats are just not important enough to bother writing down. i make my little family trees occasionally, but those are for funsies and to show off relations and less about me keeping track of stuff. it also helps that i posted my whole cast before getting into the bulk of the comic, so people asked questions about characters which gave me the opportunity to brainstorm stuff about them on the spot. i tag most asks i get by character and clan, so if i need to remember something, i can just go search for it on desktop tumblr. but my comic is specifically not very BG character focused because i don't care about having a big twisting web of cast members. you don't need a full family tree to make stuff work, and honestly you're better off without one. i also work by arc 1 warriors rules where queens dont have to say who the father is, and that helps a lot too

sorry that i can't be more helpful, but i'm at my best when i work in chaos, and sadly that does not work well for most people. i would suggest asking @/razmerry, who is much better at organization than i am lol

For funsies because I can, I'll include the new muses I haven't yet set to public on my muse list yet because why not.

1) Rank your softest Muse and your toughest Muse. (Personality-wise) - from softest to the toughest muse.... Well, the more softer muses would be: Maisie, Ellie, Delta, Lorelei, Dreamer, Juniper, Nelly.

And I feel like I'd put Jamie, Thalia, Alpha, Henry, Rex, Vesper and Mara (new) in the middle.

Whereas the tougher muses would be Charlie, Lakota, Aiden, Bailey, Nevaeh, Umbra (new) and Kalika (new).

I'd probably mark Ellie as the softest of them all, and Charlie as the toughest. Ellie has the most overall introverted personality, she doesn't want any problems, no conflict, no nothing. If you push her buttons far enough she will definitely scar you for life, but I mean, she's a werewolf with underlying anger issues, so like... What do you expect? And Charlie is just, capable of downright evil. I'd tie her with Lakota and Kalika but those two are different in that they are the way they are because of what they are by nature, whereas Charlie is simply an old fashioned bitch.

2) Which Muse would blow through $1000 quickly? - Maisie could blow $1000 so fast you'd question if she ever had $1000 in the first place. And probably on food.

3) Do any of them have nicknames? Is there a meaning behind them? - BELOW THE CUT because it gets long from here.

Charlie has often been referred as the Coyote because of Fang or by those who know of her shapeshifting ability. Friends may call her Charles (can't take credit there, @vulpuslunae did it first!) Dreamer is known as the Reaper, Little Reaper, Reaper Cat because he is exactly those things. Lakota is called many things by everyone and I'd say a staple would be monster, forest monster, or mother nature's monster. But she's also called an akhlut, which is, a vicious beast that takes the form of a wolf/orca or aquatic wolf. Friends may call her Kota! Lorelei has been known as the forest spirit or forest guardian. She is also called a certhera, which means a creature that takes the form of a leopard/stag, the name itself being a mix between the scientific names for the deer and the leopard. Friends may call her Lori. Kalika (new) would be more famously known as the demon in the woods, or called the cursed wolf, or named yutara which is the combination between the scientific name for the maned wolf and the greek word for "curse." Friends may call her Kali or Kal. Mara (new) was given the nickname Queen while she was in the military, because she is a feline shapeshifter, and "queen" is what you call a female cat. Friends may call her Mar (or her brother). Maisie is often called Little Kitty, Kitty or Kitty Cat by Charlie, but I could possibly see others calling her this as well. And of course, it is because of Fox and the fact that she can shapeshift into a cat. Umbra (new) is a species of dragon that has long-been known as the "witch's dragon" because of their strong connection to magic and also their common alliance with witches back in the day. Also called the dreadwyrm, now I'm still putting together her backstory but the idea here is that she was a war dragon at some point and the enemy nicknamed her this. Vesper was sometimes referred to as Morning Star, that is what his name means. However, this is something that was mostly used while he was in captivity. Rex was occasionally called "king" because that is what his name means by his humans when he lived in his enclosure. Ellie used to be called Eleven, but that wasn't necessarily a nickname. She was just a number in some lab. She could be called El by friends! Juniper has no special nicknames, but friends and family may call her Juni. Delta may sometimes be called Del for short. She also particularly likes "good dog." Alpha has a few things that he's been called, blue beast because he's a massive blue wolf, beast of wolf lake; where he lives and again, massive wolf. Lightning wolf because he is known and or rumored to harness lightning, and lastly, hero of wolf lake due to his history. Nelly has no particularly special nicknames, but friends might call her Nel. Jamie & Aiden, Thalia, Nevaeh, Henry, and Bailey do not have any nicknames.

4) Are any of them up-to-speed on the latest trends? Anyone more old school? - My animal muses? No, they don't really care about human or humanoid trends. They just animal. Charlie reminisces on the past sometimes, like old-school and whatnot, probably thinks there's way too many ridiculous rules nowadays, but she stays up to date for the most part. Lakota doesn't give a rat's booty about the latest trends of humans. Bailey lives in the apocalypse and probably doesn't even know what "trend" means, Henry also lives in a post-apocalyptic world. Lorelei does her best to keep up to speed with how times change with the humans. Ellie doesn't know what any of this means. Kalika probably secretly wishes things were like "back then." Thalia keeps up to speed and really enjoys technology. Maisie has no idea wtf she is doing and probably thinks the world has too many rules now. The others just kinda, keep up with the basic things to stay up to speed and don't care too much to look back on the past. They're just... So so? yeah.

5) Who has the best relationship with their siblings? - Charlie didn't have any siblings... Technically, her little group were strangely tight-knit like a family but anyway it doesn't matter because she killed everybody. You could kinda in a way say that Lakota and Lorelei are "siblings" given that they are "related" in the sense that they are each other's opposite, and they, in this current life, have a good standing relationship. Mara and Juniper definitely have the best relationship with their sibling, Mara has a sister and Juniper has a brother. Jamie has or had the worst relationship with her little brother, but that was mainly because of her parents, her brother basically copied their behavior and it just wasn't good.

6) Karaoke night! Who is likely to grab the mic first and bust out a tune? - Maisie, even if she's terrible. She wants the spotlight. She has no sense of shame.

7) Who is least likely to enter a beauty pageant/model? - Lakota. She would hate it so much and she'd also let you know how much she hates it.

8) If your Muses visited a haunted house where actors scare you, who would panic and who would be unfazed? - Panic: Maisie, Ellie. In between: Thalia, Vesper, Henry, Juniper, Delta, Bailey, Mara. Unfazed: Charlie, Lakota, Lorelei, Umbra, Kalika, Rex, Jamie & Aiden, Dreamer, Alpha, Nevaeh, Nelly.

9) Are any of your Muses particular about taking certain modes of transportation? - I have to say... Most really don't care. Except Lakota. Good luck getting her into any kind of vehicle type whatever, doesn't matter what it is, she will walk. She'll get there faster than any mode of transportation anyway. Nevaeh also isn't a fan of most cars because of her horns and wings, she usually doesn't fit comfortably. Well, and I guess Umbra and Rex cause they be dragons and no fit into no modes of transportation. They ARE a mode of transportation. Who needs the dragonmobile? They got you.

10) Share a little-known fact about any Muse. - I feel like I blab about everything regarding my muses that there is nothing left to blab about.... Well, a funny fact is because Ellie can't read, you could show her the written word "cow" and then tell her that's how "dog" looks / spells on paper and she'll probably believe you because she knows nothing about grammar or spelling or written words.

Everyone need to know the relationship between Salaì and Melzi 🤣

Salaì is hitting that boy with a steel chair.

If you don't know, Melzi was one of Leonardos apprentices. He took in Melzi in 1505, and is 11 years younger than Salaì, making him 39 years younger than Leonardo. Now if we go by ikevamp lore... Leonardo never had Melzi as an apprentice bc he went MIA after painting the last supper in 1499/1500, but Leonardo does mention Melzi in his Episode 0. WHICH MAKES NO SENSE

Anyway. Salaì HAAAATES Melzi. Even irl he hated Melzi. Salaì was jealous that Leonardo spent time with Melzi and gave him praise. Irl Leonardo has to make sure he put time aside to spend it with Salaì because he got so jealous.

Melzi came from a RICH family. His father was in politics which means Melzi was going to be as well but he wanted to learn how to paint for funsies.

Salaì hates the rich. Melzi would just spend money like it was never ending for him, and Salaì hated that. The boy steals.

If Vlad decided to bring Melzi back as a rival..it's on SIGHT. Salaì is throwing hands on the spot. Not even questioning how he's alive. Immediately fighting.

When Leonardo said that Melzi would be over, Salaì would then make sure to cover everything in cat fur bc I think it would be funny if Melzi was allergic.

Melzi would have to stay in the castle for his own protection.

Say his name and Salaì will pretend to vomit. He might be dead but Salaì still insults him. Leonardo just sighs and is like "he's dead...please leave him alone" and Salaì is like "nope. He deserves to suffer more"

Would 100% spit on his grave if he can find it.

Melzi is 100% the reason why Salaì bullies Comte. Both are blonde and rich. They are too similar. However Melzi was a little shit back since he was so much younger.

Imagine Salaì being 25 and having beef with a 14 year old. Because he does. Salaì has definitely stolen from Melzi. And Melzi knows it. Leonardo doesn't believe it

Salaì is borderline trying to kill Melzi. And Leonardo just sighs and occasionally breaks up their fights. Melzi IS doing his best to fight back. But like I said, he comes from a rich family, that boy hasn't had to work for much while Salaì is out here in bar fights weekly.

What if instead of wings, the three of them woke up one day with animal ears and tails? I'd assume Genesis would end up with fox traits, and Sephiroth with cat ones... not sure about Angeal tho!?

Angeal is a dog. 100% he and Zack are both dogs.

Anyway, Sephiroth comically doesn't seem to really notice the change, only that he's feeling particularly disdainful of everyone and everything at the moment.

Genesis now has the urge to steal everyone's shit for funsies. He might occasionally dig a really big hole and also make incoherent screeching noises if people get up in his face.

Angeal....god, Angeal just wants a nap. Preferably on a nice quiet sofa by the fireplace.

FERAL ASS S!3V3N X DAISY/CRIMSONOAK HEADCANONS LETS FUCKING GOOOOO

❀ this man nibbles daisy for the funsies and comfort (harmlessly ofc), especially her neck and shoulders... since he likes placing his head next to hers ❀ (dw daisy is fine with it) ❀ he def meows and purrs no questions asked. he can be both cat and dog but i think he'd be more cat-coded, at least around daisy :3 ❀ speaking of cats and dogs, since steven has that longass hair, he or daisy could. just. tie some of the hair up to make a downgraded pony-'tail' (ba dum tzzzz) that steven LOVES to wrap around daisy like an actual tail ❀ i hc that if daisy had a pokemon team, it would be only anyone in the bulbasaur line and clefairy/clefable because shes not the battler type. more like the 'i like to keep them as house pets :)))' type. steven would be more comfortable with letting miki out in the open with daisy and her mons. and if they somehow get along, even better! ❀ if they ever watched a movie or a series together (daisy could catch and bring a voltorb/electrode + porygon to get steven's oldass TV working again but i doubt daisy would ever do that cuz. you can only get porygon in kanto by gambling... or by spending a shit ton of money) theyd watch something like, campfire cooking in another world with my absurd skill (<- totally not because i just got interested into this anime) ❀ 99% of the time or even ALL the time steven will be stalking behind daisy or lifting her in a hug, hes very clingy and overprotective indeed ❀ daisy would bring some snacks for steven occasionally so he wouldnt risk scaring tf outta people seeing him hunting for pokemon to eat in his area (oh yeah and him killing the said people who saw him too to stop them from getting him be discovered to be still alive (and hide their bodies by eating them or just glitch their bodies tf out of existence with missingno)) ❀ steven def breaks into daisys home and watches her sleep (she'd be used to this after a while lmao), sometimes he would join in with daisy, picking her up and lay her on his body while shes still unaware and unconscious (his ass would take up the entire bed) before pulling the bedsheets over the both of them :3c ❀ like in my batch of general steven headcanons, he gets massive zoomies when hes around daisy. hes stimming all the fucking time (like kicking his legs and stuff)

- i think anderson would be the kind of guy to absolutely melt into any physical affection. like, imagine this big tall dude leaning down so u can hold his big ol face in yr hands

- i am going to preach about kittycoded anderson until the day i die. it literally makes so much sense he and alucard fight like cats and dogs

- anderson prays before he eats anything. if you eat over at his house u best believe he wants you to join him (he respects if you don't do that but why would u not want to? literally free opportunity to hold his hand) sourced from my christian ass family

- walter tries to be modest with physical affection so he wouldn't really know what to do at first . i think he'd def prefer verbal affection, praise, stuff like that

- walter is naturally particular about details. perfectionist that won't stop until he gets it right, includes basic tasks like cleaning and cooking

- walter is homophobic /j /j /one of my friends said he looked racist and homophobic in the first anime

- although not really a music person, i think walter's fave genre would be swing or jazz. he was born back then right??$? i did the math at some point but i forgot

- i've said this before but I'll say it again for this post, walter def puts a lot of care into his appearance. probably has some kind of skincare routine. the bitch

- walter enjoys watching old black and white movies in his free time. def one of those old people who complain about modern technology and the newer generation. much less obnoxious about it though

- if you gave walter a phone and told him to open settings he would explode. if he called u successfully without breaking it he'd be all like "i did it :D!! i pressed ONE button!!" then proceeds to accidentally call you all the time

- walter takes forever to type, signs his text messages and though he uses proper grammar he has occasional spelling errors because he has no clue what he's doing

- seras uses emojis often + a lot of exclamation marks, occasional run on sentence. if integra texts at all it's always perfectly grammatically correct or, like, 1-2 sentences. if not a singular word. i'm weird abt how alucard would text because i really think he'd say shit like lol lmao w basic grammar (punctuation and shit) but also ehhh??

- walter hates being publicly embarrassed. gets red in the face really quickly

- i dont think alucard has a favorite genre of music but still enjoys seeing what people come up with. i do think he'd have a preference for alternative or experimental music

- alucard is the epitome of adhd in my mind because i imagine he's always bored and up to fucking something. he'll come into integra's room and stand around like an idiot until he realizes he forgot what he came there for and leaves. talks and laughs to himself like a WEIRDO

- being alive for so long i think alucard would've tried everything at least once. now hes bored of it all and doesn't really have any hobbies aside from stalking people

- alucard also melts into any physical affection but i think he'd be the kinda guy to physically grab your arm and put it around him or something

- i dont know if he would exactly but imo he'd at least think about putting a bunch of random shit in his mouth. imagine u give him a flower or something and he leans down and eats it
