🐗 🍽️ Gulaš sa rebarcima divlje svinje iz kastrole 🍽️🐗 Vreme pripreme i kuvanja: oko 2,5 sata Potreban materijal: ZA MARINADU: 2 manje glavice crnog luka 5-6 čena belog luka 4 lovorova lista 10 zrna crnog bibera 150ml vinskog sirćeta voda 1 kašika soli 1 kašika šećera Priprema marinade: U sud stavite meso pa sipajte vodu tek toliko da prekrije meso. Dodajte sirće. Crni luk, beli luk i šargarepu očistite. Crni luk isecite na četvrtine, šargarepu na kolutove, čenove belog luka ostavite cele i dodajte u sud. Dodajte zatim sve ostale sastojke, promešajte i prekrite folijom. Ostaviti da odstoji u marinadi 24h pre kuvanja. Potreban materijal za gulaš: 1kg rebaraca od divlje svinje 800g crnog luka 2 sveže paprike 200g šampinjona 3 vece šargarepe 4 srednja krompira 500ml domaćeg gustog paradajz sosa 200ml crnog vina 1 glavica belog luka 2 lovorova lista 5-6 zrna crnog bibera 1/2 kašičice korijandera 1/2 kašičice slačice 1/2 kašičice čilija u prahu 1/2 kašičice čubra u prahu 1/2 kašičice karija 1 kašičica aleve paprike 3 pune kašike svinjske masti Priprema gulaša: Crni luk sitno naseckajte. U sud za kuvanje stavite svinjsku mast i dodajte crni luk. Pržite dok luk ne postane staklast. Šargarepu očistite i nasecite na kolutove, pa dodajte luku. Meso izvadite iz marinade, prosušite i dodajte u sud sa lukom i šargarepom. Nalite vodom koliko da prekrije meso i povrće. Dodajte lovorov list i sitno naseckanu svežu papriku. Posolite. Beli luk očistite i sitno naseckajte pa i njega dodajte u sud. Kuvajte jelo uz povremeno mešanje. Posle sat vremena dodajte domaći pire od paradajza i vino. Krompir isecite na kockice, a šampinjone na listiće. Posle 15 minuta dodajte u sud krompir, a posle 30 minuta dodajte šampinjone. Povremeno mešajte jelo da ne bi zagorelo. Vodu više ne treba dodavati već pustiti da lepo kuva. Jelo ne treba da bude previše retko. Dodajte zatim začine i pred kraj kuvanja gulaša, kada povrće i meso budu mekani, posolite još malo ako je potrebno. what's your favorite book?
oof a loaded question i mean...i’ve no idea honestly! for awhile i was saying remains of the day by kazuo ishiguro but now i’m not so sure. kiese laymon is great i enjoyed his memoir heavy and his short stories. love cheryl strayed’s short stories but i’ve not actually read wild yet. austen’s always a classic i’ve enjoyed what i’ve read from her so far but i think emma might be my fav. i’m reading tom sawyer from twain right now and that’s been good, mark twain was my favorite english teacher’s favorite author so that’s been fun. ruth ware’s a fun author if you want more modern agatha christie and some quick reads. sir gawain and the green knight is always *chef’s kiss* and of course the outsiders is!!!!!!! and love reading plays too i just finished rereading who’s afraid of virginia woolf? and...wildpork and watercress by barry crump is a FANTASTIC book, it’s the book hunt for the wilderpeople is based on, and actually that might be my favorite one i take it all back.
