#varano #montepulciano Un ottimo Montepulciano marchigiano che è una delle più belle espressioni della denominazione. Ottima complessità ed equilibrio anche se stappare il 2017 è quasi un peccato xchè l'alcol spinge molto ed ancora 2-3 anni in bottiglia lo renderebbero ancora più rotondo ed armonico. Comunque una bella esplosione di frutta nera matura ed in confettura con un sfondo di erbaceo e spezia dolce. Una buona freschezza che pulisce bene ed una piacevole persistenza. According to their mission statement, they seek “to advance a balanced and realistic understanding of American interests in the Middle East and to promote the policies that secure them.” They are the largest research institute devoted exclusively to studying the Middle East. Picked this little guy up @grocery_outlet for a pretty decent price, a good deal less then what @vivino had it listed at. Was a little disappointed at first sip but as its starting to open up its not a bad drinker for the week. Id recommend this bottle as a second bottle or people that you don’t break the super nice stuff out for. Had it was a little pasta topped with a red sauce. It compliments the dish well. If you see it out and about, give it a try with a dish but be-sure and let it breath a little before drinking.
