Thoughts on the jumpsuit: they probably only make him wear it on 'excursions' to activities since therapy sesh #3455 doesn't show him wearing it, but I think the ankle monitor got put on after escape attempt(s). Other explanation: its only drawn when the artist feels like it. :) like how i forgot his scar on half of them lol. other other explanation: bill can project whatever image he wants to so they can't force him to wear it.

Thinking about vampires, death, life, and the space they occupy in between
