I regret selling my tarantulas to that one guy. He's trying so hard to get his money back. Now suddenly some of "my tarantulas" are dying 💀💀 he's sending me pics to prove and they look so fckn staged. Even the dead tarantula doesn't really look like mine. I know my babies. He said, it drowned in the waterdish.... A tarantula that can dive. Also, it's so visibly noticable, that it didn't drown but either died from impaction or parasites. all my tarantulas are doing fine so there's absolutely no way. I hate people like him.

Was trying to film my spiderlings eating till I caught rosie (G.porteri) moving mounds of dirt in her mouth moving it from her coco home into her waterdish

The only reason i have something similar to a dog button is so my dogs can tell me the waterdish is empty without yeeting it.

At least i can hear the bell and go fill it

listen to each their own etc but my ancestors didn't coevolve with, bond with, and engage in interspecies communication with canines since the heyday of the woolly mammoth only for me to go and buy into Dog Buttons

Em Hates her Waterdish

This is my first time knowing of a tarantula that is not obsessed with their waterdish! 

But no problem! these couple of signs (which literally mean “No tipping the dish”) will help this cute tarantula named Em, to not cover it with dirt anymore!

:X Long time no posts eh? I'm on a new med that seems to be helping, but it meant I slept for ~2.5 days straight. Between that and the 30 spiders I'm caring for (27 tarantulas, 3 velvet spiders, most are babies) I've been a little occupied.
