it's literally 11pm, my karate class ended at 8pm 😭 why is my arm still numb and my side still throbbing!

like yea, I know my partner has no sense of control whatsoever and injuries me 24/7, and yea she may have brought her eblow down on a nerve in my arm so hard it made the whole thing tingle and go numb, and yea she hit me as hard as she could in my left side near my ribs.. BUT WHY IS MY ARM STILL NUMB. IT SHOULD NOT BE NUMB ANYMORE-
