Hey, if you do crafts (especially things like crochet, knitting, embroidery, etc), make sure to look up how to identify when a listing is AI generated. You do NOT want to waste money on an incredible looking kit or pattern that is physically impossible to make, especially if you're on sites like etsy hoping to support an actual artist.

#as an embroiderer: big red flags are curved straight or satin stitches #stitches that you cannot identify or figure out at all #thread that fades into other colors #backgrounds that match the piece weirdly well (like a floral embroidery piece with a matching vase and flowers on the table)#and a lack of videos of the piece and photos from other angles

Peeta buring the bread and tossing some to her then taking a beating from his mom is a HUGE thing in the books.#he used his resources to help her like you all said someone should.#district 12 DID (rip) care about Katniss before the hunger games. why do you think she was allowed to hunt? or how her trades were good #these are the little ways 12 can shows Katniss they love her. but again Katniss doesn't see this and YES its because she had ptsd before the #hunger games as well. i swear some of you make it seem like d12 was all living a life of luxury and glaring down at Katniss.#other things that show Katniss is in hight standing with at least her people of d12 is her dad was known enough through d12 for peeta dad to #comment on his singing along with his commenting on her mom. also her mom is a healer in the community. yeah her parents arnt the top but #of d12 but they are/were definitely high staning in the Seam.

I finally took the time to photograph my vintage dip pen nib collection, and I need to share with you all how wonderful and diverse their designs are.

These two are my favorite. Just look at them! One of them is named Gorille and the other Mephisto, but to me they're little pumpkins.

And of course you gotta love the Pinocchio nib. You get to write with the nose of a tiny guy! Just not something you get to do anymore.

#I collect them because they come in fun shapes but they're also incredibly nice to use #all the ones I own write impressively smoothly #even the most flexible and fine pointed nibs #I have a ton of modern nibs as well (like a lot) and smoothness plus flexibility is not a common trait combo #good object #dip pens

i just lost my medical insurance for being governmentally recognized as transgender.

my head's never been so quiet. there's just nothing. my head is empty. i'm out of ideas and will. i'm out of motivation. everything is gone. there's nothing left. i feel so empty and numb. i can't even cry over this. there's nothing i can do. i don't feel anything. i'm not sad, i'm not angry. i just feel defeated. the government hates me and there's nothing i can do about it. i was sitting in my room for an hour just staring at my bed after i found out. there's nothing i can do. i've lost hope. i just want to be normal so the government doesn't do shit like this. i don't know if i'll ever medically transition. if things don't get fixed, i might have to governmentally detransition too. is this really what people voted for? is this what people wanted? i'm fucked. all i can do is sit in my room and stare. there's nothing in my head. everything you're reading is all i've thought about for the past hour.
