Back on my ADHD meds! Woohoo.
After going 5 months without any of my ADHD medication (which I was only put on a year previously) due to the shortages, I am finally back on my medication. Right now, I feel very unmotivated, tired and apprehensive however, last time when I was on my medication for a while so many positives were starting to happen such as exercising healthily, losing weight and stopping smoking.
Whilst I have been off my tabs I have gained some weight and started smoking again and I've felt more defeated than ever for a while - and so, I am excited to get back to where I was eventually and improve massively.
Now starting preparation for 2025 where I am trying to manifest:

For breakfast I just had raw cherry tomatoes and a potato with hot sauce and nooch
For lunch broccoli and potato.
And I blended a bunch of tomatoes to make a spinach potato curry. I had that for supper. Ended up with a free dinner that���s as a cauliflower/sweet potato/tofu rice bowl. It had peanuts in it so it wasn’t necessarily low fat but it was good.
I’m interested to see how much progress I make in 30 days. Dr. McDougall says this should be continued until reaching your goal weight.
