What I drew...

The beginning of the end...

The strokes are starting to become thicker and further apart... 

I’m using greater amounts of water to create murky spaces - space which retain both form and motility... elastic space... defined but indefinite... 

I’m not sure how to end this... I don’t know where to go from here... it is tomorrow’s problem, I guess...

Above is a video of ‘I Want You to Want Me’ by Jonathon Harris and Sev Kamvar (from ‘Design and the Elastic Mind,’ MOMA, New York, 2008) - it is an old favourite. One of the first works that made me think about the flexible potential of art and how data analysis - even if it is as medieval as mine - can provide insight into how we connect things or connect as humans... it is just a gorgeous work... I think I revisit it every year...
