Bro is STRONG. He’s huge. He’s Samoan. He’s an engineer and a cook. He’s also 17 at the beginning of the show. He’s gentle and has horse sense. My boy doesn’t get enough love

Like he can keep up with Pidge while working on tech, he teaches himself how to cook with alien ingredients and makes it taste good which means he’s doing chemistry/xenobiology. He learns incredibly quickly and has solid instincts. He never seems to forget anything and people have pointed out he might have an eidetic memory

I’m mad because the show reduced him to the butt of 4th grade humor and didn’t expand his arc the way he deserved. He was the most well-rounded paladin straight up. He deserved to be explored as a complex character and not reduced to the fat guy who throws up and is afraid of heights

Hunk is the backbone of the team and referred to as their heart. He has good relationships with everyone on the team. Lance has his issues with almost everyone at some point, so does Keith. Pidge is often too fast for people to keep up with. Shiro is carrying the burden of being the leader while still working through his own trauma and - you know - being turned into his own clone then funneled back into that body

Hunk is the rock they all lean on. He’s there to listen to all of them regardless and they know it. Hunk is Hunk, warm-hearted and solid. He doesn’t get the appreciation he deserves!!!

I've been teaching Belphie not to jump on Pangur, cause she's old and arthritic and doesn't like it. and as part of my "training", I've been giving him a treat every times he stops his evil actions and trots over to me.

I thought I was training him to come when called. in actuality, I've been training him to bite Pangur. so now he'll jump on her, chew her ear, and then make bird-of-prey eye contact with me from across the room. and the worst thing is I'VE ALSO BEEN GIVING PANGUR A TREAT EACH TIME (so she doesn't feel left out). which means that she'll whimper pathetically from Belphie biting her, and then also make intense eye contact with me, because she's been conditioned to expect treats afterward.

I have accidentally made the most fucked up dynamic possible with both of these cats.
