some tidbits about this AU

the AU is kind of split off into two time periods, exploring Drew's identity as a teen+how his life differs from the regular oc verse, and the second half, where we come back to him as an adult and reconnecting with people with newfound confidence in himself.

all this to say, alot of the exploration has to do with him and Libra's relationship. as mentioned in the first trans au post, we couldn't let Libra cheat on Drew in this one. while Libra doesn't know about Drew being trans until much later and her infidelity wouldn't have anything to do with him being "inferior" as a man or whatever, Drew would most definitely feel that way. and he goes through enough in this AU so that we didn't have the heart to do that. not to say that there isn't angst about his gender, just not in such a earth shattering way as being cheated on.

anyway they do last a bit longer together, allowing themselves to become very attached. Libra can tell that there's Something going on with Drew that he's not being forthcoming about, so she gets kind of annoying about that sometimes, perhaps projecting that he's not interested in her or something. Drew is like ughhh its not that Libra... and shes left just like okay??? what is it then??? ...luckily Drew doesn't feel compelled to out himself right away, he isn't ready and he certainly would not benefit from that information getting out when he's feeling aggravated. he has no idea how Libra would react and that's why he can't Ever tell her (at least for right now).

they care for each other alot and it makes it really hard when it seems like their relationship is so hot n cold, and they r dumb teens so they don't know how to talk it out jfddsj. eventually Libra presents him with an ultimatum like, if you need time to go figure yourself out and when ur ready to be real with me you can come back and we can be together. she thinks oh im so genius once im gone he'll come running back 😏 but that rly is too much pressure on Drew and he... doesn't take the bait. which frustrates Libra, why doesn't he wanna be with me?? fools, both of them!!! and it doesn't help that Libra moves out, leaves town, due to some family drama. and they just don't reach out, its too hard, too scary, especially on Drew's end there's too many unknowns to reach out. and that was it.....

...unless!! well spoilers they do reconnect years later, Drew's had much more time to build confidence, both in social and medical transitioning. so when they do get to talking he does feel safe to reveal that yeah the reason why he was so cagey n weird in high school is because of being trans and being scared to tell the one person who didn't know already, and be rejected in that way. and Libra, in the kindest way she can manage, grabs his shoulders and shakes him around like are you Serious is that all that was about i thought you hated me!!! i liked you, i wouldn't have cared!!! etc etc and yknow. hindsight is 20/20 and all that. it probably would have been fine but he couldn;t have known and thats valid hsajkh. even if a bit frustrating for all involved, at least he feels good about it now.

funnily enough it takes this AU to have Drew go to therapy earlier on in his life...? not to mention living in the Ramirez household and not being emotionally damaged on a daily basis like in his family home really provides him a more stable foundation. so he can finally have these conversations as an adult and smooth over some unfinished business left untended from his teen life, whew!! Good for him. :)

After a multitude of requests to do a post about astrological placements that pertain to NSFW topics, I've made this little post based on what I've observed... and experienced. 😏 I'm pretty sure this won't be the only NSFW {astro notes} I'll make. 🌶 It is known that men with Jupiter in the 1st House (or Mars-Jupiter and/or Jupiter-Ascendant aspects) have a rather large package. But another placement that may have this is Neptune in the 2nd/8th House; the 2nd House placement would make it shorter but thicker, and the 8th House placement on the thinner but longer side. Also might have a curve to it, whether leaning upward or downward... you didn't hear it from me.

💊 Speaking of Neptunian placements, I have encountered many stories wherein sexual partners who have heavy Pisces in their chart, Neptune aspecting personal planets, and/or Neptune on the 12th/1st House may be prone to using substances and drugs in order to heighten their physical experience because these substances elevate their sensory sensitivity.

Once you're in the Persona Chart, click on "Asteroid 433" in the planetary selection to see Eros as the focal point of the chart reading.

Now, each planet in the signs and houses indicate what you need to know. For example, if your partner has Mercury in Cancer in the 2nd House reflected in their Eros Persona Chart, sweet-talking and making them feel loved and/or emotionally comforted may arouse them better than being crude and vulgar.

If they have Mars in Sagittarius in the 10th House, they may like to engage in public sexual activities — especially abroad, or out of town. Look no further, I present to you: Mars in the 4th, Moon-Venus aspects, Moon in Cancer or the 4th/5th/8th Houses, Asteroid Demeter (1108) in the 7th/8th/12th Houses, and negatively aspecting the Sun/Moon/Venus/Mars, and most importantly, negativity aspecting Asteroid Persephone (399).

If you have some of these placements, you may be into being emotionally cared for during the sexual acts. Close body contact, lots of kisses, affirming words about how good you make them feel, lots of breast/nipple stimulation, genital worship, and cuddling is essential post-coitus. You prefer to call it love-making than sex or fucking.

However, if these placements in your chart are in harsh circumstances (squaring, opposition, conjunction), you may completely desire the opposite. astro observations pt. 1

making an astro notes post for the first time bc why not! this is all in good fun and not to be taken too seriously! these observations are drawn from personal experience and my own perspective so please take what resonates and leave what doesn’t!

🌷 gemini moons will tell the same story to the same people over and over again. they don’t mean to, they just forget who they’ve told what to who. also, these natives may over share when they are around new people due to them being so communicative. please be careful of what you share! some people will use what they know against you lovies, i’ve seen it 👀

🌷 i’ve noticed that a lot of water asc (cancer mainly) esp with earth placements are more likely to get piercings rather than tattoos. the piercings are usually in a hidden area, and if they do decide on a tatt, it may be hidden as well

🌷 while we’re on the topic of body art, fire and air asc are usually ones to get inked while earth and water asc are usually ones to get pierced. those with mutable dominance may have multiples of both, cardinal dom may have more tattoos, and fixed dom may have more piercings. for example, my mom (mutable dom) is a virgo sun, pisces moon, scorpio asc with both, while my bf (fixed dom) is a taurus sun, leo moon, cancer asc with just traegus piercings, and i (cardinal dom) am a virgo sun, cancer moon, aries asc with mainly tatts

🌷 pisces placements have a rep of being directionless and constantly daydreaming, which is definitely a thing, but not always true. pisceans are quite intelligent, (don’t forget they are the last of the zodiac and carry boundless amounts of wisdom), and it can be pretty easy for them to find their niche in what they want to do (career wise). they’re just directionless when it comes to simple shit

🌷 libra suns are soooo different from libra moon/asc. they don’t mind drama and they’re usually the ones to start it or be right in the middle of it! can be v confrontational and judgmental. also have a huge flair for the dramatic, and if anything falls out of place, they throw the biggest tantrums. one time my libra friend lost her phone and she duct taped her mouth shut so we wouldn’t hear her crying all night. they’re just extra for no reason, and i can’t lie, i love to watch the chaos unfold 😏

🌷 jupiter in 1st/sagittarius asc have some of the biggest and brightest smiles!! also may have a very goofy or signature laugh that is highly contagious. they usually end up with a lot of wrinkles at a certain point in life from smiling so much!

🌷 the degree your sign is in can posses qualities or traits relating to the ruler of that degree! and this applies to any placement! for example, if you have an aquarius asc in 13° degrees (an aries degree), you may relate to and/or show aries traits and behavior. i noticed in my own natal chart that my cancer moon is in 10° (a capricorn degree) and that i have always struggled with expressing and verbalizing my emotions, even to people that are close to me, out of fear of appearing weak and vulnerable. this theory on degrees was developed by Nikola Stojanovic and is considered to be the most widely used theory around the world

🌷 also if you are interested in or are studying astrology degrees, remembering the pattern is a piece of cake. the number of degrees correlate with the order of the zodiac, so 1° degree would be aries ruled, 2° degrees would be taurus ruled, 3° degrees would be gemini ruled, and so on and so forth. it follows that same order until it reaches 29° degrees (leo ruled) and stops!

🌷 capricorn midheavens can have the most difficult time figuring out what career path they want to pursue. there’s also this profound fear of failure and feelings of doubt on careers that they may want to try but are too afraid to do it. they usually have skills and passions in many areas which is why it’s so hard for them to pick one thing

🌷 the rumors aren’t true, virgo mercuries are not always truthful! in fact, they are some of the best liars, esp if they have water, gemini, or libra placements in their big six. they study people and are very observant and intelligent, and while they may tell you like it is, some have a way of using you after they found they have gained your trust

🌷 cancer moon/moon in 4th has a rep of loving kids and wanting to be a parent but i can’t relate. i’ve just now started to like kids that aren’t literal newborns and i don’t plan on having kids myself until much later in life (or ever idk). the most ironic thing though, is that i actually work with kids, and prefer it over potentially having one of my own!

🌷 to piggyback off of the last observation, cancer moon/moon in 4th may lean towards tough love instead of constant nurturing and doting when dealing with kids. they know how awful the world is and have seen it firsthand, most likely during childhood, so they want their kids to be prepared to protect their hearts like they do. they’re also able to see them as people who deserve to be spoken to on the same level as anyone else. kids are very smart and retain a lot more than people give them credit for, and due to cancer moon/moon in 4th natives being so emotionally intelligent at a young age, it makes it easier for them to navigate dealing with children as adults. they may resonate with that overwhelming feeling that a lot of kids get when they’re sad or angry and are able to guide the child to process and express their emotions in a healthy and productive manner

And it seemed creepy and reviews were very 5 star or 1 star and I love polarizing books!

BORROWED: I’m 97% positive I’ve never borrowed a book from a friend/family, but I’m on my third renewal of Lou Sullivan et. all’s “We Both Laughed In Pleasure” from the library! (omg also a Roomie Book 🥰)

Toklas.” A complaint from my goodreads review includes “Unfortunately, Stein is singularly concerned with craft and not at all with content. Thus, the book lacks any kind of emotional arc, any kind of storyline or plot. It's tedious and repetitive and its literary merit does not outweigh its banality.”

DIDN’T FINISH: No one fucking @ me, Donna Tartt’s “The Goldfinch” and Ovid’s collection of love poems (technically the 3 Amores and like something else?) have been on my Currently Reading list for over a year. But the last book I abandoned with no intention to ever pick it up again was Jennifer Saint’s “Ariadne.”
