really an inexplicable train of thought but i feel like taako is the kind of person who in a modren era au would just decide to go to a shooting range and learn how to shoot a pistol for funsies, but would consider learning to spin the pistol all cool like they do in cowboy movies to be his first and foremost priority. like hes already bought a holster and the moment he is given a gun he immediately starts trying to twirl it. the instructor has to tell him to stop or theyll take the gun away from him. he keeps trying to lead the conversation back to it anyway because he really feels like theyre putting the cart before the horse here if hes learning how to shoot the gun before even knowing how to dramatically reholster it if he were to get in some sort of cowboy duel. hes actually really good at the shooting part but he gets kicked out of the class after his eighth guntwirling attempt in which he accidentally flicks the safety off mid twirl and shoots one of their light fixtures

Great God Grove has the funniest twist I’ve ever seen in a video game.

For the entire game, the character King is this enigmatic mail courier for the gods, referred to with gender neutral pronouns and generally looks very masculine if not androgynous, especially cuz of the name and cowboy outfit…

Only to reveal at the end of the game that King is actually just an extremely butch lesbian. And she also managed to woo an elder god. Good for her.

Least favorite ok ko character??

At first I was gonna say none BUT I actually do have two least favorite characters and it's these two assholes

Not only I dislike their designs I also HATE their personalities even more. I don't like being so negative but they have literally ZERO redeeming quality. They're just annoying judgy asshats. Plus they were absolutely awful friends to Rad for years!!! They made him become super insecure bc they kept insulting and belitting everything he liked, they're the reason why he started acting like a narcissistic jerk with Enid and then KO

In conclusion they're lame, stupid, and crappy people and I can't stand seeing them on screen

the imagery of lg both in the op and in the episode, of him staring at all the timelines (assuming that's what's represented by the red string) is just so haunting. just how far is he willing to go for cheng xiaoshi? how many times has he tried to save him? why is he going so far for him, did cxs do something for him we've yet to see (yes we see cxs take a bullet for him and we can assume that's a contributing factor, but i have a feeling that wasn't the first jump and even it it was i feel like there's more we're missing...) how will CXS react when he finds out?
