Trolls - Character reaction fic gripes

okay 1 I'm on mobile so sorry for any mistakes in Grammer. And 2 this is not a hate post.

I love character watch their show/movie fics ans there's a decent number of them in the trolls Fandom. Some of them really good interms of character interaction and writing. However! I think it is a shame that no author has yet kidnapped pre-breakup Brozone (+grandma and young peppy and viva [poppy is most likely an egg]), and make them react to modern timeline shenanigans.

Movie 1: Like yay we will escape the tree one day! But wait where's my eldest daughter?! Why is our baby brother grey?! Where were we when grandma died?! GRANDMA DIED?! We could've talked the bergens into feeling happiness this whole time?! Okay f*ck Creek.

Movie 2: there are other tribes now? Peppy why didn't you mention this, we could've called them for help after getting captured. Floyd you traitor why are you rooting for the bad guys' music? C'mon big branch don't back out of confessing! Wait we were the bag guys first?

Movie 3: screams of horror at questions they asked since the beginning of the first film finally being answered in the worse way possible. 🙃

Theres just so much angst potential! I'd write it myself but I don't have time currently.

Hello, sorry that this isn’t necessary focused around Peter and Tony, but do you guys happen to know of any fics with the characters reacting to/watching the films? I’ve read several that DO include Tony and Peter fluff and some that promised it in future updates. I just can’t seem to find any of them on Ao3 rn. Sorry if this is classified as a rec list request but I know the one i super want to find doesn’t have Peter in it (yet).

Everyone in the theater was silent. Not believing what they heard.

A Hufflepuff raised their hand before speaking, "Can you replay that?"

The peaceful silence was interrupted when Tom called a house elf. "Tippy?" A house elf appeared with a pop. Instead of wearing rags or an old pillow case like most house elfs, Tippy was wearing a mini uniform. The uniform was black, silver, and green with a Slytherin symbol in the corner.

"Yes, Master Voldy?"

Everyone blinked.

It was again completely silent in the theater before Hadrian and his friends started laughing. The other houses, especially the Slytherins, looked at them as if they were crazy. "How could they laugh at Lord Voldemort?!"

A man in the shadows grumbled about "stupid house elfs" and "stupid kids."

Tom grumbled at the house elf as his companions tried to hold in their laughter. Tom rolled his eyes at them before turning back to the house elf. "Is he awake?"

Tippy looked at her master and nodded his head. "Yes, beloved mini master is awake." Tippy didn't let Tom say anything else before he disappeared with a pop.

Tom glared at the stop where the house elf once was.

Hadrian chuckled again. The house elfs always did like him more.
