This home looks like a combination Tudor/Castle, but it's an Equestrian Estate and an Elizabethan style manor house with 2 caretaker homes, a carriage house with groom's quarters, a yoga studio, a 12, 000 sq. ft. stable, greenhouse and more. Built in 1860 in Pawling, New York, it has 17bds, 9.5ba., and a total of 43 rooms. $6.5M.

Wow, look at the stone walls and wood carvings.

It's very classic- a sitting room with rich wood paneled walls, beamed ceilings and leaded glass windows.

Wow, this is some dining room with an interesting fireplace, wainscoting, and ceiling. That's a table for 14. Geez.

Beautiful huge sun porch with views of the grounds.

Don't know what this little sitting area is, but it sure is fancy.

Gets more modern in here.

This is cute, a little sunroom.

Like the kitchen- look at the old water heater in the corner and the vintage stove. This is such a classic vintage French country kitchen, I wonder if they'll leave the map of France.

The primary bedroom has a full size sitting room.

This bedroom has a full-size living room and a dining alcove.

Looks like all the bedrooms have sitting areas.

Like the ceilings in the upper floor bedrooms. So cozy.

Nice family room. Love the castle look.

Look at this, it has a chapel.

Nice billiard room with built-in seating, book shelves and a fireplace.

This is the children's wing with creepy circus murals on the hallway walls.

Love the vintage baths.

They have antique cars in carriage house.

Must be the stables.

The barn and horse buildings look like they need some work.

The property is 25.5 acres. Actually $6.5M isn't that bad for all of this.

OMG, my dreamhouse. This home in New Orleans is gorgeous, b/c I love 'em old inside, full of patina and character. It has 5bds, 4.5ba and is listed for $1.450M. Good thing someone bought it, b/c I can't afford it, anyway.

As soon as I saw this entrance hall, I fell in love. I love this look.

Crazy about these 2 rooms. I wonder if the plants convey b/c they're perfection. This is incredible, it's all original. I can't believe they didn't make it brand new.

They fixed up the pool room, but they left the molding and floor untouched. Maybe this room was in such bad shape they had to fix it.

The kitchen is fabulous. It's not renovated whatsoever. Look at the original sink and vintage stove. There's also a bed in here.

Oh, this room is glorious. It's like a conservatory. Love the flooring, too.

Wow, look at the guest powder room under the stairs. I don't really like that rusty sink, though. It's cute, but I would have to try to clean it up more.

The home has a courtyard and another wing.

This is lovely. Original shiplap, beautiful view of the garden, and I love the fixtures in the bathroom, plus the floor.

This is so nice. The bedroom opens to the courtyard and I love the fireplace.

Isn't this stunning? The main bd has a sitting room, a little mini kitchenette, a double fireplace, and spiral stairs.

The bathroom is small, but it's cute.

Wow, here's a spacious room with an en-suite. Look at the rusty tin ceiling.

What happened here? Who put up a new bath with vintage fixtures?

This must be an attic room.

Wow, cool workroom.

The courtyard is so nice- pool, hot tub, sitting area, and look at the lovely balcony.

They put a container in the yard, painted it purple, and made it a fabulous guest house.

Or, it could be someone's bedroom/bath. This is so cool. And, look at the vintage sink, plus how can you not love a Medusa shower curtain?

Wow, I didn't realize this home was so large, looking at it from the front.

Wem gehört die ePA?

Gilt das Beschlagnahmeverbot auch für die ePA?

Im Gesetz steht, dass Jede/r in diesem Jahr eine ePA bekommt, wenn nicht rechtzeitig - also jetzt sofort - widersprochen wurde. In der ePA speichert der behandelnde Arzt die Gesundheitsdaten des Patienten. Die Akte wird durch die Gematik in der Telematik-Infrastruktur gespeichert.

Einerseits sind es die Daten des Patienten,

andererseits speichert der Arzt und

letztendlich liegen die Daten auf irgendwelchen Servern.

Für ärztliche Unterlagen und Aufzeichnungen über Patienten gibt es in der Strafprozessordnung (StPO) in § 97 ein Beschlagnahmeverbot. Dieses wurde nach Einführung der eGK, der elektronischen Gesundheitskarte, sogar auf diese noch einmal erweitert. Für die ePA hat man sich diese Einbeziehung leider gespart.

Nun erleben wir, dass z.B. Carsten Linnemann (CDU) in einem Interview mit dem Deutschlandfunk feststellte, dass es "ein großes Defizit in Deutschland" sei, dass es keine "Raster" für psychisch kranke Gewalttäter gibt. Vor solchen Listen und Zugriffen auf Gesundheitsdaten warnt der frühere Datenschutzbeauftragte von Schleswig-Holstein, Thilo Weichert, wie Heise.de schreibt: "Die Möglichkeit eines polizeilichen Zugriffs auf die Daten von psychisch Kranken zwecks Schutzes vor Attentaten oder Amokläufen wäre ein gewaltiges Sicherheitsrisiko: Seelisch Kranke würden sich – aus Angst vor der Polizei – oft nicht mehr in die Behandlung begeben, mit der das Ausleben angestauter Aggression verhindert werden kann. ..."

Nun muss man leider abwarten, bis Gerichte entschieden haben, ob die Daten in der ePA ebenfalls unter das Beschlagnahmeverbot fallen. Im verlinkten Artikel wird noch im einzelnen geprüft, wie hoch das Schutzniveau ist, je nachdem wer als Besitzer der Daten angesehen wird. Leider widersprechen sich die Antworten je nach Befragten.
