I’ll answer this with the main cast of What a Twist!

Trinket: he’s pretty easy to read, serious and studious. The one thing people tend to miss is that he’s actually very loyal to those he chooses to follow!

Fish: they come off as a joker, a wildcard, incapable of taking anything seriously. It’s an act, when people think they have no deeper layers, they don’t questions Fish doesn’t want/can’t answer

Ritur: first impressions, she comes off as a wild older milf, capable of handling anything and giving great advice. They miss that she isn’t perfect, in fact, she’s terrified, but pretty good at hiding it

Isi: she looks tough until you hear her talk once, then it’s completely obvious that she’s a scaredy cat. People who have talked to her tend to forget she’s an extremely capable warrior, people who haven’t tend to assume she’s an asshole

Rolant: people think he’s somewhat immature for both his age, and his position as king. They’re right, but they don’t get to see how hard he works to do a good job despite is more childish demeanor

Dia: she’s a bitch, she looks like a bitch, she acts like a bitch, she’s extremely horny for a cat boy/girl. She’s depressed. Even the demonic possession is pretty obvious.
