Egon Müller #Scharzhofberger Auslese 2017 #Goldkapsel - #Versteigungswein Goldgelb mit grünen Reflexen. Intensives, komplexes, jugendliches Bouquet mit tausend Facetten. Ich beginne, (der Text ist lang) mit krautigen Noten wie Thymian, Salbei und Jasmintee. Dazu kommen Sellerie, kandierte Zitrusfrüchte, weiße Pfirsiche und einen Hauch von Safran. Letztendlich scheint mir, dass die ganze Nase mit feinen Noten von weißem Pfeffer geprägt ist. Der Gaumen ist außergewöhnlich dicht und intensiv. So viel Fülle, Cremigkeit und eine bemerkenswerte lebhafte Struktur. Letztere ist für diesen Wein von grundlegender Bedeutung, denn ohne diese Struktur wäre er zu opulent. Die Säure übernimmt die Leitung und gibt den Ton an. Sie führt diesen Wein hervorragend durch den Gaumen und stimmt den Abgang intensiv. Erfrischende salzige Noten.
