The Ultimate Thread Of Koincidences (2020) Part 2
Ok, I exceeded the pictures limit. So here's part two of all the Koincidences I could find for 2020.
If you haven't seen the other part, I highly suggest you do before reading this one:
Fall of 2019 (X)
2020 Part 1 (X)
As always, I'll include links to posts about specific part of Kaylor Lore to give more context. So when there's a (X) beside something it's to give you more information and help you understand better.
July 23rd:
Where we left off.
Karlie also posted that day a video for Kode With Klossy with a code. And in the code you can read really well : "Easter Egg"
July 24th:
Folklore is out.
So many references to Karlie in there.
But two things worth mentioning:
That line.
Source: Kwyw
And the fact that baby is the 13th word after Levi in cardigan:
Also. Shoutout to the Cardigan's merch that has three stars just like Karlie's Express bomber's jacket (from 2017).
Thanks Vegasborn on Twitter for finding this.
Another thing worth mentioning is that in Big Sur, there's a vineyard called Folktale and the font is really close to Folklore's.
Still July 24th
Kimby post a bunch of pictures of Big Sur on Instagram
July 25th:
Kimby likes a Folklore meme on Instagram:
AND
Karlie likes a post of Christian Siriano that says that mentions Taylor.
ALSO
This is the day of the infamous : "OMG did you just called me "daddy"?" tweet.
July 26th:
Martha Hunt does a post wearring a Cardigan with the caption "Peter losing Wendy"
Karlie liked that post
July 27th:
Derek did a post about Cardigan on Twitter. (I can no longer find it).
July 30th
Taylor comment a tweet with two fairies emojis....
Just like Karlie's caption on her post dancing in a Cardigan, 13 days before Folklore's release...
Also.
Karlie does a post on Twitter wich is a recall of a 2015 photoshoot, where she posed as Betty Crocker...
With the caption:
August 2020:
August 3rd:
Karlie's Birthday. Exile becomes a Radio single.
This is one of the two tracks where William Bowery has writting credits.
August 17th:
Betty becomes a radio single.
Still in Karlie's birthday month.
It's the second track where William Bowery has writting credits on.
August 18th:
The Lakes official lyrics video is out.
"I don't belong, and my beloved neither do you"
August 20th
Karlie does a YouTube video on Klossy.
Lots to unpack in this video.
Let's start with how it tied to The Lakes and those lyrics.
One of the books she presents is nammed "Beloved".
Also. Behind her, the firs clok on the wall is the same as the clock in Cardigan's MV, without the mechanism and glass.
And another very cute Koincidence is this:
youtube

Novembre 2020:
Novembre 13th:
Taylor has her Musicians on Musicians interview with Paul McCartney. (X)
So many interesting things in that interview...
We learn that Taylor was in LA when lockdown happened... and so was Karlie.
2. This whole part about Peace. She is litteraly describing her relationship with Karlie and the Love Blackout.
Swift: That’s the best. I want to hear current things, too, to update me on where the artist is. I was wondering about lyrics, and where you were lyrically when you were making this record. Because when I was making Folklore, I went lyrically in a total direction of escapism and romanticism. And I wrote songs imagining I was, like, a pioneer woman in a forbidden love affair [laughs]. I was completely …
McCartney: Was this “I want to give you a child”? Is that one of the lines?
Swift: Oh, that’s a song called “Peace.”
McCartney: “Peace,” I like that one.
Swift: “Peace” is actually more rooted in my personal life. I know you have done a really excellent job of this in your personal life: carving out a human life within a public life, and how scary that can be when you do fall in love and you meet someone, especially if you’ve met someone who has a very grounded, normal way of living. I, oftentimes, in my anxieties, can control how I am as a person and how normal I act and rationalize things, but I cannot control if there are 20 photographers outside in the bushes and what they do and if they follow our car and if they interrupt our lives. I can’t control if there’s going to be a fake weird headline about us in the news tomorrow.
McCartney: So how does that go? Does your partner sympathize with that and understand?
Swift: Oh, absolutely.
McCartney: They have to, don’t they?
Swift: But I think that in knowing him and being in the relationship I am in now, I have definitely made decisions that have made my life feel more like a real life and less like just a storyline to be commented on in tabloids. Whether that’s deciding where to live, who to hang out with, when to not take a picture — the idea of privacy feels so strange to try to explain, but it’s really just trying to find bits of normalcy. That’s what that song “Peace” is talking about. Like, would it be enough if I could never fully achieve the normalcy that we both crave? Stella always tells me that she had as normal a childhood as she could ever hope for under the circumstances.
3. That part where Taylor has many questions about fame and having kids.
Swift: Did that give you a lot of anxiety when you had kids, when you felt like all this pressure that’s been put on me is spilling over onto them, that they didn’t sign up for it? Was that hard for you?
Novembre 17th:
Karlie announces her pregnancy online.
She also wears the Amulette de Cartier.
Novembre 22nd:
Taylor does the biggest lie of all time.
There's also the Swift-Kloss Family Crest in the frame on the table.
VERY important piece of Kaylor Lore (X)
Novembre 24th:
Did Karlie just announced the first re-record? (she did announce Folklore in advance as well as Midnights and Speak Now and so much more).
Also eye theory.
Novembre 25th:
Long Pond Studio Session is released on Disney +
There's A LOT of hints to Karlie in there:
She wears the same boots that she wore at Big Sur.
She wears a ring called "Soleil" (sun).
Almost the same as she wore in Cardigan MV
And she wears a daisy shirt
Another interesting thing. Is that part where she talks about who William Bowery is.
And Jack is like : "I thought you were doing a bit when you said "Joe and I wrote a song"... I thought it was gonna be like when people write cute songs about their animals "
Karlie's dog is nammed Joe...
youtube
Decembre 2020:
Decembre 1st:
Spotify wrap is out. And in Taylor's there's two adult cats and a baby cat.
And a post-it saying : It still feels like March.
(Levi was born on March 11th)
Also the post it seems to point where the possible due date.
The Grammy's were pushed back only in January, so she had no way to know they would happen in March yet.
Source: KwYw
There you have it! All the Koincidences I could find for 2020.
If there's some missing, don't hesitate to tell me so I can add it.
Here's the two masterposts that hepled me make this one: (X) (X)

I COMPLETELY FORGOT TO ASK THIS EARLIER but, who would the other characters be? Spike? Cadence? Trixie? Sunset Shimmer? Starlight Glimmer? OH MY GOD THE POWERPONIES EPISODE AS THEIR SUPERHERO/VILLAIN PERSONAS?! I have so may ideas and you're a fucking GOLDMINE of Ideas so THANK YOU
A few canon answers and a few non-canon answers :] (well.. it's an AU, so technically all of it is non-canon......BUT answers nonetheless!!!!)
I always thought Spike to be Sparky, this is a personal headcanon, and haven't really gotten any confirmation on it (since I never asked LOL :P) but here's an unfinished piece of mine of My Little Park Sparky and little Stan. Sorta make's sense too since Equestria Girls Spike is also a dog
As of now, I don't think anyone has thought up who Cadence would be, but of course, whoever Cadence is would be in a relationship with Shelley; who takes the role of Shining Armor.
Clyde takes the role of Trixie Lulamoon as the great and powerful Clyde Donovan!!
For Sunset Shimmer, there is this fan design by kyoplleeee on Twitter who assigned Heidi as Sunset. (along with Red as Glida and Wendy as Moondancer)
@cookieluvr5268 (the creator) mentioned that Thomas would take the role of Starlight Glimmer
(I found the original tweet suggesting Thomas' role too)
But there is also this post by @alenrainyartsblog that assigned Starlight as Jimmy
I'm cool with either. to be honest, I think it might be because I'm not that invested in Thomas or Jimmy as characters that much because I play favorites and I don't pay that much attention to them. Sorry Thomas and Jimmy fans, I still care about them but just not that much 😭
THE POWER PONIES X TFBW IS SUCH A GOOD IDEA I DON'T KNOW HOW I NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT BEFORE. Though if I'm being honest, I would love to have two separate designs for their version of the episode just for the funsies. I think translating their superhero personas into My Little Park is cool, but I kind of like entertaining the idea of redesigning the Power Ponies to fit My Little Park as well :3 (It's been a while since I watched the EP though... I don't hate it but it's just one of those episodes that I don't mind skipping lol) Also, Thank YOU for planning on making My Little Park stuff when I can't at the moment. The AU must LIVE ON even when I'm busy with other junk, and even if the creator of the AU has gone on break and the My Little Park hashtag on twitter has become so BARREN. Everyone on there has probably moved on but I SURE AS HELL HAVEN'T. I'm so hungry.............. Anyways, If you want more information and content about the AU check out @going-down-2-my-little-park!! It's a fan blog I made to archive everything about the AU, and soon this post is gonna be on there too! Also, follow the AU's creator @cookieluvr5268. They're usually more active on Twitter though, and even then, they're on a break at the moment, but please follow them and support them. BECAUSE I DIDN'T MAKE THE AU AND PEOPLE KEEP THINKING I DID DESPITE TAGGING THE CREATOR IN EVERY FANART OF THE AU 😭😭

final destination characters and what movie/tv shows i think they would like
alex - the walking dead. has seen every single episode even though it’s been running for over a decade. says he could probably survive a zombie apocalypse. is the biggest glenn defender ever.
tod - community. 100%. when the movie got announced he went apeshit on twitter. he loves troy, has seen every episode at least twice, and actually liked the fourth season for some reason.
george - he doesn’t watch tv unless it’s like a sport. look at him. if he had to pick, brooklyn 99.
clear - shameless. she sat through all eleven seasons, would have watch parties with her friends, and liked to take notes on the psyche of the characters. she HATED frank with a passion and loved fiona. actually cried at both finales.
billy - my babysitters a vampire. claims it was his “childhood” and is still upset they ended it on a cliffhanger. rory def rubbed off on him growing up. he prefers the first season to the second but has seen each episode like a million times. will sing the theme song totally unprompted
carter - breaking bad. actually tried making meth cause he thought walter had the “right idea” with the money. is the kind of guy to retweet sigma male edits of the characters
terry - locke and key. watched it cause she thought the main villain was hot, and when he was a girl too she went crazy on twitter. live tweeted the second season, and will defend kinsey locke to no extent.
kimberly - first kill. clear or shania told her to watch it saying it was like a better version of twilight. (she loves twilight). she was on the front lines trying to keep the show from getting canceled. she has probably made an edit of caliette. she’s crazy like that.
rory - he also likes breaking bad, but he’s more into better call saul. saul goodman is HIM. literally so relatable and babygirl. he saw better call saul first, so when he showed up in s2 of brba he went APESHIT
eugene - abbott elementary because there is “finally” a REAL show about what it’s like to be a teacher. he also never gets into sitcoms so it was a shock for him that he liked it so much
nora - bones. she LOVES crime dramas on daytime television, and bones is no exception. she finds herself trying to figure out the twist every single episode. she also gets way too into the characters. (tim was explaining to her that bones was autistic coded and she went :o)
tim - kid LOOKS like henry danger, but i’m gonna say malcom in the middle. secretly wished for a big family growing up. alex told him that the father makes meth and since tim didn’t know about brba he was actively seeking out that plot line.
evan - literally anything with wrestling.
kat - the office. not in like, a “basic” way or anything but because she is a businesswoman and needs to feel included. she likes pam a lot. wanted dwight to die once. she got through about eight seasons before calling it quits.
wendy - i feel like she’s a house md fan??? idk why or how but it just makes sense to me i suppose. probably an rsl fan or something
kevin - okay unpopular opinion but i feel like he’s a huge fan of the will forte era on snl. he’s a will forte fan in general so he’s probably seen clone high, last man on earth and macgruber
ian - def a santa clarita diet fan. trust me when i say this man was having meltdowns on twitter when it got canceled. you have never seen him more passionate in his life!
erin - okay this is very unpopular and very out of character but she has a guilty pleasure show and that is dawsons creek. joey is her fave and she is Completely Normal about pacey + joey. her regular show is yellowjackets, however. god bless cannibalistic high schoolers

So there's this post about the new Peter Pan and Wendy movie bemoaning the creative bankruptcy of the movie because of the reason for Tinkerbell not glowing. I can't exactly blame Tumblr for this line of thinking, given most Disney live action remakes are creatively bankrupt, plus the fact the movie wasn't actually out yet. I'd probably also have implicitly agreed with the post and moved on if it were about the new Pinocchio or Little Mermaid or something.
Peter Pan and Wendy is out now though, and I really liked it, which compelled me enough to check up on the context of that quote. And while it's not so different from what the tweet describes, I do think there's some nuance that deserves sharing.
Here's the full quote from SFX:
To me, this doesn't read like somebody who removed this particular aspect of Tinkerbell's visuals out of a completely shallow attempt at realism. Not only was it simply what was arrived at as the most fitting look for her, it doesn't even seem like removing the glow was much of a conscious choice. "That's something that never even occurred to me" doesn't make it sound like something he's taken a super hard stance against, as many seem to interpret it.
I also want to defend the decision as it relates to how this movie looks, both in terms of the movie's themes and just the cinematography in general. David Lowery, the director of the wonderful The Green Knight and the other-apparently-not-terrible-disney-remake Pete's Dragon, has not only done this purposefully, but it's his entire style. Green Knight and A Ghost Story are both acclaimed movies that deal with supernatural and mystical elements, but forgo effects and dramaticism in favour of a more low-key, spare and picturesque visual style. This isn't some $200m movie that Disney has filled to the brim with CGI garbage, as seems to be the case with Little Mermaid, and this isn't Cruella shooting scenes on green screens with flat lighting for no reason; this is a director with a purposeful style achieving such with real locations and practical sets and costumes. And while Peter Pan and Wendy's visuals aren't mindblowing or anything, I do think it manages to look quite nice at times.
Critical to all this, I want to emphasise that Lowery choosing to do a Peter Pan movie with a sense of realism is not merely some outdated idea that realism = more mature or something. It is an active component of the movie's themes. Neverland looks and feels like a random island out in the middle of nowhere because that's what it is in this movie. It is not the perfect paradise of fun and adventure that Peter makes it out to be, and Wendy recognizing this is a part of the movie's core message: that one shouldn't be afraid to grow up, because there is beauty and happiness to be found even in the mundanity of real life, not just in the fantastical ideas of childhood whimsy. Does Neverland seem so much less whimsical than that of the 2004 movie version? Sure. But that doesn't mean it isn't also beautiful. And that's how she realizes she doesn't need Neverland to be happy, that she doesn't need to run away, she can find purpose and happiness in the challenges and joys that growing up will put before her.
Tying back to Tinkerbell, all of this is to say that perhaps the toning down of her magical elements wasn't totally without nuanced thought. Maybe it could have worked, maybe it couldn't, I'm not the director and didn't see what they tried. But given how well I think this movie balances its realistic tone and its magical elements (it's not a complete rejection of anything magical; the fairy might not casually glow, but she is still blowing magic fairy dust on kids to make them fly from happy thoughts) I'm inclined to take him on his word that he knew what he was doing. Maybe trails of sparkling fairy light everywhere she went did come off a little too whimsical for how he wanted Neverland to appear. You may not personally enjoy that take, but I do think it's one born of creative intent, and it's one I like a lot. And isn't movies daring to take a stance over appealing to the widest possible common denominator something we've been yearning for?
I implore people, if you think you might be interested in this movie, go watch it. Pirate it, if you have to. It's a legitimately good movie that's being screwed over by a complete lack of marketing from Disney and internet chuds reviewbombing every online score because they're still mad about a black Tinkerbell. Trust me, even if the movie isn't setting the world on fire, it deserves better than that. Especially when Little Mermaid is gonna make ten bajillion dollars in a month.

Reviewing Queer Animated Characters With Trauma
Amity fights Hunter in a season 2 episode of The Owl House
Recently, there has been a growing number of queer fictional animated characters with trauma. I decided to examine this trend and offer my thoughts.
Reprinted from The Geekiary, my History Hermann WordPress blog (it will be published there on Dec. 24) and Wayback Machine. This was the forty-first article I wrote for The Geekiary. This post was originally published on June 13, 2022.
Trauma is a common theme in fiction. This makes sense especially for conflict-prone series, either in live-action or animation. Recent years have made this even more pronounced as animation holds an "exceptional potential" to portray trauma, an emotional response to a distressing experience of some kind, unlike other mediums.
I'll examine over 20 characters, who are either confirmed as part of the LGBTQ community or implied as such. The characters described in this article are only a small sample of a larger list of characters. I've only chosen characters in Western animated shows that I have watched to date, as a similar post on anime characters would be as long as this one.
This post contains spoilers for the series that I'm writing about. With that, let me get started!
The Owl House
Luz and Amity dance together as their magic causes the grom monster to explode behind them
This fantasy and horror comedy animated series has trauma at its core. It emphasizes the importance of chosen family and discovering who you are as a person.
The show's protagonist, Luz Noceda (Sarah Nicole-Robles) ends up into a magical world called the Boiling Isles. It is far away from her home and she soon has no way of returning. While she makes friends along the way, what happens to her is, at times, traumatic. In fact, one reviewer even stated that nearly every resident of the Owl House, including Eda Clawthorne (Wendie Malick), King (Alex Hirsch), and Luz, have post-traumatic stress disorder, commonly known as PTSD.
By the second season of the series, Luz has begun a romantic relationship with Amity Blight (Mae Whitman). Luz is confirmed as bisexual by the show's creator, Dana Terrace, while Amity is a lesbian. Her voice actor is pansexual. Additionally, Eda is queer as she was in a relationship with Raine Whispers, a non-binary head witch of the Bard Covern. The voice actor of Raine, Avi Roque, is non-binary as well.
There's also Eda's sister, Lilith, who was recently implied as being asexual by her voice actor, Cissy Jones, the dads of Willow Park (Tati Gabrielle), Gilbert and Harvey, and the mysterious god-like creature named The Collector. The show's creator may have implied the character is non-binary in a recent tweet. Lilith was later confirmed as an aromantic asexual character.
All these characters, and every other character in the series, have trauma on some level. Even the series villain, Emperor Belos (Matthew Rhys), has a mind filled with decades of "triumph, trauma, and loss."
Amphibia
Anne (left) and Sasha (right) fight in the season two finale
This recently-concluded series may seem harmless at first, but there is more below the surface. The three protagonists, Anne Boonchuy (Brenda Song), Marcy Wu (Haley Tju), and Sasha Waybright (Anna Akana) open a magic box. They end up in a wild tropical land known as Amphibia. Their friendship faces strains and hardships, including betrayals, pain, and death.
One of these characters is prominently part of the LGBTQ community: Sasha. Voiced by Akana, a talented voice actress, the show’s creator, Matt Braly confirmed her as bisexual after the show’s finale. This built upon a bisexual sticker on her car's mirror in a final sequence. As it turns out, during an acceptance speech for the Streamy Awards she came out as bisexual, even though she was drunk when she made the speech since she didn’t expect to win the award.
Her character begins the series as a jerk, bully, and almost a villain of sorts. Sasha even fights the show’s protagonist, Anne, her high school friend, and butts heads with Marcy. She later works to make amends and fights King Andrias who has evil plans to take over the world.
Sasha joins other recurring LGBTQ characters, mostly in the show's last season. This includes Frodrick Toadstool and Toadie who have a gay romance, confirmed by the show's creator. Also, Yunan and Lady Olivia become a romantic lesbian couple, while Ally and Jess who run an Internet video channel together. It's also implied that Mr. X, voiced by RuPaul, is gay.
All these characters have some level of trauma in one way or another. At the same time, the series serves as a "form of solace" and can ameliorate trauma often associated with media like The Owl House.
Disenchantment
Bean fights with Gretel, a cannibalistic serial killer, in the season one episode "Faster, Princess! Kill! Kill!"
Although her father, Zog, works through his trauma in the most recent part of this mature animated series, Bean suffers from trauma as well. This is because events which involve a "serious threat to life...and feel beyond a person’s control" fill her life. Examples include loss of a parent, physical violence, sexual assault, military combat, or death of a loved one.
Through her role as princess, and then queen, these events include her father's live burial, an elevator chopping off the head of her friend, and kidnapping of her friend Elfo. She isn't alone with trauma, as her friends also have it as well, as do many other characters within this series. It shows that series is not afraid to tackle mental health as a theme.
In the most recent episodes of this series, she kisses a mermaid named Mora (Meredith Hagner). This romance and others with male characters, including Elfo, indicated she is bisexual or pansexual. She was directly confirmed as bisexual by an official Netflix account. Furthermore, Bean's voice actress, Abbi Jacobson, is also bisexual.
There are other LGBTQ characters in this series, like Odval and Sorcerio. They are a gay couple who live in the Dreamland castle. It is further implied that Big Jo and Porky may have been in a toxic relationship with one another.
All of them experience physical violence, loss, and serious threats to their lives in more ways than one.
High Guardian Spice
Olive and Rose fight in the 9th episode of this series
This series has major themes such as acceptance, togetherness, and discovering one's identity. Rosemary (Briana Leon), has a recurring nightmare where her mother disappeared and left a magical sword behind. Unsurprisingly, she gets nervous when her locket, which has an important family memory, gets lost.
Rosemary isn't alone. Sage (Lauren White) gets nervous when everything doesn't go according to plan. She ends up questioning if she should be at the magic academy and what "right things" she should say to people. The latter is emblematic of her social awkwardness.
Both are implied as being in love with each other, in what some shippers call Sagemary. Since Rosemary shows an attraction to a male student in one episode, she could be bisexual. One of the show's writers and voice actor of Amaryllis, Katie McVay, seemed to imply some the show's characters are bisexual. Parsley (Amber Romero) and Thyme (Michelle Deco) might be lesbian characters. The latter has a crush on a mermaid named Coral in one episode.
Anise and Aloe are a lesbian couple. Haviland Stillwell, a lesbian actress, voices Anise. Then there's Professor Caraway who reveals to Rosemary he is a trans man. The show's creator, Raye Rodriguez, who is a Cuban trans man, voices him. Finally, the snarky student Snapdragon appears to be on the road to transitioning toward a trans woman. Julia Kaye, a comics writer and trans woman, voices her.
Traumatic events shape all these characters and many others. This includes queer-coded characters like the catgirl Olive (Stephanie Sheh), Slime Boy (Julian Koster), and professor Wyverna Dretch (Stillwell).
Legend of Korra
Korra at a low place at beginning of the show's fourth season
Trauma fills this classic, but divisive, anime-inspired series. Trauma affects two of the protagonists, Korra and Asami Sato.
Throughout the series, Korra becomes poisoned, physically traumatized, and emotionally scarred. This manifests itself in her losing her bending abilities and having her friends captured or maimed. Through it all she has to continue fighting as the Avatar, with a duty to keep the peace. One reviewer said that her PTSD storyline is sad, but also "so good", as she survives through her drama which continues to inspire.
This contrasts with Asami. She loses almost everything in the series, from her imprisoned backstabbing father and almost losing her family company. One person argued that Asami's trauma inspires her to "save others from feeling how she felt." This includes Korra, who confides in Asami as she works through her trauma.
In the show's final episode, and subsequently confirmed by show's creators, Korra and Asami become a romantic couple. This was further shown in the graphic novel The Legend of Korra: Turf Wars. The same novel confirmed that Kya, daughter of Katara, is a lesbian. The novel also explores Kyoshi's bisexual romantic feelings.
During the series, Korra and Asami date Mako, a male character, and are good friends with one another. With Korrisami confirmed, both are canonically bisexual.
Final Space
Ash, imbued with the power of Invictus, prepares to strike Little Cato in the show's final episode
One of the protagonists of this cancelled mature animated series manifests trauma more than any other character. Ash Graven (Ashly Burch) is a complex character with a troubled past. Like other protagonists, the destruction of the Earth by the Lord Commander, and near-death experiences, traumatizes her.
Invictus, the show's primary villain, exploits her trauma triggers to great effect. Similar to how triggers for people with PTSD manifest themselves, she lashes out, blames others unfairly, retreats, and her emotions flair.
Before this happens, she bonds with a genderless lifeform trapped in Final Space, named Evra (Jasmin Savoy Brown). Their growing relationship makes clear Ash's romantic orientation as a lesbian. Since the show was not renewed, her relationship with Evra did not progress beyond one episode sequence.
Trauma and tragedy scar the memories and lives of every character in this series. This includes a recurring character named Clarence, confirmed by show creator Olan Rogers as bisexual, and Tribore Menendez, who may be genderfluid.
Just as literature can be a "valid resource" to learn about complex issues like trauma and mental health, with books even playing a role in recovering from mental illness, animated series can tackle the same topics. Final Space is one of those series.
Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts
Fight between Jamack (left) and Wolf (right) in the first episode of this series
This young adult animated series is set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland known as Las Vistas, set in what is now Los Angeles. Animals have morphed into anthropomorphic characters and humans fled underground to burrows. The show's protagonist, Kipo (Karen Fukuhara) is the series' narrative center and a foil for the "world’s trauma and alienation."
Kipo was never confirmed as part of the LGBTQ community. She is traumatized as much as any other character and with her troubled past. Some have headcanoned her as queer, but that is pure speculation.
The show's creator, Radford "Rad" Sechrist said he never thought of Kipo as LGBTQ. She was recently confirmed as a Blasian character. It wasn't directly stated in the series due to a worry by Sehcrist of "whitewashing and lightening black characters". This led to a bit of a hullabaloo online after his clunky response.
She is not the only character who afflicted by trauma. For instance, there's Benson Mekler (Coy Stewart) and Troy Sandoval (Giullian Yao Gioiello). Both later begin a romantic relationship. Sechrist hinted Troy as pansexual at one point. There's additionally Asher Berdacs who is non-binary and voiced by River Butcher, a non-binary actor. Each of them has their own childhood traumas, as does Kipo's friend, Wolf (Sydney Mikayla) and many other characters.
Even a mandrill named Scarlemagne (Dan Stevens), who wants to subjugate humanity, has deep-seated trauma. Any of his cruel acts are not justified by this, but they serve as a reason for what he did. While some object with his redemption of sorts, another villain is his abuser: Dr. Emilia (Amy Landecker), a manipulative and power-hungry scientist. Others have stated that her role as an abuser emphasizes the "potency of early trauma."
Tangled
Cass, using her moonstone powers, stands in front of her throne and speaks to Raps
Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure, called Tangled: The Series in the show's first season, focuses on trauma. The 2010 animated film Tangled, which preceded the series, also explores trauma, toxic parentage, and emotional abuse. Others even employed the terrible tower where Rapunzel "Raps" lives, by force, as a metaphor for stages of abuse.
The series introduces Cassandra "Cass" (by Eden Espinosa), a complex character with trauma and PTSD. She sings about it, declaring she has nothing left to lose as she goes down a "path paved in black." As acknowledged by storyboarder Amber Vanich, lesbian vibes were imbued in her drawings of Cass.
She has a troubled past like Raps. She has the same "mother", causing the show to declare they were "sisters". This couldn't be further from the truth. Gothel, the birth mother of Cass, was Raps' kidnapper, leading to irreparable trauma.
The evil Zhan Tri manipulates her, exploiting her trauma and plays on her triggers. As a result, she lashes out, blames Raps, and her emotions flair, especially when using moonstone powers to fight Raps, with sundrop powers. Often, Cass processes her thoughts and feelings about Raps, sometimes feeling that Raps is holding her back.
In the series finale, she helps Raps to defeat Zhan Tri and both reconcile. While Raps marries Eugene, her boyfriend since the series' beginning, Cass and Raps declare their love for one other. This is presumably platonic as Disney wouldn't allow it otherwise.
There is potential for a series spinoff of Cass, who departs on a journey at the series end, possibly to come to terms with her trauma and atone for her past misdeeds. Some fans have theorized a romantic ending for both characters, shipped as "Cassunzel," say Raps is pansexual or bisexual, or otherwise embrace this ship.
She-Ra and the Princesses of Power
Adora and Catra clashing with one another in the season five opening
Trauma interlaces this now iconic series, a reboot of the 1980s Filmation animated series She-Ra: Princess of Power.
The series centers on Adora and Catra, voiced by Aimee Carrero and AJ Michalka. They begin as friends but continue to have complicated feelings as they are on different sides of the conflict. At the series' end, their romantic relationship begins. They kiss and it saves the world from destruction, canonizing what fans dub "Catradora."
Adora has a specific type of trauma. One reviewer described it as eco-trauma, saying that Adora suffers from treating ecological harm as a form of trauma, something which someone tries to repress to avoid its "painful effects." This repression for Adora is external, as the First Ones impose it on her and attempt to turn the entire planet into a Death Star-like weapon.
Even so, it is through this planet she can access the memories of her predecessor. Light Hope (Morla Gorrondona), Adora's AI guide of sorts, imposed a memory wipe to forget the previous She-Ra, Mara (Zehra Fazal). In the end, Adora doesn't sacrifice her life, but Catra saves her, with both confessing their love for one another.
Trauma continues to follow Adora throughout the series, as she feels unworthy of doing "anything good." In contrast, Catra appears self-assured on the surface, but she becomes plagued by her own doubt and guilt. This causes her to become controlling and aggressive, almost destroying the entire world at one point. More to the point, she spends a majority of the show as a broken and battered woman "defined by her trauma." She makes decisions dictated by her experience with loss rather than from a place of love.
Adventure Time
Marcy in monster form, and Bonnie, fighting together in the episode "Varmints"
Marceline "Marcy" Abadeer is a fan-favorite vampire queen in this animated series. Marcy is more than a wacky character voiced by Olivia Olson. Instead she is a bisexual badass. Her character informed how then-storyboarder Rebecca Sugar told LGBTQ storylines in the future.
Marcy has a long and painful life, with her past trauma defining her. In fact, she becomes a vampire, or more exactly a half-demon, half-vampire multiracial woman in a traumatic way, becoming a source of her misery. She becomes stunted as an 18-year-old and never grows beyond that. Even so, she goes through an emotional journey of sorts, feeling like a monster.
This doesn't happen on her own. She begins a romantic relationship with Princess Bonnibel "Bonnie" Bubblegum (Hynden Walch) in the series finale. The Adventure Time: Distant Lands episode "Obsidian" explores the relationship further. The episode was all the rage in fall 2020. Queer fans who love Bubbline (Bonnie and Marcy) were glad to see more of a focus on their relationship.
In that episode, Marcy grapples with her outer and inner demons, singing to Bonnie that she "always felt like a monster". Bonnie comforts her while she has her own insecurities. They work through her struggles together while Bonnie has her own traumas born from her position as ruler of the Candy Kingdom.
This is not unique to her. Protagonists Finn and Jake, voiced by Jeremy Shada and John DiMaggio, are often thrown into conflict, either with the Lich, or other enemies. Even BMO (Niki Yang), who is a computer/video game console unit, who has no definite gender, becomes traumatized through the series. The Ice King (Tom Kenny), Huntress Wizard (Maria Bumford), Flame Princess (Jessica DiCicco), and many others have trauma, too.
Star Trek: Lower Decks
Mariner fights with her digital self in the episode "Crisis Point"
Beckett Mariner (Tawny Newsome) is a character in this mature sci-fi comedy series. She is a human and an ensign aboard a ship known as the USS Cerritos who likes to buck rules. This is in part because she is the daughter of the ship's captain, Carol Freeman (Dawnn Lewis), even though she is very good at "all things Starfleet."
Although some have argued that her trauma is sometimes played for laughs, the series still explains her motivations. Others have argued that the whole Starfleet crew needs therapy and better mental health care for everything they have gone through. One character, Shaxs (Fred Tatasciore), even dies at the end of one season to save Sam Rutherford (Eugene Cordero).
Mariner breaks protocol as a character, with the most recent season indicating she is bisexual or pansexual. At one point, the show's creator, Mike McMahan, stated that Mariner's former lover was Captain Amina Ramsey. He added that that "every Starfleet officer is probably at the baseline bisexual" in a sense.
She was also shown to have dated a man named Steve Levy. In one Season 2 episode she even declared that she had dated "bad boys, bad girls, bad gender non-binary babes, [and] ruthless alien masterminds" in the past. McMahan confirmed that Mariner will be dating a woman named Jennifer Sh'reyan (Lauren Lapkus) in the show's next season.
Mariner is not the only character with traumatic experiences. The same is the case for the ship's chief engineer, Andy Billups. He may be asexual, as he has no interest in having sex with male or female guards. Other characters are in thrown into conflict-prone situations as well, which are the breeding ground for trauma.
Arcane
Cait and Vi look in horror at Jinx's missile heading toward the Piltover council
Trauma and tragedy fill this mature series. This is balanced with a tone not "too dour" and a plot that doesn't drag the story down. This is a series with themes of class oppression taking place in a world with "no sexism, racism, or homophobia." Human experimentation, acceptance, struggle, and family separation are important themes. There's also depiction of attempted suicide, death, and kidnapping.
The adopted brother of Jinx (Ella Purnell), first known as Powder, taunts her, undermining her self-confidence. This combines with her fear of abandonment and guilt after some of her adopted family dies, causing her to become traumatized. She is still haunted by what happened in the past. Silco taps into these feelings, raising Jinx as her own. He doesn't fault her for lashing when when triggered, even when it threatens his own operations.
She isn't the only one affected by trauma. For Violet "Vi" (Hailee Steinfeld), this comes from her rough childhood living in the undercity, and separation from her sister, Jinx. For Caitlyn "Cait" Kiramman (Katie Leung), she has to deal with the pressure of working as an enforcer for the upper city of Piltover and new pressures of the undercity. This includes tense, stressful, and violent situations, especially with Vi.
Although some criticized its depiction, there is no doubt that in this series, Cait and Vi have romantic feelings for one another. It is what fans call "CaitVi," "Violyn" or the official moniker, "Piltover's Finest", with over 10,000 subscribers to subreddits for the pairing. In the aftermath of the end of the last season, Vi and Cait will likely have to pick up the pieces after Jinx assassinated the council members of Piltover.
gen:LOCK
Fight between Madrani (left) and "Sinclair" (right)
Like Arcane, this sci-fi mecha action series is mature and filled with sorrow. Due to a generally negative audience response and a subreddit which has turned against the show, renewal is unlikely. HBO Max and Rooster Teeth threw the show to the wolves. For all its faults, the series depicts trauma unlike any other, so it deserves a mention in this article.
Val/entina 'Val' Romanyszyn, who is a genderfluid and pansexual woman voiced by Asia Kate Dillon, goes through a lot in the series. The man she loves, Kazu Iida (Kōichi Yamadera), dies in front of her, and she watches countless others get injured or killed.
She is not alone in this. A demon named Nemesis, in the head of the show’s protagonist, Julian Chase (Michael B. Jordan) torments him throughout the series. It turns out that he is only a copy of his original self and the "demon" is another copy. Even so, he comes to terms with Nemesis and sees it as another part of himself.
Trauma and the subconscious are major themes in this series. Other members of Chase’s team, Cameron 'Cammie' MacCloud (Maisie Williams) and Yasamin 'Yaz' Madrani (Golshifteh Farahani) are also traumatized. Fighting the purportedly "evil" Union deeply affects Cammie, Yaz, Kazu, and Val, as does stresses from their lives before the war. The same is the case for Robert Sinclair, a fighter for the Polity and later a guerrilla. The show's second season reveals that he has a boyfriend.
Some reviewers have stated that the series has "mental illness, trauma recovery, technological intimacy and identity" at its center. Others said that the series has characters with distinct personalities who have to tackle their own trauma.
Closing thoughts
There are many other examples of characters with trauma who are part of the LGBTQ community, such as Daisy in Magical Girl Friendship Squad, and Fry and Hamburg in Kid Cosmic to give two examples.
There are other characters who struggle with trauma, although it is harder to pin them into the LGBTQ community apart from headcanons. Take, for example, Beck in Tron:Uprising, Reagan Ridley in Inside Job, and Ron Stoppable in Kim Possible.
I would be remiss to not mention Steven Universe in the series of the same name. Due to his fighting against corrupted Gems and Gem warriors, he develops trauma. This is further explored in the limited 2019-2020 series, Steven Universe Future, which brings trauma to the forefront. He attempts to come to terms with and address the traumatic incidents which plague his mind.
In the end, more series with mature themes and LGBTQ characters suggests that characters racked with trauma are in the cards.

A Desperate Attempt at Deflection
This group need to work out their issues and actually talk together. If this keeps on the entire season, there will be changes with the cast.
I’ve noticed that Gizelle Bryant is more muted this season. I’ve noticed that most of the women don’t interact with each other.
Gizelle needs to drop the “Chris Bassett made me uncomfortable” thing already!
Andy Cohen even asked if they were living in the Victorian era!
I don’t even know what she wants from Candiace Dillard Bassett, but what Candiace deserves from Gizelle is an apology.
Be done with it!
The only ones who are sharing the true life right now is Nneka Ihim and Mia Thornton.
Mia is going through some serious shit.
She went to couple therapy with Gordon Thornton, and they’re of different opinions when it comes to their situation.
The attorney who had handled their property sale, stole their money, and when they had reported it, he committed suicide!
Mia blames herself and she’s tortured by the thought if they ruined his life over money.
She also admitted that she had attained divorce papers, but it didn’t seem like she had signed them or filed them, and Gordon didn’t appear shocked by the news.
After Mia had had an emotional conversation with Robyn Dixon about this, she’s immediately met with the mean tweets Wendy Osefo’s mom posted about her.
Like, give the girl a break!
But when Nneka had told Robyn about the shrine and that Wendy’s mom was praying against people, Robyn started to think if her name was on the shrine as well.
Because of everything that has gotten wrong the last couple of years.
This curse thing is going to gain a life of its own it’s not resolved soon.
It seemed like Wendy tried to confuse the women with all the information Nneka had.
But Nneka did catch her in a lie.
There’s footage of her praising Lebe, Nneka’s cousin-in-law, yet she tried to claim that she’s not her friend.
I do think Wendy and Eddie Osefo are lying about not knowing Nneka and Ikenna Ihim.

story of my life.
You’re a family of pedo lineage minus internal logic or heart.
Harry and Meg use Europe in their press to symbolize rope and rape. No vacation home for the divorcing couple. Why combo media for a psychotic pairing whose husband publishes X-rated messages on his X-website? I wish to disrupt every facet of their life.
Born and raised in Los Angeles with a Dad who was a television lighting director, Megin knew me and my old-time story. That’s well established. What are the odds that her National Enquirer family—with their royal perks of magazine interviews, morning chat shows, hosting The Kinsey African American Art and History Collection in Los Angeles where mom, Doria, the mother who gives the media as many nuanced quotes on the fraught nonexistent racist abuse of her daughter as she does about yoga, posed with Tina Knowles, The Diary of Princess Pushy sister book deal, that sister’s defamation lawsuit in Florida, meritless and princely, her brother on Big Brother VIP, an outcast father’s heart attack and papped “Images of Britain” reading pics inside an internet café, then that ticker story retraction—all know Tom and I and are limelight sellouts?
Since 1995, Murdle has displayed such range to inhabit the roles of two different characters named Megan. In 2009, Meg guest-starred on Knight Rider, or KR, the remake of a tv show I never watched because I was a toddler. She played Annie Ortiz, a cagefighter. Keen sense of irony.
Although feminist studies on sex can be strict, role models should quite literally have lots of sex. However, if you embark on a high culture, holier-than-thou royal protocol tour, greeting young devotees alongside the gentleman you knew ruined a girl and inspires thousands of deaths and famed suicides as he pays your baby bills with seedy tech money, you should have the pedigree and resume worth emulating.
She was Wendy in the rebooted 90210 series. The sexual explicitness didn’t make it into the Oprah interview:
https://metro.co.uk/2017/03/13/meghan-markles-raunchiest-role-to-date-sees-her-performing-a-sex-act-in-a-car-from-2008-episode-of-90210-6506457/
This is the monarchy’s Meghan lipgloss that smears story.
On YouTube, there’s a video of mouthiness: "2008 Meghan Markle in a saucy scene in the first episode of 90210."
Henry Charles Mountbatten-Windsor and his purist wife joined together in falsehood for titles, revenue, babies—and for Harry—movie-star vindictiveness and prudish slut Internet slurs aimed at my already stymied life at 51. It’s been eight years. Our worldview is that they’re defrauding, hypocritical representatives who cause suicide. Academy Award winners and Nobel laureates have shunned the spotlight to live in fade-out reclusiveness. 90210 Wendy can do this, too.
The Duke and Duchess of royal family duty need to be taken down a peg socially. Tell her he tweets eloquently about fucking another woman from his full-time tech.
On Twitter, Prince Harry is Brooks Otterlake. Harry parlayed this guy into an Orson film. It can be confusing. Per review (https://www.rogerebert.com/reviews/the-other-side-of-the-wind-2018), Netflix distributed the restoration of an old film by Harry the same year as the royal wedding. How does the contract madman who torments kids on the Internet with Nutella death threats, responsible for terrorism, produce a movie in absentia about my rape during a honeymoon?
On Twitter, my childhood triplex wrestler:
Ironic - as a child, I was enthralled by the WWE..... yet today, it is I, who must "wrestle mania"
Young on ice show:
I don't think we're done hearing about the Toronto Maple Leafs. I have a feeling they'll be playing hockey for many years to come!
Royally sexing, though, not his wife:
My experimental novel "Megan, a Stallion" has been moved to my cancelled projects folder because it would be too good and discourage other people from writing.
google.
Their meager wedding of egotism kills kids—Meg Thomas, 13, on Oct 30, 2018, five months after the royal nuptials, committed suicide at home in Leeton Shire, New South Wales, Australia.
Your love life is a lie.
She’s shitty at her job.
DIVORCE.

Ethics of social media
In the online space it has become a trend to be snarky with your responses. They are often tweets from brands that end up going viral as you would not expect for a large company to respond like a moody teen. This was made very popular by Wendys, they seem to have moved away from this strategy but do sometimes respond to things in a more silly or childish way like this response to twitter user @objecti_5 saying “Mhm” to a tweet that just reads “Chicken Sandwich”. This is a trend we can see a lot from airline brand Ryanair. For example responding to popular Youtuber @RyanTrahan when they quote retweeted him saying “so needy” when asking for a compliment on twitter. Another example of them doing this is yet another quote retweet response to user @Chris_nonumbers telling him “dream bigger, Chris” in response to a photo of them being in a row by themselves and saying “Today, I lived the impossible dream”.
There have been cases of poor ethics as in the Dr.DisRespect situation where he was canceled due to claims he was a predator and was also cheating on his wife. He had responded to these claims on twitter but this tweet has since been deleted. There were numerous tweets made about the situation such as that made by user @chrissyxchi posting about her opinions about the situation and some of her own personal findings. There have also been rather blatant cases of manipulation with the use of AI images/deep fakes. There have been images and videos of political leaders of them doing unsavory things and spreading misinformation. There are even laws being put into place in the state of California to force social media to take action against it.
If I was to join a social media team I would like to be a part of the social media team for the game Omega Strikers. I think they seem like a good team to be a part of and exhibit ethical behavior. I believe this because they seem very genuine and kind as well as grateful for their community. They repost fanart of their characters on twitter or posting it with credit on their instagram. They also do not speak on things outside of their expertise or on topics not pertaining to their game, thus not stirring up controversy in their community. They also run the account in an often silly way making it not seem like tweets from a corporation but rather a real person like anyone else and they take real note of what their community wants and enjoys.
Another brand that I believe shows off good social media ethics is GamerSupps. They don’t just support themselves but they work with many different content creators big and small and from many different kinds of content creation. They retweet posts from their partners mentioning their brand, potentially bringing more eyes to those creators. There was also a controversy involving the release of one of their flavors, specifically the art on the tub. Normally when there is any art involved with their products they link to the artists social media account in the product description but for this product there was no such link. There were also many who believed the art to be AI generated. Reddit user u/countrybumpkincospla even posts a photo outline every spot where they think the AI claim would make sense. In response to the backlash, the company said the flavor would never be restocked and made a public apology about how much they hate AI generated art and will work to be better in working with artists and publicly crediting them.
In the case of influencers being ethical two good examples would be MBT and Mista GG. MBT is a very positive voice not just for the Yu-Gi-Oh community but also for the LGBTQ+ community as well as he is openly bisexual. He also is someone who talks about politics quite often, even having a video posted where he plays Yu-Gi-Oh and speaks with a member of congress. Often speaking on politics is the downfall of many online but for MBT on his many platforms of Youtube, Twitch, Twitter, and even his podcast he shows a level of understanding and competency in the space to not spread misinformation or disinformation while also being able to continue being humorous without running the risk of spreading anything through misunderstood satire. Mista GG is a Youtuber and Twitch streamer who I also find very ethical. He navigates tough topics like his thoughts on a trend of simply beating up predators for views in a video on his second channel Mista G Dubs while making it clear it is just his take, not trying to put an agenda trough his position even respectfully saying he is not the target audience for that kind of content. He also watches and reviews movies and notes every video that he is not a professional thus to not mislead viewers who may be unfamiliar with him into thinking he is a professional movie reviewer and that he is just giving his personal opinion on the film.
For my own personal conduct I feel it is important for me to maintain trust with the people who follow me, I post more amateur edits of gameplay clips and when I say I am going to post soon I plan to adhere to that even is others say it does not matter if it am true to my word or not. I also feel it is important for me to not post about topics I would be more ignorant on as I personally do not like to spread lies online but also for potential employers to see me posting my opinion on current events and for me to maybe have a stance built on lies or misunderstandings that reflects poorly on myself. In the same vein I want to avoid Misappropriation. I can try and avoid this by doing sufficient research when big events happen and choosing if and when I post about them so as not to cause conflict with peers, family, or potential employers. I can also continue to refrain from dealing in unsavory activities. I also want to avoid having negative ripple effects. This means I have to be mindful that others may see my work and to not post things online that may, even if not offensive or hurtful to me, may be hurtful to others.
Transparency, when a project is not on tract making sure I communicate this with my community.
Avoid Monotony, keeping my ideas fresh and improving my work and innovation with help me be a better social media user
Do not engage with narcissism, I will avoid hyper fixating on engagement on my page like follows and likes and will avoid pushing my name to a point where it is bothersome for those who engage with me.
I will acknowledge that when entering a conversation under a post or about a topic online that I am not the star of the show and that we are all there to converse about something we had an interest in.
I will maintain proper etiquette and treat others as I would want to be treated.

Red teamers know the true value of support network, around the world.
Louis is super cool, he's French and lives in Australia. As a CEO, he will provide vouchers for Hack the DJ contest, next year.
Dave told me to contact him, many months before Wendy initiated the first encounter, last year. We were doing our usual shenanigans on Twitter, and I ended up exchanging tweets about Boeuf Bourguignon with Louis, which ended up with a video call.
He advised me to contact Renaud, whose team organizes Hexacon.
Don't hesitate to schedule a call
I can confirm, Nico who's Argentinian, and who worked with Dave, initiated this wonderful idea, and I had the pleasure to be lyfted up with his advice.

I think sapphicsticxted should be the last one to talk about this matter when she's actually a Wakgae who looked down on others members especially Yermseul, WR shipper who repeatedly thrown Irene under the bus and now move onto Joy to use her as a shipping fodder - 10:49 PM · Jun 5, 2023

because she can't living without shipping her fave to other people. 1. The one who first called Joy pregnant and spread misinformation about it was a Wenrene shipper. Just check the timestamp, was tweeted 3 days before Joy's health announcement. 10:49 PM · Jun 5, 2023

Right. And this too 3 days ago, making up rumors about 💚 pregnancy, was called out but still not deleting the tweet while even linking Crush's depression to 💚's absence. 6:25 PM · Apr 26, 2023

2. Blaming off Wendy? when most of those tweets came from casual stans who have always been a Wendy anti and just using Seulgi to hate on her. Not even given engagements by Seulmates and most are actually deleted now if you look it up. Seulmates even helped it ratioing. 10:49 PM · Jun 5, 2023

3. Following their favs around is what Wenrene shipper APCU2921 did when she stalked Wenrene in Switzerland and shamelessly sold off the pictures to y'all. 10:49 PM · Jun 5, 2023

4. Seulgi was never harassed in fancalls. Always has a healthy interaction with Seulmates but of course you wouldn't know it because you're an anti. The real harassers are from your own kind who can stomach insulting your own fave even in bubble. 10:49 PM · Jun 5, 2023

6. Supporting pedophiles? That never even happened when we Seulmates have been trying to report this account since 2022 (xinangfcagn127) but because they're a multi who just happened to draw Seulgi y'all concluded it's a Seulmate and the reason why - 10:49 PM · Jun 5, 2023

it's hard to suspend because it's a multi who has been getting large engagements by drawing other female idols too. 10:49 PM · Jun 5, 2023

Wishing certain member/s to get k!IIed/harmed is what Wluvs have been doing too going as far to wish Irene and Seulgi to break their ankles and catch cov!d, blamed YermJoyRene for Wendy catching cov!d in 2022 calling them all sorts of names, etc. 10:49 PM · Jun 5, 2023

sapphicsticxted If you're gonna be pretentious and insert Joy's name in a fanwar that doesn't involve her just so you can be excused in using her as a shipping fodder, at least mention what Wendyluvs did in her bubble message during her solo. 10:50 PM · Jun 5, 2023

Welcome!
Recently, the wonderful (and dedicated) Becks Kobel from Washington State, a death positive genealogist (and historian), asked Italian genealogists to name their surnames, noting that she was working "on an Italian line." Many people, whether family historians like Chris Russo, Josh, Wendy L. Callahan, Renee Pizzo, Ina Neugebauer, Zoe Krainik, Ashley Senske, and Chris Ferraiolo, professional genealogists like Derk Doran Wood, and other individuals (Olivia Meikile, "Ms Redacted," and Florian Straub) shared their surnames. But, for me, the idea to create this blog was born, along with the sharing of various resources on immigration in the 20th century (see here, here, and here), writing that "I've been thinking abt a new genealogy blog that focuses on my dad's side of the family, including one on my Italian ancestors." This is that blog! I've already briefly mentioned this before on Twitter, noting how "my great-grandfather worked on the S.S. Grand View Point Hotel (otherwise known as the Ship Hotel) with an Emilio Rosso," adding that "it's so important there us [sic] even a Wikipedia page on it (which I made extensive edits too, of course)." I've also tweeted a photograph of my ancestor, Annetta Rose "Nita" (or "Anita") Baccarini, who was born December 20, 1909 in Kiskiminetas Township, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, and went to college. However, her life was short-lived as she died on August 31, 1932 in Avonmore, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, of pneumonia, after she had graduated, at the age of 22! Here's the photograph:
Originally posted on Jun. 16, 2019 on the WordPress version of this blog.
I then shared a photo of my grandmother, Lena Adelaide (Franci) Hermann (1922-2005), who was 100% Italian, considered "second-generation" (I'll talk about that in a later post) and sent the following photo to my grandfather when he was building bridges in the Republic of Korea (ROK) in 1946-7:
And with that, the blog is off!

Okay so. Abe announced he and Wendy were getting divorced this afternoon. I saw it like right when I was going to have to make lunch before work.
It was just crazy cause I was lurking a known crazy twitter like less than 3 hours before and they claimed they were broken up and I rolled my eyes cause no way. No fucking way. Then the tweet appeared. And I search Wendy Abe on twitter and it's been quietly speculated and no one has really played with Wendy since their social media break.
And I see Abe's bio is Be back soon or smth and I'm like has Abe been gone? Is he going away? And I don't have TIME but what. the. hell. I know Wendy has been active on twitter/streaming.
So I went to work, tried to look when I could, came home, showered, watched Abe's stream, etc.
They took their social media break in May post Wendy going to EDC for a month then she deleted all the wedding photos
Abe feels like he has done everything in his power to make things work
He's been living with Ryan in Vegas, working on himself, feels very good about himself, streams will be returning
Currently staying with OTV, streamed from the roomies place
EVERYONE is sending him love and a lot of people are unfollowing Wendy on Insta(Rae unfollowed her on Twitter). Abe said we could make conclusions based on group dynamics and stuff
Idk if it was cheating or toxicity but it seems very likely Wendy fucked up(Now I want Wendy's...)
I'm not going to put onto the internet what I think it might be because for all we know there was issues we had no idea about.
WAIT I want to check something... She had to rely on chat to not turn Sebastian in. She considered it. She's trash(Wait did Leslie... Well Leslie is different. if she did she's okay).
All the love to Abe and some love to Wendy cause losing everything in one fell swoop is rough.
I'll delete my Wendy/Abe stuff soon. I'm too exhausted today to mess with it. I like legit might call in next Monday cause I'm so pissed at something the guys did tonight and it hit because it was a Monday. But we'll see. It depends on scheduling for next week too.
