Steam Bullet Heaven Fest Kicks Off with Firepower Overload

There are endless dozens of shooters wreaking havoc in the Bullet Heaven playground right now, and today Steam started a gaming fest to highlight them plus a few other games that can just barely fit within the definition.  Demos, upcoming games, Early Access titles and even a few fully-released games all populate the festival, not to mention a good number of sales.

Hey, I probably don't have a big enough following on here for this, and I don't usually make posts like this (nor do I intend to do so frequently) , but my close friend & roommate has been working to compose the soundtrack to this game for about 2 years now, and it just launched today!

It's a Starfox-inspired roguelike, with really charming graphics and a frankly banging soundtrack. It would mean so much if you checked it out and supported her. She's an openly trans Asian American woman and a strong launch would mean so much for her career.

Whisker Squadron Survivor is out today for $12 on steam! I really enjoyed Race The Sun and have been keeping an eye on this one for a while.

Shame I’m gonna have to fit it between the new D2 season and AC6 launch that are both also happening this week, but I’ll make it work

Hey one of my best friends made the soundtrack for this great game. It's a rail shooter roguelike and it's on sale today. Plus, they just updated it with a sweet, anticapitalist campaign!

It's super affordable, really fun (even if you've never been good at rail shooters, like me), and you'd be supporting a trans indie creator in the process. It would mean a lot if you gave it a shot!

New ASS just dropped: Doomsday Fodder. It has auto-chess elements and really short very dangerous feeling rounds. Also it looks really neat. Other ASS games that I don't think you've streamed: Lone Ruin, Just King, Impaler(This one is an Quake-style FPS), Gatekeeper Eclipse, Whisker Squadron(This one is a Starfox-like). I really enjoy what all of these are doing-some more than others-but I think Doomsday Fodder stands out, even now.

I like it when the ASS drops.

So i Have a fic right, and it was inspired by me owning the Ratuscant Guard, specifically me owning this shithead

This is Thorn. Thorn was twins with my oldest rat Commander Foxy Woxy of the Rattuscant Guard.

It lead to a crack fic (draft) called every damn rat is a spy

Once more, Commander Fox heard a barely there squeak that caught his attention. His head jerked around in search of the source, starling the few members of Dusk squadron that were standing with him, blasters in hand, ready to escort Senator Chuchi from her office. “Sir?” One of the younger troopers, Shiftstick, tilted his head in confusion. “Is there something wrong?”  “No, nothing wrong.” Fox said as he scanned his surroundings in the direction in which he heard the noise. He saw nothing, and when he turned back to Shiftstick the trooper gave him a nod. Dusk relaxed, shuffling just a hint closer together, when Fox saw the furry little source of confusion peeking down from the ceiling vent. Its soft, fuzzy nose was peaking through the steel grate, its whiskers were fluffing about against the cold steel. Fox scanned the creature with his HUD, grateful that he could always maintain a perfect picture of composure as he was trained to do. A small paw poked out, pink and, begrudgingly cute in a way, and Fox pursed his lips, before watching the small rat in the vents pretty much wave to him before it scurried away.
