Nothing against him, I physically can't hate a FromSLOP character and I still have nice headcanons for him, but I can't really LIKE-like him? There is no attraction? I am ruining the trend?? You need to find a way to hypnotise me into liking Alfred so everything falls into place again lol xD

Got a dinner kit with steaks (filet cuts) and I had the outsides seared but the centers were still only 90°F which is No Bueno; so I microwaved them for what I thought was a short time (90 sec to be safe), which made them overcooked, and resting them didn’t help. Bah!

I should have sliced them thinner to cook evenly, maybe? but then again the microwave finish might work if I figure out a timing / power setting that leaves the center juicy. Then again I eat steak maybe three times a year so…

And yeah, usually I would finish them in the oven but I was in a rush. Haste makes paste, I guess.
