요리명: 홍콩식 마파 부두

재료: 두부 1모 , 돼지고기

, 대파 , 양파 , 식용유

1. 두부는 깍뚝 썰고,

대파와 양파는 얇게 썰어

준비해 줘요

2. 프라이팬에 물을 붓고

깍뚝썬 두부를 익힌 후

뜰채를 이용해 건져 내주어요

3. 팬에 기름을 두른 후 고기가

적당히 익을 때까지 볶아주어요

4. 어느 정도 고기가 익으면 대파와

양파를 넣고 2분 더 볶아주어요

5. 마지막으로 소스를 붙고

익혀주면 홍콩식 마파 부두 완성!

마파두부를 자주는 아니지만

종종 만들어 먹는 편이라서 입에

그 맛이 어느 정도 익숙해져 있어요

이번 요리를 하면서 내가 만든 요리의

맛과 새미네를 비교를 하며 먹어 보았는데요

일단 큰 차이가 없어 놀랐고요

그리고 소스 만드는데 들어가는 큰 수고

없이 빠르게 만들어지는 것도 참 좋았어요

다만 엑기스식 소스라 간을 맞추지 않으면

살짝 짜거나 느끼할 수 있으니 물양을

잘 조절하셔서 조리하시면 참 좋을 것 같아요

마지막으로 내 취향에 어울리는 양념을

더 첨가 해주시면 더 맛있게 먹을 수 있을 것 같답니다

Many people know that I am a music enthusiast. When I was 8 years old, I accidentally clicked “What Makes You Beautiful” by One Direction on YouTube. And because of that, I would never be the person I am today. They made me explore different genres of music and I was able to meet, connect, and even made lots of friends through online. It has been a big part of my life and it is my way to communicate with others by expressing my thoughts and feelings. The message of the song, the loudness, the volume, the tempos, and melodies, it can all convey intensity and power of my emotion, as well as anger, sadness, happiness, excitement, and serenity.

Let me give you an example, the song “One More Light” by Linkin Park. It has a very deep and hauntingly beautiful message. Chester Bennington, a genius that created history but instead of battling the war, he lost and took his life. (RIP, Legend) He tells us that this song is all about dealing with the loss of a loved one is the hardest thing that we are about to go through. This is not just about grieving someone that died because of suicide but in general. This is a warning to others not to ignore the signs when someone is acting different than the usual. 

“Who cares if one more light goes out? Well I do…”

- We are all a light to someone else and it would be a big loss they will feel if that light turned off. Communicate if you must. We will never know when it will be the last time we talk to them.

Imagine the power of music that gives us. It is beautiful and it carries different meanings behind it. We listeners are the receiver and the artists are the messengers.

Posiblemente todo el que tenemos en este mundo. Por eso, quiero compartir algo contigo hoy. . Como mencioné hace poco, unos años atrás planifiqué una manera muy sádica de suicidarme. Muy cerca estuve de envenenarme con un cóctel de detergentes y desinfectantes pero para la gloria de Dios, finalmente no me atreví a beber semejante mezcla mortal. . El suicidio ha sido una idea constante en mi vida. Experimenté el odio y autodestrucción de una manera contundente y el no querer vivir ha estado presente muchas veces. Mucho tiempo. . Incluso desde hace unos meses me he descubierto sin respirar. Literalmente. Al punto de marearme y obligarme desde el pensamiento a accionar mis pulmones. . 𝙔𝙖𝙨𝙢𝙞𝙧𝙖, 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙖 me digo en todos los tonos posibles y cuando vuelvo a concentrarme en una tarea, dejo de respirar otra vez hasta que me digo nuevamente: ¡𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙋𝙄𝙍𝘼, 𝘾𝙊Ñ𝙊! . Mi terapeuta sugiere que inconscientemente el deseo de morir sigue allí, puesto de manifiesto dando la pelea contra mis nuevas ganas de vivir. . Un buen día me desperté enamorada de la vida. Fue necesario encontrarme cara a cara con Dios y entregarle mi corazón a Jesús. . Desde entonces cada día es un reto delicioso de experimentar. . La incertidumbre y el miedo se han ido convirtiendo en motivos, más que en obstáculos... Y eso a mi parecer es brutal. . Le encontré lo bonito a reír a carcajadas desde la espontaneidad y no fingiendo para encajar. Dejó de darme pena el estar a punto de caer. Me di cuenta de que me fascina ser un bicho raro 😝😝😝. Y he ido agarrándole el gustico a abrazar. . Ya estoy por abarcar el espacio disponible, así que para terminar te pido que: ✓Te mires al espejo y te digas que te amas. ✓Abraces sin pena. ✓Grites sin que nada importe. ✓Canta para que el mundo escuche. ✓Despéinate.
