Linkin Park's "one more light" 🎇has been playing on repeat as I gathered physical and mental strength to get back to my yoga and routines. So it was fitting to arrive for first day of my practice to see these beautiful lights lighting up the bali dawn and reminding me how yoga is my weapon of light. No matter how heavy things get, if I get back to it, it will bring me home. By being disciplined and dedicated to my own practice, hopefully I can bring that light to others still struggling with the darkness.
