Natasha’s heart ached at the sight of your distress. She pressed a gentle kiss to your forehead. “ Y/n, no, don't you dare apologize," Natasha replied firmly, her tone leaving no room for doubt. The unconventional marriage between Yugo and Amalia.

Before I jump into it, I’m going to first talk about my personal thoughts on this moment:

Now that we got that out of my system, let’s begin explaining what happened.

The scene starts with Yugo and Amalia, holding a bouquet of flowers, walking side by side together.

At first, I thought she was carrying the flowers for Armand’s grave but it turns out that they were both walking together TO THEIR WEDDING.

(now that I think about it, it actually makes sense that Amalia won’t be carrying flowers for Armand’s tree grave cuz like…she’s a sadida. Giving flowers to another sadida, especially a DEAD ONE sounds very disrespectful lol)

I’m guessing there was a slight time skip between the necrome war and the wedding because we can see Armand’s tree, which had been just a bud in Amalia’s hands during the fight, look like it grew up a bit underneath his parents’ tree shades.

Once the two walk up to the altar, they stand side by side and hold hands while facing the others who have come for them. We can see the Percedal family with Poo, Cleophee with Black Ink and Elaine, Dathura, Renate and Canar (Amalia’s two closest servants), Alibert with Grougal, Chibi, Adamaï, and Ruel. As well as Kerubim and Atcham (Joris doesn’t seem to be there though or maybe he’s just too short that we can’t see him 😭😭).

Not to mention that we can also see the elite eliatropes standing in the back and the sadidas too!

However, as soon as the two face the crowd together, Yugo decides to teleport him and Amalia away from the ceremony, causing the people to gasp at that sudden choice.

This was obviously not a planned decision that had been added to the occasion which is why even Amalia had been caught off guard by the act.

But once she takes a second to realize her surroundings, she knows she shouldn’t be afraid and so, she simply smiles back at Yugo knowing it’s just the two of them now, way up high in the skies.

They hold onto each other without the need to say anything, knowing full well that the other is just as happy to be together like this. To feel like for once, in a speck of a minute, there’s no danger to fight. There’s no big evil they need to defeat, no psychopath trying to eradicate the gods for vengeance, no big demon coming to have some fun, and no lost soul trying to live like in the old days.

They can finally enjoy the moment they’ve been waiting for so long, after so many challenges, unspoken words that needed to be said but couldn’t be told, and the many foes they faced.

For once, it’s just them up in the skies.

And that’s when they truly kiss without any regrets or doubts. They’re not thinking about anything else.

They can just think about themselves for now.

Can you believe that? It’s been a lot more than six years that we’ve been waiting for this very moment and here they are finally married and happy to be with each other like this!! 😭😭

I actually DID NOT expect to see these two getting married in the last episode but I’m so glad I did cuz my heart literally jumped out of its place and made me choke on my soda (i chose pineapple flavor for some reason).

Now that we’ve got our feelings out of the way, it’s time we analyze this wedding scene much more closely.

At first glance, Yugo and Amalia’s wedding was very sweet and beautiful, something that was deserved for the two after being apart and filled with problems on their respective sides.

It’s so sweet in fact that it stands out from any other weddings we’ve seen in Wakfu (yes, even the attempted one with Count Harebourg and Amalia) but I’ll use Dally and Eva’s wedding as the main example.

Usually, when there’s a marriage in the World of Twelve, we’ve seen the white dresses and suits, and especially the glowing happy vibes that the wedding is giving. We’ve seen it with Dally and Eva’s wedding back in the OVAs.

Evangelyne was wearing a white dress while Dally was wearing a good suit that properly dressed him up completely. They had the Sadida ruler, King Oakheart, acting as the priest in charge of the wedding. They then exchanged their wedding rings and waited for the king to end the ceremony so they could seal it with a kiss.

That is what you call a proper wedding, a classic one to be more specific.

So when we compare their marriage with Yugo and Amalia’s, one can’t help but distinguish the differences in what happened during their ceremony.

And boy is it different.

First detail we can notice is the clothing. Amalia may be wearing the royal white cape but that is just what Armand wore. So the cape cannot count as classic clothing for the wedding because it is a common piece of clothing that the Sadida ruler(s) wear while on the job. It may not look very clear at first but if you zoom in on what Amalia is wearing, she seems to have put on the same usual clothing we see her wear at all times except that it now has the white color and the leaf is green, the color symbolizing how a new age came and the kingdom now has proper rulers.

We can technically say that Amalia’s choice of clothing for the wedding would be somewhat acceptable but since she has only changed the color of the same clothes she wears every day, we cannot count this as classic wedding attire.

As for Yugo, his clothes are much easier to declare that they are not fit to be worn for a proper wedding. He’s been wearing his hood and combat suit this whole time and even on this special day, he hasn’t taken them off.

It’s clear to say that these two did not respect the clothing rule for their own wedding.

Second detail we can notice are the rings. Usually, lovers often use wedding rings to symbolize their union as well as their commitment to one another. Dally and Eva perfectly demonstrated that rule by exchanging their rings with each other (despite how they’re actually brass knuckle rings but that still counts since that’s the iop way for ya lol).

Notice how neither Yugo nor Amalia has a ring for each other. Instead, they hold hands, symbolizing the union they have made between their people.

Third detail we can notice, there’s no priest. Unlike Dally and Eva who had the king for that, Yugo and Amalia did not choose anyone to begin the ceremony. They simply addressed their union by themselves.

Fourth detail we can notice is the audience. Compared to Dally and Eva’s wedding, the audience for Yugo and Amalia mainly consists of their friends and family. The others are the elite eliatropes and some sadidas.

Because of those stark differences, it’s clear to see that the ambiance in Yugo and Amalia’s wedding is far calmer and more private compared to Dally and Eva’s which is more public and much louder.

So now that we’ve got all the points that differentiate these two marriages, we’ve only got one question left:

Why are they different in the first place?

Dally and Eva are not royals and yet they seem to have filled all the boxes for having a perfect-looking wedding.

How did Yugo and Amalia, a god-king and a princess, manage to get a much simpler and calmer wedding compared to these two?

This wasn’t a coincidence. This wedding looks much smaller than what Dally and Eva had. According to Armand’s tree grave, which seemed to have grown up a bit, this suggests that Yugo and Amalia did have the time to prepare a bit more for their wedding but they simply chose not to.

In the special episodes, just right before Dally and Eva’s wedding had even been planned, Eva had specifically stated that no one bothers Dally for a week which implies that after that week of rest, these two must’ve gotten help from the sadidas to organize this whole event for them.

This means that Yugo and Amalia could’ve done the same thing and asked for something just as good, or better since they’re royals after all. But compared to Dally and Eva, they definitely had more time to ask since we know that trees don’t grow fast (I’m talking about Armand’s tree grave) and yet, it feels like they’ve just kept it simple.

But why?

My take on the matter is this:

Because Yugo and Amalia are not supposed to have a normal relationship. Therefore, everything they do usually strays away from anything remotely expected of them to have in a relationship.

For god’s sake, Yugo literally teleported him and Amalia AWAY FROM EVERYONE DURING WHAT SEEMED LIKE THE MIDDLE OF THE CEREMONY.

Their public wedding was specifically a political one. Which is why it would explain the lack of rings.

It was a happy political wedding however since Yugo and Amalia do harbor feelings for each other (suppressed feelings that they are now free to let out of course). But that’s when Yugo completely surprises Amalia, along with the others, when he brings her up in the skies, taking her away from everyone.

That sly dummy wanted her all to himself.

The wedding was so unconventional and they knew it. But they did not care. As long as they are together, they’ll be fine. After waiting for so long and finally having each other, properly planning their wedding doesn't seem as important anymore.

That’s why the ceremony was so different compared to the Percedals.

Note: Eva and Dally’s marriage was such a classic that Eva even had to wait for Dally to propose to her when she could’ve just been the one to initiate the first move. She even knew that Dally had been planning on asking for her hand and she deliberately waited. The only thing that isn’t considered classic in their marriage was getting children before the wedding lol

Lando leaned against the kitchen counter of his London flat, scrolling aimlessly through Instagram while waiting for Max to arrive. The space was clean but not overly neat—empty takeaway containers from the night before sat on the far end of the counter, and a half-full glass of water rested beside his phone. His cheek still ached from Callum's punch, a dull throb he was trying to ignore. The bruise had turned an unpleasant shade of purple, and even though he tried to convince himself it didn’t matter, every glance in the mirror served as a reminder of just how messy things had gotten in Mexico.

A knock at the door pulled him out of his thoughts. He pushed off the counter, crossing the flat in a few strides to open it. Max stood there, hands shoved into his jacket pockets, his face lighting up with his usual cheeky grin.

—What’s up, mate?— Max said, stepping inside and shrugging off his jacket. He stopped mid-motion when he caught sight of Lando’s face. —Bloody hell, what happened to you?—

Lando let out a groan, rubbing the back of his neck as he closed the door. —Long story.—

Max raised an eyebrow, setting his jacket over the back of a chair before leaning against the dining table. —Looks like someone decided to use your face as a punching bag. You gonna tell me who, or do I have to guess?—

Lando hesitated, his fingers tapping lightly on the edge of the counter. He wasn’t in the mood to get into it, but he knew Max wasn’t going to let it go. —It was Callum,— he admitted, his tone flat.

Max’s eyes widened in surprise before a smirk tugged at his lips. —Amelie’s brother?—

Max studied him for a moment before his eyes drifted to Lando’s phone on the counter, the screen still open on Instagram. He stepped closer, his brow furrowing when he saw the post displayed.

—Wait, is that Amelie?— he asked, his tone shifting slightly.

Lando sighed, setting his glass down and running a hand through his hair. —Yeah.—

Max picked up the phone, squinting at the photo of Amelie at the Barcelona game. She was in the stands, cheering for Rodrigo. It was one of those effortlessly candid moments, the kind that made everything look perfect.

—So it’s official then?— Max asked, glancing up at Lando.

—Looks like it,— Lando replied, trying to sound indifferent but failing miserably.

Max tilted his head, a knowing smirk forming on his face. —You’re jealous, aren’t you?—

Lando scoffed, turning away to avoid Max’s gaze. —Don’t be ridiculous.—

—Oh, come on,— Max pressed, setting the phone back down. —You can’t tell me it doesn’t bother you. Seeing her all happy and settled with some footballer. That’s gotta sting.—

Lando clenched his jaw, gripping the edge of the counter. —She’s doing everything she didn’t want to do with me,— he muttered, the words slipping out before he could stop them.

Max’s expression softened slightly, his teasing replaced by genuine curiosity. —What do you mean?—

Lando hesitated, his shoulders tense. —When we were… whatever we were, she always said she didn’t want to do the public thing. No pictures, no attention, none of it. She wanted to keep things private. And now…— He gestured vaguely toward his phone. —Now she’s out there, all over Instagram, going to games, holding hands. It’s like everything’s changed.—

Max leaned against the counter beside him, crossing his arms. —Maybe it’s not about what she wanted back then. Maybe it’s about who she’s with now.—

The words hit harder than Lando expected, and he frowned, staring down at the counter. —Yeah, thanks for that, mate. Really helpful.—

Max held up his hands defensively. —Hey, I’m just saying. People change. Maybe Rodrigo makes her feel like she can do all that stuff without it being a big deal.—

Lando didn’t respond, his mind racing with thoughts he didn’t want to entertain. The truth was, Max was probably right. Rodrigo did seem like the perfect guy—charming, successful, the kind of person who could make anyone feel secure.

But that didn’t make it any easier to see.

Max clapped a hand on Lando’s shoulder, giving it a light squeeze. —Look, mate. I know it sucks. But if she’s happy, maybe it’s time to let it go. Focus on you for a change.—

Lando let out a dry laugh, shaking his head. —Yeah, because I’ve been doing such a great job of that lately.—

Max grinned, stepping back. —Well, that’s why I’m here. Come on, let’s eat something and get ready to go out. A few drinks, some good music, you’ll forget all about it by the end of the night.—

Lando didn’t have the heart to tell him that forgetting wasn’t as easy as it sounded. But he nodded anyway, forcing a small smile as he followed Max to the dining table.

Maybe a night out was exactly what he needed. Or maybe it would just be another distraction. Either way, it was better than sitting around feeling sorry for himself.

“Relax your face” You giggle, looking down at you and your husband’s interlaced fingers.

“Why is he looking at you?” He asks, his face twisting up more into pure disgust

You shrug and follow Seungmin’s glare, making eye contact with an admittedly handsome man. Since you guys were at an event for JYPE, you assumed the guy was either an idol, dancer, or producer. Either way, you couldn’t care less as you turned your gaze back to your husband.

“Baby forget about him” you whisper into his ear. A defeated sigh escapes his lungs as he finally looks at you

“I’m sorry,” He says, “I just get jealous sometimes”

You smile, “It’s okay. Let’s go find the members”

You two stand from the small couch you were occupying, making the handsome stranger debate whether or not he should go talk to you.

The little devil on his shoulder must have won, because he made his way over to you and Seungmin before you two could even take the steps to walk off.

“Hello,” The man says, bowing at the two of you. Politely, you bow but take notice of how Seungmin keeps his body upright. You didn’t have to look at his face to know he was absolutely fuming at the boldness of the stranger.

“Excuse me if this is rude, but I wanted to let you know that your hair is gorgeous”

You grin, instinctively reaching a hand up to play with one of your braids. You had gotten them done the day before; 30-inch knotless box braids in the color 2b, medium-sized.

You were lucky your bestest friend in the whole wide world was a hairstylist because you only spent a little over $200 excluding the tip. She also made you buy her dinner, but that’s only because she bought lunch.

A less-than-gentle squeeze of your hand pulls you out of your thoughts, and you quietly reply, “Thank you! I appreciate that”

Seungmin, ever so possessive, decides to place himself in between you and the stranger. It was silly. Your annoyingly cute husband looked beyond pissed as the stranger paid no mind to him.

“And your dress” The man continued, “It’s really pretty as well”

“Thank you” Seungmin answers before you can, “I bought it for her. Picked it out and everything”

You couldn’t help but roll your eyes and chuckle a little (earning a quick glare from your husband).

“Oh, then you must have good taste,” The man says, still looking at you, “But you can’t take credit for how beautiful her face is, can you?”

….oh no

“Thank you for the compliments, but we really should be going” You rush to say before Seungmin can start talking back

“Forgive me, but I don’t think I could ever forget a woman like you. Can we meet again?”

Seungmin talks before you do this time, letting out a livid, “In your fucking dreams”

As if he could sense the tension, I.N comes out of seemingly nowhere and puts a hand on his friend’s shoulder

“Hyung, y/nnie, we’ve been looking for you two.” He says, his eyes darting between an angry Seungmin and smug looking stranger

“We were just about to come looking for you guys too! Honey, let’s go meet up with the members," you plead, tugging at Seungmin’s arm.

It takes both you and I.N. to drag him away, the stranger simply rolling his eyes and walking over to the next woman he sees.

Seungmin seethes, “Who the fuck is that?”

“The son of one of the shareholders, I think” I.N shrugs, “But it doesn’t matter. Forget about him”

“He hit on my fucking wife, right in front of me”

“And that was disgusting and disrespectful” You sigh, “But I don’t want anyone else but you. Please don’t let him ruin our night”

With a swift glance at you and I.N., followed by the growing voices of the members a few feet away, he decides to let his anger go.

However, that doesn’t mean he didn’t remind you of who you belong to later that night.

Some of my favourite moments during the Olympics that had nothing to do with the actual sport performance — Gymnastics Edition

- Carlos Yulo immediately congratulating Oka Shinnosuke when he won the AA because he’s trained with some of the Japanese gymnasts. Same with Daiki Hashimoto who looked just as happy passing on the torch of AA champion to someone else from Japan. We love athletes solidarity.

- when two of the Chinese gymnasts in the male team final just shared a little snack as they were waiting for their score or something. Sharing is caring and snack time is important. Shoutout to all the squeezies we’ve seen this Olympics.

- Simone Biles goat neckless that she apparently got from her fellow Team USA members. So fucking cute.

- Biles and Chiles bowing for Andrade. It was the moment.

- Zhou Yaqin learning in real-time about the medal biting tradition. We’ve all seen it and we all love it still 🥲❤️

- Zhang Boheng’s puffy white coat as you enter the arena, you will always be famous.

- Also, just Boheng and Chia-Hung gossiping on the podium about to receive their shared bronze. Bonus was watching Chia-Hung realise that despite of his fall, he’d still receive a medal 🥺 sad that everyone fell, cute that his dream still became a reality.

- Carlos Yulo posting a video of his fall from the pommel horse and saying “unfortunately I was selected for the Olympics” 💀💀💀 we love when people keep up with trends.

- ✨ Flavia Saraiva’s eyebrow tape appreciation time ✨

- when Zou Jingyuan finished his parallel bars routine and everyone was just congratulating him before he got the points / the last people had done their routines 😭 they really said “alright let’s wrap this up”

- Kaylia Nemour and Qiu Qiyuan celebrating together over the fact that Kaylia took the gold. Truly the Andrade/Biles of the uneven bars.

- also shoutout to every single athlete that just went up to each other and was like “great job” or shook their hand etc etc. it was beautiful.

- ok last one last one, and probably the funniest and sweetest one: Lorenzo Minh Casali from Italy just vibing with everyone once the results were done at the male team final. One second he is congratulating Japan, the next he is chilling with team Canada. It was really funny. I’m pretty sure they caught him in the middle of a call as well. It was all very sweet. Like our own version of where’s Waldo.

That Aiden guy was everywhere.

Talon kept bumping into him. Just like with everything Christmas related in this town, there was no escaping this man either.

Which is why Talon wasn’t at all surprised that he saw him again.

Good, he didn’t expect to see him on the porch roof of the Inn, right outside his bedroom window, but in this town he wouldn’t even be surprised if he’d encounter a flying reindeer there.

So why not.

That didn’t stop him from opening his window and asking: “What are you doing on this roof?”

Aiden startled for a moment and Talon already saw him slipping and falling off the roof because of him.

Luckily that wasn’t the case though and Aiden won back his composure within seconds, trademark grin appearing on his face.

“Ninja practice.”

Talon could only roll his eyes at that, which made Aiden laugh.

“I’m putting up some Christmas lights, Greta asked me to.”

Talon raised an eyebrow in question. “Even more Christmas lights?”

Aiden laughed again.

He should stop doing that, it made Talon’s heart do funny things and he didn’t want to deal with the implications of that right now.

Or ever.

On the other hand, he had to admit that Aiden’s laugh did sound quite nice….

“There’s no such thing as too many Christmas lights.”

Talon was tempted to disagree, but he reckoned it might be unwise.

In this town it was probably a great offense to criticize the Christmas decor and Aiden seemed to be just as much of a Christmas enthusiast as the rest of Woodside.

Aiden seemed to look through him regardless. “Not a big friend of Christmas lights, huh?”

Talon sighed, defeated. “Not a big friend of Christmas in general. Not anymore…”

For a split second the smile slipped from Aiden’s face, his eyebrows scrunching together before his expression went back to normal.

Then a mock offended gasp escaped his lips.

“Don’t let the others hear that, or they’ll have you beheaded,” he said, voice dropping to a whisper.

He meant it as a joke, clearly, but Talon wouldn’t put it past the people here to actually do this, so he grimaced.

Aiden chuckled. “Don’t worry, Mr. Scrooge, I will not tell anyone about your secret.”

Before Talon could decide on whether he should thank him or complain about the stupid nickname, Aiden continued.

“Under one condition.”

Talon groaned. Of course there was a condition. He should’ve expected that.

“What is it?” he asked, pinching the bridge of his nose.

Aiden held up the fairy light he was holding. “Help me with those!”

Talon snorted. Going up on this roof?

No way.

Still he found himself on said roof beside Aiden anyway, fixating Christmas lights on the already very much like Christmas looking roof.

Greta had been delighted about Talon helping the other man. She even came by to compliment their work and bring them something warm to drink.

“If you work at the Café, how come you decorate the facade of the Inn?” Talon asked as they drank their coffee.

“I don’t work at the Café, not really,” Aiden admitted, taking another sip from his cup. “I just help Maya out there sometimes during holiday season because it’s always so busy in town then and she needs all the help she can get. We’ve been friends ever since kindergarten, so that’s a given.”

He smiled.

“And Greta is an old family friend, so I do her a little favor from time to time. Fixing something here, running an errand there,” he pointed at the Christmas lights. “Help her with decorating…”

So Aiden really was that kind of guy, huh? He probably also saved kittens from trees and helped old ladies to cross the street.

Definitely spoke for Talon’s theory that Aiden was actually a character that had fled from his very own Christmas movie to haunt Talon for always making fun of these kinds of films.

“And what else do you do all day?” Talon felt like if he went in just any random building in this town, he would find Aiden working there. Maybe he didn’t have one set job?

“Oh, this and that,” Aiden answered, smiling behind his cup. “But mainly I work at the Christmas tree farm with my dad.”

It took Talon all his power not to spit out his drink.

“The Christmas tree farm?”

Of course. Of fucking course he worked there. Talon should’ve known. Oh, this was the best and worst thing he had heard ever since he arrived.

“Yeah.” Aiden didn’t seem to want to go into more detail there, much to Talon’s dismay.

But he didn’t want to ask either to not seem suspicious.

Aiden put his cup aside and stood up. “Well, let’s continue.”

And they did, without Aiden losing another word about his job at the farm. He seemed to be a little more in his thoughts ever since their conversation. Talon wondered why, but didn’t comment on it.

“Aiden, dear,” Greta said when they were done. “This looks beautiful. Thank you so much.”

She turned to Talon. “And thank you, too, Mr.-“

“Talon is fine,” he interrupted her quickly.

He didn’t know why, but he felt like it was better that Aiden didn’t know about his last name. When he worked at the farm maybe he’d know about Talon’s company’s interest in the grounds of the farm.

He couldn’t risk that.

The old woman smiled. “Talon, then.”

Talon returned the smile, then he turned to the decorated Inn and he had to admit, it wasn’t all too bad.

“Your house looks very nice, Miss Greta,” he said and the woman’s smile grew even more.

“Thank you! But you should see some of the other houses here, they look even better.” She grabbed Aiden’s arm.

“Maybe you could show him around, boy, you know the best spots in town.”

Aiden smiled at her apologetically. “I don’t think Talon wants to-“

“I do,” Talon said. “I mean. I’d like to. If you’d like to. Yeah.”

Very eloquent, Talon, he scolded himself. But Aiden didn’t seem to mind. Quite contrary, he looked delighted.

“Great! Then let’s meet here tomorrow afternoon and I show you around town.”

Well, that would be interesting.

Guess who’s back to tackle an old nemesis? That’s right—it’s me, Fynn the Fearless, and I’ve returned for The Great Lamp Conquest: Part Deux! 😼✨

So, picture this: I’m on the kitchen table, all stealthy and poised like a ninja on a mission. Above me swings the lamp. Oh, we’ve danced this dance before, but this time, I’m ready. I stretch up on my back paws, reach out with my mighty paw, and… BAM! Gotcha! Well… kind of. The lamp does its usual whoosh-whoosh escape move, swinging back and forth, taunting me. But did I give up? Never!

I gave it my best moves—quick paw swipes, precision grabs, even a little hop for dramatic effect. The lamp might have won the round, but I let it know who’s boss. (Spoiler: it’s still me, even if it keeps its distance.)

Calling attention to it would have caused a panic though so she let it slide but seriously? Joyous nature Penelope?*

“There were several moments we’ll be highlighting, so keep those clappers warm and ready to get to applauding! Today was a great day!” -🐭

“First we’d like to congratulate all of the sandcastle builders. There were 76 entries this year! Thats the most we’ve ever had compete during this event, and the competition was hot! With over six thousand votes turned in, it’s a surprise we even got the votes all tallied up in time!” -🐲

“Would have been a lot harder if you hadn’t set half of them on fire, but what do I know?” -✨

“Please, when you’ve been called, come to the podium to be recognized and receive your award. So without further ado, third place belongs to… number 34, Dahlia!” -🐲

“Our second place was a tight win, only a little over thirty more votes seperately these two placements! Second place was… number 33, Delia!” -🐥

“Our first place winner was an absolute landslide. This sand castle was entered a bit later in the day but still managed to get quite a lot of attention for their scenes from the skies! This castle was a masterpiece coming from an unsuspected source. With a tallied vote of 1256 votes, the winner of the sandcastle building competition is… number 68, Shamira!” -🐭

*Ellen remembered counting votes and laughing as she sorted through the paper slips. At least a third of them were all in Emily’s flowing cursive. But honestly, she loved Emily and if she was willing to turn in over 300 votes for the guardians castle, she would gladly count them. Even if said guardian would have won without any of them*

The reaction to this bland as hell interview from the anti-Maxiel peeps is wild.

I think Daniel mentioned Lando because he and the journalist were talking about him before the interview started. But only because Lando has just won his first GP. That’s it.

Daniel either did mention Max and it was edited out (possibly for length), or he didn’t think he had to state the obvious and mention Max like he has in every other interview he’s given since 2016.
