The Elder has gone into a trance, locked within an impenetrable force field. Based on the objects surrounding his body, it seems that he is in the process of performing a ritual that will consume the souls of everyone who has ever signed a contract with the High Table, transforming us into mindless thralls that carry out his bidding. This would have the distinct advantage of preventing rebellions such as Mr. Wick’s murder of the previous Elder, and would turn him into a godlike being.

For obvious reasons, I think we would all like to prevent that. Let’s begin with a brainstorming session. Please let me know if you are in a position to help by replying to this email A.S.A.P. [She’s basically John’s little sister, for lack of better phrasing. You can decide if Sofia knows her or knows of her. She’s kinda the “Alice” to John’s “Mad Hatter”, so she IS known about just maybe not in person as much. The common info about her is that she’s Winston’s kid, bio or not is not confirmed, she runs The Hallowed Lodge in Louisiana, a rural version of The Continental, she’s just known to be very friendly and sweet, if not a little feral. Her name is Georgia Scott, 24 years old]

“You must be…Alice, am I right?” Her dogs follow her as she stands infront of Alice, her hands behind her back, clasped together, amused that she mentioned John—he must’ve been talking about his recent visit.

The bells on her skirt clang against each other, making a small but pleasant ringing sound that is audible throughout her movements.

Creating fanfics for small fandoms

Hello tumblr folks, one of the things I always get frustrating by them when I looking for fanfics to read is finding fandoms that are lacking in fanfics.

I want to challange myself to write fanfics to fandoms that needs it. But I don't have ideas and I'm not sure I could write everything but I want to try.

So I'm writing here a list of small fandoms I love that's deserves fanfics and if anyone has an idea for a fic then let me know and I might try and write it. But no promises. I might not succeed to do it. Writing is not easy for me and I could get stuck sometimes.

I'm open to other offers about the fandoms as well, but if I'm not in this fandom I might need to go and watch it and it might take a while and I do prefer fandoms I already capable of writing about them.

I'm not taking ship ideas, I'm an aroace, I can write only very specific ships. Not crossovers these fandoms deserves attention for their own lore. And not setting AU (but canon divergence or time travel AUs could work but it's more challenging for me to write).

ANSWER: There is no mention of the Indian Removal Act - a law signed into place in 1830 (the second year of his eight year ruling!) allowing Jackson to set aside tribal land west of the Mississippi in exchange for tribal lands occupied in the East. The Cherokee Indians of the Georgia state region took this up with the Supreme Court in a case titled “Cherokee Nation v. Georgia.” The Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Cherokee Nation granting them the right to self-govern on their land and stating that Georgia’s extension of state law was unconstitutional. Jackson refused to enforce the courts decision and thus the Trail of Tears began. Keep in mind, the Cherokee Nation had just played a pivotal role in helping Andrew Jackson win the war of 1812. They were allies for the man, and this is how he treated them.

The Cherokee Nation did everything right according to the “system” and still, an abuse of power lead to destruction. This was one of the first legal precedents of our system exploiting and undermining the marginalized.

My life is steeped in hipocracy. Uphold Cherokee v. Georgia!! Accountability for abusive presidents!!

It’s a sunny afternoon in Stratford upon Avon and I’m watching actors become witches. In Georgia McGuinness’s design for Macbeth, the witches seem to be mostly hair. Amber Sylvia Edwards and Dylan Read peer out from mountains of furry locks, each looking as if a yeti has fallen asleep on their shoulders. The tumble of tresses is so heavy, it needs a harness for support. Welcome to the wild world of wigs.
