Gary "The Gut" Goombah - Week 12, 2024
Gary "The Gut" is in a slump. No worries, young gamblers. He's back with another week of football selections. This week includes the CFL's Grey Cup Championship bonus selection.
Gary “The Gut” Goombah – Week 12, 2024 Week 11 Recap Gary is in a slump, kinda like Robin Ventura’s 0-41 hitless streak to start his career with the Chicago White Sox. Yeah, that sucked. But then Robin turned into a 6 time Gold Glove Third Baseman, going to two All-Star games and having an excellent 16 year career. Can Gary “The Gut” rebound like Robin did? NCAA Selections Miami Hurricanes…

The reason I love the CFL is there is a game called the Banjo Bowl because a punter was making fun of a rival fanbase and called them a bunch of banjo picking inbreeds. Instead of him being fined or suspended, a silly trophy was made for the game and it’s been 18 years of the Banjo Bowl following up the Labour Day Weekend game.

If you're still on the fence about watching Canadian football, please tune into CBS Sports Network (or TSN if you're actually in Canada) and watch this Calgary-Winnipeg game. Thank me later.

It's Grey Cup weekend! The league championship for the CFL is being conested in my hometown, Hamilton, ON, between the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and the Montreal Alouettes! And also, Green Day is doing the halftime show! It's WAY better than the Super Bowl. Who do you think will win? My pick is the Bombers.

Prince Harry welcomed with loud cheers at Canadian Grey Cup to promote Invictus Games. His brief yet electrifying appearance set the tone for the night.
Prince Harry Steals the Spotlight at Canadian Grey Cup Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, made a surprise appearance at Canada’s 111th Grey Cup in Vancouver on Sunday, November 17, 2024. The event, Canada’s version of the Super Bowl, saw the Toronto Argonauts clash with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. But before the game began, the royal stole the show. GB News: Meghan Markle's husband spoke in Vancouver ahead of the game between the Toronto Argonauts and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers by u/Von_und_zu_
GB News: Meghan Markle's husband spoke in Vancouver ahead of the game between the Toronto Argonauts and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers I cannot stop laughing. He is so reduced. On the other hand, GB News is absurd and ridiculous. Harold is the one with the name, title and connections. He is the only one actually bringing in any money as far as I can tell. He is the only reason anyone important ever agrees to talk to them. She is an utter nobody. This article is actually quite stupid all around. The headline itself is provocative but totally misleading:Prince Harry talks 'family healing' in new interview as Duke of Sussex pictured in Canada.Of course we click because the outrage! The nerve! This guy has no grasp of "family healing" when it comes to his family or his wife's family. But the actual quote in the article reveals that he is not talking about personal "family healing." Instead, he is talking about Ingriftus and veterans. "It’s really an opportunity for the individuals themselves and their families to heal and rehabilitate.” GB News is pathetic but the "Meghan Markle's husband" bit gave me an excellent laugh.I'm also fascinated by this surprise Ingriftus promotional tour... Are they not drumming sufficient interest? Have donations been insufficient? (Note to Harold - why do you not donate any money?) And where is Madame? Or the children?https://ift.tt/s6A7xJH post link: https://ift.tt/e40rjLy author: Von_und_zu_ submitted: November 18, 2024 at 03:02PM via SaintMeghanMarkle on Reddit disclaimer: all views + opinions expressed by the author of this post, as well as any comments and reblogs, are solely the author's own; they do not necessarily reflect the views of the administrator of this Tumblr blog. Prince Harry Talks Invictus Games at Grey Cup Festival 2024 | Us Weekly
"Prince Harry made an appearance at the 2024 Grey Cup Festival.
"Harry, 40, spoke with TSN on the sidelines of the Grey Cup on Sunday, November 17, in Vancouver ahead of the game between Toronto Argonauts and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He was joined by Invictus Games competitor Wen Nie.
"Harry was in Vancouver to promote the Invictus Games, which will be taking place in the city, as well as Whistler, from February 8 to February 16 next year. 'It’s our ten year anniversary this year, which is really exciting,' Harry told TSN on Sunday. 'The Invictus movement started back in 2014. It’s a sporting platform used for the rehabilitation and support for wounded soldiers, serving and veterans. We have 25 nations, growing all the time. It’s really an opportunity for the individuals themselves and their families to heal and rehabilitate.'"
