Buryatia has a close relationship with Soyotia, who are a Turkic people who've traditionally made their living herding reindeer rather than yak herders like a lot of Buryats. Due to their long history together (as well as Russian imperial and Soviet ethnic minority policies), a lot of Soyots have intermarried with Buryats and have been heavily influenced by Buryat culture, so much so that Soyot culture and language itself is at risk of dying out.

I have a lot of sketches stashed on my ipad and I want to post more finished illus here, so I thought putting all of my drafts, sketches and silly ideas somewhere might interest some of you! Some of them are suggestive/NSFW-ish and I want my socials to be a safe space for everyone, so I decided that Patreon might be a good place to post them for those of you who want to enjoy it :D

My Patreon will include many comic ideas, unused sketches and works I'm currently working on! While I want my social media accounts to reflect my finished art, if you're looking for more content or sketches/wips are your cup of tea - you're welcome to join anytime!

Chetney/Orym is a fantastically fun little ship because they have a very enjoyable character dynamic (sharing little personal moments and interests with each other, the way they have and resolve conflicts through genuine concern for each other, a similar balance in their characters of joyful silliness and taking business seriously), it's extremely low-stakes (even if they "became canon," it's probably not going to be a long-term or conventional relationship), and you know Fearne would be the most delighted wingman for both of them.

It's the Dream/Lucienne/Calliope fic I promised! This is definitely a one-shot for now, but these three are still very snuggled together in my head. There may be more little glimpses here and there!

Also Matthew mention yay! I think he'd make a very good page if Lucienne trained him properly. Calliope, unfortunately, would not; she loves reading too much. Lucienne would give her a stack of things to shelf and find her twelve hours later half-way through her second book and shelving as she finished them.
