I think it’s unlikely as the pjo team seems to go with whatever the actor naturally looks like. Plus, blue hair isn’t even technically in Thalia’s book description, it’s just something the fandom made up and everyone rolled with it 😭 I will be thoroughly surprised and delighted if they dye her hair tho
