BKDK Fic Rec- True North- Blinkomatic

I talk a lot about BKDK on here and how disappointed I am in the absolute last chapter, but I really, really want to share a fic with everyone. This fic, to me, is the absolute peak of bkdk. When I was heavily in my bkdk feels and dealing with their separation in the semi final scene and the agony of seeing Izuku be torn apart and stripped of his power after that briefly lived, bright beautiful dream of hero life, this fic gathered me in its arms and held me close. It gave me hug and said, "I understand. I love them too. Let's see them together one last time."

I love this fic. I love it to a point that my words fail me now. I lived its heart for weeks and came out content. It is in my heart, one of the most beautiful, complete, in character fics I have read. Everything from the pacing, the character development, the plot, the set scene- every single sentence, every single word choice, was so carefully set by the author that I weep just thinking of it.

The fic is True North by Blinkomatic [ @blinkomaticz ]. I know most of you find fics by Kudos, Bookmarks or others' Bookmarks, but I'm begging you, genuinely, please, please give this fic a chance. I love it so fucking much and the author deserves so much recognition for the way they have charted out Izuku and Katsuki's relationship over a decade in just 9 chapters. It is also in Bakugo's POV which is such a rare treat and the author has captured his voice to perfection.

It also has amazing art!!

Again, please do check it out. In my heart, this is the epilogue. This is the Midoriya Izuku I recognise and this is the Bakugou Katsuki I loved against my will.

Day 36- Necluda Depths

(The Skulltalos is a fan made boss monster designed by yours truly, because the lack of variety in the Depths saddens me.)

The depths are chock full of botanical wonders and amazing beasts! Sometimes too amazing. The Yiga clan and our two heroes may absolutely loathe each other, but the giant spiders really put your priorities back in order.
