I don't think Byler is gonna be endgame.

While I do love the ship. I don't think it's gonna be a canon ship. Considering we only have 8 episodes of season 5, and we have so many characters and things to wrap up, I don't think Byler will have time to get together. Considering Mileven will have to break up, stop Vecna, and find time for Mike and Will to actually get together.

Which no matter what anybody says, is gonna hurt Eleven's feelings a bit, because the boy she's loved for years leaves her for her brother.

But what I hate about some fans is the amount of hate that they spread, such as the anti-byler tag becoming a minefield of Byler stans in disguise. Or Mileven fans calling Byler fans delusional.

Like it's a FUCKING TV show. Get over yourself. Let people enjoy it however they see fit. Like just because something might not be canon doesn't mean that the people making the product is homophobic.

But y'all I love Byler as much as I love Elmax, I'm just tired of the fucking hate but don't think they'll be canon

but basically someone put out a post about Mikhail, the son of Dimitri (that's mentioned during season 4) being Will's new boyfriend that's going to arrive from Russia to Hawkins, it's basically the Russian Mike and so many people in the tag started making funny posts about it, like taking Finn as Boris and pretending it was Mikhail

and even making fanart about him and Will and started saying that they shipped Will x Mikhail (that's called Willhail) and started posting in the anti byler tag talking shit about byler jokingly! It was really fun 🌈

then I decided to ship him with El because that's her real endgame, this boy from Russia that will appear at the end of season 5 after byler gets together... and the ship Jane x Mikhail was born and it was called Jail 💙

You confuse theories with headcanons a lot. The Byler fandom is like every single fandom : sometimes we are being serious and sometimes we just want to have fun. It's not because we say something that we mean that it is canon just like the Willhail gate for example. The main Byler theories were talked about when Volume 2 got released. The rest, it's mostly just us having fun and reflecting about characters' perspectives. You act like you are fine with Byler but you like to cut us to the quick whenever you can when most of the things you mention are stuffs that your fandom does too. The mileven fandom isn't pure. Ask Finn and Millie why now they don't feel comfortable talking about Mileven anymore.

it's not about silly jokes bc milevens have ones too, it's about serious theories that mike was always uncomfortable around El cuz he's gay, that he used her to cover that he's gay, that he told her to get dressed and found her a wig to make her look more like a girl bc he was in love with her and she looked like a boy so he was scared that he's gay, that if he can canonically do makeup then he's gay AND a lot more. that's what I'm talking about - not every byler shippers are like this, but yk.

And if u want to talk about actors, then yea sure, what about bylers and their theories that Finn's socks, clothes and literally everything means that byler is endgame (same thing with Noah, when they're NOT EVEN ON SET) or even better, theories that Finn is bi too, and that he's gonna come out with mike wheeler at the same time (not sure about that but i think he's pretty convinced about his sexuality AND DEFINITELY - byler has nothing to do with that 💀)
