“ when I feel well, I can take care of myself and connect with others.” Yesterday during the wellness recovery action plan activity, we made collages of what keeps us well and what we are like. If it takes me a really long time to get simple things done and to take care of myself, then I know that I need to up my game. Of course, with chronic anxiety and fatigue, it nearly always takes me longer than most to get chores done, but if I can make a to do list and follow it, then I know I’m doing pretty good.
