3D printed mines made by @/WildbeesSweden (Website) for civilian and military training. These were given to Prevail to help them give training in demining.
Prevail is Protect a Volunteer approved. If you wish to help in the future demining efforts in Ukraine (and it will be a very long road), consider tossing some currency to Prevail.
They also have a wishlist on their BuyMeACoffee for other funding campaigns.

Wait, are you an entomologist?
Just Hobby-entomologist! I wouldn't be able to tell you DIPSHIT about the anatomy and inner workings of a bug... But I can tell a bunch of wildbees apart (including gender differences) and tell you all about the life cycle of honey bees, solitar bees and parasitic wasps! My knowledge on insects as a whole is so-so, I have a lot of surface-level knowledge about bugs, beetles, dragonflies and butterflies but I keep learning thanks to the research I do for my books.

Most bees come out only during mid-day.  In fact, I usually don't start catching any bees with a net until at least 9 and in cooler environments it can be even later.  Different story in the tropics many bees are out, starting at dawn (but that is another story).  A few bees reverse those times and come out only in the late evening, early morning, and very rarely on well lit nights (but that is another story).  Its all about the flowers, of course.  In eastern North America you don't have much of this early morningness with the exception of the squash bees (in northern areas they are there only artificially maintained by our habits of planting squash and pumpkins for them, but that is another story) and...Cemolobus ipomoeae, pictured here like an elfin dragon stead.  It, is a fan of Ipomoeae pandurata.   Manroot.  It seems to ignore the other (native and non-native) Ipomoeae plants (unlike Melitoma...but that is another story).  It rarely is captured, but is it rare, or do beeologists just not get up early and look? Annemarie’s work is either an ephemeral installation inside (e.g. an evaporating water landscape, plinths of sugar) or sculptural work in the public realm (e.g. playground, skating rink, park bench, fences, commissioned, among others, by the Dowse Art Museum in New Zealand and the Dutch Government Buildings Agency)

Days are getting shorter now as we prepare to tuck our bees in for a long winter with as much of their honey possible to nourish themselves with so many factors working against their labors of love. 🐝🍯🙅🏻‍♀️✨✨✨ #BeesFirst #FollowTheHoney #Bees #FollowTheHeart #Love #BeeCentric #WildBees #NextGenBeekeepers 💝 https://www.instagram.com/p/B27iebBHUg3/?igshid=oyjjm95af02g

Bee disappearance, 2018 🐝🌸 On the website www.petitplat.fr . As you probably know, wild bees (and not just honey bees) are currently dying out. This is mostly due to our activities, that have dramatically changed the climate, but also the excessive amount of pesticides that we use for crops. Insects are often seen as the ugly, freaky, slimy, alien little crawlers that annoy us more than anything else. But insects are much more useful to this planet than any other animals. Thanks to them, we have earth and not just garbage all around the planet. Flowers transform into edible fruit. They are a great source of food for other animals, and at the bottom of the food chain. The so called “pest” actually keep a forest healthy as well, as in a healthy, biodiverse forest with many different trees and plants, they keep certain plants to overthrow others. They are key to a healthy ecosystem. If they go, we loose. All of us. It is a subtle balance, that we currently just recklessly destroy. We are all responsible, be the change you’d like to see and others will follow. It’s never too late to extinguish a fire. #watercolor #watercolorpainting #painting #wildbees #savethebees #insects #art #contemporaryart #artcontemporain #botanical #nature #floral  https://www.instagram.com/p/BoHDmNxBRGF/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1uh4qnhdd481
