My girl Amulet, like Red kite works for Royalty, but instead of being a guard she’s a royal librarian who’s extremely awkward unless she’s rambling about history.

Her boss is the queens uncle and is the only royalty family member shes ever actually met. Shes also a Seawing silkwing hybrid :)

MY BELOVED WOF OC!!!!! I love him sm and i rlly gotta get to drwing and writing more of his story. It's all about overcoming trauma and theres pirates. In short the story takes place 30 years after the war begun and the dragonets never happened so the war never really ended but some tribes decided to stop warring or stay under occupation etc its all very complicated and the whole world is bornia and hercegovenia /j anyway Destiny feels strongly that he can't sit by idly while the world is in such a terrible state and really wants to do something about it but shit happens and he along with his boyfriend Banana is exiled and joins a pirate crew where a bunch more shit happens until in the final arc he returns to pyrhia and helps solve shit. i havent developed everything super thoroughly but i have a tonmore characters in my head that i gotta draw and stuff but im super happs to talk about my story so feel free to ask questions or anything >:3 here is Bananas ref also. fun fact banana used to be named dragonfruit but was renamed banana. it relates to his story i'll tell it some other time. also these drawings r kinda old but they still work fine as refs so whatever

kiddos from my sandwing royal family. details below the cut.

Anole: 4 years old

Super into politics. Mad that he’s not allowed to go to meetings and such. Snooty brat with no manners. Favors Uncle Brittlebrush.

Meerkat: 3 years old

Shy and sweet. Favors Uncle Ocotillo. Meerkat is a skinny little dragon who still hasn’t grown into her wings.

Caracal: 1 year old

Contracted a disease shortly after hatching that slowly rots the membrane of her wings. Those around her are struggling to cure it and it causes her mother a great deal of stress. Caracal doesn’t seem to mind. Caracal’s mother makes her wear a cape over her wings to hide the disease from the public.

Peppy. Would love to have bejeweled scales and makes up for it by painting certain spots on her face red.

(I hear their labor is used for making that awful thick and oily armor they wear) The SandWings themselves are all starving. I wonder what guilt they feel for the war they started? Any at all? The princesses better be sorry at least. I'm happy one is already dead.

The SkyWings survive. Not that we dont have our own problems though. The Queen has gone absolutely mad with gladiatorial gluttony. Drunk on violence. Her generals, Sparrow, Vermillion, Bloodstone, and Peregrine have taken over in her mental absence, it seems. The rest of us train. We protect our border and fight with vicious vigor. Iron sharpens iron. Flame adds to flame. We spar to keep us in practice in the event we are attacked from a force on the outside, or within. We'll be ready nontheless. The SkyWings will not fall to this war. Not to anyone. Not even to ourselves."

Hi! Tell me about your wof ocs (especially your faves)!

So my Wings of Fire story is called Wings of Fire: The Dragon Pact Chronicles! It’s under a heavy rewrite so there’s not much to say about the story💀

The main character is a pale seawing called Haddock! Unlike the others, she has been redesigned recently :3

As seen here:

Haddock is disabled as her eyesight is very, very poor. She can still see but she’s very near/sighted and mostly everything (even things only a few feet away) is quite blurry. She used her lil chin tendrils to keep track of any movement in the water and is quite good at that :3

Personality-wise, Haddock’s very reserved but rather selfless. She prefers to take on a leader role and gets nervous or even frustrated when she doesn’t get any say in what happens. No matter how much dragons tell her ‘the world is dangerous for dragons like you’, she’s gonna go out into the world anyways :3

The other characters that I currently know for sure are in the story consist of;

Breeze of the icewings; a very artistic lad who likes to paint claws and nails. He’s pretty quiet like Haddock but has a sarcastic streak, often speaking his mind when the time calls

Lychee of the rainwings (my baby); very excitable but oddly mellow for a rainwing. He loves physical affection and words of affirmation and will compliment you all. the. time. He’s also canonically autistic :3 A lot of dragons look down on him for the way he acts as he doesn’t understand how to social but he does his best and Hadock loves him for it🤣 Despite his happy attitude, he can be very smart and level headed when he needs to be

These are the ones I’m certain I wanna keep in the rewrite :3 Will keep the masses updated✨
