What did I meal prep for the week? 💃🏼⁣ ⁣ If you know me well, you know I am a HUGE planner. If I don’t have my meals planned for the week, I find myself stressed and leaning towards convenient and unhealthy food. ⁣ ⁣ I’ve learned I need to prep! Here are the foods I prepped for the week! 👇🏻 ⁣ ⁣ Snacks ⁣ ✅Smoothie bowl⁣ 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 handful spinach, 1 scoop vanilla collagen protein, 1 tbsp almond butter, ice, and 1 cup almond milk. ⁣ ⁣ ✅Yogurt goodness⁣ So Delicious coconut yogurt, 1 scoop bone broth protein, and Purely Elizabeth granola on top! ⁣ ⁣ ✅Protein balls⁣ Comment below if you need the recipe! ⁣ ⁣ ✅Honey crisp apple with almond butter and cinnamon. ⁣ ⁣ Lunch👇🏻 ⁣ ⁣ ✅ BBQ pulled chicken with homemade coleslaw and air fryer potatoes.⁣ ⁣ Dinner ⁣ ✅Breakfast hash - breakfast sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms, hash browns, and two eggs!⁣ ⁣ ✅Date night to celebrate some work milestones. ❤️⁣ ⁣ ✅Chicken pesto - rice noodles, zucchini, mushrooms, pesto, and chicken breast. ⁣ ⁣ ✅Protein waffles and eggs!
