You know that neurodivergent feel when something completely pointless and tiny just completely messes up your whole day?

#i bought this set of beads for bracelet making #and then i went into my orders and bought two more of that same set of beads #and then went about making my bracelets #and i just now realized that the first set of beads I bought are completely different than the other two #and the listing where I bought them has a picture of the second two sets #but i got them from the exact same listing #and Im just so confused how I got two different things from the same order #like id get it if maybe the exact shades were off or something #but half of the beads are completely different colors #and in different slots #which align with the listing #but the first set is just completely different #and It’s not a big deal #i Can still make bracelets with these #but the difference is upsetting me #especially since the first set is the one I started to and therefore is what I’m used to #and Im trying so hard to not let this completely throw me #Im fine it’s fine #but also the red beads are all off and that bugs me most of all #i Can work with them but I hate the new ones #but whatever It’s fine I’m fine

Okay so a delightful thing I just realized. (By which I mean I’ve had a horrible thought)

Legend of the Galactic Heroes takes place on a timeline of year 796-801 Universal Calender. It represents a future depicted starting from about 2801 CE, what we use (a little less than 800 years from now.), after the establishment of a galaxy-spanning civilization.

Gundam, while for the most part considering itself a “real robot” series, still has to ask the audience to suspend disbelief about the practicality of the robots. The timeline most of it is set in is called the Universal Century, spanning a time period not explicitly tied to a CE date, but covers between one and a half to two centuries, depending on what a writer has decided counts at the moment, covering the early stages of space colonization within the solar system, with some thoughts of moving beyond, depending on the series.

A huge theme of Gundam is conflict over a philosophy that humankind should leave Earth, but remains extremely obsessed with the planet itself. LoGH has, among its factions, a cult of people who can’t get over their obsession with Earth.

The video game series Super Robot Wars, which Gundam is a staple in, especially the Universal Century timeline further asks the audience to suspend their disbelief in regards to the practicality of the robots.

The Super Robot Wars games like to “squash” continuity closer together to make room for more crossover potential. The writers tweak the numbers to fit in all the different science fiction they’re allowed to use for a given entry.

There exist some absolute *writing choices* if the IRL possibility to collaborate were to ever exist.

Yang would have an aneurysm finding himself in this crossover.

#so thinking abt my inability to do things in thr context of my 0cd is interesting. bc i would say my primary problem is my obsessive #compulsive behavior and inflexibility. idk if thr inflexibility is inherent to me bc its part of the reason i got stamped with aut1sm or but #its part of what maked it so hard to tell if i had 0cd or not. bc im just so fucking rigid and structured abt literally everything without #any reason. y do i have to do X thing and i cant do Y thing? idk my brain just says i cant. which kinda does align with 0cd more or just #like something compulsive. and its sorta weird bc i think im a lot more aligned with purely obsessional 0cd. so i dont do a lot of external #ritual. its more abstract. like constantly i have to work or b perfect or else i start getting intrusive thoughts. always thr same ones. and #to make them go away i have to physically suffer usually thru overworking to my mental breaking point or sometimes more direct ways #when its really bad. and then i have to keep working. and i do a lot of fucking ruminating. fucking constand catogorizing and pathological #self reflection. again i have high standards and high affinity for self punishment which is a lot to deal with. its exhausting and misery #making. and the annoying thing is that im like this for a reason. i mean it makes sense. having a learning disability plus bad short term #working memory plus some mood weirdness. ive created a structure that makes me productive but also creates so much pressure thst i cant #function at all sometimes. and whats worse is that even then even with the amount of checking i do i am still a master of fucking up the lil #things. i forgot to write my name in the autoclave list and caused problems for ppl bc i forgot when i went up there Even tho i new i needed #to. i also forgot to put thr foam cap on a liquid nitrogen tank which would have been SO FUCKING BAD if it all evaporated. so many samples #woulf have been lost bc i just fucking forgot to put it back. that was just this week. idk i just forget things like that. i left a freezer #door open in hs and we lost everything in the freezer. i also fucked up an whole experiment by not reading a schedule right. and its really #frustrating not being able to trust that youve done the right thing in the past. not to mention all the bullshit i mislabel but thats more #dys1exia realated. alas. i check and check and get anxious spikes of: FUCK DID I DO X? for a reason. but also its no fun #unrelated
