GOD I LOVE NEW GIRL

I LOVE THOSE DUMBASSES SO MUCH. I LOVE THEIR SHENANIGANS AND THEIR SILLY LITTLE QUIRKS AND THEIR STUPID ARGUMENTS AND EVERYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF SCHMIDT'S MOUTH (we're ignoring he's a republican, in my head he isn't and that's what matters). I LOVE TRUE AMERICAN AND THE FACT THAT IT IS NEVER EXPLAINED.

I LOVE NICK'S OLD GRANDPA ATTITUDE AND THE FACT THAT HE'S SECRETLY ROMANTIC AND HIS ANGER ISSUES AND THAT HE'S A MESS OF A PERSON (because I can relate to both of those). I LOVE WINSTON'S GENTLENESS AND ALL HIS WEIRDNESS AND HONESTLY HIM IN HIS ENTIRETY. I LOVE JESS' BUBBLY PERSONALITY AND HOW NICE AND POSITIVE SHE IS. I LOVE CECE'S STRENGTH AND ATTITUDE AND HOW SHE COULD SNAP A MAN'S BACK WITHOUT BREAKING A SWEAT.

I LOVE CECE AND WINSTON MESS AROUNDS AND ALL OF THEIR INTERACTIONS AND THEIR FRIENDSHIP (please they're platonic soulmates). I LOVE JESS AND SCHMIDT'S FRIENDSHIP AND HOW HE PROTECTS AND CARES FOR HER. I LOVE LOVE LOVE SCHMIDT AND NICK (they're also platonic soulmates) AND THEIR WHOLE DYNAMIC (simply superb, chef's kiss, one of my favorite things in the world). I LOVE CECE AND JESS' FRIENDSHIP (we need more female friendships because it's honestly one of the best feelings) AND HOW THEY CARE FOR AND LOVE EACH OTHER. okay, if i had to pick one…….probably winston? he’s just so fucking funny dude, he’s the only one that probably gets funnier as the seasons go on. he has one of the best relationships on the show with ally tbh, pretty much everything he does is funny in some way, and he’s just a really wholesome guy. i love you winnie the bish.

but my runner ups are probably nick and coach. nick because he’s also really funny in all the seasons and he’s also literally either my future husband or my own future (undecided), and ik coach is kind of unpopular but every season that he’s in turns out to be one of my favorites. the spider hunt episode where he writes may like 60 emails and sends them all? hilarious. the episode where he meets may right before that where he keeps using the worst imaginable pick up lines? hilarious
