Glamour/Map Night: Holiday Finery

Another Monday, another treasure map night with the Free Company! Today's theme was 'Wintry/Holiday Finery.' So, sort of like last week, but less 'Ho ho ho's'. The first few shots here were taken around the Empyreum where Z'itlalli calls home.

I honestly love this little one with the snowball. She looks so happy! <3

The next few were taken at our wifey Astraex's alt's FC apartment that was inspired by ugly Christmas sweaters. She did such a great job with this place. It gave plenty of places for great holiday-related poses. (Apartment can be found at: Primal: Exodus, Empyreum, Ward 5, Plot 60, Room 13.)

And bonus picture time! We got a final room, so here is the lot of us lookin' our best!

Christmas/holiday throw I completed last weekend!

The border fabric came from quilt festival 2023 (I picked up several Christmas-type fabrics for ornament projects). Everything else came from stash or from the scrap grab bag at the LQS. That's actually how this project came about - the grab bag had so many precut 2.5" squares. I only had to add about 8 squares from 1 stash fabric, and the borders. 

The border fabric and some of the squares have gold metallic accents. The white on white prints (upper right) have very faint gold accents too. The backing is a tan that matches the browns/tans in the top

The whole thing is slightly under 1 yard/1m square, it'll be a nice throw for a big chair come the holiday season :)
