Also him telling Mike about the man with the popsicle. He definitely just points out random things to Mike on their walks and Mike, with the patience of a saint, indulges him. Peter and Micky are laughing at him in that clip so they definitely make fun of him making basic observations so Mike is the one he’ll turn to.
