This has been a struggle week for me. My depression and anxiety have been getting the best of me this week. I have had a lot going on and stress has been through the roof. I have spent more days this past week crying and breaking down because of it. I know I will be okay and I have to get through it . During times like this it has been tough. I start to doubt all the choices I have made. I feel really insecure. I don’t know if I will ever accomplish what I want. I know for certain things time is running out.
