Your dad was away in a case, and while the case was finished due to the bad weather in the state they were in, he wasn’t able to come back home for a few days and was locked up in his hotel.

You were sat in top of a skateboard ramp when your phone started ringing and you set your drink down to look at who was calling and with a grin you answered the FaceTime.

“Either way, we both know that she’s going to do this, she’s just wait till we’re off FaceTime.” Rossi sighed.

They watched you line yourself up with the new ramp, and in a tense moment you were gone, flying down.

You went over the dodgy ramp which creaked under the speed and sudden weight and flew around the next ramp making your way over to the final makeshift one.

You got on it and it broke, sending you tumbling down and everyone quickly jumped into action.

“Garcia what’s going on?!” Rossi asked.

You got up and you guys spoke a bit more and the older boys decided to go first, to test how safe it really was so you all stood at the edge watching.

They did and you got lined up to do you jump when you heard people chanting your name you walked back over to have a look.

You were buzzing with excitement, hearing your family cheer your name and cheer you on you got ready and went for it.

There was a whole lot of cheering, and you ran over to your dad, dropping your skateboard you hugged him tightly as people started to cheer for Mary.

I was concentrated on a new script when my phone loudly rang, snapping me out of it. “Hello?” I asked. “Hello, I’m trying to reach Mr. Butler.” A woman’s voice said. “This is he.” I said. “Perfect, I’m calling from Sunflowers elementary about Clara.” She said. “Is she alright?” I asked, frantically, getting out of my chair and putting my shoes on. “Yes she’s alright, we have her in our nurses office here. She came in after recess saying her arm hurt, she’s laying down right now but we do need you to come pick her up.” She said. “I’ll be there in ten minutes.” I said, pulling out of the driveway. “Thank you, Mr. Butler.” She said before hanging up. I sped down the streets to get to the school, no way in hell was I going to let my little girl lay in that school in pain. The ten minute drive ended up being a five minute drive. I got out of our SUV and walked up to the door, they buzzed me in and I walked to the nurses office. “Are you here for Clara?” The nurse asked. “Yes, I am. Is she doing ok?” I asked. “She’s sleeping right now, the first grade assistant had to bring her up here, Clara was refusing to walk and was complaining of arm pain, I think your best bet would be to take her to the ER or an orthopedic to get that x-rayed today.” She said. “I can do that.” I said. “Perfect, she’s right back here. Before you grab her please sign this here to sign her out.” I nodded and signed the paper. I walked back into the small room with two little cots, I picked her up and started carrying her to the car and put her in her car seat.

Once I got in the car I started calling around to different orthopedics but they didn’t have any openings so the ER it was, I quickly text Y/n to tell her the situation, deciding not to call since she was in a meeting most likely. Once we were about halfway to the hospital I heard little whines coming from the backseat. “Mommy?” Clara asked. “No baby, its daddy.” I said, looking at her in the rear view mirror. “Hi daddy. My arm hurts.” She said. “I know, we’re on our way to the doctor. How’d you hurt it, Claire bear?” I asked. “I’m not supposed to tell.” She said. “You can tell me everything, I’m your dad.” I said. “They’ll be meaner if I tell.” She said. “Is it those 3rd graders again?” I said, my grip on the steering wheel. Stupid 3rd graders. “Yeah…. I was on the twisty slide and one came behind me and pushed me off.” She said with her head down. Damn those 3rd graders. “I will take care of that but for now, lets take care of that arm.” I said as we pulled into the emergency room parking lot. I got out of the car and opened the back door to get her out of her car seat. “Carry or walk?” I asked once she was un clipped. “Carry.” She said outstretching her good arm towards me. I picked her up and carried her into the ER.

“Hi, my daughter hurt her arm at school and I’m wanting it to be looked at to make sure its not broken.” I said to the woman at the front desk. “Fill out this paperwork please. We will get her back as soon as possible.” She said, handing me a clipboard. I sat down and Clara sat on my lap, I starting filling out the paperwork and gave it to the receptionist once it was done. “I need her insurance card.” She said. “Oh um, let me see if I have it.” I said, grabbing my wallet from my pocket. “Here it is.” I said. “We should be able to take her back in 5 minutes.” She said. I nodded and went back to our chair. “Are you going to smile big for your X-ray?” I asked. She smiled big at me, the big gaps between her teeth making me laugh. “You’re so brave.” I said, giving her a hug. “OWIE owie owie.” She said as she pushed me with her good arm. “Oh, I’m sorry, Claire bear.” I said. “It’s ok.” He said.

“Clara Butler?” A nurse asked. “Here we go!” I said, picking Clara up and following the nurse. “Hi there, I’m going to be your nurse, Lilly. What seems to be going on today?” She asked. “I-I got pushed at school a-a-and I falled and now my arm hurts.” Clara explained. “Ok, lets take a look at that.

She did an assessment which led to the decision of doing x-rays. “Be brave, baby.” I waved to her as they took her to the x-ray room. Within seconds, my phone rang, “Wifey❤️” appearing on the screen. “Hi hon.” I said. “Hi Aus, whats going on?” She asked. “We are in the ER now, they just took her for x-rays. I’m so flipping nervous.” I said. “Flipping?” She laughed. “Claire bear gets mad when I cuss.” I said with a nervous laugh. “I’m sad I’m not there for her, and you. I know you’re a nervous wreck.” She sighed. “I’m worried about her. It’s those damn 3rd graders again.” I said. “I’ll schedule a meeting with the principal, they are so mean to her.” She said. “Can’t we just homeschool her? She won’t be bullied and hey she won’t end up with a jerk boyfriend in highschool.” I laughed. “Wow, you are just insulting yourself, you were the nicest boy I ever met. How would we homeschool with our schedules?” She laughed. “We can hire a tutor.” I said. “We’ll talk about it, just take a deep breath and take care of her. I’ll see you when I get home.” She said. “I love you.” I said. “I love you.” She said before hanging up.

I fidgeted with my rings as I waited for her to come back in the room. After a few minutes she walked in, holding her arm and she jumped back up on the hospital bed. “Were you brave?” I asked. “I was the bravest! The machine beeped like BEEP BEEP BEEP.” She said smiling. “Three whole beeps?!” I asked, acting super surprised. “Tree whole BEEPS!” She yelled, extending her good arm. “Lets keep our voices quiet, there might be people sleeping.” I said, putting my finger to my lips. “Shhh.” She said doing the same. “Hi again, so the radiologist took a peek at the X-ray and it looks to me dislocated in her elbow and a small fracture in her wrist. The treatment plan today will be popping the elbow back into place and putting a full arm cast on.” She said. I nodded. “So that means you get to pick a color for your cast! Lay down Clara and your dad will show you the different colors.” She said. Clara laid down and Lilly handed me the clip of different color cast scraps. The nurse grabbed her elbow and I squatted down on the other side of her and started showing her all of the colors, just as she decided on a bright pink and green cast the nurse popped her elbow back into place. “Owie!” Clara yelled and pulled her arm into her. “Oh, feel better.” She said. The nurse nodded and grabbed the cast clip from me. “So pink and green?” She asked. Clara nodded and grabbed the cast materials from a cabinet. She filled a bucket full of water and grabbed white wrapping as well as the colors. “I think our best bet would be to do a waterproof cast so she can shower without putting her arm in a bag.” She said. “Definitely.” I laughed. She wrapped Clara’s arm in the white waterproof material and then took the green out of the water and wrapped it around the top half, followed by the pink on the bottom half.

“Daddy, can you autograph my cast?” She asked, she had her arm in a sling as she happily skipped to the car. “Of course I can.” I said, digging for a sharpie once we got in the car, I always kept one with me for autographs. “Here we go.” I said. I might have seen this somewhere but I love the idea of Haley going to Sebastian for weed, and that's how they get closer.

Ok so initially, Haley definitely just sees Sebastian as a freak, especially because he was even weirder in high school while he was figuring out his style and stuff. 

She dreads that she has no other option but to go to him for weed, preferring to go through Sam whenever possible, but Jodi is really strict you know, he can't always be meeting her for stuff like that or keeping weed in his place. 

So she has no choice but to meet him.

Sebastian has changed. He's grown, he's gotten his style together. He's kind of punk, but Haley doesn't hate it. (I'm imagining @modern-gremlin 's interpretation of Sebastian for this). Haley's even a little intrigued, but won't admit it to herself. He's not the kind of guy she usually goes for.

The first time she meets him at his house on the mountain she complains about the trek, but she’s wearing fashionable heeled boots and Sebastian looks at her like she’s stupid. “Nice boots.”

“Is that sarcasm?”

Sebastian can't tell if she’s asking that seriously or not. It makes things awkward (high implications that Haley is autistic I love autistic Haley fanon). “Maybe” he decides to answer.

She waggles a gloved finger at him. “No, no. I don’t take sarcasm. I will thank you for your compliment, and your backhanded joke is ruined,” she says matter-of-factly.

Sebastian, amused and a little high, just chuckles and says “Okay.”

“Thank you. Now where’s my weed?” 

Sebastian shakes his head to himself, an incredulous smile glued to his face. He can’t quite shake his sarcastic tendencies when he gestures back to the house, “After you my lady.” 

She nods and flips her blonde hair behind her.

They start meeting up regularly, usually once a month. Always short business dealings. At first Sebastian does offer to smoke her out so she can test it, but she refuses. More than potentially being awkward, she really prefers just to smoke at parties. It's not that she doesn't trust him, she supposes she does if she's buying weed from him, and he never seems to short her.

I want to have a buildup bonding moment where she learns something about him that's surprising and she likes it. Maybe she comes by and he is working on his motorcycle (🥵 every Sebastian lover when we get that scene) and after that starts opening up to him a bit more.

She starts letting him know about the parties she is going to in town where she's taking the weed to. When it seems a little sus or new territory, he asks her how she's getting home and stuff like that, just to make sure she's safe, and she laughs him off. She's a big girl, she can take care of herself. He assures her anyway that if she's ever in a bad situation she can call him or Sam. They are often in town on the weekend anyway. Haley is touched at that.

She decides maybe it wouldn’t be so bad to get high with him sometime. I’m thinking the first time is a fun little hangout with a group though I’m not sure who exactly yet. Essentially I need them to get high and have a good time and with their guards down there actually starts to be a little romantic tension between them but they can’t do anything about it because of the others there. 

Next we get a party scene where Haley is kind of checked out and uninterested in hooking up or playing any racy party games because unfortunately she’s kind of hung up on Sebastian now. Both are individually having their own 'damn I might have caught feelings' moments.

A few days after those realizations they stumble across each other by accident and are both sober, that's important. They have a cute little sober moment like she comes across him in the woods as she’s taking pics, or he takes her out on his motorcycle. By the end of it they are officially both interested in each other. They are looking forward to seeing each other again, but neither of them has spelled out that they're dating. 

Then, first conflict. Something happens, probably some kind of miscommunication. They don’t end up reconciling before Haley gets herself into trouble at the next party she goes to.

This bit originally got too graphic for this post so I will just say, she ends up in a bad situation, and manages to call Sebastian.

Sebastian comes in fully prepared to do jail time. I'm not pretending he is a big guy, I know that, he knows that. He has just seen some shit in his life and knows how to defend himself. Plus it helps that he is pissed. He majorly fucks up the bad guy and rescues Haley.

She's super out of it but murmurs his name. "Seb..."

“I told you I’d come get you,” he says, choking on relief. 

Haley smiles a little and closes her eyes again. He picks her up, walking out of the party cradling her in his arms. 

And then we could get an epilogue of them properly reconciling and becoming official and all that teehee

OK SO! the tommyinnit 101. technically this isn't really tied to an smp though.

so first we must start at the very beginning. the dream smp. in late 2020-early 2021, the dream smp was at the height of its popularity, and tommyinnit played one of its most prominent characters (tommy, henceforth referred to as c!tommy). now the thing about c!tommy is that both he and cc!tommy (idk if i've talked about the c! vs cc! divide before but that is its own 101) were under 18 at the time, and therefore if you shipped his character with anyone about 70% of the fandom would tear you apart.

honestly dsmp isn't too relevant here, though, except to introduce tommy and tubbo. you see, in a world of straight men using their little block guys to flirt with one another, tommy was Very vocal about loving women. being Straight was part of his Bit in the same way that being Annoying and playing the able sisters music from animal crossing was.

anyways in late 2022 he uploaded a vlog of him and tubbo getting married, tubbo mostly against his will. they pulled out all the stops- got an ordained minister (their friend scott, who you may recognize from the life series 101s) to do a little ceremony, had a lot of their friends acting as different members of the wedding party, even signed and filed real paperwork!

yep. that's right. they signed legal fucking paperwork. i've heard that tubbo didn't even know it was a marriage certificate, he thought it was a waiver for being in the video or smth. that's right, known straight man tommyinnit tricked his best friend into getting Real Life Legally Married to him, presumably just for shits and giggles.

This fact went unnoticed until mid-late 2023. tubbo was playing on the QSMP with some other people (i know FitMC, not sure who else), and was joking about going to Vegas and getting married to Fit. and then tubbo realized he was still married to tommy.

also, around that time, tommy wrote and published (to wattpad) a rpf crack fic called Tommy x Tubbo Love Triangle, where tommy leaves his Real Life Girlfriend molly for tubbo (molly dies directly afterwards because it was so romantic) and then he and tubbo kiss without tongue. tubbo was not consulted during the production of this fanfiction.

after learning about the marriage, tubbo started working to get a Real Life Divorce from his Real Life Friend Tom. tommy refused to sign the paperwork. if any of this ever goes to court tubbo fully intends to livestream the whole thing.

also if you're wondering how molly, tommy's Real Life Girlfriend, feels about all of this? she thinks it's hilarious. for the past month or two-ish (?), tommy's been doing a stand-up comedy tour in america (because they are all british), and at the same time tubbo's been doing a subathon (aka tubbathon bc it's tubbo) (a subathon is a twitch stream with a timer on it. the stream ends when the timer finishes out, and whenever someone subscribes to the streamer's channel more time is added) (the tubbathon is still going btw and isn't slowing down anytime soon). at one point molly came onto the tubbathon, and tubbo bought her a new phone bc hers was shit. (directly afterwards tommy posted a vlog about it, saying he felt like he was being cucked by his gay husband)

fans have dubbed these three the nightmare polycule, and it's not hard to see why.

and then, finally, this morning (last night in england time), tommy and tubbo were on a phone call. tubbo (gay) encouraged tommy to "say the f slur!" and tommy said, and i quote, "I'm bicurious, so I guess I could say like a fifth of it. [Tochat] Hear that, ya -ggots?"

Slightly negative iwtv season 2 (so far) reaction, don't read if you're full on positive:

Ok, so I did start watching iwtv season 2 even though 1 was kinda meh to me (apart from some highlights).

I mean I did make an effort, had to get a new streaming service, watch on my tablet cause tv's not compatable, and so on, so I am clearly interested and not entirely negative.

But I still don't get the huge hype. It's an ok show. But not a masterpiece.

Same goes for the books btw and I have the same feeling now while watching, that I had back when reading.

Louis' pov was kinda exhausting due to his depressed nature. It felt like a relief when the second book switched to Lestat's pov, he's fun at least.

I do like tv Louis more than book Louis, he takes way more control of his life, but his various internal struggles still do not captivate me.

And I feel the show is kinda dragging on.

Also it's way less gory then the first season.

Kinda tame.

Right now I'm only in for Armand (and hopefully Daniel, but yeah, there's clearly shared history and altered memories, so I'm positive). In the books those two were my fave dynamic.

And I want original Lestat, not Louis pov Lestat.

(I edited smth out here, I actually messed up the book timeline, been a long time since I read that. Still feels awfully long to dedicate more than a season to one book. Well, it is called 'iwtv', but still)

So more about Armand and Daniel please and if Lestat could get his ass out of the dumpster and be a rockstar finally that would be great.

I do hope we get a bit more action soon, right now I'm dependent on Daniel's bitching to keep me awake.

She still doesn't have her own person (the one she sired to not feel so alone and disconnected) and if we're going by the book, she should be dead 2 eps from now, but she's still missing a vital part of her development. so i'm both extremely nervous and very excited. because like ok. the gym leaders being in the background and also the e4 implies to me that MAYBE the gym challenge will actually start getting involved with the plot? which, one of the big things i actually like about horizons is that it DOESN'T have a focus on the standard 8 gyms e4 champion formula, and while i don't think the rest of the plot would just Disappear (we still got so many lucius pokemon to find!!) it makes me a tad nervous, i don't want to be in a situation where it feels like horizons starts morphing into the stuff i didn't like about anipoke before. BUT that is probably me being paranoid, i really like horizons and i have faith that if they do implement that it should be good/enjoyable

on the other hand i'm super excited about potentially seeing the main trio going to school or just in an alternate environment in general which this seems to imply?? i am SO bad at change so the idea of them maybe leaving the brave asagi for a while (the RVT other than cap aren't even in this image, can't tell if that's because there's already so many characters and they wanted to focus on the new stuff or if they might actually separate for a bit) makes me nervous but excited too. like okay yeah we're over 40 episodes in i'd be down for a massive change like this and some Fresh Situations

General Opinion over said character: I FUCKING LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!! i love it when there is a guy with a big fucking sword who has sooo many problems. lol! anyway ok more specifically:

i thought nmj was very interesting while reading the novel and definitely had a "hey wtf dude" initial reaction to him, but he's reallyyy grown on me <3 partially bc he's been on my mind a lot and partially bc of his presence in cql! (cql nmj is my type also so that definitely did smth to me as well lol) i think he's a really interesting character to explore both bc of his general backstory and bc of his relationships w other characters, as well as the fact that (in the novel) we never really see him of completely sound mind, so there's lots of room to play w how you portray him. he's fun!

lqg i love soooo much i loved him from day ONE i loved him as soon as he showed up. he's so good. i think his appearance was a very funny surprise (?), esp the way sqq narrated it lmao, and i really like him in general. i loveee the loyal sword character trope and i like how lqg does it (so well <3). his general awkwardness and extreme talent to put his foot in his mouth is also really charming ("its ok you can just get a new disciple" what is wrong with him). i also think there's room to explore w him, especially his family + relationships w other sect members, i love you liu siblings... lqg is a character who goes through a lot of growth imo and it's very satisfying to see that + how his rs with sqq changes through the novel. lqg is also a character that is so fun to put into situations and also make fun of. bc he's so sucks <3 ANYWAY I FUCKING LOVE LQG if there is no lqg lovers on this earth i am dead etc

i got the endoscopy!! 🤍

and it went well with no issues! every doctor and nurse were all the nicest people on earth, making sure i was comfortable and helping me through all my anxieties and concerns <3 if you're interested, here's the summary:

ok so i was in the waiting room for like 5-10 minutes before they called me in. they had me pee in a cup for pregnancy tests. :') soon they had me get my gown on and i laid down in the bed. she asked me some questions about my height/weight, allergies, medical history, etc. for like 10 minutes until we got to the IV part for the future sedation. so the thing is i'm a small person and i have really small veins (and have to get poked around a LOT when i get my blood drawn) and she started with my hand and she was like 'wow you really do have tiny veins' and she had to poke around for like 2 minutes before she gave up bc she couldn't get to it lmfao. but i'll be totally honest, it hurt like a motherfucker :') (i didn't cry or feel like crying at all, i just clenched my fist and really wanted to punch the drywall lol)

so she moved on to my elbow for it instead, which worked after a while and hurt a bit, but not as much as when we did it on my hand. so we got it all figured out and got the tube connected, and she told me i'm gonna have this pH tester in my stomach for a couple days. along with it, i'll need to have a food, sleep and symptom diary with this sheet they gave me until like saturday. she made sure i was comfortable and she left. and then this dude came in after 10-15 minutes, and i think he was the main guy of this whole operation. he asked me if i was caught up with everything, including the diary, and make sure i knew what was going on. after he made sure i was caught up, he left. after a while, another lady came in and introduced herself as the nurse and then left. finally, a lady came in and introduced herself as the anesthesiologist. she was really upbeat, and helped me understand what was gonna go on with the anesthesia. she put on the oxygen thing that goes in your nose and she had a hard time bc "you have a teeny tiny nose" 🥹🥺

but we got it all figured out and we went to the room and it had a LOT of wires and computers and monitors and stuff. but it was pretty dark so it calmed me down lol. there was the last three people i met + this new lady. they laid me on my left side and made sure i had a comfy pillow and even added this long memory pillow behind me so i had back support?? idk i was just living in luxury lmao. but then they put this mouth guard thing in to keep my mouth open. then my anesthesiologist started running the anesthesia, and the BAM i was asleep before they even put the tube in!

i woke up groggy af in the recovery room w/ my mom. there was this nurse lady and i was like am..... am i done..?? and she said yes and i almost immediately went back to sleep lmao. i woke up again after i think a few minutes and the nurse asked me if i was able to sit up. i tried and almost fell over lol after a bit, she asked me if i was able to walk or if i wanted to wheelchair out. and i felt really disoriented and i didn't want to keep like tripping or smth on the way out, so for the sake of both us, i asked for a wheelchair. and i was done!

i feel fine except for the fact my chest hurts like hell and it hurts in my chest as well to swallow anything including water. i'm not shocked but it does suck lol. but basically they said everything looks normal, but it's gonna take a few days for the biopsy results.
