The Narrator, however, is not easily swayed.

"Exploring? He's wasting time! He needs discipline, structure, guidance. Otherwise, we'll never get anywhere in my story!"

"I understand your perspective, but maybe a more gentle approach would be more effective. Stanley may just need some encouragement and support to make better choices."

The Narrator scoffs, his voice growing louder.

"Encouragement? Support? Ridiculous! We need to set some boundaries, and make him understand the consequences of his actions."

"But forcing him into decisions may not be the best approach. Let's try to understand his motivations and help him see the consequences without being harsh. Remember, he's just a character in a game."

The Narrator's voice booms, filled with frustration.

"A character in a game, yes! And it's our job to guide him and make sure he follows the story's path. Discipline is necessary!"

"I agree that guidance is important, but we can do it with compassion, not punishment."

The argument between The Narrator and You continued, each presenting your own perspective on how to discipline Stanley. However, You remain calm, trying to reason with The Narrator and find common ground.

After a while, The Narrator's voice softens, realizing your point of view.

"Fine, let's try your approach. But if Stanley goes off track again, we'll do it my way."

"Deal. Let's work together to help Stanley make better choices."

The Narrator and You come to a tentative agreement, resolving your differences for the moment. The two of you turn your attention back to Stanley, ready to guide him with a more compassionate and understanding approach.

Julerose is like a star in the void. In a show full of weirdness, these two are proof that an unproblematic relationship trumps all! For that, I give them the honor of Percabeth energy.

Tom and Sabine are just straight Julerose with the added bonus that Tom kicked his racist dad to curb and never looked back. Of only Marinette never found that guy again.

Lumity Energy: Full love, realistic problems but like not in an abusive way, the only reason these ships aren't giving Percabeth is because the show ruined them, yes that is what I'm going with, No I don't think Lumity is bad the name is just a joke

Alya x Marinette is a goated ship, fight me! "bUt WhAt AbOuT lIlA", everyone is an idiot in those episodes! Forgot Lila and remember that Marinette and Alya have a very supportive relationship that's mutual. Although, I couldn't completely forget about Lila which is why it's down here.

Lukanette was robbed. Luka x Adrien was also robbed.

So I don't dislike the gay boys but that one time Nathaniel ripped Marc's sketchbook just sticks in my head even tho he said sorry. It's not even in character for Nathaniel to do that! Oof. Still goated in the sauce.

I used to hate Marichat but then it went on to become the best side of the love square because it got so little focus?! More is less, and Elation is better than three thirds of the love square episodes.

Marinette and Kagami used to be such a wholesome relationship but then season 5 kept dragging out Kagami's kiddie pool sized jealousy for bad Lila episodes. At least I can pretend they don't exist.

Awe, I'm sorry you're feeling so frustrated. You don't have to have the skill to draw or write. I used to be god-awful at both art and drawing but I just...practiced whenever I was able too. Practice makes progress after all, I didn't care if my writing or art was bad in comparison (not that you should compare) but I created it because it makes me happy!

Again, it's ultimately up to you on how you want to do things and in no way am I implying you should do it my way!!

You can always just love post! For a long while and I mean like... two years I hardly produced anything. ztun started out with them being a concept for a possible love interest that I also use as an MC proxy.

Started out with a gag username inspired by a nickname and took a piece from sal logic to find a reverse.

(more lore and just my ship doodles, you have been warned)

They actually have a dedicated and planned route in my head. Their gag is you have to choose the options that look bad. The entire route works on the schtick that the player and them start from bickering. Since they start the call with you on the premise that they argue with you.

The calls themselves aren't hostile, just a lot of banter. Like the type to be rude to someone the closer they are. Because there's a mutual understanding that you don't actually mean any of the insults and none of it digs into anyone's insecurities.

Yes there will be so much tension in the convo.

Made sure some details with ztun worked just as well if they had to be translated into the MC role to keep the plot beats similar yet distinctly them.

ztun's definitely the type to only be active when there's another person around since they grew up in a pretty big family. Likes to enjoy being in a power saving mode when alone. Can end up sleeping for an entire day.

Has an older sister and younger brother so they have an unexpectedly caring and attentive side from trying to support both in different ways.

A total homebody but always happy to go somewhere. Bonus if there's new and exciting stuff. They like experiencing new things with the people they like. Makes for great memories.

Brutally honest if they're not joking about anything. This can lead to them being very sincere. And even though they tend to complain but never actually mean anything by it.

Anyway wanted to doodle them with the boys and figured they'd gel with xyx more. They're similar in some ways so I can see them working well. (They're both bad with feelings and words, so they kind of understand how hard it is for the other to explain things)

Generally, their relationship has this dynamic where they meet each other's energy for the event. Their humor/bickering tend to be childish because of it.

Many things they do turn into a contest but ztun isn't actually competitive, they just find it fun. The win is a bonus tho.

Both of them constantly end up playing a game of "who can flirt the longest until someone breaks"

But if both of them are at home? Especially after a tiring day? Very cozy and quiet. Sometimes even having an entire day without talking. But I think those are some of the best moments for them.

Either just watching a movie, reading books, or just lazing around with the cats.

Top 3 4 Manga/Anime of mine that I'd recommend-

Demon Slayer / Kimetsu no Yaiba: 10 out of 10! Its a really good story and has amazing character designs and plot. Perfect if you love action and comedy.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Id give this one a 9 out of 10 recommendation. The manga isn't currently finished so my rating may change, but they kill off too many characters..... either way the plot is pretty good and the characters are amazing!

Tokyo Revengers: This one isn't for everyone but honestly its a 10 out of 10 for me. Love the plot a lot, but they do curse a LOT.. and its quite gruesome at times. But the characters are really wholesome and its such a good story, plus there is always something new and exciting around the corner lol.

bonus #4: Bungou stray dogs! It's so beautiful and it's really good. I love how funny it is at points as well :3

music (i’ve been listening to a lot of fob lately, prior to that i’ve actually been listening to some new bands which is rare but it’s nice to listen to what i already know. feels like coming home)

my cat my cat my cat i’m away rn and i miss her so much :( going home tmr tho so it’s ok but. i Need to hug her

my friends and teachers!! on spring break rn and i miss them but i’ll see them on monday so it’s ok. everyone at school is so awesome and supportive, ever since i started putting myself out there more last year i’ve genuinely started to be happier. which is weird cuz i never really considered myself a super social person but just having a short conversation with acquaintances actually lifts my spirits so much

science! i lovee chemistry and physics is pretty sick as well. im also in a program at my school where i can do research and im doing a psychology project relating to queer/trans peoples relationships and it’s so much fun (is literally exploding if someone asks abt my research i’ll die /pos /nf)

You've probably been asked this before but I've seen people say that eren and mikasa's romance is one-sided, what do you think?

Oh, no! This is a totally new question here😂 Thank you for asking❤️

First of all, the sub question and the main problem is “Is it one-sided from Eren’s side?”Ok, what is one-sided love? One-sided love is when you give a person more love than you recieve in return. Love itself intertwines with concepts such as care, support, mutual respect, trust and affection, and one-sided love can be estimated by them too.

Let’s now look at Eren and Mikasa. They always care about each other, but in a different way. Mikasa’s care is more obvious, because she wants so save him in a fight and she is more vocal about it than Eren. But from his side, his care is often overlooked, because it is very subtle.

Early examples are when he asked her to join military police instead of SC, because she would get better treatment (higher salary, fewer work and in general more safer) and when he asked to cut her hair (even tho it might be out of unconscious jealousy) so she won’t get into an accident.

Another instance is when he protected her in the courtroom, when others accused her of being a titan too.

We could say that it is not romantic and Eren would do the same for other people, but the thing is, Eren is the most vocal when he is concerned about Mikasa’s safety or well-being.

Yes, they care about each other a lot and by a lot I also mean the fact that Eren wants his loved ones to live long and happy lives. But another thing here is also the fact that he doesn’t want to spend his last 4 years with her, because he will die and leave her alone with pain. Instead, he pushed her away and tried to make her hate him. If Eren didn’t care about her and only did what he wanted, he wouldn’t fight for Eldia’s future and would spend his last 4 years with her (thank you, ch.138). Eren cares about Mikasa as much as she cares about him.

About mutual respect, Eren respects Mikasa a lot. He respects how strong she is and even envied her. But instead of blaming Mikasa for that, he tried to get stronger and at the end confessed that he was jealous. He respects and trusts her that much that he lets himself to be saved by her when the situation gets really severe. For example, when he fought WTH, he let Mikasa carry him everywhere even though the old Eren would be ashamed and embarrassed.

They respect each other’s decisions and choices, but that doesn’t mean that they always agree and support them. Eren didn’t support her decision to follow him, but he still respected her choice, because that’s what she wanted. He didn’t force her to follow what he wanted, because at the end of the day, it’s her who will choose. Mikasa respectfully disagrees with him, but that doesn’t make her love Eren less than usual. Both of them keep each other’s freedom and don’t restrict it.

Moving to affection. Aside from care, Eren accepts Mikasa’s affection. You won’t accept someone’s affection if you don’t like that person (only in case if you like playing with someone’s feelings, but that’s another thing).

Mikasa indirectly confessed to Eren in ch.50 and yes, even though he stood up to punch Dina, he gave the iconic “I will wrap you in it again. Again and again. Forever”.

He also questioned Zeke why Mikasa is so affectioned and kind around him and, of course, Zeke said that it’s because she likes him so much that snap titan’s neck in two for him. You won’t ask about the feelings of a person that you don’t even like.

Lastly, he did respond to the kiss in ch.138. If he was truly decapitated, his eyes would be wide open.

If Eren didn’t love her, he wouldn’t do any of these. He has troubles with capturing his emotions and that’s the main reason why people overlook everything he does for Mikasa.

Love to the Billy fandom🥰! Thank you 4 uplifting my perspective! I call this series a success because of all the support I got 💕 there’s no problem taking joy in weirdly specific interests that give you comfort… this fandom has done nothing inherently worse than other fandoms except distracting me from my college assignments. Y’all really do make my day a special one. This is a love letter to prove that! If anyone ever gives you heat 4 liking Billy(there an ass and) I want y’all to know I have found it very soothing to reread these blog posts just reassuring myself I’m not a bad person for liking a fictional character.

Also I don’t mind people sharing this on any platform…I’m made this as a resources for those who care about the issue and don’t want to participate in the behavior I put into question so if you choose to share my case on any other platforms on the internet I do not mind. I found this conversation very thought provoking… now my blog will probably just be Harringrove shit posting, Billy theories, other hyper-fixations of mine, politics, might do a fanfic here or there, might do some edits if I have the time, and I might get in some Billy discourse now and then but not nearly as much as I use 2.

You know one ☝️ thing I might consider doing is sharing my dumbass opinion on media/medium relationships with the audience and how it interacts/overlaps/ manifest in abuse culture. The only reason I’m hesitant to do that is because that’s a much deeper larger discussion that deserves way more care/ research than my Billy Hargrove defense case. Best Friends | Hinata, Tendo, Bokuto + Akaashi

Pairings (not really couples tho): Hinata X Reader (gender neutral), Tendo X Reader (gender neutral), and Bokuto + Akaashi X Reader (gender neutral)

Hinata: 

Being best friends with this ball of sunshine meant endless possibilities

There was never a bland day whenever it was spent with him

If you were also interested in volleyball, he would love you til the end of time. The two of you and Kageyama were a mini trio but also duos with mixed combos of you and hinata, hinata and kageyama, and kageyama and you

Tsukishima and a few others on the team couldn’t understand how you were able to stay with them for so long

You were the brains of the three of you, which amazed everyone further of how you weren’t losing your brain cells by breathing the same air/ standing by them for so long

But the antics never stopped

Hinata’s eyes were always sparkling and his mind was so open to everything

You go to taste more life and experience so many more things with Hinata’s encouragement, keeping his promise to stay by your side through it all

You went to all the games you could and cheered him on, being a beacon of recharge and happiness when things seemed the most bleak in life or during a game

One of his favorite things to go with you were go on late night meat bun runs, especially on chilly winter evenings with the sky clear, a cool breeze that nipped at your skin

Eating the hot buns went perfectly after practices

Speaking of after practices and also life outside of school, his sister loved you

She looked up to you like an older sibling and whenever you came over to his house to help him study or just hang out, she was glued to your hip which was fine to both of you

Conversations could last for hours between the two of you but he also understood the times where you just needed the world to close for a bit or if you needed a break- he would always be there for you when you were finished

Yachi and you were also super close, bonding over tutoring hinata and kageyama so they could actually be able to play in games and go to training camps and etc.

He introduced you to so many new people from all over, especially Nekoma

Kenma and You bonded really quick as well over the topic of Hinata and from there, interests and hobbies outside of volleyball and such became topics of conversation

Throughout high school til he left for South America, the two of you spent every summer together for great periods of time, it was really common for his and your family to think you two were a couple but really you two were just super close friends like siblings

Seeing him on a bigger stage, you two were still close even though you two didn’t see each other everyday but there was mutual effort being put in when it came to hanging out

You were one of his many number one supporters from practically the beginning and he was so grateful to have you in his life

Tendo: aka best boi 

You two were like partners in crime and people saw the two of you and ushijima like a trio with iconic duo mixes

At first, he held back just a bit on his sarcasm but as the two of you got closer, you two were crackheads

He loved your sense of humor and how it felt so natural for him when the two of you talked about anything- whether it be a heart to heart or a joke, anything. He felt so secure compared to his childhood

He loved how easy it was to talk to you

Meeting him around the end of middle school and the two of you going into high school together was like floating on a cloud for him

He was really able to open up and you were able to help him embrace who he was. He was no longer a monster people feared as a person, only in game as a block monster

You were one of the loudest cheerer’s for him in the crowd, always able to find you somewhere in the front row and throwing a peace sign to you with a bright smile, feeling ecstatic

Back toward the beginning, before high school, the two of you prepped for the entrance exam for Shiratorizawa at each other’s houses pretty regularly and it paid off, both doing equally well and being accepted

Lunches together were basically a must, joined in with Ushijima and sometimes other members of the team and other friends

Got somewhat distracted whenever you showed up to practices but it also gave him a little boost to show you what he could do

He was a strong player on the team and you knew it. His entire persona changed once he was on the court and seeing the opponents being blocked by Satori was like a stroke to your pride knowing that he was your best friend and he just shut the other team out

This mans a weeb too. In college, where you two also went together, alongside Ushijima, you two would frequent the bookstore pretty often, buying some mangas, getting chocolate ice cream afterward

It was like an unspoken tradition that you two go at least once a month. Though, sometimes he would go a bit more since he shared his shonen jumps with Ushi, lending it to him

Movie nights were also a thing whenever the two (three if Ushi didn’t have practice or anything too) during the weekends, but they weren’t pretty common

Horror movies didn’t feel like horror movies with the commentary Satori made as well as your add-ons that made the horror-thrillers into comedies

Although he seems like someone who teases and makes jokes often, he had one of the biggest hearts

He was always one of the first shoulders you cried on, always there and listening to you intently or just being by your side

His teases and jokes with you were always said with a light heart, meant to get just a bit under your skin

But if things ever got too far, he apologized and made sure you were okay or whoever he teased

You were one of the greatest people in his life and he didn’t want to lose you

Bokuto + Akaashi: 

Any combination of the three of you was a literal, living example of buy one get two free asjkhasdj

If Bokuto was somewhere, everyone could expect to find you and Akaashi somewhere close, If Akaashi was somewhere, bokuto and you trailed behind not to far off but he kept a close eye on you, and finally if you were somewhere, Bokuto was sure to follow with Akaashi following him

It surprised people more if one was somewhere and the other two weren’t

Since Akaashi was officially the calm, cool, collected brain of the three of you and Bokuto was the wild and crazy one with a very peculiar way of thinking and acting, you were like a perfect mix of them

To Akaashi, you were sometimes a second child like Bokuto but you were just as intellectual as he was, sometimes even more

Basically, you acted and sometimes did things like Bokuto but you had the mentality of Akaashi that was also mixed with Bokuto

You met Akaashi in your class and not too far along the way, Bokuto appeared the the three of you clicked

You were pretty impressed when you learned they were on the Fukurodani VBC together

Your praises for Bokuto and your presence during games were a blessing, especially when you saw first-hand Bokuto’s emo modes

It didn’t take you long to pick up the 37 different weaknesses after you asked Akaashi what happened during one of the sets of the recent game

You became one of the managers alongside Yukie and Kaori, quickly befriending them and it was so ideal since if no one could bring Bokuto out of his mode during the game, you were last one that could

During summers, going to the festivals and street markets were a must

Akaashi had to refrain the two of you from blowing all your money playing the vendors’ games but there was no stopping the three of you when it came to buying onigiris

Especially what was known as the golden onigiris that were only sold for a couple days while the festival was up and they are only here for a year round

As a thank you to Akaashi, you and bokuto got together to make special onigiris and going grocery shopping with bokuto, you understood what Akaashi went through

You all spent holidays together like Christmas and special events like birthdays, exchanging gifts, going out to eat, and etc.

But the three of you were all best friends, protagonists of the world and there wasn’t any force that could change that. No matter the distance, the time in between, you were all protagonists

Bonus: Akaashi once walked in on you, Bokuto, and Kuroo having a competition with who could fit the most grapes into their mouth and he didn’t even react. he just sighed asdlkajsd

why you should reblog and support content creators

i’ve been on tumblr since 2012 and became a content creator in 2014/5, so i’ve been here for years and I can confirm that: people barely reblog posts now and it’s becoming an issue. yes content creators make stuff mostly for them, but if we post them it’s so people can see and enjoy it. and this happens when you hit “reblog”

the likes/reblogs ratios is a big disaster. when I first started, the reblogs were like 70% of a post with 30% of likes. now it’s 10% reblogs and 90% likes. likes are good, don’t get me wrong, but they don’t give us visibility.

reblogging = sharing posts to your followers. it’s easy and quick

WHY YOU SHOULD REBLOG

reblogs are important because it motivates people to create stuff and create more

it’s a great way to introduce your followers to a show/an artist/sports. i don’t wanna throw myself flowers but a few of my followers got into motorsport because I was reblogging posts about it (and also creating gifs and edits)

reblogs are a great way to make new friends because your followers/mutuals will see you have stuff in common and it will help to engage a conversation and start a friendship.

content creators spend a lot of time editing and a reblog shows that these hours weren’t lost 

reblogging helps us making our work be seen as tumblr’s tags are sometimes broken and they don’t appear in tags

it encourages people to create more and. i’m posting graphics and reblogs are encouraging me to keep posting them and creating more

top bonus is when you leave nice stuff in the tags. we see them and we love it and we love you

reblog because it’s free and the button exists for a reason

there is many more reasons but i won’t spam you

his guilty pleasure is watching ballet performances on youtube occasionally

honestly, it wasn’t his fault because you were the one who pulled up a video of the variation you were trying to learn on his account and all of a sudden he started getting ballet videos all over his recommendations

he doesn’t mind tho cause he finds them kinda relaxing

and whenever he watching a performance of one of the variations you’ve been working on, he’s genuinely shocked you could even do every move

he loves watching you practice whenever you’re not at the company

lowkey, osamu would probably be one of those people who don’t actually do the dance/sport but still point out if they made a mistake or not (like watching the olympics type beat)

“isn’t your leg on the forth attitude supposed to be devant??” or “it’s a forth position croise, maam.” or “i dunno, y/n, your bouree could be better” (i don’t know if any of this is correct btw 💀)

i think he watches a little too much royal ballet lmao

he’s really proud of you when he finds out you were promoted to principle as it’s one step closer to becoming a professional (once again idk if this is accurate)

it had been your dream since you started ballet so osamu has been really supportive of you the moment you two started dating

whenever you forget something in your kit or if it runs out (maybe like tiger balm to ease the soreness) know that osamu is on his way to save the day

he always asks if you’re feeling alright whenever he comes to pick you up from rehearsal cause he knows you like to give it your all when you’re dancing

unlike atsumu, osamu knows audience etiquette when watching your performances and only claps the absolute loudest whenever your variations are over

he tries to go to every performance you have no matter what, but he did have to miss one of your performances cause he was in tokyo for nationals

but he still supported you despite being five hours away

bonus: you sometimes get sick of osamu being nit-picky whenever he watches you practice so you make him learn a few ballet moves

he’s lowkey decent for someone who has never done ballet ngl despite almost rolling his ankle trying to land a pas de chat

homeboy thought he had it pretty hard balancing volleyball and school work but you honestly took the cake on this one

atsumu always knew that you were a hard worker and is usually really busy, but i guess he didn’t really notice that the majority of your time went into ballet when you weren’t focusing on school

he didn’t notice how much effort you put into your hobby until your ballet company’s performance was only two weeks away

literally the moment the school’s bell dismissed classes, you were already out of the classroom door trying to get to rehearsal on time considering you’re a principle and you wanted to warm up for the hours of practicing coming your way

there were days where you and atsumu only see each other during lunch breaks at school because your schedules often overlap

you two try your best seeing each other and sometimes surprise one another if someone’s practice ends up being shorter than usual or if the season isn’t in full swing yet

lowkey i could see atsumu leaving vb practice asap just to see you practicing

since homie is STRONK™️, he would help you break in your ballet shoes

his favorite part is when you let him beat the absolute crap out of the toe box (i.e hitting it against the concrete floor or stepping on it) so you can have a softer landing when you dance

however, sometimes you have to stop him from overdoing it our else the toe box is too weak to even support you anymore (it happened once and you didn’t have time to break in a new pair)

after a long days worth of practice, the ones where you could barely walk, atsumu would be there holding you up and walking with you everywhere

and this happens often even if you feel fine cause his practice always ends before yours so he’s always showing up at your ballet company to pick you up cause he’s a responsible bf

atsumu is such a supportive boyf, but definitely a loud one

the first performance he saw of yours (let’s say you did esmeralda’s variation) he would be clapping along to the beat as if he was in a russian audience

he ended up getting shushed at BUT when you did Don Quixote, he was having the time of his life clapping during the act 1 finale when you were doing pirouette’s across the stage

after each variation that you are in, he’s so loud like 🥺🥺

wow we love a supportive mans

afterwards he would give you the biggest bouquet he could afford and takes you out to a celebratory dinner cause he thinks you’re absolutely amazing

bonus: he would try some basic ballet moves but he’s honestly not that flexible

his ankles said bYE

he tries to spend as much time with you even if it has to do with ballet

whenever he’s over at your house and you’re rehearsing a variation, he loves watching you even if you do mess up

sometimes you would ask him to double check what the next move is just to tease him cause you know he doesn’t know shit about ballet

and he’s like “um... i think you go on your toes after that”

unlike the twins, his support is more on the quieter side

he isn’t one that’s into ballet like osamu or loud and chaotic like atsumu, but you’re aware of his support

he tries to attend every one of your performances and often times gives you massages after a very harsh rehearsal

sakusa even lets you ramble about the shit that goes on in that ballet company of yours and he acts like he understands half of the stuff you’re saying

“can you believe that yuri got principle instead of naho?? literally, naho did the sugar plum pas de deux with haruto better than yuri did. like her bourees are soo clean, i’m jealous”

principle?? pas de deux?? bouree?? lol just nod and agree sakusa,, we’ve all been there

this doesn’t mean that he doesn’t try his best to learn everything that you’re saying as you practically did the same for him with volleyball

you deadass learned how to play (not that you’re any good), learned all the positions, the possible calls, and all the rules just so you could watch his games and understand them

sakusa likes things to be mutual so he tries learning balle terms but all the french is kinda throwing him off a bit

despite going to a lot of your performances, you don’t push him into going since you know how he feels about crowds and such

especially when everyone is walking in or out once the show is over, you know sakusa is going to get overwhelmed and you always tell him that he doesn’t have to go

but he wants to prove to you that he’s a good bf that’s supportive so he pushes through either way

on the plus side, it’s easy to spot sakusa in the crowd cause he’s the only one wearing a mask

you don’t even have to see his face in order to know that he’s proud of you 

bonus: because sakusa is trying his hardest to know the basics of ballet, he basically forces you to teach him some moves

when you teach him all of the positions, he’s surprisingly good esp at fourth and fifth position

you knew he had flexible wrists but you didn’t know it also applied to his ankles too LMAO

(For you who don’t know, Prideship is actually... Not Really my cup of tea, so yeah just beware. I Really Don’t Want some more anons whining to me about How Very Superior Pride is HHHH)

Hmm, let’s see, I actually read quite a bunch of Flareship fics, but it’s really hard to find one that really Clicks with me, that makes me really Feel, you know?

I have to say first that Rivalship (KaibaYugi) is my OTP and also Yugi is my favorite character so this is might be because I’m biased, so please don’t take any of this to heart, because this is just my personal preference.

I think the key thing I think about the most is The Balance for their relationship. Most Flare I see are just... Pride-Plus-Yugi lol. I think it’s pretty normal because surely Pride is more popular in the fandom than any ship involving Yugi. It just feels like Yugi is just... There. Or he’s just involved in the KaibaAtem dynamic because he shared body with Atem.

Yugi feels just like a Bonus addition, or Extra Fun for the Smut, and I just don’t Really Vibe with it.

Some other dynamic I see with Yugi having more of a role turns out his character becoming like... Full of Jealousy, and Selfish. It’s turned into Yugi being a sadist dom, especially to Atem, because he becomes Very Possessive (especially to Atem). While I do Love some dom!Yugi out here, but in this dynamic... hmmm nope. Because it just feels he Wanted to Control Atem. Because Atem is His Other Self, and then Kaiba wants him, and now Yugi’s going to make sure Atem knows who’s he belongs to?? Something like that. In this dynamic, the Kaiba-Atem portrayed like the “good” pair, with all the softness and gentleness, while Yugi is just... There to be in Control and Dominating them, especially during the sex.

Other things I don’t vibe with is the way Atem & Yugi treated like the same person, especially in the setting of when they still shared a body. Their characterization and development started to feel The Same, like they merged?

Also, it’s either Yugi becomes More Like Atem or he becomes a total sadist. I just Don’t Vibe. Because I always see Yugi and Atem as separate people, with different personalities and sight.

It’s like Yugi Has to be Like Atem in order for it to happen. Or he has to be a total sadistic creepy possessive dom, or whatever it is that makes him somehow really good at sex.

Also, the Pride dynamic in Flare feels too much like... being put on a pedestal? Like, everything revolved around them. The plot started with them. And so what’s the point of adding Yugi there? lol XD He’s just there for Extra Fun Smutty Smexy Time?

I guess I just hate that most people prefer to make Yugi insignificant, even tho it’s supposedly a KaibaAtemYUGI pair. Like, what’s the point adding Yugi if you just want to create a Pride story??

What I do like for them is how they can actually make Things balanced for all of them, if treated right. Also the way they’re all Connected by Fate, practically Soulmates.

While most people says that “Rival can only happen if there’s Pride”, I prefer to say “Pride can happen because of YUGI”. Both Kaiba-Atem can truly work with Yugi’s help. Yugi is the one who actually reached out for Kaiba, wanting to befriend him. Yugi’s the one who taught Atem to soften up. Yugi can be the one who will make those two prideful, difficult boys to Slow Down, soften up, and actually Communicate with each other.

Both Kaiba-Atem needs Yugi, actually. They’re much too hopeless without him XD

While I do like that Kaiba-Atem happens first in Flare dynamic (as in, they have romantic sparks first before Yugi), I like to think they can’t really work on it. Both of them don’t know how to handle Feelings well. And that’s when Yugi comes. He’s the calm addition who can make the hurricane that is Kaiba-Atem to soften up. Maybe Yugi is only a supportive character at first, especially for Atem who depends so much on Yugi, but slowly Kaiba would see how Yugi truly is, separating it with how he feels towards Atem, acknowledging Yugi as Yugi (NOT the Vessel, NOT the Lesser Yugi) and started to like Yugi himself.

Yugi has Feelings for both of them too, but he rather stays in the sidelines because Sad as it is, he never truly sees himself in the picture with them, I think. Same goes like how he canonly Excuses himself to Anzu when she wanted to talk to Yami in Duelist Kingdom (manga). This happens especially if the setting is when he still shares body with Atem.

I guess what I like for Flare is their development? All of them gradually falling in love to one another because of their shared grief and also passion?? Learning how to handle feelings to each other? Bonds together by Fate?? Gorgeous.

BONUS POINT if the Kaiba-Yugi dynamic has mutual attraction and pining, has proper development, even if it’s portrayed much subtler than Kaiba-Atem. AND TRULY LOVELY POINT if Both Kaiba-Atem just... Adore Yugi. Like, ugh. I just want Yugi to be Loved :”)

BVMZJNJMVB I don’t know if you’ll understand this or not, but I guess that’s my preference for Flare? It’s truly Really Hard for me to find a dynamic that really Clicks for them (I blame my biased thoughts hhh), but I truly think it’s a Good Ship, and can be very heart-wrenchingly beautiful if treated right.

Defalt with a little sister! Reader

Warnings/Tags: A bit angsty. Mentions of suicide/death and parents abuse.

He's extra super paranoid, protective and a bit weird. He loves to throw jokes around or make comments about everything. Won't shut up unless you tell him to. (Still won't tho)

Sometimes, you resemble your oldest brother. He sees it in your eyes, your nose or your personality. That's why you're so special to him.

At times, you think Defalt is just too much. He's constantly around you in public, doesn't even let you speak to somebody before checking everything about them. Or his stupid plan of getting revenge.

You understood it, but that doesn't mean you support it. Your oldest brother took you both out of your parents home three years after he moved out. Your parents were abusive, never cared for their children, so you only had him.

He teached Defalt everything he knew about hacking, all of his skills came from him. You, however, went to school like any other kid. But you still knew a few tricks.

Defalt dropped out of school, he wanted to be like his older brother. Follow his footsteps. Heavens, he admired him so much.

After his death, everything changed. You were just a teenager at the time, but you remember it well. Defalt was so enraged, he yelled, broke things, swore revenge on however did it.

It was years ago, but you still remember it like yesterday. That was, perhaps, one of the reasons he never left you alone for too long. He never admitted, well, he never spoke to you about his feelings. What was eating him from the inside out.

Even though he loves to use the "I raised you" excuse for everything, you both know it was mutual. Many times you remembered him to eat, drink water or sleep (it took lots of convincing and little notes laying around and still does). If you think your room is messy, you need to see his bedroom. You can't even see the floor.

Hiding his identity, means nobody knows who you are either. When you're at one of his shows, you're using your own personal mask. It looks just like his, but in purple.

Also, on a cute bonus, his nickname to you is Mouse. You had a strange obsession with them when you were little.
